I said yes to the dress today! We worked with Nerelyn and she was an absolute dream. This was my first time trying dresses and only tried about 6 dresses. I came into this process with so much anxiety. I don't have my mom to share this experience with and had my grandmother, aunts, sisters and best friend with me to help quell my anxiety. We probably looked like we were going to be an overwhelming party to work with. It was a lot of opinions and Nerelyn was so kind and checked in with me each and every time we went back in the dressing room. I never felt pressured to buy or anything. But she was also very honest with me about timing and ordering. She also was very accommodating to my budget and my concerns about it. Nerelyn was truly an angel for me on this day that I was anticipating being very sad. We had so much fun and would recommend Nerelyn 10X over.

We worked with Joyce and her team for our wedding and couldn't have had a more fantastic experience! Our wedding was delayed due to COVID-19 and we finally were able to celebrate in the way we had originally imagined! Joyce and her team went above and beyond to make us feel supported and wonderful! We had 2 grooms, 8 groomsmaids, 8 groomsmen, 3 father's of the grooms and 2 mother's of the grooms that all received attired from Precious Memories. Joyce and her team went above and beyond to make us look and feel special and fabulous! We cannot recommend Precious Memories enough to all future couples! You won't be disappointed.

My first ever bridal appointment was here this weekend and it was AMAZING! Store is so open and beautiful. The consultant who helped me was the sweetest thing. She help me every step of the way. I always hear great things of this store and it really lived up to the hype. I highly recommend a trip here!

I visited 3 bridal salons in one weekend so going into this dress shopping process I knew it was going to be exhausting. This was the second salon I visited and I was a bit overwhelmed at first because it's so big but it had the best service. Nerelyn was amazing. She was extremely attentive and complimentary but wasn't overkill on the compliments where she was saying anything just to make me pick something. She made me feel extremely comfortable in the hour+ I was there. I went back 2 days later for a second look at 2 dresses I was in between and for someone who is very indecisive on these things, my decision making process was made very easy to say yes to the dress! Nerelyn wasn't working that day so I worked with a different stylist for the second visit, and I wish I remembered her name, but she was just as attentive and helpful. 10 out of 10!

This bridal salon is amazing! I live in New Hampshire and drove down here just because of how wonderful this place is. Not only did they help me find the perfect dress for my wedding day, but my mother, mother in law, and maid of honor all bought their dresses here as well. This bridal salon has so many affordable dresses. They also have a variety of designer gowns that are absolutely stunning. The staff most importantly is the best. They make sure they ask you before hand what you looking for and they also make sure they always stay within your price range when picking out dresses. They always got back to me on time with questions or concerns and just made the day of picking out a dress a wonderful experience. I highly recommend getting your bridal gown and wedding party's attire here you want regret it!

I went back to precious memories twice. Their inventory is wonderful and affordable. Ended up only purchasing my veil from them but 3 runners up were from here. The sales associates were great and helped us but also gave us space to browse. The associate ended up bringing us a veil that just arrived after hearing what I liked and did not like. We ended up buying the veil that day, it was perfect!!!

Precious memories truly does it all! After postponing our wedding last year we decided to have a small ceremony and still get married in 2020 and Precious Memories helped me find a gorgeous gown a month before! It was absolutely stunning and they did everything they could to make sure I got my gown in my tight time frame. Fast forward to 10/3/21 when we had our big wedding reception and Precious Memories was where my bridesmaids all got their dresses, my mom got her mother-of-the-bride dress AND my husband and his groomsmen got their suits. Everyone we ever worked with was so amazing and responsive and it was so easy for our bridal party to order, pay and receive their items. They provide an online dashboard where the bride and groom can even see who has ordered and paid for their garments so you can keep track! Nothing but great things to say about Precious Memories, they truly do it all!

A friend who had recently gotten married recommended Precious Memories to me and I am so glad she did! From the first appointment I knew I would end of getting my dress here. Sharon assisted me on both of my visits to try on dresses, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. She was very helpful, super nice, and always offered up options available for the different dresses. I was about to pass on what would eventually be my wedding dress until she told me I could remove the chiffon layer and it wouldn't be so poofy! I ended up getting the bridesmaid dresses and matching ties here as well. Unfortunately, due to COVID, there were some supply chain issues and supplier delays. The dresses came in about 5 weeks before the wedding but the ties didn't come in until 3 days before! When Joyce called me about 2 weeks before the wedding to tell me there was a chance the ties would not be in on time I was not panicking (yet) because she also had a back up plan in place. She said they had placed an order for rental ties that were very similar in color that I would be able to use if my ties did not come in. I really appreciated everyone being up front with me about the timeline, and not assuring me the ties would be in when there was a chance they wouldn't be, and also not calling me until they had a solution. Thankfully they came in on time, but we always had the backup option if they didn't. Joyce, Sharon, and everyone else at Precious Memories was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaid dress.

Went in and bought the 4th dress I tried on. Stunning Allure dress. So professional and helpful and sent us to a local tailor who works out of her home to alter it. Perfection. Dress was stunning!

I had an absolutely wonderful wedding dress shopping experience with Kim! This was my first time shopping for a wedding dress and she totally set the bar high for any other shop. Kim was very thorough and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. I completely trusted her from the beginning and thought she had a great personality. She was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. I went to another preexisting appointment at a different shop after working with Kim, but the experience wasn’t at all the same and I ended up going back to Precious Memories to buy my wedding dress. No complaints at all, she is great and helped me say yes to my dream dress!

My sister found her dress here four years ago, so I was really excited to follow in her footsteps! However, I found it frustrating that my consultant kept telling me that she was thinking of dresses she'd love to pull for me, but couldn't because I was too big. Let it be known- in normal dresses I'm a size 6-8, so I'm pretty average sized. I'd rather her just have not told me about the dresses she couldn't pull-- by telling me, she made me feel huge! Also, this place is really for people that want bling. I was looking for something simpler, and every dress they pulled for me had a lot of sparkles, etc, which just wasn't what I was going for.

