Posh & Prim did such a beautiful job on our wedding florals this spring! I had the pleasure of speaking with Erika via video call multiple times to go over our vision for our floral arrangements and she really took the time to listen and create a vision board for us. She totally nailed it! We received so many compliments from our guests on the flowers they provided for us and I was absolutely blown away. They turned out even more stunning than I could have possibly imagined. I highly recommend choosing Posh & Prim for your own event florals, because they created such a luxe and high-quality product for us on our most special day.

My husband and I were referred to Posh and Prim by good friends and couldn’t have been happier! Not having any floral experience, I was very indecisive and my husband was growing confused with the many times I changed my mind (lol). However, Erika was extremely patient with us, showed us many examples to ensure we were aligned, and gave us options we didn’t even think were possible to help us stay in our budget. She really made our vision come life, we were amazed when we did our room reveal! The entire Posh and Prim team was extremely professional and kind. They did a phenomenal job keeping track of all our notes and changes, sending reminders, and were always prompt for meetings. We would 100% recommend Posh and Prim for your wedding floral needs!

Erika is absolutely phenomenal! She planned an exceptional reception for us, leaving no detail overlooked. From orchestrating a seamless timeline to ensuring everyone and everything was in place, her professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched. We also used her for florals, and the arrangements were beyond stunning—you could hear gasps when the doors opened! They were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. My experience with the planning side (Marline Johnson) was outstanding. My experience with the floral side (Erika) was ok though somewhat unpleasant. Marline was the embodiment of grace and professionalism. Nothing fazed her. She handled every hiccup or challenge with cool headedness and immediately took care it. She had excellent vendor contacts and knew the market really well to get you reasonable prices. She was attentive and detail-oriented. I really enjoyed working with her and I'm so grateful she was part of my wedding day. Thanks for your excellent planning and grace Marline! The floral final result was alright overall. The tall table center pieces were beautiful and the altar flowers turned out nice as well. The short center pieces, on the other hand, looked like Christmas arrangements - I think the leaves looked frosted - so not wedding-like at all! My and my bridesmaids' bouquets were dainty as discussed but some of the petals were wilted, which was disappointing for bouquets though the rest of the arrangements looked fine in terms of wilt. When I first talked to Erika, I was impressed by the time she took to talk to me in person. I thought that differentiated her service strongly from other florists that I was considering for slightly lower prices. However, it turned out she wasn't as available as she seemed to be, so I may have had better experiences with some of the other florists after all. Erika is very responsive for sure - I wouldn't want that to be misunderstood. However, she was a bit confusing. After our first virtual meeting, I reached out to her for follow up brainstorms, and she agreed to meetings. A couple of meetings later, she kind of rudely told me that I basically needed to stop asking for calls. My feedback would be, if you're not ok with having calls, then maybe just respond with that initially instead of agreeing to calls. I also turned out to be the type of bride that changed my mind about an arrangement or wanted to brainstorm - I'm sure I'm not the only bride like that - but Erika didn't seem able to handle that. I eventually understood that what I was asking for was beyond the scope of her services - that wasn't clear from the beginning - but I think she could've made it clear in a more professional manner. My interaction with her made what was an otherwise nice wedding preparation experience a bit bitter. Overall, she's obviously very experienced and knowledgeable but may not be the best fit personality-wise for some brides.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Posh and Prim. They helped me every step of the way from beginning to end! They captured my vision for the decor in the venue spot on! I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again to the staff at Posh and Prim for making my special one to remember.

They were amazing! If anything they were the only thing that went right in our wedding. They were one of the only florist that during our first meeting, sit down and walk us through our vision and ask questions. Then show us in a follow up meeting all the flowers and pieces that they were going to use from our pintrest board. On the wedding day the flowers looked amazing, as well as the flowers that were given to the moms, wedding parties, and the grooms. They were super flexible with cost and willing to help make our vision happen within our tight budget. Strongly recommend for anyone as their team didn't need any directing when setting up and took care of everything themselves. They made our wedding day so easy. I reached out to Erika and her team only 3 months from my wedding day as I was overwhelmed from other major life events. I had done most of the planning, but I was impressed and relieved with how quickly Erika was able to jump in and fill holes where she saw them, giving me peace of mind and the ability to get excited about my big day. Throughout the process, Erika provided me with several resources to get organized and her communication was not overwhelming. It was just enough to allow me space to complete tasks in a timely fashion. Erika rerouted all of my vendors to communicate with her so that she could be fully in the know of every detail. Day of, she was on point! She managed me, my bridal party, my family drama and my vendors flawlessly. Even while managing a nightmare of a vendor, Erika made sure I didn’t have a clue until I was ready to debrief after the wedding so that I could have the best day ever. I can’t thank her and her amazing team enough for turning my wedding day into such a beautiful day and keeping my needs and wants at the forefront of every decision that was made. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! The Floral team did a phenomenal job bringing my vision to life while respecting my budget. I was amazed at how well they replicated the photo I provided for inspiration and they were able to make suggestions on flowers that could give me the same look while also being more cost effective. Communication, execution, and cleanup all went flawlessly!

I signed up for a consultation meeting online for a meeting at 11:15 am. I was emailed a video link to join a zoom to discuss. However, the person I was supposed to meet with, Erica, did not show up. I waited 30 minutes for nothing. I even called the shop to see if I could get ahold of anyone and left a message, to no response. I basically wasted my whole lunch break for nothing. How unprofessional.

