Want to thank Linette and Marisa for a wonderful and memorable event on Saturday. My wedding was amazing even with the unexpected changes we had to make due to the weather. I want to thank you. I kept hearing from the guest how beautiful everything looked. Honestly, that wouldn't have been possible without you and your team. Thank you again for helping me accomplish my dream wedding.  Family members were amazed and grateful of Lynette because she was on top of everything.

We worked with Carla / Precious Times Events for our July 2023 wedding. We cannot say enough great things about this vendor! They provided excellent service, were extremely professional, and were some of the friendliest people we have ever met! Communication was always clear and in a timely manner. I would recommend Carla and her staff for all of your event needs. We look forward to working with them again at future events!

Carla and Jo were the best!!! Could not have done it without them. Carla was our primary day-of coordinator, and we were in contact throughout the entire process. She patiently walked us through everything at her office in person and was really easy to communicate with after that initial meeting. Carla was so calm and experienced, which is exactly what you want in a coordinator. Jo came in partway through the process and we loved her as well! She ran our rehearsal really efficiently, and I know she did a lot more as well, but she did a wonderful job with the flowers and decor! The bouquets were so gorgeous, and she was so great to work with as well. Overall, had a great experience and would highly recommend! Our wedding planning and day went so smoothly because of them!

Carla and Lynette were amazing!! Carla took over about a month and half before the wedding and finalized all the details with the vendors. Thanks to Lynette the day went so smooth. I knew I didn't have to worry about a single thing because Lynette had it handled. I also rented the Champagne wall from them and had them so my florals. Our big day was truly perfect because of the staff at Precious Times Events!!

Carla was so sweet and supportive. She helped me find so many things I wanted and was all for my mom eco friendly wedding. She and her time were great at communicating and was just a message away. I also used her for my flowers and decorations for the tables. She had so many things at her location that it was hard to choose from in a good way.

Carla was a pleasure to work with and my flowers turned out amazing! They looked so good and we received tons of compliments. Highly recommend using Carla for all your silk floral needs!

I cannot say enough great things about Carla and her team. We hired Precious Times Events for our daughter's wedding and Carla's communication with us began right away. Carla made sure we were on track with the hiring of our vendors, shared many suggestions to ensure the process was not stressful and, above all, made sure that we were feeling calm and reminded us to enjoy the journey. I have a type A personality, and have met my match with Carla. I had high hopes for a coordinator's assistance -- for both prior to and during the wedding -- but Carla far exceeded even my expectations. She anticipated my questions, advised me of things I hadn't foreseen, and was always one step ahead of me. Carla's team was so well trained that they were completely on top of all my unusual requests without needing a reminder. Unbeknownst to me, Carla had several "Plan B" options up her sleeve in order to alleviate any last minute scrambling for unplanned circumstances that may have arisen. My daughter's wedding day was made perfect because of Carla and Precious Times Events. I was able to relax and enjoy my family and our celebration because everything went so smoothly. Carla became a friend for whom I will be forever grateful. If I could post 20 stars for Precious Times Events, it still wouldn't be enough to do justice to the professional and expert coordinating services Carla provides.

Carla was amazing to work with for our wedding! She was helpful throughout the entire process and made sure our wedding day went perfectly! She was very organized and provided decor, customs signs, etc to fit the theme/style that I wanted! Carla and her team worked hard to set up and to ensure all the guests could enjoy this special day. Carla and her team at Precious Times Events were amazing to work with for my wedding! We used their services for decor and our florals. Carla made sure that we had everything we needed, even the things that I did not think of. My florals were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I had asked for. They were easy to work with, assuring that I would have everything I wanted/needed, and so kind through the entire wedding planning process. She has so much to offer when it comes to decor and will make your wedding dreams come to life. I could not imagine my wedding without Carla and her team. She is worth it!! Carla Ballard and her team at Precious Times Events was such a pleasure to work with. I hired Carla as my coordinator and she was very helpful throughout the planning process but especially the last 3 months leading up to our wedding on June 18, 2022. With warmth, Carla directed my wedding party and guests during the celebration. She provided beautiful ceremony and reception decorations and Erika and Samantha arranged all of the centerpieces I made. Carla and her team also helped keep us on time so that we enjoyed every aspect of wedding day! Carla is super affordable but more than that, she is super friendly and kind.