Joyce and her team at Precious Memories Bridal are PHENOMENAL! The shop is absolutely stunning and full of so many gorgeous dresses (for both bridesmaids and brides). Joyce made me feel so comfortable and beautiful during our appointment. I absolutely fell in love with a Sottero & Midgley gown, and she went above and beyond to request a sample for me to try. I'm so thankful for her help and can't wait to visit again to find a dress for our larger celebration next year.

I found "the dress" here! I worked with Joyce, who was wonderful. I described what I thought I wanted and she pulled a selection for me. The dress I ended up buying was probably not something I would have picked on my own, so all the credit to Joyce! She was decisive for me when I couldn't make decisions and suggested accessories that really turned the dress from "beautiful" to "wow".

I chose Precious Memories based on a recommendation from a good friend. I was not disappointed at all when I came in for my appointment. First of, the place is big enough to handle multiple apppointments of large groups and also well-designed so it's east enough to browse for styles. They also have a large selection of bridal, bridesmaid, mother of the bride/groom dresses that makes it even more appealing. The best thing about my experience was being assigned Sharon as my consultant. She was patient and kind so I wasn't insecure to try dresses with her assisting me. She was also knowledgeable about styles and silhouettes that would look good on me but she was not pushy. She respected my choices and gave me advice when I asked her. She was also there to assist my future MIL with her dress. We both got our dresses after our first visit 😊🎊🎉. MIL's dress was discounted significantly as well. After a few days, I had to go back to have my dress ordered according to my length. Sharon was still very accommodating during the second visit and made sure everything was how I wanted it to be before I left the place.

I didn't end up getting my dress here, but I still feel the need to write a review because of how wonderful my experience was. It was my first time dress shopping, and Marize was so kind and helped me feel confident and beautiful the whole time. She had a perfect mix of letting me and my family pick out dresses we liked while also helping guide us to either new dresses we hadn't considered, or helping us figure out what order to try on. I was certainly nervous and overwhelmed and she made me feel so wonderful. They had one of the largest selections of dresses of the stores I went to, and the dresses were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this store!

I got my sisters MOH dress at PM 4 years ago and had a great experience. I originally found my dream dress at another boutique in Peabody, but when I saw it again at Precious Memories I knew it was meant to be. And the woman, Gina, was a godsend. She was amazing and I couldnt have asked for anyone better to work with. So I buy my dress and my veil in early September, Im told for every bridesmaid dress I get from there I’ll receive $10 off alterations, same for tuxes. Thats $180 off. I go back in early November with my girls to get their bridesmaid dresses, Im told they no longer do alterations at the salon I can use the money towards accessories. Except for my veil because it was already half paid off. I’m sorry but the typical jewelry sold at PM is outdated and not my style. So here I am left with (only $80 at this point, guys haven’t gone for their tuxes yet) and I don’t need anything else from them. Fast forward to March when my dress and veil come in. My dress was perfect, always was. But my veil was PINK. And the woman (I never catch her name, she says it too quickly all the time. She’s the manager of the tuxes) didn’t want to say anything. Instead, she put it on me and says “what do you think of the veil” I say “it’s beautiful but I don’t remember ordering pink” and she said “that’s why I was asking” so you knew it was wrong, but you were hoping I didn’t notice. ok, so they order me a new veil and tell me it’ll arrive in 3 weeks. Now fast forward to the beginning of June when the guys go for their tuxes. We originally started working with some kid who looked like he was 17, who no longer works there. He told us we would have one free tux for the groom, but because of the number of tuxes we were getting (10) we would have another for free. When my dad went to get fitted for his tux they said no, he was responsible for paying full price. No. That’s not what we were told. While on the phone with this manager of tuxes, I stated “and what about my veil, it was supposed to arrive in three weeks” she said she would check and get back to me. 10 minutes later she calls “it just came off the UPS truck” did it really? Or was it sitting there and you forgot to call me? The latter is fine because to be quite honest, I also forgot until that moment. Ok, dad pays for his tux, whatever. So now I mention how I should be getting $180 in credit to use for accessories. Surprise, surprise...wrong. Only $80 for the girls dresses guys tuxes are not included in that, after we were told they were. So whatever I got a hair comb....which ended up breaking in the middle of the night of the wedding. Ok NOW let’s fast forward to the week of the wedding. Remember, we ordered 10 tuxes. TELL ME WHY did only THREE of them fit! That 17 year old fitted the other 7, and NONE OF THEM FIT. Imagine the stress of a bride, the week of the wedding when four guys are out of state and not arriving until the Thursday before the Saturday wedding and nothing fits. Not what I needed. That week was supposed to be stress free. Instead I made about three trips to the salon that week just to get the tuxes fitted. And I was dead serious when I said to them “I do not want to ever see you guys again” even after they laughed. Not funny. Overall it was a terrible experience and have already told two other brides to look elsewhere for dresses. It’s just so sad, that even though a lot of the women were the same staff from when my sister got married, how different this experience was.

My husband and I got our dresses/suits for our wedding here and they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. For the suits, the guys rented and it was a good price. As a bonus, with a certain number of groomsmen, my husband got his suit for free. Then because he had so many groomsmen and ushers getting suits, we got another free suit as well. For the dresses, they were also pretty good prices and we absolutely loved my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses, which perfectly matched the main color of our theme as requested. They also helped us match the groomsmen/ushers' ties and pocket squares to that color. We would recommend this shop to anyone for their wedding or other event.

