Posh and Prim was the best ever! Soon after I became engaged and tried to plan my own wedding, I realized that I NEEDED a planner. I contacted Lorna from Posh and Prim and I knew from our phone conversation that she would be the perfect fit for me. Lorna was very VERY professional, innovative, cutting edge, and she had the perfect vision to help me make my dream a reality. I felt as if some of my ideas were over the top, but she assured me that we, together, could make these dreams come true! She contacted all of my vendors to coordinate with them, communicated with them on behalf of my now husband and I, and made everything smooth! My wedding day was perfect and it was because I know Lorna did some super work behind the scene. She was very helpful in finding vendors based off of what I wanted! On December 28, 2019, my wedding day, Lorna had everything perfect! She was busy communicating with hotel staff, florist, photographer, videographer,, venue, groomsmen, and bridesmaids, DJ, pipe and drape, and every vendor I had to make sure that everyone was on time and on point! THe one thing that had to happen was that my wedding start on time and it did! I expressed to her how important that was to us, and at 5:30pm, our officiant was walking down the aisle. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was too! The timeline made sense and was very efficient and I will say that friends and family say that our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. Lorna from Posh and Prim was the single best choice I made to make my wedding a reality! I, without any reservation, recommend her to any bride who wants to loose the stress of planning, or any bride who wants a little help on planning and coordinating their wedding! My husband and I are truly grateful for her vision, her professionalism, her kindness, truthfulness, and her gift that she shared with us! Lorna and Posh and Prim,thank you so much for everything! We used Posh & Prim for our flowers for our small wedding this year. They offered a micro floral package which included my bouquet and my husband's boutonniere and both turned out beautifully! I am so grateful for Erika and the Posh and Prim team for their attention to detail, personal touches, and professional work ethic. Originally, we hired Posh and Prim as our florist for our wedding and within a few months decided that we needed the assistance of a month of coordinator. This was by far the BEST decision related to wedding planning that we made. Erika provided detailed help and expectations for our wedding weekend and allowed us to be involved when we wanted but also encouraged us to take a backseat and allow her and her team to take care of us. Erika understood our personalities as well as those of our wedding party; she was personable, relatable, but also effective and efficient. I would highly encourage and recommend the Posh and Prim to for your next event and/or wedding.

Words cannot describe how much I would absolutely recommend Posh and Prim (Lorna) for all of your wedding planning needs!! My husband and I just had our wedding 2 weeks ago and when I say that everything was perfect, IT WAS PERFECT! And it was all because Lorna from Posh & Prim was behind it all. When I first got engaged, I immediately started looking for wedding planners. I had consultations with 3 different companies. Lorna had me hooked from the beginning! Even during our initial consultation, she was very detailed, asked questions, gave answers, went over everything that she would be handling, and much more! I just knew I had to hire her! Throughout the whole wedding planning process (1 year) she was right there by my side through it all. Anything that you could possibly think of, she did it and handled it! There were tons of things that I didn’t even think of that needed to be done for the wedding but Lorna was there reminding me and keeping me on track. When it comes to her career, she is professional, detailed, super organized, and you can tell that this is her passion. For our engagement party we worked with Erika who is the absolute best. She catered to not only to my fiancée and I but also to our families. She even surprised us guys with a cigar bar which was very classy. I can say that Posh & Prim took stress away of have to plan an elegant event.
For me and my fiancé engagement party we had absolutely no vision. I however did have certain colors I wanted. And just with those few details ERIKA made the most beautiful and memorable party. The flower center pieces were to die for! She also worked very well with the specific caterer I preferred. Will be wanting services with Posh & Prim for future events!
Erika is THE BEST she is so attentive and nothing is cookie cutter. She was the only florist that took the time and spent so much effort to show how my vision through a Pinterest board dedicated to me and what I described to her. I loved mixing citrus and pomegranates into our florals and EVERYONE mentioned it afterwards as being so amazing, beautiful, and most important to me, UNIQUE. I would advise any future bride to choose her! You will be beyond taken care of. ❤️
My flowers were beautiful! I had a cascading Orchid bouquet that was absolutely unbelievable! I would've given 5 stars, except that a couple of my bridesmaids bouquets (hydrangea balls) started separating and kind of flopping a bit, but the girls were able to hold them together for pictures and ceremony, so you couldn't tell. That said, they nailed my colors perfectly and the flowers themselves were stunning!