Carla and her team are absolutely amazing and were the best planners we could’ve hoped for for our wedding. We dealt with postponements due to Covid multiple times and carla was so flexible with us and helped make everything easy in hard times. Ana helped out with our wedding a few weekends ago and was amazing. Our day went smoothly and without stress. I recommend Precious Time Events to everyone!

I was pretty disappointed with the service I received with Carla. She seems to have lost her spark for what she does. I like to believe I was not a bride-zilla, and I just felt like when I interacted with her that I did not feel special nor did I feel like a priority. After our meeting with the three of us and our venue, she totally didn't remember much of the details of our meeting. It did not make me feel like I was a priority, which was daunting since I hired her as an event coordinator. Although I know of two issues that she dealt with for me on my wedding day, I was still disappointed that she never came to get us to greet everyone's tables during dinner- which is something I have pointed out that I wanted as a priority. I feel like I put too much trust in her that she did not deliver. Her attitude seems that she is burnt out and doesn't enjoy her job anymore.

Carla & her team were amazing for our Day Of coordination. The day went by without a hitch. She picked up our wedding about 6 weeks before the event and was incredibly helpful with reaching out to our vendors and helping things go smoothly. I highly recommend hiring them for wedding planning in the Charlotte region.

Carla is worth every penny of her contract, and about 1000 times more. Carla took the reins of my wedding about 6 weeks before my wedding and was absolutely amazing in ensuring all the details were accounted for and actualized. Carla and her assistant Amber were an amazing, directive presence during the wedding weekend and made sure all events happened smoothly, even as last minute hiccups came up. I cannot recommend Precious Times Events enough!

Precious Times Events did a better job for my wedding than I ever could’ve asked. They made sure the day ran smoothly, and took care of any issues there were leading up to the day to ensure myself, my husband & our families were stress free & enjoying ourselves.

Carla did a great job, and we received complements from other members of the wedding party and family complimenting how well she did. Everything seemed to go very smooth (and if something didn't, I had no idea, which means she did a great job!). She also was great at managing the mother of the bride (who is a bit too much all the time). Highly recommend!

My husband and I had fairy tale wedding that would not have been possible without our wonderful wedding coordinators. They were responsive to my input and were very patient working with me through the details of the event. Not only that they did a fantastic job executing our plan. Would highly recommend to anyone without reservation.

Words cannot describe how great Carla and her team (Lynette and Neva) are!! Having them there to assist on our wedding day made everything so smooth and so perfect! THANK YOU CARLA AND LYNETTE!!! My wedding was everything I dreamed of thanks to them. I found precious times events through my venue circle m farm events and I am so glad I did. They made sure everything was perfect decor wise (rented a ton of stuff from them too) and helped us out in any way possible (including sewing my straps back to my dress, helping with a bridesmaid’s hair, bustling my dress). Literal life savers. We got so many compliments about them from our wedding party and the guests. Everything flowed in a timely manner as well. they also made the planning process easy and helped find things out quickly throughout our year of planning. THANK YOU.

Omg Carla and her team are absolutely amazing! I don’t know how we could have gotten through our day without precious time events. We had to move our wedding date back 6 months due to covid and she helped us navigate everything. Not only did she help pull our day all together to make it perfect, but she also navigated all of our vendors together so make everyone be on the same page weeks before I wedding. I would reach out to vendors to make sure they knew our time line and they all responded back with “we’ve talked to your coordinator and have it all under control” thank god because you really don’t understand how many different directions your mind goes to weeks before the wedding.. and Carla had it all under control! We ended up renting all of our wedding decor through Carla as well and holy cow, our wedding just the most beautiful I’ve even seen. She set everything up and took it all down.. made every table look completely stunning, and even made all of our bridal bouquets. For everything Carla and her team did for us, they were very affordable in my book. It was hands down THE BEST money that we spent throughout our entire planning process. Thank you again Carla and team. I will recommend you every single chance I get!

