Molly!! I cannot thank you enough for making our wedding unforgettable!! Every detail you designed really represented us, and made it special! The reception from start to finish wa...
s my absolute favorite. The elegant dinner with entertainment, and then the Gatsby themed room for dancing was spectacular. However, you did so much more for us: a beautiful shower in New Orleans representing my home; a football watch party to start of an eventful weekend; an intimate rehearsal dinner with beautiful decor; a Texas theme Welcome party ; and a Sunday brunch to highlight Chris’s Guatemalan home. Working with you and your team is a Brides dream! You listened and helped guide me through it all. It made everything so easy! Thank you for everything!!
To future brides- Molly is the best! She really makes your wedding unique to you!! She loves what she does and it shows!
Pop Parties and our lead planner, Molly Rasmussen, are nothing short of amazing. We are parents of four beautiful daughters with the two oldest married for several years and the tw...
o youngest recently walking down the aisle. So, this was not our first rodeo in planning a wedding. But for reasons we will explain shortly, having Pop Parties, Molly and their Champagne Package working for us was a godsend. Their hard work, guidance, and creative talent put together two weddings and three incredible receptions for our two youngest daughters. We know, three receptions for two daughters! Let us explain. Starting in early 2020, yes, the year of the “Virus”, we were challenged with planning a wedding. The July 2020 wedding was pre-vaccine with lots of local mandates and restrictions. Planning a wedding is normally very stressful but doing so in a pandemic is especially challenging. Just seven days before the wedding, we had to postpone the original plan of a 280+ wedding and downsize to a 28-person wedding due to extraneous “Covid” circumstances. Pop Parties worked tirelessly using their experience and most importantly, their incredibly good relationship with vendors to downsize the July 2020 wedding and reception. In just two short days, everything was set with a new venue and all the fixings that gave our daughter a beautiful wedding and reception she will never forget. Despite having to change plans on a moment’s notice, we never lost one cent of our many deposits. Every vendor was incredibly gracious to extend the deposit to the new date for the reception, and we credit Molly and her reputation with making that happen. Their strong relationship with vendors is another testament to the value Molly and Pop Parties brought to our wedding experience. Twelve months later, just days before their one-year anniversary, our daughter and her husband celebrated with their 280+ guests at the reception of their dreams in the original venue that included the band and all the formality they planned. Molly and her team went above and beyond to navigate us through this wedding and for that, we are forever grateful.
But we weren’t done with wedding planning. In December 2021, just five months later, we celebrated our fourth daughter’s wedding and reception with the help of Pop Parties, Molly and her amazing team handling all the details. Again, we chose the Champagne Package because, the level of service it offers, takes a huge amount of stress from the planning process and most importantly, provides an anxiety-free wedding day. Molly was meticulous about all the details, large and small, relieving us of the worry we might have missed an important item. She worked closely with our daughters to understand each girl’s vision for their special day, then created a budget and a theme to express those dreams within our limits. Molly’s keen ability to think outside the box and to develop innovative designs was truly amazing. Early on, we learned to trust Molly’s judgement and vision, and are so glad we did. The result was two spectacular wedding receptions that left our guests in awe, not to mention both brides and grooms. The look of amazement on the faces of the newlyweds was priceless when they got a sneak peak of their venue prior to opening the room for the guests. We truly cannot say enough good things about Pop Parties, Molly, and her team of professionals. We “almost” wish we had a fifth daughter. 😊

sts to feel. Molly is unbelievably creative and has the best taste in the world, and she took my dreamy romantic vibe and transformed that into reality with color, textures, space, flowers, light, and music, creating a ceremony and reception that was utterly enchanting. She is the best wedding planner out there, able to create a vision and also execute every last detail to perfection. Her team is so professional and on top of everything, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day, and I was able to just soak up every sweet moment with our friends and family. I cannot recommend Molly and her team enough!

