We literally would not have had a wedding without Payton. She took care of every detail and made the day of our wedding completely magical. From navigating a lost wedding dress months before the wedding to an audio mishap the night of, no problem was too big or too small for Payton. Her calm demeanor is contagious and put us at ease throughout the process. 1000% would recommend Pop and Fizz. Every penny was worth it!

Karen completely exceeded our expectations! She was able to adapt to our unique styles and create our dream wedding! Karen was always professional. She kept us on track during the many months of decisions. I specifically appreciated how she would help us narrow down the many vendor choices to the 1-2 best options. I’ve had friends who’s planners don’t voice strong opinions about the best vendor, and I really appreciated her decisive input. She helped us make all the right choices. We had so many friends and family members message us saying they had such a fun time! She made us both feel comfortable and special on the best day of our lives!

I cannot speak highly enough about Pop+Fizz - Our planner Karen was AMAZING. We are all basically best friends after our 13 month planning journey together. There were so many logistics to work through, and we also invited over 250, so there was so much going on. Karen and her team crushed it! They have so many relationships with local vendors, and whenever my wife and I were super overwhelmed with planning, Karen and her team always were there to figure it out. Karen always had wonderful suggestions and recommendations, and did whatever she could to make our lives easier. Everything from the food, band, venue, etc. - top notch. And the design Karen curated was so beautiful and so our vibe. When I felt super stressed about forgetting to do something planning related, Karen would have already taken care of it. She was organized, punctual, professional, and super fun. The wedding was the best day of our lives, and it would not have been possible without Karen and the Pop+Fizz team.

I will probably never have enough words of praise to describe how good this company is. They plan everything with absolute precision and build in enough flexibility to adapt to anything. They are so professional and they stay calm even as I, mother of the bride, panicked at one point. They were kind, personable, smart in every way, poised and I can't imagine how it would have been a success without them. You should hire them without a doubt or hesitation and a word of advise from someone who just went through it, don't worry about a thing, they got it.

We began working with Karen after we lost our first event coordinator unexpectedly. She jumped right into our current wedding planning status and was incredibly resourceful. She was responsive to our questions and the month of excellent at coordinating with vendors. The night of our wedding she handled a “little slip up” from one of our other vendors like a pro! She also was so helpful afterwards with clean up and coordinating returns while we were out of town. I would highly recommend working with Pop and Fizz for your wedding!

TL:DR: Pop and Fizz was amazing to work with and so glad we hired them. Even before we were forced to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid and cut our guest list drastically, I was so thankful we had decided to hire a wedding coordinator to help us out. My now husband and I had no previous wedding planning experience, not much spare time, and being new to the area, we didn’t have any family or friends physically nearby to help us out. Payton was kind and communicative, super organized, didn’t pressure us to do any traditions we didn’t want to do, and it was a huge relief to have someone to answer all our many, many questions! Hiring Pop & Fizz was one of the best decisions we made during the planning process, as having Payton there leading up to and through the wedding weekend allowed us to truly enjoy our time with friends and family. We did not worry about anything… truly.

I cannot recommend Pop and Fizz enough. We interviewed 10 wedding planners and the second we spoke to Karen, we both knew we found the perfect partner. We did full planning with Karen and it was the best decision we made throughout the entire planning process. She saved us more than her fee through her existing relationships and her impressive negotiation among different vendors. She not only made our entire vision come true, she was a guiding factor through every decision, answered my one million emails throughout the process, down to every detail even as far as which things to buy off of Etsy to match our aesthetic. It was a complete joy to work with her on the most important day of our lives. She handled every detail for our entire wedding weekend, she stored ALL of our decor the week ahead of the big day and the entire two weeks we were on our honeymoon. My husband and I seriously didn’t have to lift a finger. All of our friends and family said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been too and it was all because of the vision she helped us build over the year plus prior. She also became a great friend throughout the process. I seriously cannot recommend her and her team enough!