As someone who didn’t have a very specific vision for floral, Erika was a dream to work with. We met over a video conference call, where she had already prepped a Pinterest board of ideas based on a document I had sent her with floral ideas and colors which was SO impressive. Erika is great with working within a budget and had so many great suggestions on more than just flowers for my big day. Guests were constantly coming up to me the day of my wedding to gush over how beautiful the floral décor was. She is such a ray of sunshine and was such a blessing to work with, taking both my mother’s floral preferences into account while still keeping the overall aesthetic I wanted. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend booking Posh and Prim for your wedding!
Working with Lorna and Posh & Prim was a great experience! The couple that hired Lorna were not local to the area and the attention to detail and communication that came from Lorna made the planning process very smooth. I had the pleasure of working with Lorna on June 9, 2018 Metro Detroit wedding . I couldn't believe how smoothly everything ran and how well planned the day was. I am a wedding photographer and my couples usually leave the day of coordination to me, but I was happy Lorna was there to take on the day of operation. She was prompt, friendly and accommodating. Working with Posh & Prim, especially with Erika, was amazing from beginning to end. I am a meticulous and overly organized person and I can say that Erika was that and more. So focused on the details. She helped us think through so many details that we overlooked for our wedding. We hired her to do our floral arrangements. My wife is allergic to flowers but we wanted to still have a good amount of flowers because let’s be honest it’s a wedding and you need flowers. Erika created the right balance to make it visually stunning while also spreading out everything in a way where my wifes allergies weren’t triggered all day. I would highly recommend Posh & Prim and Erika. They were amazing.
Erika was my wife’s dream come true! During the process of planning our wedding I started a business, my wife was finishing her Master’s degree and we endured family loss. During it all Erika was there, encouraging my wife and handling things while we had to be away. My wife completed her degree 4 months before the wedding and during finals and funeral she was like a complete zombie, completely mentally and physically exhausted. Erika not only respected my wife’s mindset during this time but she also fully took over handling everything until my wife was back up and running. The month before the wedding a hurricane happened and the vendor for flowers was no longer an option. I thought my wife would freak out, instead she said “Erika’s got it” and that was it. No crying Bride and no meltdown. I attribute that to Erika’s demeanor that made my wife (who is very detailed and organized) feel completely okay with stepping back and letting Erika push her vision.
The day of the wedding we were blown away with how beautiful our wedding was.(We hired Erika for planning and floral). We noticed that she added a few additional pieces that really took our decor to another level. I’m not a man who understood wedding protocol. Sending invitations, RSVPs or organizing a timeline and budget. But my wife and I totally agree that our best decision for our wedding was hiring Erika as a wedding planner. Guys, do yourself (and your wife) a favor and hire Erika as your wedding planner!
Our wedding went off without a hitch, including a moment where my wife’s dress broke during her father daughter dance (Erika has a sewing kit with her). She was amazing and my wife still speaking incredibly highly of her!