nd to make the day more than perfect!! Down to every last detail, we couldn't have asked for anything more. The florals, vendors, and everything else they recommended and put together were top notch-- which is to be expected from the best service provided by Pop Parties! From the ceremony with special details to start including a gospel choir, the harpist at cocktail hour, the insane florals and unique design of the reception, the fire dancers with a Pit Bull impersonator... to flipping the indoor space for the most epic after party. We never wanted the night to end! We loved getting to have all our family in friends at the best party we have ever been to. The whole process was so seamless it made the day that much more special as we weren't stressed about anything, and knew Molly had it taken care of :) Can't wait for the next big celebration we can use Pop Parties again for!!! There is nobody else I would trust with it!

Pop Parties went above and beyond to make our wedding day the most special day ever. They exceeded any expectation we ever had! Pop Parties is truly the best of the best!

experienced professional will make your day perfect is worth everything. Every single vendor they recommended was sensational and it was a huge time and energy saver to know we can count on them because Pop Parties has worked with them countless times before. The team always has a quick response time. On wedding day, Jenna and her team made everything seamless and smooth, even to a perfectionist like me- nothing was out of place. Jenna’s personality and professionalism are exactly what you want and need on your big day. Would do it all over again in a heartbeat (and wish I could ;) ).

She helped my beautiful wedding vision and day come to life and go so smoothly, my mom and I both were so obsessed with her and her sweet bubbly personality! Felt like I was working with a friend the entire time (very professional friend, of course) but still someone who just got me and understood how to make that day so special for me! Thank you Pop Parties & Taylor!!

o detail unattended. If anything went wrong, I certainly did not know about it! Lindsey was our bridal attendant and she was with us throughout the whole day guiding our wedding party through the ceremony while Molly and Nataly set up the reception and coordinated all the details! I’m the bride who was very nervous about how it would all come together and the moment I walked in the venue, my mind was seriously blown! They make you feel so celebrated and truly created the most beautiful event to celebrate us. I would highly highly recommend Pop Parties to any future bride! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you did for us for our wedding. Pop deserves way more than 5 stars!

