The PR staff are incredible! Throughout the planning process, Kevin helped us with what we needed for our bar inventory (and were VERY accurate) to help us maintain our budget. In addition, David, our bartender night of the wedding was amazing, kind, calm and so quick with getting people drinks! It was a larger wedding (110 people) for 1 bartender -although we did have canned cocktails, wine and beer only, David moved so quickly and efficiently that at no time was there a line of more than 4-5 people! 10/10 would recommend PR for anyone's wedding!

During the event they coordinated seamlessly with our designated point person and executed our custom cocktails and craft beer service exactly as we envisioned . We especially loved our espresso martini service with dessert!

Affordable and easy to work initially however, groom and some guests had several unpleasant interactions on wedding day. Recommend you clarify how and when remainder of tip jar will be paid. We hired PR bartending at recommendation of our venue and reading positive reviews for a wedding in October of 2023. Interacted directly with Kevin in the wedding planning phase who was pleasant and helpful. Kevin allowed us to modify services offered, determine what would align with our projected budget, promptly provided us updated quotes, and provided a purchase order. Overall very easy to wok with in palling phase. There was one small pre-wedding issue in which PR Bartending changed addresses and did not notify us, resulting in our final check payment to be delivered to the prior address. We only learned of the address change when Kevin reached out regarding the missing payment, but he did NOT charge us a late fee. On the day of the wedding, all bar related items were organized/set up as per our contract and discussions. During our cocktail hour our guests notified me that bartending was not serving draft beer. Our day of coordinator was not notified of this problem (as if standard for vendors). Our contract with PR bartending did specifically state that WE were responsible for ensuring the setup and proper function of the kegerator. I identified myself to Kevin and attempted to work to identify the problem. Kevin, seemingly frustrated did not provide a clear answer as to if the kegerator was working properly and what the specific problem was as to why beer was not being served. I assigned two individuals familiar with kegs/draft lines/carbonation systems to troubleshoot the issue, they were able to remedy the problem (CO2 regulator needed adjustment) but it took them considerable time as Kevin was reluctant to physically move and let the in the space near the kegerator. While this was during a busy point in cocktail hour and the space was small, clear communication and a degree of flexibility from PR Bartending would have allowed quicker resolution. Later on that evening approximately 1 hour prior to the pre-determined conclusion of bartending service I went up the bar to obtain a drink for myself and my bride. Kevin recognized me and before I could ask for a drink immediately stated “I’m x amount short” and asked how I was going to pay the remainder of the balance of the tip jar (as per contract). I left the bar area to find my checkbook to write the remaining balance but was intercepted by several guests. When I returned, 30 minutes later a family member informed me that he covered the remaining balance as a wedding gift as the bartending was asking for the bride or groom to rectify the balance on the tip jar. Other than the terse interactions, our guests reported good service and well-made drinks. I was pleased to hear that our guests had better interactions than we did however, I would expect more cordial interactions from a wedding vendor with the bride and/or groom.

Hands down the best bartending service! We had such a hard time finding a bartending service that would even respond to our inquiries! PR was not only responsive, they were extremely professional and helped coordinate all the details from start to finish. My husband and I didn't have to get up once to get a drink at our wedding- it was so nice! The bartenders were a hit with all of our guests- unfortunately I didn't get their names! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to hire a bartending service for their wedding or any private event! Thank you to everyone at PR!

Kevin and his team were AWESOME. Very responsive to emails/texts, spot-on with their recommendations on what to get for our guests, and SO FUN & HELPFUL on the night of our wedding! They even met us the day before to check out our venue and make sure everything was all set AND packed up everything after our event was done. I highly recommend them for any event!

PR Bartending was fantastic from the start to the finish! Kevin started to communicate with me right away, answering all of my many questions quickly. Every time I made a change(usually an addition of something such as time or materials) he was accommodating. The day of the wedding 2 lovely ladies Pamela and Lauren arrived hours before the wedding began. They set up everything and it looks so good! They were so nice and so awesome to work with. They helped to make my son’s wedding seamless and fun. It was a great piece of mind knowing that the bar was taken care of and in good hands. Do not hesitate to hire this crew/company!

