One of our absolute favorite details was the flower meadow surrounding our wedding cake. It was truly a SHOW STOPPER! It made our cake feel like such a magical part of our garden-party wedding, and it was even more beautiful than I had imagined. 🌸💐 On the wedding day, our florist was actually ahead of schedule and arrived ready to get everything set up. She worked so quickly and efficiently, and seeing all of the flowers come together was such an amazing moment! On top of the beautiful flowers and incredible service, Poppy Flowers Co. was very budget-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. I would absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for beautiful wedding florals without the stress or overwhelming process. We couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out! 🤍

My only constructive feedback was that some of the flowers (bouquets, corsages, flower girl hair and petals) were not delivered to the requested location, but rather to a central one, so we needed our planner to deliver to where we were getting ready for photos. Otherwise my experience was easy, and the flowers were beautiful and as requested!

You choose your color palette and proceed with a representative from there having several meetings and using their chat feature within the website. Communication was quick and easy. hard to trust your vendors with your vision, and not physically meeting with someone to do the florals felt like a risk, but let me tell you…. From the second I got in contact with Hannah, my Poppy rep, I knew everything was under control. Poppy is super responsive and answered my questions and addressed my concerns about being hesitant to book because it’s all virtual. Hannah made me feel totally comfortable and the process was entirely smooth sailing. Poppy is the lowest maintenance vendor ever, which is seriously what you need in the days leading up to the wedding. The florals were absolutely stunning and everyone complimented me on them. I always felt supported, heard, and confident that my wedding florals were in the best hands. I especially loved how I was able to incorporate some of my own vases into the decor as well as my own pots and poppy’s worked to create absolutely beautiful clouds that fit perfectly over my Potts. Honestly, the entire vision of my wedding came together because of the flowers. When the florals arrived at the bridal suite on the wedding day, I was completely overwhelmed with excitement. As someone who absolutely loves flowers and cared deeply about the floral design, I can say with complete confidence that they exceeded every expectation I had. The arrangements were stunning, the installations were breathtaking, and we received countless compliments from our guests throughout the day. m investment of like $5-8k like some other florists. We used Poppy Flowers for bridal and bridesmaids bouquets, bouts, corsages, 2 aisle flower clouds, and flower girl petals. The process was super easy and straight forward. It was nice to have one vendor be all online and straightforward when everything else was so complicated and convoluted in wedding planning. Everything went smoothly on the day of. The flowers magically appeared where they needed to be. That may be partly due to my planner but also Poppy showed up as expected where they were expected (as far as I know lol). And they looked great!! We supplemented the Poppy Flowers by buying local wholesale bulk flowers to fill 50 bud vases and my girlfriends and I also made several fake flower arrangements in the months leading up to the wedding too. Even though we hodge podged it all together it ended up looking nice together (IMO lol) and that's likely due to Poppy understanding what I wanted color and flower type wise. I also enjoyed the leftover flowers for a week or so after the wedding as they survived a while once i put them in new vases with water and flower food. (The pic of them all on a table are days after the wedding rearranged into vases)

I was able to share photos, and Michelle assured me that they would be able to create arrangements just like the inspiration photos. Communication through the portal was seamless and quick. On the day of the wedding, I was SO pleased with the flowers. They were even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! Anyelys, the local designer assigned to my wedding, was kind, collaborated beautifully with my coordinators, and did such a wonderful job with the flowers. It was everything I expected and more, just like the photos I had submitted! I LOVED my bouquet in particular. Anyelys also went above and beyond, helping us use extra leftover flowers around the property. We are so grateful and recommend Poppy wholeheartedly! It was an awesome and stress-free experience.

I reached out to other florists but Poppy was the most transparent with their pricing, and for that reason, I went with them. You’re able to curate exactly what you want, even DIYing some portions of the wedding if you need to stay in budget, which is great as some vendors require you to use them for all aspects of florals (ceremony, reception, etc). Super easy to work with, the portal makes communication easy. Best decision ever!