At first I was really excited to go in and try on gowns knowing that the store carries almost every Maggie Soterro gown. That excitement soon faded when the person that was helping me only pulled 6 total dresses for me to try on and expected for me to say yes to one of the six she pulled. I kept telling her I want open back, to which she ignored. She kept trying to put me back into the first dress, I got so annoyed I put the first dress back on and immediately said NO and I went back into the dressing room and got dressed and left. I don’t understand how you didn’t pull any of the dresses a bride requested after being told what she would love to try on. If I was able to try any of the Maggie Soterro gowns that I had asked for she would’ve gotten a sale. Please train your associates to be better listeners.

I was really looking forward to this experience, with my mom who flew in just for the weekend to go dress shopping, along with a good friend of mine. Joyce was nice and pleasant and helped select dresses that provided me with the variety I was looking for, but I got a feeling that she was annoyed with us from the very beginning, when I told her my budget (around ~1k). I expected that I would get a sample dress because of my budget, but I could tell she was not pleased with this. I caught a couple of eye rolls that I'm sure she thought I didn't notice, but it was enough to dampen the experience. Would not recommend.

My experience at Precious Memories was excellent! I had been putting off wedding dress shopping because I thought it was going to be difficult but I'm so glad that I finally made my appointment and said "YES!" to the dress during my first visit. Sharon was so patient and really listened to what I had to say. I didn't feel pressured or rushed at any time. I couldn't recommend this place enough for future brides!

I did not end up getting my wedding dress here but I wanted to leave a review because I still absolutely loved my experience here! I worked with Joyce who was so awesome! She was incredibly supportive, a great listener to what I was looking for, and not pushy at all! The space is great for family/friends to come with you. There is a huge selection of both wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses. Would definitely recommend this place!

My experience at Precious Memories exceeded my expectations. I worked with Gina, who was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable, she listened to me when telling her what I wanted in a dress and made great recommendations on dresses and most importantly she wasn’t pushy at all. She treated my maid of honor and mom great too! We had such a good experience with Gina. The selection of dresses was great and the shop was clean and beautiful. I visited several other salons and this was by far my favorite- I truly felt like a bride! I would highly recommend Precious Memories to any bride looking for their dream dress!

bsolutely terrible experience. Tried to work with manager by explaining the situation and how the last resort would be to leave a terrible review. I had to spend almost $200 to have the dress altered because of the mistakes made when I called in measurements. I am a size 14 yet was called “squishy” by an employee over the phone. Doesn’t matter if someone is a size 4, 14, or 24- respect and professionalism demands that these terms not be used I spoke with the manager who apologized several times and said that she would refund me $25 that I had to pay for rescheduling my appt with the seamstress since the delivery of my dress was two weeks later than had be promised. As a matter of fact, I had to call to inquire shipping information only to find out the dress hasn’t even been mailed even though I was told it would be sent two weeks prior. I never saw the refund. Additionally, after being PROMISED by the manager that I would receive a call Monday to further discuss, I never received a call. Over a month later... it came to this review

I found Precious memories on a limb while dress shopping as a last minute “why not” shop and I must say they exceeded my expectations. The dress were beautiful and at unbeatable prices. I found my gown the second time back in the shop. I received so many compliments on my dress from absolutely everyone. They were great to work with. I found all my wedding attires there from my bridal gown to mothers dress to bridesmaids dresses to groom and groomsmen suits and tuxedo. It’s a one stop shop. Only down side is that while everyone in your bridal party get a 10% discount off they outfit for buying my gown there. In fact my groom got his suit for free for having more than 5 groomsmen. You as the bride don’t get anything other then a small discount on jewelry (if your gown requires jewelry, mine did not), not veil or other accessories. Other then that small set back, precious memories is a must for bridal everything even none bridal shopping I must say. I would definitely recommend.

After a bunch of people recommending Precious Memories, I decided to set up an appointment and it did not disappoint. The building is very deceiving from the outside, once you walk in the door it is beautiful, roomy and well maintained. They have a nice selection of wedding and bridesmaid dresses that are very well kept. My consultant,Sharon, was awesome! She was kind, patient and low pressure. We went over what I was looking for in a dress. She then started to pull some dresses based on my input and a few other styles just to get a feel for everything! She asked if I would like help getting in and out of the dresses, which I found very helpful. I ended up liking way more dresses than I thought, they were all so beautiful! With the help of Sharon, along with my mom and moh we narrowed it down to one. I wasn't quite ready to commit and say yes right then and there. I ended up going to another bridal salon a few days later, and just didn't get the same warm, comfortable feeling like I had at Precious Memories. A few weeks go by and I couldn't get that one dress out of my head! I knew I wanted to go back to Precious Memories to try it back on over the other salon and I wanted to ultimately end up buying my dress from there even if it wasn't that dress. I emailed Sharon to check which days she worked and made sure to book another appointment with her. When I arrived she had already pulled that one dress and then we went through the dresses together and pulled out a few more. I knew when I tried on that dress again, it was the one. I still loved everything about it, and had all the things I was looking for in a dress. Thanks to Sharon and her patience I found my perfect dress! Next up will be looking for bridesmaids dresses! I will definitely be coming back to Precious Memories and to see Sharon for those in a few months!

Had the best experience at Precious Memories! They had a great selection of designer dresses for brides and bridesmaid, it's a one stop shop. The people working there were incredibly nice and welcoming, always willing to help make your experience memorable. During my 2 bridal appointments, one by myself and the other with my family, Gina was there to help. She was kind, empathetic and listened to my needs. When I was torn between 2 dresses or had trouble eliminating dresses she gave me an unbiased perspective to give me time to reflect on what I really wanted. I was so lucky to work with her after going to 5+ bridal shops around the area without having success. I would highly recommend Gina and all of the people at Precious Memories!