Kevin was super helpful during our phone conversations and consultation. We had our wedding at Canterbury Shaker Village, and the team was familiar with the venue which helped so much. He was very flexible with details about our bar that changed as our wedding plans evolved. The bartenders on our wedding day were fabulous, and went above and beyond. I even saw them clearing some plates from tables, which was totally not required of them. For us, since we were having kegs and wine gifted to us by family, choosing this style of bartending service definitely saved us money. For a DIY wedding, or if you want to source all of your alcohol on your own for whatever reason, PR Bartending is the way to go. Thank you Kevin and team!

I absolutely, hands down, 100% recommend PR Bartending. Kevin, the owner, walked us through every single step of organizing and prepping the bar for my son's mostly DIY wedding. From our first phone call with him I knew that we were in great hands. This business has bar set up, service and everything else involved down to a T. The bar staff that they sent on the wedding day were top notch, well informed, professional as well as super friendly and fun. They went above and beyond. I truly don't think I could have found this very positive situation at this price point with anyone else!

Wow, what can we say about working with Kevin and everyone at PR Bartending... first and foremost, HIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY! We didn't really have a vision of what we were looking for with the bar and alcohol for our wedding, but Kevin was so detailed and thorough from our first call with him that he helped us clarify exactly how we wanted things to go from the moment our guests hit the bar after the ceremony to last call at the reception. I don't know what we would have done if we hadn't found Kevin because there were *so* many things throughout the planning process that he thought of that we would never have known we needed. From picking a signature cocktail that was in line with our taste but simple enough to be made quickly, to exactly how much glassware we'd need, Kevin thought through every single detail with us. On our wedding day, everything went seamlessly, our guests never waited long for a cocktail, and we always had a drink in our hands! On top of that, Kevin is just a great guy and he and his staff were always pleasant and super professional to work with. We can't recommend PR Bartending enough!

My husband and I did our own catering for our semi-formal barn wedding, which made waitstaff absolutely critical in making sure the reception went off without a hitch. They worked very closely with us leading into the wedding to ensure they had all details necessary. Day-of, PR helped preset the tables and were wonderful behind-the-scenes help on top of manning the buffet and bar. And there were smiles on their faces the whole time! Thank you!

I don't usually leave reviews but I had to make sure people knew how great PR Bartending is. I hired them for our wedding this fall at a barn in NH. They were professional, extremely helpful and just really easy to work with. We had a full bar and Kevin gave us amazing personalized advice for our event and a shopping list for our 100 guests (we had no idea how much alcohol we might need). It went so smoothly I really didn't realize how important having great bartending staff was. All around great.

We hired PR Bartending as our bartender for our wedding at Dexter’s Inn in July 2022 and they did a great job. They were professional in the setup and service throughout the night and had drinks flowing quickly for our guests. We purchased the alcohol ourselves for the event and Kevin did a great job in understanding our drink preferences and providing a shopping list for drinks, mixers, garnishes and ice for the event (we had 140+ people). The bartenders also were judicious about not opening bottles of alcohol throughout the night that were not needed, making returning unopened alcohol and wine the next day easy to save us money on our drink budget. We had an overall great experience with the bartenders and would recommend them for your next event.

David, our bartender, was very professional, prepared and made an even better version of our signature cocktails-blueberry bourbon smash and a mai tai! I wouldn't have thought the bartending services would be such a hit at my wedding, as it seems so standard, but I am still hearing 2 months later how much the guests were impressed! The bar was spotless, their attire was very nice, and they interacted with guests so graciously. They were making mixed drinks and champagne cocktails I didn't even know were possible with our purchase list! Finally, the clean up and care for the venue was above and beyond. If services were needed in our future in NH, we will definitely reach out to PR bartending again.