I cannot rave ENOUGH about how wonderful this company was! They worked magic with our flowers with very little direction from us and made my vision come to life--even doing so under budget! She was so friendly, accomodating and her many years of experience came in so handy throughout the entire planning process. She was also so friendly, helpful and professional day of. Posh and Prim did an absolutely amazing job on our wedding day. Lorna was very professional in every meeting, communicated back quickly, and answered any questions I had. She helped me think of things I hadn't thought of for the day-of and kept me at ease for our big day. On the day of, Lorna and Anita went above and beyond making sure the setup went smoothly and the day ran perfectly. Not to mention, they were extremely fun to have around! Erika is AMAZING! I didn’t get a chance to meet her until after my wedding but she had previously met with my fiancé and our planner and they discussed our ideas and she delivered. Lorna is THE BEST WEDDING PLANNER EVER! When I got engaged I was overjoyed, but, soon those happy feelings were replaced by feelings of fear and anxiety over the thought of having to plan my wedding alone. I contacted my long time friend Erika of Posh and Prim and she connected me to Lorna. From the moment I met Lorna there was just something wonderful about her. She is a true professional who loves her career. For every meeting she was on time and well organized. She never procrastinated. She suggested vendors, did all the ground work, contacted venues and negotiated pricing. Her main goal was to make sure I was happy while also giving me ways to save money. She was there every step of the way scheduling frequent meetings to make sure things were getting done. The design layout of my event was GORGEOUS. I told Lorna and Erika what I wanted and they exceeded my expectations. I knew that my event would be beautiful, but GEESH! My family and friends are still telling me how much they enjoyed my wedding. From the beautiful floral centerpieces to the linen drapery covering the wall; everything was perfect. Their attention to detail made my reception dreams come true. On my wedding day, Lorna and Erika handled everything!! I didn't have a care in the world! Lorna at Posh & Prim is a true professional. My June 2018 Detroit Wedding was a blast and I have Lorna to thank. Since I’m originally not from Detroit, my bridal party and guests all traveled from out of town to attend our wedding. My parents also live out of state, so my mom and I hired a planner to keep the process moving along, and it was a fantastic decision. We were able to fully rely on Lorna. She helped us hire vendors, including our florist and designer at M Dawn Floral Design who created a breathtaking reception and the most beautiful bouquets for my bridal party and I. Our wedding day was unforgettable thanks to Lorna and Posh & Prim.
Our goal was to have a classic wedding with a traditional vibe. We wanted formalities, but not so many to the point where little time was left for dancing and a true celebration. We were married in a church, but wanted a reception that was very much a party. Posh & Prim executed every detail: The rehearsal at our church in downtown Detroit the day before; bridal party preparation at our host hotel in Troy; shuttle bus service for the bridal party and guests at the host hotel; the wedding ceremony; photos in downtown Detroit; and then a beautiful cocktail hour and reception back at our host hotel. Lorna and her team kept us right on time!
Our goal was to enter the reception by 7:30 and have everyone dancing by 9:30 until our reception ended at 12:30. Lorna made this happen! It was an amazing day and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had in Detroit and how great the reception was. We highly recommend Posh & Prim. THANK YOU LORNA, WE LOVE YOU!
We had the opportunity of working directly with Posh and Prim for a wedding that we were providing DJ Services for. Lorna was absolutely awesome! She was very easy to communicate with and meshed with us to help provide our bride the best experience possible. She was present the entire night and made sure the wedding had a perfect flow! We can't wait to work with Posh and Prim again in the near future. Two thumbs Up!
If you want your wedding day to go well and not feel any regret about it I highly recommend you don't use Posh and Prim. We hired them as day of coordinators and stepping in two weeks prior to our wedding date was a mess. They were unprofessional and inconsiderate throughout the entire process. We had great experiences with all other vendors and support from our wedding day, but unfortunately I have bitter feelings left over from working with Erika and her team. Hiring coordinators is supposed to relieve you of stress, however, working with Posh and Prim just didn't make it worth the time, pain and money they cost us. I should've taken her up on her offer for a refund when I had my first taste of working with them prior to the wedding. My only advice to new brides is to be careful in the vendors that you choose and I wish I would have seen this review before.
I cannot say enough about Erika!!! Not only does she have a heart of gold but you will not be dissapointed with her commitment of making your day beyond what you can imagine!! Her and her team are top notch!!! I have had the pleasure of working with Posh and Prim on numerous weddings (as wedding professional myself) and it's always a treat when I get to work with her and her team! I highly reccomend using Posh and Prim for your wedding day!!!!
Erika and her team are amazing!! She is so sweet and easy to work with. I was the type of bride that knew what colors I liked but had no idea what kind of flowers to chose. Erika had it all planned out and it turned out better than I ever expected!! I would definitely recommend every bride to use posh and prom for floral and wedding planning!!
