R to help run the buffet and handle bartending. They did a fantastic job! The sent a team of 3 to handle our event, which was perfect. The entire team had amazing attitudes and were incredibly professional. They went above and beyond. At one point we ran out of limes, and they coordinated with my MOH (who was their point of contact) and handled an Uber Eats delivery to restock without missing a beat. I didn’t even know we had a crisis on our hands until the next day! Their staff was truly stellar. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for any future events!

say, the bartenders themselves day of were amazing. They did the job perfectly and none of my gripes are with them. On the first call were told to buy a certain amount of beer. Great. We did that. On the second call we told him how much beer we bought, the amount that he told us to get, and he said "Its not enough." Fine. We buy more. We had so much beer left over it wasn't even funny. We were told to buy a certain amount of champagne and ran out in the first ten minutes. So disappointing. I'm not saying don't use them... but be wary. I feel like we paid too much considering they didn't provide ANYTHING. We did the drinks, ice, coolers, signs, cups.... everything.

One of my guests loved the drink they created which he named "The Bull Rider." Others commented on Kevin's staff engaging with their drink choices and guest messages. It was a larger wedding (110 people) for 1 bartender -although we did have canned cocktails, wine and beer only, David moved so quickly and efficiently that at no time was there a line of more than 4-5 people! 10/10 would recommend PR for anyone's wedding!

l be paid. We hired PR bartending at recommendation of our venue and reading positive reviews for a wedding in October of 2023. Interacted directly with Kevin in the wedding planning phase who was pleasant and helpful. Kevin allowed us to modify services offered, determine what would align with our projected budget, promptly provided us updated quotes, and provided a purchase order. Overall very easy to wok with in palling phase. There was one small pre-wedding issue in which PR Bartending changed addresses and did not notify us, resulting in our final check payment to be delivered to the prior address. We only learned of the address change when Kevin reached out regarding the missing payment, but he did NOT charge us a late fee. On the day of the wedding, all bar related items were organized/set up as per our contract and discussions. During our cocktail hour our guests notified me that bartending was not serving draft beer. Our day of coordinator was not notified of this problem (as if standard for vendors). Our contract with PR bartending did specifically state that WE were responsible for ensuring the setup and proper function of the kegerator. I identified myself to Kevin and attempted to work to identify the problem. Kevin, seemingly frustrated did not provide a clear answer as to if the kegerator was working properly and what the specific problem was as to why beer was not being served. I assigned two individuals familiar with kegs/draft lines/carbonation systems to troubleshoot the issue, they were able to remedy the problem (CO2 regulator needed adjustment) but it took them considerable time as Kevin was reluctant to physically move and let the in the space near the kegerator. While this was during a busy point in cocktail hour and the space was small, clear communication and a degree of flexibility from PR Bartending would have allowed quicker resolution. Later on that evening approximately 1 hour prior to the pre-determined conclusion of bartending service I went up the bar to obtain a drink for myself and my bride. Kevin recognized me and before I could ask for a drink immediately stated “I’m x amount short” and asked how I was going to pay the remainder of the balance of the tip jar (as per contract). I left the bar area to find my checkbook to write the remaining balance but was intercepted by several guests. When I returned, 30 minutes later a family member informed me that he covered the remaining balance as a wedding gift as the bartending was asking for the bride or groom to rectify the balance on the tip jar. Other than the terse interactions, our guests reported good service and well-made drinks. I was pleased to hear that our guests had better interactions than we did however, I would expect more cordial interactions from a wedding vendor with the bride and/or groom.

The bar staff that they sent on the wedding day were top notch, well informed, professional as well as super friendly and fun. They went above and beyond. From picking a signature cocktail that was in line with our taste but simple enough to be made quickly, to exactly how much glassware we'd need, Kevin thought through every single detail with us. On our wedding day, everything went seamlessly, our guests never waited long for a cocktail, and we always had a drink in our hands! On top of that, Kevin is just a great guy and he and his staff were always pleasant and super professional to work with. We can't recommend PR Bartending enough!

The bartenders also were judicious about not opening bottles of alcohol throughout the night that were not needed, making returning unopened alcohol and wine the next day easy to save us money on our drink budget. We had an overall great experience with the bartenders and would recommend them for your next event.

He also suggested ways we could save money (like buying our own ice or buying cups online) but gave us the option of PR providing it all as well. So flexible! The day of the wedding they showed up when they said they would and were amazing! They were fast and friendly, so many guests told me that they even remembered their drink orders. There was several times throughout the wedding where I had an empty drink in my hand and Kevin would come and replace it for me. So sweet! Now my wedding took place in august 2020 (during the COVID pandemic). Kevin and his staff were careful and followed protocols, but were still able to provide great service safely. They saved my wedding and I would highly highly recommend them for any event.

my wedding coordinator who originally found PR bartending decided she would no longer be a wedding coordinator due to Covid, the guest list had to be cut by over half and we had to do at our the house in the yard yard- throughout PR bartending kept me informed on the Covid rules, as they kept changing and never left my side as I became my own wedding coordinator! They gave me information that helped me save $$$ with rentals and just all around very nice to deal with! The day of the wedding poured buckets as they were setting up and never a complaint!