Went here in search of bridesmaid dresses, after a bad experience at Chryssie’s Bridal in Canton. Precious Memories was such a big difference! We were an hour late for our appointment and they were still very welcoming and kind to us! Don’t be deceived by the outside appearance of the building- the inside is absolutely stunning (their bathroom is super cute)! I had the pleasure of working with Shelby. She was very bubbly, helpful, attentive, and most importantly patient. She sat my four bridesmaids down and really listened to what they had to say/what concerns they had. My bridesmaids and I left Precious Memories (because we had another appointment), came back about an hour and a half later, and Shelby was still available and happy to continue helping us! Some other sweet ladies that helped us were Joyce, Marize, and Michelle. Like Shelby, they were all very patient and understanding throughout the whole process (which, in total, took about three to four hours.) During that time, we did not feel rushed at all. These ladies really went above and beyond to help us find the right dresses. They have an awesome selection of bridesmaid dresses: different styles and colors. I was worried that they wouldn’t have the exact color that I wanted but they did! They also have pretty accessories for brides/bridesmaids, as well as a small section for men’s tuxedos! As a side note: I did not buy my wedding dress here; however, while I was there, I saw future brides trying on dresses that looked absolutely amazing. Definitely would recommend going here.

My experience here was fantastic! I was lucky enough to find my wedding dress in one day. I went in knowing what style I wanted and what "extras" I wanted such as beading, lace, etc. The assistant that helped me asked for my budget and within 5 minutes came back with three dresses that matched exactly what I described. I put the second dress on and that was the one! The seamstress was extremely nice and did a beautiful job on my dress. When I needed to find a veil the staff was super helpful and found me an exact match to my dress. The day of the wedding I was able to wear the dress all day, dance, and enjoy my day without worrying about my dress. Thank you for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day!

Sharon, the consultant I worked with, was very relaxed and low pressure. She pulled dresses with features that she thought I might like, and also a few others just in case (always a good idea - every dress looks so different on than it does on the hanger). The last dress I tried on was a floor sample, and available for a discount - and in my size. However, she warned that if I loved the dress but it didn't fit quite right, I wouldn't be able to order a different size, because the designer (Pronovias) was discontinuing it. Lo and behold, it fit perfectly (and even better after losing another 5lbs) and I fell in love. I brought it home that day! Not to mention, the floor sample was in mint condition and there wasn't a dirt spot on it, so I am very thankful to Precious Memories for that. I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses here, and didn't have one issue. I was able to pick the dresses up in-store to avoid my girls paying for shipping. I also got a coupon to use because they purchased their dresses there, and I used it to buy a beautiful sash. The shop is well-maintained, has an amazing selection (especially of bridesmaid dresses) and plenty of room for multiple appointments. I highly recommend Boston area brides check it out!

Based on online reviews and word of mouth, I went to Precious Memories to purchase my wedding dress. My first appointment with Bonnie was really relaxed, and after trying on a handful of gowns to get a sense of what style would work best for me, the final gown was the winner! Every subsequent appointment for fittings was so easy and professional. I appreciate the seamstress giving me her opinion on hemming the gown more than what I planned on. She was totally right and a gown longer than what was hemmed would have been much too long and uncomfortable on the wedding day. Overall, I had an amazing experience purchasing my gown and accessories (sash and tiara), I highly recommend. Thank you!

I went here for my dress after shopping around in Boston. My experience looking for a dress in Boston was awful, so coming here was a breath of fresh air. I came by first to make sure they had the type of dresses I was looking for before I had my parents and my in-laws drive from some distance away. They were super accommodating and let me try a few things on without an appointment. After that I set up an hour for a weekend. I felt a little rushed at the appointment but the service was great overall. The hardest part of finding the right dress was that they carry a lot of dresses in sizes that are quite small. It made it difficult to find the right dress because I couldn't try on a bunch of them. I'm not plus sized but dress sizes around 2 or 4 won't fit most people. Other than that though, their selection was amazing and the quality was very high. I would go back here in a heartbeat. They did multiple fittings for me so the dress fit just right. Everything was perfect with the final dress and they let my maid of honor pick it up for me, which was so helpful.

I went here to casually look for a wedding dress as my mom had previously bought a mother of the groom dress here. Gina was great, remembered us from previous visits and put no pressure on me. She listened to what I wanted and let me pull some dresses too. Each time I put a dress on Gina listened carefully to what I liked and didn't like. Each dress was closer and perfect to perfect. About the 7th dress I found the one! Gina let me see it in multiple colors to pick the one the best for me! Great store, great people!

I had such a fantastic experience with Precious Memories in Malden. I was shocked to find my dress there after trying on only THREE dresses, which was either the best shopping luck I've ever had OR the staff there really understood what kind of look I was going for and was able to steer me in the right direction! They were very accommodating and flexible at every stage, and it was always a pleasure coming in for fittings. I absolutely recommend them!

I had such a great experiance! I thought wedding dress shopping was going to be difficult but I said yes to the dress on my first time coming here. I had such an amazing associate named Adele! She made me feel so comfortable and knew exactly what I was looking for. Her customer service was great and I absolutely want to return because of her professionalism and the quality of dresses.

My experience at Precious Memories was incredible! After a few disappointing trips to other bridal shops, I was so thrilled with the selection and service here. Gina was great to work with and really listened to what I was looking for/helped steer me in the right direction when I was having a hard time deciding on a dress. In addition to pre-pulling some dresses that I emailed her about in advance, she made a few recommendations of her own which were great. I also loved how they let you start off the appointment by browsing through the dresses on the rack (and each dress had a laminated model photo of it on the hanger - super helpful touch!) and then moved into trying them on. With Gina's help I had an amazing time shopping and found the perfect dress. I would wholeheartedly recommend shopping for your wedding dress at Precious Memories!!