What in the world would I have done without Erika! She is such an amazing person and wedding planner. Every problem I had was fixed in a matter of minutes. Though I’m a planner and had trouble stepping away, Erika was very patient with me and reassured me that she would take care of everything! She did exactly that! She had an answer and fix for everything and we used a lid of her preferred vendors and they were also wonderful. If something went wrong the day of I have no idea that it did. She was very protective and caring over the Bride and careful to keep me calm and focused on my groom and wedding! We had an oversized wedding party of 30+ I’m still baffled at how she got everyone in place ON TIME! She also did the decor and flowers for the reception and it was absolutely gorgeous! My wedding was days after the hurricane and flowers had to be changed last minute, I told her to do whatever worked and When Is aw the venue I was completely blown away! I also really lived the all of the floral done for the ceremony and especially my bouquet! Erika is worth her weight in gold AND THEN SOME!
They are truly an amazing company to work with! They tak all of your suggestions, and they turn them into your dream wedding! My husband and I wouldn't of been able to create our dream wedding without them. They were able to see our vision and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Posh and Prim to all bride and grooms!!
I loooooooved working with Erika!!! Her and her entire team were just fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. I could tell from day 1 that she just got me -- and that she would make sure my wedding was perfect! She was also great at working with my budget and making suggestions to make everything flow together.

I do not know how my wedding would have looked if I had done the design and tried to coordinate my day. Erika and her team worked with me to design my flowers and the overall look of my wedding. Katherine and Lorna were my day of coordinators and were so amazing! I can't express how amazing my wedding was.
We were able to use Posh and Prim for consulting meetings on the wedding planning, day of coordination with two attendants and floral. Erika and her team delivered that and much more.
When Erika sets a budget, it is reasonable and accurate. We went over budget, but that was due to decisions for extra bells and whistles that we wanted that weren't originally discussed, not due to her planning.
They helped us with our vision of honoring African American heritage and gave us unique ideas (having our reception at the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum for example) and the thematic experience was one of the main things that received high praise from friends and family.
The wedding and reception went on without incident and the decorations were exquisite throughout. Especially the floral arrangements.
What we appreciate the most about the process was the personal touch given with professional service. It felt like we were working on planning with a friend more than any formal arrangement. We really were able to connect with the staff and because of this, they earned our full trust through the process. Our day couldn't have went any better.

Posh & Prim did a magnificent job on my bouquet this past weekend I couldn't have asked for a better set of flowers to carry down the aisle. It was absolutely breathtaking. Thank you so much for adding to my amazing day and the help you gave in planning my wedding. Everything was like a fairytale. I would recommend them to any and every couple I know planning to get married.
I had the good fortune of having Posh and Prim provide me with my wedding flowers and their coordination services. When I first started planning my wedding, I purchased a few wedding planner/organizers but I knew quickly that I was way out of my comfort zone. On the actually day of my wedding I wanted to just enjoy myself and not have to worry about all the small/big :) stuff. Erika and her team were impeccable from start to finish. They knew ALL the different vendors in the business and gave me quick recommendations of who and what exactly I needed to spend my energy on. They actually saved me money because I told her upfront exactly what I was looking for and what my desired budget was. With all that said my wedding day went off without a hitch! All of my guest kept saying that we had a “Celebrity Wedding.” She turned a dull room into a luxurious space. I could’t have done it without her and her team. FYI: The best thing she did for me was to calm me down (when no one else could) on my actual wedding day. I was extremely nervous because I was late getting to the venue but she worked everything out.. Thank you Posh and Prim
These are the things I am dissatisfied with for our wedding.
1. The bouquets were supposed to come in an easy to carry box so we could load them into the limo. This box was not left during the delivery so we had to carry and keep track of 10 bouquets in mason jars during an hour limo ride. These mason jars had water in them and there were not enough hands to hold everything. Most of my bridesmaids had to hold a jar of flowers in both hands for the entire ride to keep them from tipping or spilling.
2. Erika requested everyones name so they could label the items and make them easier to distribute. Nothing was labeled when they arrived so since I am the only one who knew what we ordered I had to organize and pass them all out .