From the purchase order Kevin prepared for our venue to the creative recipes he sent along for specialty drinks, Kevin stayed in close contact leading up to the wedding. The venue, a children's summer camp, was not a simple set up. Kevin and his staff created 4 bar stations in 2 completely different areas of the camp. Our plans had changed due to Covid-19 and we needed bartending services at the last minute. Kevin was able to accommodate our September 26th wedding when I reached out in July. He helped us organize our entire bar services quickly and was prompt and thorough with our proposal for services. Kevin and his team provided absolutely phenomenal service at our wedding. They were professional and courteous, and ensured their set up and clean up went smoothly. I would highly recommend to any couple looking for bartending services for their wedding.

We found PR Bartending on the web and were glad we did. Kevin’s willingness to talk to us even prior to contracting with him was awesome, it is obvious he loves what he does. We contracted for an April wedding so, as you might guess, it had to be postponed due to Covid-19. Actually, PR Bartending was very accommodating in postponing, twice. Even though our celebration has not yet occurred, we had to write a review to let you know this is a company that works with you.

PR bartending was a life saver! 2 weeks before my wedding I called PR bartending. They were able to bartend for us (thank god!) on such short notice. Kevin was so nice over the phone and guided us the entire way. The whole experience is totally customizable. He listened to what we wanted but also helped suggest things when I was clueless on what to do for certain types of drinks. He also suggested ways we could save money (like buying our own ice or buying cups online) but gave us the option of PR providing it all as well. So flexible! The day of the wedding they showed up when they said they would and were amazing! They were fast and friendly, so many guests told me that they even remembered their drink orders. There was several times throughout the wedding where I had an empty drink in my hand and Kevin would come and replace it for me. So sweet! Now my wedding took place in august 2020 (during the COVID pandemic). Kevin and his staff were careful and followed protocols, but were still able to provide great service safely. They saved my wedding and I would highly highly recommend them for any event.

HI- I wanted to give a shout out to PR Bartending that went above and beyond for my wedding which kept changing due to Covid, The following all happened at once, The venue closed, my wedding coordinator who originally found PR bartending decided she would no longer be a wedding coordinator due to Covid, the guest list had to be cut by over half and we had to do at our the house in the yard yard- throughout PR bartending kept me informed on the Covid rules, as they kept changing and never left my side as I became my own wedding coordinator! They gave me information that helped me save $$$ with rentals and just all around very nice to deal with! The day of the wedding poured buckets as they were setting up and never a complaint!

We recently used PR bartending for our Vermont barn wedding on 10-7-17. The bartending service was superb! We had 2 experienced bartenders, who were professional, fun, and kind. Our guests really enjoyed their demeanor! On top of that, the entire process was made easy by Kevin, who helped us walk through some insurance items and later guided us on what to buy. Highly recommended, and very reasonably priced. Thank your for such a memorable day! Use these guys....you won't be disappointed!

We worked with PR Bartending for our wedding this past September, and we were very pleased. We spoke with Kevin multiple times prior to the wedding and he helped us feel at ease about that piece of the wedding. He's very nice, informative and thorough and we would recommend them to anyone. My only feedback would be, that there are a lot of add on charges that can get to be a lot. For instance purchasing of plastic ware, napkins, charges for beverage coolers, taking of trash, tip jar minimums, etc. From a cost perspective this became a bit overwhelming as we got closer to the wedding and we would have preferred paying more up front to cover these costs and essentially being told "this is the price with everything included". I understand the model completely, again we just would have preferred a more all encompassing cost since our venue was already completely DIY and all of those little costs and details really add up at the end. Perhaps two packages for an "all inclusive" and a "choose your package" would be nice. Otherwise, great job and the wedding went off flawlessly in this aspect.

PR bartending were very helpful working with me. They were respectful and their communications were prompt. Although we ended up not using their services, I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking this type of service.