inally started out as to how to plan a wedding and morphed into how to post-pone and re-plan a wedding through COVID. She was so patient and was the best point person for any wedding questions from big vendor inquiries to common ways people thank their parents on their wedding day. She always had an answer. She was also super accessible and available. One of my biggest fears with hiring a wedding planner is that they would take over my vision for the day. Jenna was so good at listening to my thoughts for the wedding, putting that into action, and then even making it better. For example, I would have never dreamed of renting a white dance floor for our wedding, but she suggested it and our pictures are even more exceptional. She also was so wonderful the week of the wedding. She helped coordinate everything behind the scenes and I had total faith that she was handling it. You hear a lot of brides stressing about details on their wedding day, but I can confidently say I didn't do this because I knew Jenna was handling it. She ran our wedding rehearsal so seamlessly and our ceremony went so smoothly because of it. During the day of the wedding, she would think of all the details my mom and I missed (and mind you, we are incredibly, painstakingly, detailed oriented people). Jenna is a first class, outstanding wedding planner. Could not recommend her more!
Hiring Pop Parties was the best decision we made for our wedding! Living in West Texas and planning a wedding in Dallas, my husband & I knew we would need a local full service wedd...
ing planner. We had interviewed a few other wedding planners before our first meeting with Molly & walking away from that meeting my mom and I knew without a doubt that we wanted Molly to be our wedding planner. My mom is great but it takes A LOT to impress her, she’s stubborn and has ridiculously high standards. We knew that Molly was someone who would be able to handle my mom and her nitpicky ways LOL! Mollys confidence, knowledge and professionalism was everything we were looking for, not to mention how reassured I felt in planning from a distance.
Molly made the entire planning process stress free & so enjoyable. The weekends that we could make it to Dallas, Molly would have an itinerary ready for us so that we could get as much done as we could! She did a perfect job of making sure we got a lot accomplished but also made sure we still had a wonderful time doing it. The weekend my bridesmaids came for wedding dress shopping, Mollys itinerary for us included time for lunch breaks & ended the long day in time for happy hour. When we weren’t in Dallas, Molly was so easy to communicate with & did an awesome job responding to everything in a timely manner. The computer program she uses to keep everything organized and in one place for her and her clients was easy to use and so efficient!
Molly was everything we hoped and needed a full service planner to be!!! I am not very creative but I had an idea of what I wanted for the design and Molly took my small idea and made it into everything that I could have dreamed it would be and so so much more. Every vendor Molly recommended was just as amazing and professional as she was and she really helped make sure they all stayed in budget. We also had a welcome party the night before the wedding and Molly took care of everything needed to keep the welcome party location & menu perfectly in our price range. I can not say this enough but Molly took care of EVERYTHING and was so absolutely amazing to work with!!! From all the normal planning needs, to my random requests such as multiple hotels needed for our diverse group of guests or my veryyy last minute custom koozie request, to the welcome party and of course the day of, she had it covered. Molly & her assistant for the day of made my wedding day COMPLETELY stress free. I knew if anything out of the ordinary were to happen, Molly would handle it & I doubt I would have even known about it. We have so much love and respect for Molly and her company, we cant wait to have another event that we can hire her to be apart of!!
My experience with Molly at Pop Parties was honestly perfect. She is an expert in all things wedding planning. When I chose my venue, they required a wedding planner. I knew I want...
ed one, but I had to convince my parents. They initially thought of a planner as an unnecessary expense. However, I got my mom to meet with Pop Parties, and they completely opened her eyes to how much help we actually needed.
Once we chose Pop Parties, my parents were instantly sold. Using Pop Parties actually ended up SAVING them money!! When my mom and I were looking for vendors ourselves, we had no idea who would fit my budget/style, how much things should actually cost or what services the vendor should be providing. After speaking with Molly, she immediately pin pointed which florist, DJ, etc. would work best for us. It saved us SO much time, and we felt confident knowing Molly trusted our vendors. Each vendor knocked it out of the park.
We were also particularly grateful for Molly the day of. Because of Molly and her assistant, my family, my husband and I were able to relax, spend time with our loved ones and completely enjoy the day with no worries. My wedding meant so much to me, and I am a total control freak, so to relinquish all control to Molly means I totally trust her! Her assistant even made sure my parents and my drinks were fresh all night - we were blown away by the level of service.
I can honestly say my wedding day was perfect. My family and I will hold Molly and Pop Parties in a special place in our hearts forever!
Booking with Pop Parties was a no brainer for me when I got engaged, they had worked a handful of my friends weddings and I knew they were the hardest working team around! But wow ...
not only did they help make our big day run smoothly, they have become girls I am happy to call friends! Working with Jenna was such a pleasure, even my family members raved over how wonderful she was. Don't think twice about booking with Pop Parties, they really are the best in DFW!!! Thank you ladies!
I worked with Pop Parties for my wedding this summer and cannot say enough wonderful things about them! Jenna was our primary partner for the full service planning and I don't know...
what we would have done without her. From the start, she listened to my vision and understood it right away. I asked a lot of questions and she was awesome in being honest about selecting vendors who she knew were dependable and could give a 5-star execution. I wanted a colorful wedding with unique details and Jenna's insight and guidance was invaluable! My wedding truly was a dream wedding! The day of, I was able to relax and enjoy the day, along with my family, because we all knew that we were in great hands with Jenna and her team. (I am a very type A, so that says a lot!) Also, all of our guests have raved about how fun and beautiful our wedding was -- one guest told my dad that we had the Super Bowl of weddings! Pop Parties knocked it out of the park!
I have two sisters and my parents have already said they are ready to hire Pop Parties for their weddings when the time comes!
I do not even know where to begin. Working with Molly and her team at Pop Parties was one of the best things about wedding planning. My mom and I had so much fun with Molly and we ...
are so happy that we chose her for my wedding in Fall 2019.
Molly and her team are loved by her colleagues in the Dallas event industry, which makes choosing vendors and getting business done so easy. Molly made wedding planning so seamless and stress free. If you are looking for a planning team, Pop Parties is the one!!
We worked with Jenna at POP Parties and she was GREAT! She scheduled calls and did all the detail work on time line and getting in contact with vendors. She is so professional and ...
was available for calls and questions whenever we had one. She did the entire rehearsal and for the day of arrived first and left last. Everything she said she would do she not only did but went above and beyond. Jenna kept everyone in our wedding party on track but was never rude, she made sure everything we wanted to happen happened and never let us stop having fun at the reception, Any issue she took care of and we were able to have the best night of our lives.
Jenna is amazing! She is who you want on your side on your big day. We chose to do the Confetti package as I had a long engagement and was able to do a lot on my own in advance. Wo...