3. In our contract, we were supposed to get a sweethearts table with a 14" glass terrarium and 2 gold dipped concrete vases. Instead we got a small wooden box terrarium and two mason jars... that is not what we agreed on. I never once agreed on mason jars at the wedding because I really wanted something nicer. The gold concrete design was really important to me and it was sad that neither was included in any of the flowers.
3. One of the center pieces designs was a glass terrarium on a wooden stump, accented with gold mercury vase and beeswax candle. There were not gold mercury vases at the entire reception and no 4" pillar candles as agreed upon.
4. The second center piece design was a wooden box filled with candles and roses. The wooden boxes were blue tinted/white washed and they clashed with the wooden stumps used for the other centerpieces. They looked like two centerpieces from entirely different weddings.
5. Prior to the event I emailed asking which centerpiece items were available to keep and which were to be returned. I was told that EVERYTHING was ours to keep; however, at the end of the night a florist came and picked up half of the centerpieces, all the wood stumps and candles.
6. The florist coming to pick up the centerpieces arrived before the reception was even done so they were picking up center pieces from tables that people were still sitting at. It felt rude.
7. It was important to me to have an eco-friendly reception so when I asked to have most of my centerpieces be living. I was told that 70% would be. However, at least half of the centerpieces were not living/planted so they were cut flowers that were going to die. So the number was closer to 50% rather than 70% I really wanted to minimize the amount of beautiful flowers I killed for the wedding.
8. The pomanders for the flowers girls were quoted to be roses with succulents; however, they were just moss covered green balls with 1 or two succulents on them. There were no roses at all.
9. The terrariums we ordered as centerpieces were all different and honestly I was expecting them to be bigger. some of the terrariums were very small glass cylinders that only held 1 succulent. They looked nice but for 100$ a piece I feel like they could have been a little bigger/better.
So overall I was not happy with the flowers at my wedding. I chose posh & prim because I really respected their mission to use free-trade and living flowers; however, since what I was invoiced/quoted on was so different than what I actually received, I would say that the eco-
friendly aspect was not worth the stress and money. On a positive note, the flowers were only a small part of an otherwise fun and beautiful wedding.
The entire firm provided my organization with impeccable customer service and an event that people are still raving about. My non-profit contracted Posh & Prim’s event design and planning services for a foundation reception we held at our annual convention. Erika, worked with me exclusively, supported by Paige to curate a phenomenal event. My organization was fortunate enough to contract them early enough that they ended up saving our event from its original location. Her team began working for us before we officially signed and she was an angel. Perhaps the most valuable thing we did was work with their firm because they ended up bringing us to our new location and helped us source all lighting and décor vendors. We worked directly with Erika and her team managed all vendors for the event which allowed us to focus our attention elsewhere as there were many moving parts. Being able to leverage her local vendor relationships kept the event on and under budget as well as gave our foundation partners a world class experience. Our goal was to host an upscale event within our budget – needless to say, we succeeded! Erika’s event design, from floral arrangements and lighting, to my favorite enhancement--the hanging acrylic buffet went above and beyond our imagination of what our event could be! She often took initiative and created a robust blueprint for the space and over-delivered on her contractual obligations (i.e. stage area for speakers, designated wall space for slide shows, etc). We weekly touch-points leading up to the event and even daily check-in as we got to the week of the event, and she was always available for our random needs in between times. Having us a client was not an easy undertaking but Posh & Prim never wavered in their professionalism and continued support and interest in providing us with all that we desired for our event. Erika, in particular, welcomed all ideas and was extremely accommodating. She also provided a level of comfort that made the planning process smooth since we are not local to Kansas City. We will definitely be using Posh and Prim’s services again.
Erika and her team at Posh & Prim were nothing short of AMAZING when planning and executing the vision and details for our wedding day! Planning our Kansas City wedding ourselves from Texas with our busy jobs was not an option - hiring a planner was an absolute must. We selected the Partial Planning package from Posh & Prim, and Erika exceeded our expectations on every level - from vendor recommendations, design, day-of timeline, etc. Every single detail was accounted for. Erika has a true knack for executing upon ideas and providing her insight and expertise to make it all come to life. She's also a true professional and adapted to any last-minute ideas we threw her way. Working with the Posh & Prim team was the best decision we made. The team at Posh and Prim is amazing! Their two lead planners, Erika and Lorna, are super organized, approachable, talented designers that know how to get the job done so your wedding runs beautifully. Aside from planning, their high fashion floral design are gorgeous! I would definitely recommend their services to any couple looking to hire professionals to make their wedding day a fairy tale come true.