Precious Memories is the most amazing bridal shop I have ever been too! I have been taking friends and family members here for over 10 years! Finally my big day came and I could not wait to experience this shop as a bride. My experience was amazing! Not only did they help me find the dress of my dreams but they are exceptional with customer service. They are a one stop shop and make it so easy! Wedding planning is stressful and they took that weight off my shoulders. I bought my dress here and had my alterations done as well. My husband and the best man rented suit accessories and my bridesmaids purchased there dresses and had alterations done as well. We had no problems and everything was perfect! The day I picked up my dress they walked me out to my car and was sure I was taken care of with no worries. I could not be grateful for them! Joyce is exceptional and goes above and beyond for all her customers! I assure you when you walk into this shop, your not just another bride, your more like family!

From my first consultation to my final, week-of fitting, the team at Precious Memories went above and beyond to make me and the special women in my life feel welcomed, cared for, and beautiful. The shopping experience was lovely, and there was an overwhelmingly beautiful selection of dresses to try on. Their guidance was knowledgeable, genuine, and pressure-free. The attendant I had happily let us browse and pulled a gorgeous selection of dresses, and when I fell in love with my gown she picked a perfect veil to match. For my gown they tailored it flawlessly over several fittings. We also found a gorgeous gown for my Mother, which they also tailored beautifully. Each visit I had was a positive experience , my fittings were always something I looked forward to. They also took the time and care to teach my Mom how to bustle and put the dress on, and taught me how to properly walk, turn, and sit with my dress/train. Overall, I am so glad I trusted Precious Memories with the dresses for my wedding! The service and selection of designer gowns and accessories is wonderful, and we were treated like family from day one. Thank you for providing such a special and memorable experience for us all!

BEST BRIDAL SHOP!! Precious Memories is an amazing bridal store with so many options. Not only is the store huge and beautiful inside the staff is incredibly nice. They make you will very comfortable and the whole process easy and fun! Gina helped me and my mom with our dresses and she was so sweet and helpful, she really knows her stuff and has a great eye for what looks good on you and she was a lot of fun!

Precious memories was the best! I found my wedding dress here thanks to Mercedes! She was so easy to work with. I went in not knowing what style I liked and she put me in all different dresses to help me narrow down my search. She also helped me find my jewerly. She let me try on a sample of my dress so I could see how the jewelry matched. Precious memories was always so professional and friendly. A great group of girls work there!

Sharon was great from start to finish, I felt absolutely no pressure and she gave me many great options to try on. She was very attentive and listened to the style of dress I was looking for, my experience has been great so far.

I bought my wedding dress at Precious Memories. It was the second store I shopped at and I ended up going to five or six more stores afterward to make sure the dress I ultimately picked was my absolute favorite. The selection at Precious Memories is outstanding. I worked with Gina and she was excellent. I never felt pressured into making a decision - I came on three separate occasions before finally saying "yes to the dress." Unlike other stores where you are extremely pressed for space because of all the dresses and other customers, there was plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. My bridesmaids also bought their dresses here and they were entitled to a discount since I had purchased my dress at the store. I had my alterations done with Joyce and Josephine and they both made sure my dress fit perfectly. I didn't purchase any accessories here, but they also have a nice selection of jewelry, men's formal wear, and shoes. I can't imagine a bride not being able to find her dream dress at this store given the wide selection they offer. I highly recommend this bridal boutique to all the brides in the greater Boston area! You will not be disappointed.

The staff at Precious Memories helped me locate my dream wedding dress, and then try on a few others, just to make sure it was in fact "the one". I did alterations on-site, and the seamstress was excellent!! My mother found a beautiful gown here, and we also ordered the bridesmaid dresses here. Overall, I had a wonderful experience working with the staff at Precious Memories from start to finish. They were helpful, kind, flexible, responsive, and professional! i would highly recommend this bridal salon!

I couldn't have had a better experience buying my wedding gown, the MOG and MOB gowns, and the suits for the the groom and groomsmen. My only regret was that we didn't also get the bridesmaids gowns here too! The owner Joyce is so sweet and very good at her job. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well!. I was having second thoughts about my gown decision and Joyce and her staff were willing to do whatever it took to make me fall back in love with my choice. The boutique is so beautiful inside and they always have a beautiful selection!

I had an amazing experience at Precious Memories. I initially looked for a dress at Kleinfeld and Pronovias in New York, but they didn't have what I was looking for and Precious Memories had better customer service, selection, and support. Gina helped me find my dress, and she was patient yet efficient, kind, and upbeat! Joyce, who did my alterations, was also fantastic to work with - amazing at what she does, plus she's hilarious! Overall a fabulous experience!!

I had visited quite a few bridal boutiques before I came upon Precious Memories. I was immediately impressed with how gorgeous and uniquely elegant all of the gowns were. The prices are also very reasonable considering the quality of their inventory. I had the good fortune of meeting Marize on my first visit. I was torn between two gowns for a little while but knew this was the boutique I would be purchasing my gown from. Marize was there every step of the way offering assistance and useful insight. One of the qualities that really sets her apart is her ability to truly understand the brides individual style and naturally guide her to what she is looking for. I have to say, Precious Memories has been and will continue to be the place I recommend to friends embarking upon that chapter of their lives. Of course, I will tell them to ask for Marize because she is the absolute best!

I loved working with everyone at Precious Memories. By the time we made it to the store, I was discouraged and beginning to think that I wouldn't find a dress. Gina was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and didn't push me towards anything I didn't want. She was so warm and had me laughing and back in a good mood within a matter of minutes. We found the dress that day, but didn't buy it and no one pressured us to buy it which was nice. I also had my dress altered at Precious Memories and had a wonderful experience with Joyce. She did a fantastic job and the dress fit perfectly! It was strapless and I was paranoid that it would fall down but it never moved. I can't say enough about the whole team. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and supportive.