Erika is the best! Her knowledge of the wedding industry as well as her professionalism is top tier. She reassured us with all the stress of wedding planning while also being a sounding board for ideas, and point of contact for my vendors. I worked with Erika for my wedding florals and she did an amazing job! The floral floor arch was the best thing I’ve ever seen and I’m still obsessed with it months later. Her communication and flexibility were some of the best throughout my wedding planning process. Their prices are also very comparable and they’re very willing to work within your budget and there are no surprises when it comes to payments and deadlines. The transparency is very appreciated and refreshing. They were prompt on wedding day and helped with every step of the process. I really liked working with them! Posh and Prim also provided our flowers. We went with centerpieces, bouquets, and ivy for the alter and all arrangements were exactly how we had envisioned them. Erika and the team at Posh and Prim are THE BEST. I'm terrible at expressing my vision but Erika totally got what I meant and ran with my vision. Our wedding was perfect and I felt so comfortable saying "I trust you, run with it" so I could enjoy being engaged and my wedding instead of panicking about details.

Ericka and her team were absolutely amazing. She was able to bring my vision to life, and it was perfect. The team was punctual and was really good about returning emails and phone calls. Anytime I had any questions, a member of the team was there to answer. I had some last minute changes, and they had no problems accommodating those details. Highly recommend.

From the first zoom meeting I had with Erika, I knew she “got me”. She seemed to understand my vision & suggested different types of flowers to stay within my budget. She is very knowledgeable & professional. Due to the flower shortage from Covid, I wasn’t sure what the bouquet & arrangements would look like but they were even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I cannot thank Posh & Prim enough for how AMAZING their team is!!! The entire experience from getting the quote, the zoom call to visually see the plan of the flowers laid out, and then the final outcome of the flowers and placement of all decorations at the wedding absolutely blew me away! We appreciate all of the work, time and dedication that each team member put into making everything so beautiful! Posh & Prim singlehandedly took our wedding from good to GREAT! Everything was just so gorgeous! This was the most hands-on approach to establishing our wedding vision with Posh & Prim-- we were able to meet with Erika via Zoom where I was able to explain my vision and budget and then she pulled together a Pinterest board with specific flowers/colors/and decor that we were able to see in real time. She made me feel comfortable in expressing what I wanted to keep/change in her initial plan, and then I trust her and her team from there on out! This sounds so cliche, but this team made us feel so loved rather than just being another couple looking for flowers. I, personally, made a couple silly mistakes throughout the planning (including incorrectly entering the wrong wedding date on the questionnaire/contract- yikes!) and P+P reassured me throughout the whole process that they would do what it took to make everything work! They were so respectful of our budget and exactly what we wanted. I seriously can't tell you just how amazing everything looked!!! My husband even said that we should rate P+P a 12/5, which is saying a lot for a man that didn't really care much about any florals to begin with ;) P+P was by far my highlight of our vendors- I am so happy that they were so willing to help make our big day so beautiful.

Posh and Prim was absolutely amazing. We initially worked with Erika who created an entire vision board through Pinterest with everything we discussed- colors, archways, all of our ideas. She was incredibly throughout and detailed. The team took our ideas and created an absolutely beautiful floral setup. My wedding was a little last minute due to travel changes and covid restrictions. I messaged them a month out and the wedding was on a Tuesday. I only had a chance to have one video call before I was fairly unavailable while traveling. All of that considered, Posh and Prim was a dream florist! Erika came to the video call with some ideas already in the works, her and her team got a quote to me and a pinterest board just for me. I was able to adjust what I wanted via email. The price more than fit what they offered and on the day of the wedding, everything was just as I had pictured! They were professional, flexible, and helpful. Erika and her crew were amazing! We did a zoom consultation and felt that we were heard on our ideas and when she expanded on them it was even better than what I had in mind. For our engagement party we worked with Erika who is the absolute best. She catered to not only to my fiancée and I but also to our families. She even surprised us guys with a cigar bar which was very classy. I can say that Posh & Prim took stress away of have to plan an elegant event.

Erika is THE BEST she is so attentive and nothing is cookie cutter. She was the only florist that took the time and spent so much effort to show how my vision through a Pinterest board dedicated to me and what I described to her. I loved mixing citrus and pomegranates into our florals and EVERYONE mentioned it afterwards as being so amazing, beautiful, and most important to me, UNIQUE. My flowers were beautiful! I had a cascading Orchid bouquet that was absolutely unbelievable! I would've given 5 stars, except that a couple of my bridesmaids bouquets (hydrangea balls) started separating and kind of flopping a bit, but the girls were able to hold them together for pictures and ceremony, so you couldn't tell. That said, they nailed my colors perfectly and the flowers themselves were stunning!

As someone who didn’t have a very specific vision for floral, Erika was a dream to work with. We met over a video conference call, where she had already prepped a Pinterest board of ideas based on a document I had sent her with floral ideas and colors which was SO impressive. Erika is great with working within a budget and had so many great suggestions on more than just flowers for my big day. Guests were constantly coming up to me the day of my wedding to gush over how beautiful the floral décor was. She is such a ray of sunshine and was such a blessing to work with, taking both my mother’s floral preferences into account while still keeping the overall aesthetic I wanted.