We had a month of coordination with Pop and Fizz and it was great! We started to plan the wedding only 4 months in advance so we were feeling on a rush and stressed out and hiring Pop and Fizz was the best decision! Kristin helped us with prioritization and organization and brought a lot of peace to our planning. Karen is genuinely the most incredible planner and person you could ever work with. She stood out immediately from the top 10 planners we interviewed and did not disappoint. We did full planning services for our wedding weekend and everything went so well! We are quite detail oriented people and Karen was in them and here for it the entire way. She absolutely saved us more money than we paid her in negotiating our contracts throughout the height of covid and from a time savings perspective, Karen kept us focused and diligent on what we needed to do. We were scrambling to find a Day of Coordinator for our rescheduled wedding. Kristin came to our rescue and we are SO thankful for her. She went above and beyond to help us the month of, recommending vendors as needed, and always willing to talk through our questions or concerns for the big day. The week of, she was extremely helpful and made us so calm on the day of our wedding - which is exactly what we needed! We highly recommend their team and their platform they use to help couples stay organized (checklists, floorplans, manage guest lists etc). LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

I'd like to start by saying Kristin is PHENOMENAL. Our wedding was almost 2.5 years in the making thanks to Covid and Kristin stuck with us through it all! She also gets bonus points for always accommodating time changes as we live on the other side of the country! She kept me on track as we were picking vendors for the original date, and then worked with all of the vendors again to reschedule. Her vision board really brought all of our scatter-brained ideas together and the execution of the vision was amazing. As we got closer and closer to the rescheduled date, Kristin put up with me texting and FaceTiming her at all hours of the day. On the day of the wedding, she was Wonder Woman. If anything went wrong that day, I had no idea! She created a detailed schedule for the weekend and you better believe she kept everyone on track! Overall, the day was beautiful and I could not be more happy with how it went. I highly recommend working with Pop + Fizz!

I cannot even begin to describe all that I loved about my experience with Pop + Fizz as well as Kristin who we worked with! Kristin made the wedding planning process so easy. Additionally, Pop + Fizz had a wedding “little black book” which was beyond helpful. So many other vendors we used were from their recommendations. We worked with Payton for the past 10 months to help make the wedding of our dreams a reality! She was a pleasure to work with and both of our families couldn't speak more highly of her as well. Without Payton's monthly check ins, supportive attitude, and fantastic organization, we would've been lost trying to plan a wedding during COVID and for 200 people at that. On the wedding day, Payton and her assistant were there to make sure everything went smoothly. We worked with Payton for the past two years (our wedding got postponed) and she was so helpful through the entire thing. She answered any/all of our questions super fast, communicated with our vendors, and kept us on track which can be super hard when you have to move the wedding date. The month of, i cannot explain how great it was to work with Pop & Fizz. Payton answered texts past 10:30 PM, constantly reworked floorplans, accommodated all requests and last minute ideas that we had. She made the day of so seamless, i never worried about anything. Karen was our planner for our April 2021 wedding. She was everything you would want in a planner! She referred us to almost every single one of our vendors, she was responsive to all of our emails and questions and so very organized! We recommend Pop & Fizz to everyone!!

We worked with Karen from pretty much the beginning of our wedding planning process and she made everything a breeze. We booked our date (4/24/21) and hired her before the pandemic started and any COVID bride will tell you wedding planning in 2020 and early 2021 was NOT easy. I consider myself lucky to be at the tail end of the pandemic, but it was such a scary time filled with unknowns. Karen really helped me feel more confident and comfortable, and she assured me that if we did have to make any changes, she would be right there with me helping us through it. We hired Karen as our month-of planner, along with several options from their a la carte services. In particular, Karen was outstanding with the design of the wedding. I truly had no clue what I wanted, but Karen helped me figure that out and then helped bring it to life. I loved being able to basically word vomit my thoughts and have her bring it to life. Pop + Fizz's month-of offering is SO great - I didn't find any other planners that offered that. I personally don't feel that day of coordination is worth it - you just don't know the person. And you spend A LOT of time with them - they are with you during some of the most important moments during your day. And even though Karen was month of, we still talked A TON; she answered every single question I had, big or small, and offered her advice/opinion on anything I asked her about, even the smallest details. Aisle Planner was also a huge help and it was so nice to work with Karen through that and have the monthly check-ins as well - overall I'd say for what you are paying and what you get, Pop + Fizz is absolutely 10000000% worth it!