The BEST part about WEDDING PLANNING is finding the perfect DRESS! The staff at precious memories always made me feel like CINDERELLA. I was never rushed, and they made sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted. They even remembered my name every time i walked through the door. I felt like a special bride, not just another customer. I will be bringing all of my friends and family here to buy their wedding dress! Not only did I buy my wedding dress here, but my sister did as well, and our bridesmaids dresses! Could not have of asked for a better more knowledgeable staff!

Absolutely love this place. I was able to find my dream dress with the help of Marize. Who was extremely attentive to my needs as well as the owner Joyce. The seamstress that took care of all my alterations in time and to perfection. Not to mention that the place is so big and welcoming. I am more then happy with my experience with Precious Memories and recommend them to anyone getting married! All I have to do now is wait for my big day that is only 8 days away!! :)

To say that I was overwhelmed while wedding dress shopping is quite an understatement. I had no idea what style of dress I wanted or what dress would work best for my body type. All I knew is that I wanted sleeves, I wanted lace, and absolutely did not want a ballgown. Before visiting Precious Memories, I had tried a few other shops where I felt they were really pushing ballgowns on me because of my size (22/24). Then I finally took a trip to Precious Memories and everything changed! The woman who helped me upon my first visit was Christine who was EXCELLENT. She is no longer working there but believe me when I tell you that you cannot go wrong with any of these lovely women. They really take the time to listen to your needs and work with you. The women that I dealt with mostly are Maritze, Mercedes, and Joyce (the owner). I could not have been happier or felt more comfortable at every appointment I've been to over the past 7 months (time flies!). The dress that I finally picked out did not have sleeves so they gave me an option to order the material and have them added to the dress. I was a little hesitant at first, afraid that it would change the appearance in a negative way but I couldn't have been more wrong. The in-house seamstress, Josephine spent hours working on my sleeves and even hand sewing on each bead! She did an absolutely amazing job!! You would NEVER know that the sleeves were added on. It looks like it was originally designed that way. She is a top-notch seamstress and a pleasure to deal with! My mother also came with me for each appointment and ended up buying her Mother-of-the-Bride gown there (after months of searching online, at department stores, and at other bridal shops). She had a vision in her mind of the gown that she wanted but could not find it anywhere! Needless to say, they have the best selection of Mother-of-the-Bride/Groom dresses around. My only regret is not having my bridesmaids purchase their gowns at Precious Memories. We went with David's Bridal since 2 of my bridesmaids aren't local. What a mistake! They have a huge selection of bridesmaids dresses in various designers, styles, shapes, and colors. Then there are the accessories. I bought my veil on the same day as my gown. It couldn't match more perfectly. I also purchased shoes there as the pair that I had already bought at Macy's were so uncomfortable. I wanted pretty blue shoes and they were able to find a pair for me that were super comfortable and dyable (they send them out for you). So now I have pretty blue shoes that don't kill my feet! They have tons of other accessories as well... belts, purses (my mother bought one), jewelry, headpieces (bought a headband last night), and I'm sure I'm forgetting something. You can also rent tuxedos there! I wish we had gone that route as we had a pretty poor experience at Men's Wearhouse. The store is beautiful, clean, and quite spacious. There are several fitting rooms and at least 3 (clean!) bathrooms. I had my final fitting last night and my mother and I will both miss visiting this store for our appointments. I am a bridesmaid in my friend's January wedding and I already plan on returning to Precious Memories for my accessories. Honestly, you cannot go wrong!!! I HIGHLY recommend visiting the store for all of your wedding fashion needs!

I went to Precious Memories to look for my wedding gown. I was lucky enough to work with Gina, who is absolutely fantastic. I had a general idea of what I liked and did not like, and I went over those with Gina. She then showed me some dresses she thought I might like, and she couldn't have been more accurate. I don't think she picked up one that I didn't want to try on! Gina is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the dresses, and was able to answer all of my questions. Before the end of my appointment, I said YES to the dress ! The shop itself is beautiful, and there is an extensive selection of dresses to choose from. Many of the dresses are very reasonably priced. There is a nice area with couches for family and friends to wait while you are putting a dress on. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a stunning wedding dress at a reasonable price!

I was able to find my dream wedding dress here. I worked with Gina who is one of the kindest and most patient people I know. I came to the shop a few times before deciding on my dress and each time she was extremely patient and wonderful to work with. Anytime I had questions she was extremely responsive and I absolutely love my dress! They did a wonderful job with the alterations as well and I could not have been happier! We also got my bridesmaids dresses here and they were gorgeous! I would definitely recommend Precious Memories to any brides looking for a dress for themselves, their bridesmaids, or their mother!

I can’t say enough about Precious Memories! I bought my wedding dress there and had it altered there. I also got my bridesmaid dresses there and my mother-in-law got her dress there, and my father-in-law rented his tuxedo there. Of all the places I went, Precious Memories had one of the best selections when it came to bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and mother-of-the-bride dresses. It was great to be able to get everything from one place. While the selection was great, so was the service, and to me that’s what is always most important. Everyone I worked with there, especially Joyce, and including Christine, Maritze, Sharon, Josephine and everyone else was wonderful! They even rushed to my aid and couldn’t be more helpful when I practically passed out during my first dress fitting- yes that unfortunately happened! They also suggested that I add a belt to my dress during my first fitting which was not something I had been considering---and it ended up being the piece that totally made the dress! They were also great with showing one of my bridesmaids how to do the corset and bustle so we didn’t have any issues on the day of. I didn’t have to spend a fortune on my dress but it was everything I could have ever imagined. I got so many compliments on my dress at the wedding and it was totally perfect. Precious Memories has an awesome selection at affordable prices and great service to cap it all off. If you live in the Boston area you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t at least visit Precious Memories when searching for your wedding dress. I have incredibly high standards for service and they did not disappoint!!!!