1) Weddings can sometimes feel like your herding cats. Between the rehearsal and family photos- you need someone who can take charge and be direct. Jenna's your girl for this. She knew exactly what she was doing at our rehearsal and got all twenty some odd people to pay attention and got the rehearsal done to my comfort level and quickly.
2) I had two "issues" that Jenna rescued me from. First, my hair and makeup practice run was also the day I did my bridal portraits. I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone- right? Well unfortunately, the woman who was suppose to do my hair and makeup did not show.. and the photographer was going to be shooting me in 2 hours. One call to Jenna and she recommend BAM. I called BAM immediately and they were able to squeeze me in for an updo and makeup. They did the most amazing job and really saved the day. I honestly have no idea what I would have done if Jenna hadn't recommended them. Second, the day of the wedding was very smooth, the slightest hiccup was when I first entered the ballroom set up for the ceremony the lanterns were these industrial, steel. My entire wedding was gold and white. My mom noticed immediately too and asked me what I thought. I was trying to be chill but I was like- those looks nothing like the picture. My mother and I are not subtle people and Jenna could tell something wasn't right so she asked what was wrong and I was like well the lanterns aren't the gold lanterns from the finalized order. She quickly pulls up the finalized event order and goes, you're right, they're not. I'll fix it. I go put on my dress and go back to the ballroom 30 minutes later it was fixed. So basically Jenna is magic. MAGIC.
3) Like weddings do, we fell a bit behind schedule. During our reception she let my husband, Ty and I know we were about 45 minutes behind so we bumped up the cake cutting to before toasts which was actually genius because everyone was quiet and eating the delicious cake while the MOH, BM, MOB, and FOB gave their toasts. Genius. I appreciated that she stayed on top of everything .
I really couldn't imagine our day without Jenna. She just made everything perfect and cared about every detail. She even found the most beautiful little gold table in the hotel where we got married to go under our arch for the ceremony (we did a unity candle) Just the fact that she looked at the space and thought- we could make this better and went out of her way to do that instead of just and table with a table cloth meant so much to me. It just looked amazing. Those little things are the things that matter and are what make your wedding day unique to you.
Jenna, thank you. I don't know what I would have done without you.
Molly and the Pop Parties team went above and beyond to make my wedding day absolutely perfect. We originally were on the fence about whether to have a planner at all since the ven...
ue said they would have someone there the day of the wedding to coordinate but hiring a wedding planner was the money most well spent for our wedding. Molly was so on top of things while remaining composed that she took all the stress and worries away so the only thing we had to do was show up and have a great time. I felt so comfortable to put everything in her hands and it turned out to be the biggest blessing. They have so much experience that I appreciated their insight into what we needed, what we could do without, and where we could save some money or cut some stress. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMMEND!
Molly is INCREDIBLE and truly pours every once of herself into her business. She worked with both my sister and then myself to help plan our weddings (while living out of state) an...
d hit it out of the park both times! She’s organized, patient, kept me on track and always has an answer for chaos. She helped so much through my indecisiveness by helping me see the big picture and giving her honest opinion. And I can’t forget mention her amazing list of vendors!!!
Wedding weekend she made me feel so at ease and even took things off my plate to relieve the little bit of stress I did have. There’s so much she’ll do behind the scenes that you won’t even know about to make the day flow as smooth as possible. I could go on and on, but after 2 weddings using Molly as our planner- I swear to you she is worth it and you will NOT be disappointed!