Karen was so helpful with everything in our wedding! We, like many others, were affected by COVID and had to postpone our wedding celebration. Karen was right there with me, on the phone, text, or through email answering every question and calming every nerve! It was so great that I could rely on her and her team! She was there when we still had a small wedding ceremony last year and again when we had the reception this year. You will want Karen to be your best friend. I cannot recommend her and the team enough - they were there for me when we postponed our celebration, when we had our small intimate ceremony in August, through replanning and then for our reception and celebration in February. She was so amazing and organized and friendly but also really kept the focus on what I wanted and envisioned as well as being the absolute greatest the day of! She handled hard conversations for me, made sure all things were perfect and didn't miss a beat! I'd hire Karen to just plan my life if I could!

We hired Payton to be our wedding planner prior to the pandemic and we are so glad we did! Like anyone else who had a wedding during Covid we were very worried about how things would turn our but Payton managed to ease all of our concerns and literally pulled off the wedding of our dreams!The wedding weekend ended up being completely stress free since Payton coordinated everything.. from day of guest additions to multiple groomsman missing rehearsal (classic) Payton made sure our wedding party + guests+ all vendors were completely in the loop which allowed me and my husband to really just enjoy the day. As a Type A perfectionist there has been very few times where I can say everything was perfect, but I can 100% say our wedding day was everything we wanted and more!!!

Would definitely recommend THIS company if you're planning a wedding in ATL. Lots of details means lots of opportunities for something to go wrong. My Husband Jon and I had a 'COVID' wedding and Pop+Fizz made it so smooth! Kristin was amazing the entire time from helping us plan our first wedding, to transforming it into our plan B. After speaking with Karen from Pop+Fizz for the first time, I knew right away she understood the vision my husband and I had for our wedding day. She was one of the few planners I spoke with who had experience with mixed cultured weddings life mine. She helped me create a beautiful design for the reception and bring it to life - all within our budget! Our big day was early January, and despite the madness around the holidays, Karen was available to answer all of my questions! I'm certain that there were several things that didn't go as planned but Karen never let me see the chaos behind the scenes. Payton was amazing! We hired Pop + Fizz for the "month of" event coordination but honestly if we'd had the budget we would have loved to have them plan the whole thing! Payton was helpful in helping us set up to-dos and deadlines all the way leading up to the month before our wedding and it helped us stay on track. She was responsive to emails and texts and I always felt like a priority (though I know there were probably plenty of brides that needed her guidance!). Once she took over vendor communications, it allowed us to focus on our own personal to-dos for the big day and she even helped a minor signage issue for us with no complaints! She even baked us some goodies! On the day of, her and Courtney were so on top of it, and I felt like our wedding ran so smoothly. A huge feat in 2020, and I'm so grateful to have had Payton as our planner. Cannot recommend Pop + Fizz enough!