I went to precious memories to purchase my wedding dress. I had the pleasure of working with the owner Joyce and one of her assistants Gina. During my appointment, I gave Gina a description of the dress I wanted for my wedding. She immediately found a gorgeous elegant Maggie Sottero dress. This was the one for me! I ended up purchasing the first and only dress I tried on that day. Due to her expertise, she was able to find the perfect dress. Everyone at the store is very friendly and willing to help with questions. Each of my fittings went smooth. We got the fitting business completed while trading stories about marriage, family and how I met my fiance. Joyce even offered suggestions to assist with my wedding music. My mother and bridesmaids also had pleasant experiences getting their dresses. Everything was perfect for my September wedding!

I went to Precious Memories on a recommendation from a friend and had a wonderful experience there as well. My appointment was with Gina and she was really great - never pushy, willing to let me try on as many gowns as I wanted without complaint, and was also great at keeping me on track with budget. I bought my gown at my first appointment (though I didn't feel pressured to do so) and could not have been happier. The alterations were also perfect! Highly recommend this bridal salon to brides-to-be in the Boston area!

The salon is clean and inviting. I was traveling from NJ to dress shop with my family in Massachusetts and was running behind due to traffic but they worked with me and did not rush me out during a specific time frame.

I went to Precious Memories because it received great reviews online and was recommended to me by a friend. It was the first and last place I needed to go for my wedding gown! They had a great selection, beautiful new facilities and friendly and helpful staff. Every time I went back they knew who I was and I never had to wait for an appointment no matter how busy they were. My dress was beautiful on the day and they gave me a gift certificate toward cleaning and preserving my dress. Really a full service bridal salon. Several of my bridesmaids also bought their dresses here and they were always accommodating for fitting appointments and having different people pick up dresses for bridesmaids who live farther away.

Precious memories is where I bought my gown for my wedding on september 27 2014. The staff at precious memories is outstanding. Between picking out the gown and the altering and tailoring, they are amazing. I felt so special and so beautiful and comfortable in my gown. I cant say enough about Joyce and her staff- they all are so amazing and patient!! I worked directly with Gina- I was semi clear on what I wanted in a dress(but had a clear idea what I DIDNT want) she was able to really nail down my wanted look and helped me pull dresses. After a few were pulled- she again asked me what I was liking as I looked at actual dresses. At that point she had a dress in mind- we pulled it and can i say it was MY DRESS!! she knew exactly what I was going for with the modern/vintage/classic and simple look! My dress couldnt have been more perfect and the entire process was very smooth and enjoyable! Thank you Joyce and Gina!!!!

For this being one of the most important days of your life-picking out the wedding dress seems to be a lot of pressure! Precious Memories was the complete opposite. My mom and I went to the shop (prior to it moving sites to the updated show room) and Sharon assisted us with a few simple questions to guide our options. She gave us the freedom to browse through racks and was readily available for questions. There were about 6 options I found and after trying them on, had it narrowed down to 2 options—very opposite feel of one another. Without a doubt, I fell in love with one dress. I didn’t know it was that simple! Sharon assisted me throughout the ordering process and once the dress came in, Joyce helped get the fitting exact and perfect. After the wedding, they assisted in bridal gown preservation as well as repairing a necklace I purchased there—nice accessories options! I am so thankful for this stress free experience and can’t say enough how amazing the team is at Precious Memories. Cheers!

I tried on dresses at 5 different bridal salons- my consultant (Maritze) at Precious Memories made me feel so comfortable! She never put me in anything above my price point, allowed me to see dresses pinned front and back, and was very accommodating and patient! This was not always the case at other salons. I narrowed it down to three gorgeous dresses that captured my vision, slept on it and came back to buy the Maggie Sattaro Everett gown that I wore on my special day!!! I bought my beautiful hair piece, veil, and bracelet at Precious Memories as well - they listened to my vision and helped me make it a reality. I looked and felt exactly as I wanted to! So many compliments on my dress the night of the wedding and in the weeks since! I was very happy with the alterations on my dress! They added sheer straps that added such elegance and my dress fit like a glove! My bustle was perfect and stayed put all night! Truly beautiful work. I did feel like I got an attitude from one seamstress when I didn't have the proper heels at my first fitting and wasn't ready to do my bustle. I was ready to make more decisions on my second fitting and had a better experience with a second seamstress. Overall, my experience was awesome here and I received great guidance and support!

I visited Precious Memories during my lunch break. When I booked my appointment I told them that I was limited on time because I had to get back to work. They were so understanding and had some gowns ready for me. Stacy (I believe this was the name of the girl that helped me) is a sweet caring and very patient person. I fell in love with a Maggie Sottero but it was over my budget at $1,800. I asked if they had any sales coming soon and Stacy told me that they had one that Sunday coming up. I went there on Sunday and even though it was a little hectic because of all the girls trying dresses I was able to find a better dress. I bought a Pronovias dress that had been $2,400 for $649.99 plus tax. The quality of the dress was better than the Maggie Sottero one. It was the dress I had dreamed but I thought I could not afford. The store is very clean, and the people are very professional. The have great gowns that are on the high end side of prices.

I highly recommend Precious Memories bridal salon in Malden, MA where I purchased, altered and preserved my lovely Maggie Sottero Cassidy wedding gown and accessories. All of the bridal consultants I dealt with were professional and in turn provided wonderful customer service. The seamstress Joyce did a great job with my dress alterations and I received so many compliments about the fit and beauty of my gown. She has a wonderful personality and offered great suggestions about accessories including a lovely fur wrap and earrings which looked fabulous for my November wedding. I will happily refer Precious Memories to our friends and family.