SAME SEX COUPLES (and hetero couples who are decent human beings), BEWARE. If I could rate them a 0, I would. It is 2016 and Michigan has laws against discrimination, so I assume that is why she carefully worded why she refused to work with me, and proceeded to recommend other area businesses that I should contact.
A note to the owner of this ratchet business: Not accepting someone's money because they are gay in the business of wedding planning will eventually be a death sentence, as newsflash, same sex marriage is legal. I look forward to the day when this review no longer shows up because your company no longer exists.
I had my wedding at a venue where no coordination was included and I was overwhelmed. Lorna was fantastic and was always available for communication. She knew what she was doing and she was worth every penny. Her and Anita made my day much more relaxing!
While I thoroughly enjoy planning events, I knew for my wedding I wanted the weekend of the wedding to be as stress-free as possible for my family and I. Erika and Eco-Posh Events made that a reality for us! When we were down to the last details and I was over making decisions, she stepped in and truly executed our vision. Her attention to detail proved to be a life saver. Since she took the time to get to know us I was able to rest confidently and calmly the day of the wedding. Eco-Posh also provided our florals and she truly over delivered for us. I'm genuinely sad we no longer are working together!
I was referred to Lorna by a friend. I knew immediately after our first meeting that I wanted to hire her. She is very patient, very organized and knows her stuff! My ceremony was a little different from most traditional ceremonies but I was able to incorporate all my special details and everything was executed with no errors. My wedding started on time and all my guest were very happy about that. I would definitely recommend Lorna to another bride.
I was referred to Eco-Posh pretty late in my wedding planning process. However, at the end it didn't matter because Erika did a fantastic job on my flowers. I was very laissez faire when it came to wedding planning and I had no idea what I wanted as far as flowers. During my consultation Erika was patient and made sure that I was absolutely in love with what I had chosen. After our initial consultation, I wanted to make changes, and later on I ended up order MORE flowers. Both times Erika did a great job acknowledging my changes. I was also able to conveniently drop of my center pieces at a discreet location prior to the wedding. On the day of, the flowers were fresh, vibrant in color, and essentially everything I had asked for! Great job Eco-Posh!
Working with Eco-posh was fine. During our consultation I felt like they had a good grasp on what I was envisioning but when the flowers showed up on my wedding day they weren't even close to what I wanted. I will credit that all of the bridesmaids bouquets were beautiful, just not what I was hoping for. The unfortunate thing was the guy's boutonniere's. They delivered half of them dead! My bouquet was supposed to be a mix of peonies, hydrangea, and minimal babies breath... all for a shocking price of $220. However, what I really received was a LOT of baby's breath, no peonies, and roses. Again, it was beautiful just not what I wanted. I was happy to pay $220 for what I wanted. $220 for baby's breath is a little steep! Considering what we got and the quality of it, we felt overcharged.
Highly recommended! My floral arrangements for the church and hotel reception were immaculate. Everything was exactly as I imagined and Erika brought it to life!