Amidst Covid-19, she worked with Jason and I to modify our original, small wedding into an intimate elopement. On the day of the event, Karen was incredibly helpful. Let me start out by saying before I hired Pop+Fizz to be my full wedding planner, I had spoken with several other planners and did not feel comfortable with them. The moment I spoke with Karen on the phone, there was a welcomed feeling of comfort and happiness behind her voice. I instantly signed a contract for full planning and design. I had my first meeting set up with my planner Payton and I was hooked from the beginning. Being a bride that had just lost her father, living in CA and planning a wedding in GA, she had her hands full with me. There were many times I cried on the phone with Payton, which she responded with the best support and solutions. She has walked me off of several "cliffs" and I am so thankful for her. As far as the planning and design goes, there is NO ONE that can compare to the team and people that Payton and Karen hold and surround themselves with. You know you have the best wedding planner when other vendors get excited they are your planners and say "you are so lucky to have them". Not one detail was forgotten or overlooked. Payton made sure me (the Bride) and my now husband had the most perfect day. The week before our wedding, we had family issue (who doesn't?? lol) and Payton handled it with grace, made sure I was comfortable and made sure the team took care of me the entire time. I am literally crying as a write this because I am so sad it is over, but so happy I had the best wedding ever and found a lifelong friendship with Payton and Karen. You shouldn't consider anyone else because POP+ FIZZ is the answer.

She went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was a dream regardless of the circumstance. On the wedding day, her team was organized and kept things going. Every detail was handled seamlessly and everyone was able to enjoy the day thanks to her hard work. Everyone who knows me knows that I stress about the details but that was not the case on my wedding day because I knew I was in good hands. Karen has such a sweet spirit and loves what she does and that shows through her work. Everyone from my family, bridesmaids, friends, and vendors had only good things to say about her work. I would hire her all over again and will be recommending her to everyone I know!!

Payton + Karen with Pop + Fizz we’re both so amazing. Through the COVID 19 times, I had to completely reschedule my wedding date and notify all the vendors. As well as trying to keep all of the guests socially distant. They couldn’t have done a better job. Day of Payton was amazing I felt no stress and was fully able to sit back and relax on the big day.

Payton did an AMAZING job helping us plan our wedding from start to finish! We really didn't have a clue of where to begin planning after our engagement. I found Pop + Fizz through some searching online and through instagram. Payton helped us with details of our wedding we didn't even know we had to think about! She made sure we stayed on track with making decisions and planning without overwhelming us. All of our friends kept telling us how stress-free we were before our wedding. She was very accommodating and helped us find vendors and plan our wedding to make it the absolute best. Even on the day of the wedding, we knew we didn't have to worry about much because she had it all under control. Payton was truly a pleasure to work with and we couldn't have asked for anyone better to make our day PERFECT!

Karen and her team were life savers. If your considering not hiring a wedding planner.... think again! From day one we felt well guided and cared for. The month of Karen and her team shinned!!!! Her knowledge of vendors and our venue came in so handy. I think she honestly saved us $1,000 in rentals just by a subtle suggestion/adjustment. She always helped us with our questions and was always clear about her availability which I can appreciate. This girl literally brought my dream wedding to life. The decor was everything I could have dreamed of and more. Not only that she was excited about our look/vibe which got me excited and allowed me to trust she had it ALL handled. Thank you girls for everything. It was truly the perfect CHILLY day, lol.

Payton was the absolute best! She was so helpful from day 1 and I tell everyone I could not have done it without her. She was always there when I needed her and gave the best advice and recommendations. We had a lot of hiccups with our venue but Payton went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! Karen also helped during the rehearsal and was amazing. The whole process was so easy with these ladies and I would choose them again 100x over! I cannot recommend Payton and Pop + Fizz enough!!!

We engaged Pop & Fizz for their month of coordination package and could not have been happier. From the initial call with Karen who was an absolute pleasure to talk with to the month of with Payton and the day of addition of Kristin we were just blown away. First off, the team was so helpful even before the month of with answering any questions I had and sending monthly to do lists to focus on. I had originally been hesitant to engage a month of coordinator since I like to plan everything however Payton was an excellent complement. She studied all my plans and understood every detail as if she had worked on it herself. Her taking over coordination of all the vendors was a huge help and seamless. When it came to the day of we ran into several logistical issues from other vendors and she handled every speed bump like a champ and in a way no one even realized there were issues. She adjusted our timeline on the fly to accommodate for some delays and didn't lose any of our key elements. Her confidence was such a calming presence to all of us throughout all the emergencies. I would absolutely recommend Pop and Fizz to anyone even remotely thinking of hiring a planner and even to those who aren't!