To be honest, you’ll probably even miss her after it’s all over!!
From the moment I became I engaged, I was thrilled to start planning my DREAM wedding! This is the moment I get to celebrate one of the greatest accomplishments of my life. However...
, as my big day approached quicker and quicker, I soon realized how unprepared I had felt. I was the first of my friends and family to get married, so I had no clue in what I was doing. What even was a wedding timeline and how long does a processional take? Would 15 minutes be too long to cut the cake? I tried relying on websites like theknot.com and others that claim to help plan, but it left me with so many more questions than answers. I was very reluctant to hire a coordinator as I was trying to save as much money as I could, but I cannot emphasize enough after this experience how much I implore any bride-to-be to hire one, and specifically Pop Parties. I started searching for a wedding coordinator 6 months from the wedding day. After reviewing Pop Parties’ website portfolio and testimonials, I knew I had to reach out. Their website alone should exemplify their spectacular style and taste. I was fortunate enough to have THE Molly Rasmussen assist in planning my special day! Her name carries quite a tremendous reputation within the industry. When notifying the vendors I had contracted prior that I would be working with Molly, they each sang high praises of her. It was very reassuring as a clueless bride-to-be that I was in the right hands. As soon as I began working with Molly, it was like these huge weights had been lifted off my shoulders. Molly was very accommodating to my needs, conserving costs, and always ensured I was happy with what I was signing up for. She even offered recommendations and advice on topics I was lost on. If anything went wrong on my day, I did not notice, and I guarantee that had everything to do with Molly’s professionalism and expertise. I am so glad I was fortunate enough to work with Pop Parties and their vendor recommendations were perfect for what I was looking for on my big day. Thank you so much Molly and Pop Parties team for my wedding dream come true!
Jenna from Pop Parties is as good as they come. Not only is Jenna amazing at coordination and organization, her attention to detail and timing are perfection. I felt completely at ...
ease on my wedding day knowing Jenna had everything handled so I was able to take in our special day. It was absolutely worth every penny to work with Jenna so I could soak in every moment without the stress of wondering what happens next. Leading up to the wedding, all documentation and contracts were organized through an online portal, and Jenna made sure I wasn't missing anything understood exactly what I was envisioning for our wedding. I cannot recommend Jenna enough, she is simply the best!

o run as smoothly as she did. Talk about not being stressed on your wedding day! She made my wedding day stress free! I’m beyond thankful.
Jenna at pop parties is phenomenal. We opted for the month of coordination package and it was completely worth it. My husband questioned it when I said that’s what I wanted, but a...
t our rehearsal he was adamant that she was worth every penny. Early on she offered great recommendations that fit our budget. Month of, she handled every situation that came up with ease and I had zero stress on my wedding day. She listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Multiple people including our officiant, no stranger to weddings, praised Jenna on her organization skills and calm demeanor. You cannot go wrong with pop parties.
Molly and Pop Parties are the BEST wedding planner in Dallas!!! Everyone tells you when your planning a wedding that something will go wrong. The day after my wedding, my mom and I...
were talking about how the day was PERFECT! Literally, there wasn’t a single thing that went wrong, and that was all because of Molly! My only regret is that we didn’t get her involved sooner. She came on board like 3 weeks before my wedding, and she totally transformed the reception plans into more than what we would have ever imagined! Her creativity is like none other. You’re missing out if you don’t have Pop Parties plan your big day.