My husband and I got married in Kansas City on April 26, 2014 with much help from Erika and her team at Eco Posh Events. After months of procrastinating with wedding planning and not fully understanding the process, we luckily found out about their services. Erika is incredibly friendly, professional, and full of brilliant ideas to assist with your wedding plans. She did a great job of listening to our likes and dislikes to get an understanding of how we envisioned our wedding rehearsal and the wedding day. Erika was always available via email, text, or phone to get in touch and always responded in a timely manner or reached out to us regarding items on the wedding checklist that my husband and I hadn't even considered. Her team is very organized and knowledgeable in wedding coordinating and planning. With their help, our wedding was nothing short of amazing! Erika and the EcoPosh team helped make my day perfect. I met with the EcoPosh team before my wedding day to help explain my vision for the flow of the ceremony/reception. They definitely listened and made my dream a reality! My ceremony was scheduled to be much earlier than I had anticipated, but the EcoPosh team created a seamless plan for the day and helped ease my worries. They sent out a day-of schedule to my husband and I, our wedding party, and our parents. Having this schedule in place was extremely helpful. I loved having the ability to see the flow of the day beforehand, and it great to give to other vendors to keep them on schedule. Erika and her team made my wedding day stress-free and handled any situation that came up with unexpectedly with grace. I had met with several florists and just wasn't impressed at all. My last appointment was with Erika and she knocked my socks off with her preparation and ideas. She had requested to see my Pinterest account prior to our meeting so at the consultation she had a plan and was spot on. She had everything that all the others were lacking. The day of...everything turned out great. It was so beautiful and I truly just trusted in her talents so it was worry free for me. I would strongly recommend Eco-Posh to any bride.
I was an out-of-state bride that had most things under control, but just didn't want to deal with vendors or logistics on the actual day of my wedding. I felt a little selfish, but wanted to pass off all the planning I'd done and just be the bride. No vendors calling asking where to setup, or limos calling saying they'd be late...I wanted none of it.
Lorna and Anita stepped up, worked with my unique out-of-state needs and took over everything. If something didn't go right, I didn't even know about it. In fact, I didn't even have my phone on me for several hours during the day because I knew they had it under control.
I wanted to plan every detail but pass it off to someone else to execute flawlessly and they did. Hope this review helps out brides-to-be... they made me so comfortable on probably the most stress-filled day. Really wonderful people.
Erika and her team did a great job on my flowers! I gave Erika a budget and some vague adjectives like celebratory and joyful, and she pulled together an amazing look for the entire day! Our flowers were better than we ever expected.
Erika did a wonderful job with our flowers and decorations. Erika captured the rustic theme I was going for. She was great to work with. She is also a wonderful wedding planner/coordinator. I would recommend her highly to anyone.
I have to say, Erika and her assistant Eric were probably the best investment I made in my entire wedding. Not only did they take over all my responsibilities 2 weeks before the wedding (she was my day-of planner), and allowed me to sleep for the first time in about a month, but they made my entire wedding flawless! I heard after the fact that there were a few minor issues that I had no idea about. She was able to handle everything that anyone threw at her, and it made for a day where I focused and me and my new husband, rather than all the details that could have easily encompassed all my focus. The only decision that she asked during the evening was about the grand exit. It had been icing and then snowing and she was worried about the front steps (there are many!!). I’m very glad she asked that to me directly. I ended up canceling the grand exit in concern for everyone’s safety, but I’m glad she asked directly, as that was one of my exciting photo ops, and it should have been my decision. And what I really appreciate is that she didn’t sway my decision either. I know she would have made it work if I had said I still wanted it. Erika and Eric were so unbelievably professional and I just have to say, we felt special the entire day. They catered to our every need and I never had to look for them for a problem as they were already on top of it! They were also great to usher us through all of our obligations, in particular eating. Everyone had told me we wouldn’t have time to eat (and they were right!), but I asked that she make sure we eat, even if that means having to cut a conversation short. She was very elegant and diplomatic, and of course apologetic, about interrupting me from a conversation (the particular interruption I had asked her for!). Also, the assistant that we hired for the end of the night (I’m horrified I can’t remember her name) was wonderful and packed up everything very well for easy transport. I have no idea how all the stuff got back to the designated rooms, and I have to say, I’m glad I don’t know. It shows how seamless their service was, as well as being completely trustworthy and wonderful. I would highly recommend Erika and her team for your wedding. I can’t say enough about her!
Erika and the staff at Eco-Posh went out of their way to make our wedding day so perfect! They turned our venue into the most gorgeous reception with breathtaking centerpieces and linens! All of the flowers were beautiful, from the bouquets and bouts to the centerpieces. Erika was wonderful to work with! She worked with our budget and was always offering ideas to be more cost effective. I would recommend Eco-Posh for any floral or planning services!