We had a good experience with PR Bartending on the day of our event; they showed up early to set up and were very courteous and professional pouring and serving beverages to our guests. Leading up to the event, however, our planning process with PR was difficult and required excessive coordination from us. We contracted with PR to bring a full bar setup, and specifically paid an extra fee for PR to deliver the ice for the event. After we signed the contract, they tried to refuse to deliver the ice, because the vehicle they planned to use for our event wasn't big enough. On relatively short notice, they told us that we would have to provide 300 pounds of ice on the morning of the event; they offered no alternative solutions even though, as mentioned, it was in our contract that they would provide the ice. It was only after some discussion (via email and phone) that they agreed to abide by the contract that we had both already signed. While PR did apologize for their handling of the ice issue after the event, other logistical matters leading up to the event also required excessive coordination on our end, and we felt that there were instances in which PR merely identified problems rather than proactively suggesting solutions. That said, all the planning issues were ultimately resolved, albeit with significant legwork on our end, and they handled everything very well on the day of our event: their bartenders were helpful and they were very friendly in their interactions with the guests. We chose PR because they were affordable and we had a limited budget - for the price, there were some areas where they exceeded our expectations, but other areas where our experience left something to be desired.

These guys really took care of us for our wedding last weekend! They were extremely professional, fun, flexible, and helpful from the moment we contacted them. They were quick to respond to emails, they were willing to ship all the supplies we needed for an adequate bar, and when we needed help figuring out quantities of alcohol- they were willing to provide (accurate) advice based on their experience! When we explained we needed help with cleaning up empty glasses/bottles, they happily brought on a 3rd bartender. Our guests really enjoyed them! We would recommend them to friend anytime!

We hired PR Bartending for our August wedding in Boscawen, NH and had a great experience! The company was easy to work with and very communicative along the way. They helped us make sure we were ordering the correct taps for the kegs and gave us an idea of how much beer we would need for the event. We changed our mind multiple times throughout the year, and Kevin, the owner, was very flexible with us. We ended up putting our bar outside despite being able to find a tent, so the bar was in the sun for about an hour. The bartenders weren't too upset with our decision and rolled with it even though it was a hot afternoon. For a bit more money, we opted to do a wine pour at dinner which was a great option since we didn't do a champagne toast. We did purchase liability insurance and hired a school bus to bring guests to and from their hotel, which helped us feel comfortable and less strict about the amount of alcohol our guests were served. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed our open bar! Thanks so much PR Bartending for helping us have a perfect wedding day!

We hired PR Bartending out of Manchester, NH as service bartenders for our wedding in Kennebunkport, Maine. We purchased all of our own alcohol, ice, garnishes, cups, napkins, etc. They were providing service, liability insurance, set up and breakdown, and bussing. As a bartender myself for several years, an event planner in my wedding party, and a wedding planner we were fairly confident we could assess the amount of alcohol and such needed for an event of 140 people. Very unprofessional group, lots of fighting behind the scenes, which my catering and wedding planner noticed, along with a few wedding guests. Disregard for the wedding planner and went out on their own to buy 80lbs more ice before the wedding, which they charged me $125 for at the end of the night. (500lbs of ice had already been purchased by me for $150). They were drinking behind the bar. They also told a few wedding guests we were out of beers, we had several cases of beer leftover (specifically bud light and coors, which is what was being asked for). You'd think with all the extra ice they charged us for they would have iced down more beers. Then the night cap was when one of their bartenders tried to sneak around the house at the end of the night with an 18 pack of beer and a liter of alcohol, my dad, mom, brother and his fiancée caught him in the act. His response, "you don't need it anymore." Our wedding guests were MORE than generous with tips throughout the night and one of our groomsmen went around doling out $20s to everyone at the end of the night as well. I know our wedding guests had a great time and PR Bartending didn't ruin our day, but I would not recommend them based on their lack of professionalism on site and managements handling of concerns after our event. My mom did attempted to discuss the issues with the owner, Kevin, after our wedding to which he was very rude and abrasive. He did send a "cover my butt" apology email a few days later, however the damage was done. Were they a great value, yes. Worth it, no.