Although i got my dress and my bridesmaids dress elsewhere, i wish i had known about precious memories sooner. My bridesmaids wore pewter and so to add a pop of color I wanted to dye their shoes green to match this shawl I bought on line. I had been to other places or told me they don't dye shoes and that if they did it would be 35 $ a pair!, Luckily someone referred me to precious memories. Upon walking in, they were very attentive and took my large bag of 8 pairs of shoes, the shawl and offered to come up with a few samples and let me come back and chose before they dyed all the shoes. I thought this was great since some of the color samples looked different in the light. Everything came out perfect and the colors matched great with the shawl and the ties! and best of all since i was a frugal bride it was only 15 $ a pair to dye them!

They helped me find an amazing dress that I loved, my mom loved, and my girlfriends loved. And best of all they stayed within my budget - they didn't even let me try on the dresses that were out of my price range. This place was perfect. I also had my dress altered there, and the alterations were amazing. I loved precious memories!

Answer to a bride's prayers! Gina was the sweetest woman and she is so good at her job! I came in with a very vague idea about the style wedding dress I wanted but Gina listened and helped me find the most gorgeous dress. These women are experienced and professional. I can not say enough about what an amazing bridal shop Precious Memories is! They don't work off commission and therefor they are not pushy at all. These ladies are just so classy and smart. They guide you in the right direction but you also have the freedom to look through the dress inventory yourself. Thank you Precious Memories!!

I was a bridesmaid ten times prior to planning my own wedding, so I have been to a number of bridal shops along the way. Joyce and the staff at Precious Memories provide the total bridal experience at reasonable prices. They are attentive without being pushy and really listen to the wants/needs of the bride, bridal party, and mother of the bride. My first experience with Precious Memories was a number of years ago when I was a bridesmaid in an out of state wedding. Precious Memories was one of the few area shops that had a sample of the dress the bride selected. Though they knew I wouldn't be purchasing from them, they provided me with superior service and that always stuck with me. I later recommended them to another friend who was looking for bridesmaid dresses, then to a cousin, and later my sister. Each bride to whom I recommended Precious Memories had very positive experiences with the shop. When it came time to find my own dress, I did try the discount store that is on a national television show. When I went to that shop, every dress I tried on was damaged and disappointing. It was not what I expected nor what I wanted. I called Precious Memories from the car and they told me to come right in. Though I did not have a scheduled appointment, they helped me to find a number of pristine dresses that had what I wanted and were within my budget. I should have just started here! After two additional appointments, I finally picked my dress. The staff was so patient and encouraging as I made my choice. Once I made the decision, the staff helped me to find the perfect veil to go with my dress. The staff also helped me to find the perfect designer and material for my bridesmaids (I let each girl choose her own style dress). Everyone picked a dress that made them comfortable and they looked wonderful!! My mom also purchased her dress at Precious Memories for both my wedding and my sister's wedding. She was very happy both times. I had my alterations done with Precious Memories as did my mom and all of my bridesmaids. Josephine, the seamstress, is a true perfectionist. She did an impeccable job with my dress, my mom's dress, and each of the girls' dresses. My mom had Josephine add sleeves to her dress and they looked like they were designed as part of the dress. One of my bridesmaids also had Josephine add straps to her strapless dress and she did an amazing job. I highly recommend Precious Memories to any north shore or Boston bride. Joyce and her staff will help you to find exactly what you want for your wedding; they certainly did for mine!!

Of course I love Precious Memories because this is where I found "the one" and it was by recommendation of the sales person. Overall, I had a great experience with them, but the first time I went in was on a Saturday and even though I had an appointment I felt like I was fighting for their attention. After that I made all my appointments on week nights and it was much better, but because of that, I give 4.5 starts!

Every person I came in contact with here was considerate and personable. I absolutely loved the staff. My dress was perfect and they were genuine in their compliments. What a great experience from start to finish!

My fiance and I decided to get married 3 months after getting engaged, so I knew I would have to get a dress "off the rack". I did not want a dress with a ton of material (anti-ballgown); but when I first started looking, I saw mainly dresses with a lot of material and was a little discouraged. My consultant was WONDERFUL, and found anything and everything that was in the shape I wanted, or could be altered to fit what I was going for. I ended up going with a dress she picked out! My only complaint is that their hours are not convenient for having alterations done. If you work around 8am-5pm like I do, you will have to take time off from work for alteration appointments (I had 3 appointments in total). Otherwise, everyone there was very pleasant and helpful and I would recommend them to any brides in the Boston area.

I purchased my wedding gown from Precious Memories and could not have been happier. Although I went dress shopping with only a few months until my wedding date, my consultant, Jeanette, was fantastic with helping me find a dress that I could purchase off the rack. I found an absolutely stunning satin A-line gown with beautiful crystals and beading for half off the original price that was in mint condition. Jeanette was such an amazingly helpful consultant and provided me with all the help I needed to find the perfect dress. The entire staff at Precious Memories was very professional, caring, and committed to the customer. I highly recommend this bridal salon.

Precious Memories is a lovely boutique and the sales woman was very sweet and tried to be as accommodating as she could. However, their section of dress styles is very limited. This boutique is great for brides looking for traditional, ballgown style dresses---something appropriate for a large reception hall wedding with a matching budget to boot. If you want a poofy ballgown, this is the place! I, however, went in looking for a more streamlined dress, with little to no beadwork, and a price range of $1000 or less, and they had almost nothing that fit my criteria. Of the few I tried on, only one was in my price range, and all of them were poofy ballgowns, and I didn't see anything that was unique or offered an alternative to the standard traditional wedding dress. Although this was not the shop for me, I did at least really like their set-up. Their dress samples are out on the floor, each labeled with a photo of the front and back, and I was able to browse through them and pick the ones I wanted to try on. The dressing room was spacious and comfortable, and the vibe was luxurious without feeling pretentious.

Gina and Joyce were so helpful in helping me to find the perfect gown. There were so many gorgeous options, I couldn't decide and wasn't coming up with "the one" gina had a "go-to" dress she holds for certain women... It was THE most stunning gown and hardly recognized myself! I felt like a gorgeous queen!