Kristin was amazing! My husband and I hired Kristin for the month-of planning package and we couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out on our big days! Kristin was super organized, thoughtful and helpful (answering all of my questions) leading up to both days! Besides my husband and I, our families were very impressed with Kristin and the Pop + Fizz team members on both days! Hiring Pop + Fizz was one of the best decision we made as it allowed us to enjoy our big days and be in the moment and not stress about anything! One piece of advice for any future brides or newly engaged couples out there would be to hire Pop + Fizz, you will not regret it!

I'll be honest, I'm a little challenging to impress when it comes to customer service as I have a high expectation when it comes to service. Thankfully, I give Pop+Fizz 5 Stars! My wife and I are so grateful to have Kristin be the coordinator for our wedding. Kristin was a very pleasant person to work with, well organized, thoughtful, and helped us have the wedding of our dreams. My daughter got married in Atlanta and I'm in New Jersey and Karen was the perfect person to be the nudge and to handle things on the ground for us. All her vendor suggestions were wonderful and during the month leading up to the ceremony and reception she handled issues (which were minor) and offered just the right amount of nudging. I especially love her during the rehearsal and the day of. She was fantastic and whipped us all into shape so that things went seamlessly.

Payton took care of everything for us, making sure the timeline and all the details were in line, and always checking on us before and during our wedding. HIRE KAREN. Bottom Line. Karen was an absolute saving grace when it came to the wedding. We did the full planning option and I worked with her for over a year to make my dream a reality. She did it and then some. I was out of state from the wedding location which made me even more obsessive over every detail. She still answered every email, phone call, text, no matter what crazy hours I contacted her. She recommended amazing companies and would contact them directly if there was an issue. Our wedding day was perfect. There is not a thing I would change. I will remember this magical day forever all thanks to her + her team. Karen will forever hold a special place in my life. She became so much more than my planner!

From our initial meeting, to all of my emails I sent (no email was too annoying, asked a stupid question, or went un-answered), to the Aisle-Planner website, to her true attention to details, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be at my side throughout this process. Karen is simply amazing at what she does. She knows all the vendors by name, she knows details on details, she is constant contact, she has everything in control. I had no worries on my wedding day, and if I did, she took care of them in an instant. I highly recommend Karen, and anyone from the Pop & Fizz team because Karen and her colleagues are phenomenal! They are kind, compassionate, but also determined and headstrong. You can’t go wrong with these gals, they will make your perfect day absolutely flawless.

Karen was an absolute gem to work with from start to finish in the wedding planning process! We did the month of coordination package, which really felt like more than one month since their very helpful wedding planning website is included! This was helpful in keeping me organized throughout the entire process. Karen went above and beyond by dealing with a crisis that came up just a few days after booking her, even though we were really only supposed to be utilizing her for that last month. She was also available throughout planning to answer small questions that came up, which was super comforting to have someone in our corner. We had a full vendor meeting in the month leading up to our wedding, which Karen took complete charge of and also created a very detailed timeline to send out to everyone afterwards. On our actual wedding weekend, I was able to hand everything over to Karen and we were able to fully enjoy ourselves, which was our most important reason for hiring a wedding planner! I'm an overly organized person and didn't know if I would be able to give up control to someone else, but I trusted the Pop & Fizz team completely and they absolutely crushed it. We were kept in the dark about an issue with the shuttle which I'm so grateful Karen handled without getting us involved. She also made sure all of the small details I had put time into planning were executed flawlessly that day, which made me SO happy! Hiring Karen and Pop & Fizz was definitely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and I would highly recommend them for couples really looking to enjoy their day and not stress!