Carla and her team are your wedding day best friends! They were on the ball, right there to help and made our day so fun! The whole team was focused on making sure we had what we wanted and had great ideas for things we would want to include. Neva was with me through my photos and made sure my dress looked great! If I could give more stars I would! We booked with Precious Times Events towards the end of 2019 for a wedding in May 2020. When covid hit we had to reschedule our wedding for March 2021 and through the entire process Precious Time Events was so on top of everything, so encouraging, and executed our dream wedding perfectly! They never gave me an opportunity to be stressed out and took care of anything and everything to make our day so special! Sadly, we can’t use their service again now that our wedding has come and gone, but we will recommend it to every engaged couple we know!

Carla was absolutely amazing!! With having to change our time etc due to restrictions, I could not have done it without her! The timeline and everything went so smoothly. The decorations and set up was beautiful! They set up everything and take down so moms and family can get ready and enjoy the night with you. We couldn’t be happier!!

Hiring a Day of Coordinator was a last minute decision for me, but one of the best ones I made in planning my wedding. Carla and her team more than exceeded my expectations I had for a Day of Coordinator service. For both the rehearsal and the wedding day, they were so organized and professional. On the day of the wedding, all I had to do was show them where the decorations were and relax! They set up everything- all the decorations and floral arrangements- they even created additional decorations with leftover flowers which just enhanced the look of the overall day. It was absolutely beautiful. I walked out in my dress ready for the first look and was just blown away by what the team had put together. During the wedding, they helped other vendors and the wedding party stay organized and on schedule. We apparently even had wedding crashers but I wasn’t even aware because that’s how quickly Carla and her team took care of things! If I could give any bride advice it would be consider hiring Carla for wedding planning or day of services!

Carla helped plan my wedding and she truly went above and beyond the entire time! She was sweet yet totally in charge the entire time, dealt with my absolutely insane family with grace and made the entire venue sparkle with her beautiful decor. She was such a pleasure to work with and so responsive in the months leading up to the wedding! She absolutely made the day a joy! I would recommend her 1000% to anyone that is planning an event! Could not have made its through the process without Carla!

Carla was great in helping to coordinate my wedding. She managed to coordinate with all of the vendors and get them on the same page for the timeline, even when small pieces shifted to accommodate. Her team was instrumental in assisting to setup decorations and get everything look great! There were plenty of things she took care of, that never even got back to me, taking much of the stress off me that day. I am very grateful for her involvement!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Carla is! Hiring her was the best decision I have ever made with wedding planning as my day-of-coordintor. Right from the start she went above and beyond for me. She recommended incredible vendors that she trusted, which looking back on my wedding day I would not have changed a single thing. Carla's professionalism, responsiveness, talent and compassion truly make her the best day of coordinator out there. I also rented my decor from her which meant that I did not have a full room of wedding supplies to keep before the wedding or try and sell after the wedding. She had great recommendations for anything I was unsure about. I did not have a single ounce of stress on my wedding day (even my bridesmaids were shocked and concerned about how calm I was!) because of Carla. Everyone in my family agreed with how efficient the wedding transitioned and everything was on time. I felt like she truly put all of her efforts into making sure I had the best wedding day ever and that is something that is rare to find. Carla was absolutely amazing. She went above & beyond. She helped with everything not just DOC stuff. she made sure I was okay & had everything I needed & also made sure my guests were taken care of. She is definitely worth the money & more. I would recommend her repeatedly & I know my friends and family would also. We were pleasantly surprised in everything she did for our weddinig.

Carla ensured that our day went according to plan without a hitch. Anything I tried to remind her of was already taken care of and we had back up plans just Incase. She reiterated for me not to worry, spoke up for me and reminded me to eat. She calmed me when she saw I got anxious. She was there for my calls and texts. Made sure she was familiar with the venue. Made recommendations as needed. Overall, what was needed for us.

Carla was our wedding coordinator pretty much from the time we got engaged to the day we said "I Do" on May 6, 2017. We could not have asked for a better experience! She was on top of all our needs and keeping up with all our vendors. When we had a question, she answered right away and met with us as much as we wanted/needed. When we were unsure about something, Carla gave us options and helped us brainstorm according to our budget. We definitely made the best decision hiring Carla to be our wedding coordinator and we gained a wonderful friend. The day of our wedding went so smoothly that I couldn't have imagined trying to make the whole day flow on my own. Carla stayed calm when a situation came up (like our cake being delivered extremely late) and moved on to 'plan B' without skipping a beat.
