When it came to the day, Chef and his team did an amazing job from set up to clean up. I can't thank them enough and we plan to work with them again for our events!

For dinner, we had the Premier chicken and sirloin, both of which were outstanding, and during cocktail hour our guests loved the chicken empanadas, goat cheese bites, and beef Wellington bites. We had countless guests come up to us throughout the night to tell us how amazing the food was, which says everything. The service was just as impressive, professional, attentive, and seamless from start to finish. The planning process was smooth and easy, and the team was flexible, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. Premier exceeded our expectations in every way! 

phenomenal from start to finish! Every guest raved about the food — Chef Chris truly outdid himself. Everything was flavorful, beautifully presented, and perfectly timed. Nia was such a joy to work with; she made the whole planning process easy and was so accommodating with every detail. The bartending and serving staff were absolute pros — friendly, attentive, and made sure our guests were happy all night. We felt completely taken care of and honestly can’t say enough good things about the entire Premier team.

The food on the day of was even better than during our tasting and all our guests said it was an incredible buffet and well presented for our black tie event. They even served the Mac n cheese bar in martini glasses which the guests loved. We brought our own sheet cake and were pleasantly surprised when they cut it for us and individually plated and served to each guest as we didn’t even ask them to do this. They allowed us to bring our own alcohol (but provided bartenders) and didn’t even flinch when we asked if they could make our specialty drinks after we provided the ingredients. All of the staff on the day of were so nice and helpful but special shoutout to Kristina and Nia for working with us every step of the way. They are the reason our wedding went so well and we saved so much money, I can’t imagine hiring anyone else!

e balls and the beef Wellington bites.  The food was delicious however when it was cocktail hour they only had like 1 person serving. We had an event size of 110. They weren’t serving the appetizers fast enough. The plate the server had only contained maybe 10 pieces. So many people were still hungry.  Not the best service.  But dinner service was much better. 

t great! Our communication with the team worked well from start to finish, and they were always there to answer our questions! We decided for a plated dinner with the chicken duxelles and the pernil as our mains, which were both a hit (we were curious how the pernil would look plated...SUCCESS)! Servers and bartenders were very, VERY attentive. Lastly, we decided on florals for our ceremony for the arch and aisle which were converted to our sweetheart table. We also used florals for our centerpieces during our reception, which looked beautiful. Highly recommend Premier for your wedding needs!!

Javier, the manager on site, kept everything running like clockwork. It was so well organized, and we felt totally confident knowing we were in such capable hands. family is Caribbean and we got the curry chicken, so we were worried that it wouldn't meet expectations, but multiple people told us it was amazing and the best wedding food they'd had! Throughout the entire process they were so easy to get in touch with and provided thorough and timely answers to all the millions of small questions I came up with. The wait staff was extremely attentive and efficient, and consistently checked in with my husband and I. Everything was set up perfectly. The bartenders were quick and kept the line moving, and they were extremely helpful in unloading the liquor that we brought (we purchased our own) & telling us exactly what we would need. The arch was delivered and set up for us, and they even moved it into the reception hall to be set up behind our sweetheart table for us, which I didn't realize they would be able to do! I am so happy I chose them, and I would recommend them to everybody in the area. Not to mention, they were one of the less expensive services we looked at and far exceeded our expectations! Incredible

were hoping to have at our wedding and were also shown different decor options (plates, flatware, napkins, etc.). We were shown what was included with the package and what wasn't. At first communication with Courtney was great and he was very helpful with getting together our final headcount and making sure everything was working out the way we were wanting it to. Towards the end though (the week following the wedding) I was a little frustrated with not hearing back from him after emailing him and also calling to leave a message (twice- which was answered by someone else who informed me they'd relay the message) to make sure the catering company was updated on a change of set up during our wedding day when it came time for them to arrive and set up food and everything (which is the reason for one star off). Everything worked out fine but it would have been nice to get an email back or message back about how he was aware of the changes and that they'd make sure it was set up accordingly. Other than that, the food was great and the staff attending on the day of were all also really great (attentive to bussing tables and making sure the bride and groom didn't need anything throughout the evening). The set up of our different food stations were also really nice! Overall, I'd say Premier is a great company to have cater your wedding and (while there might be a couple small bumps- which I think you'll deal with no matter who you pick) they really did do a great job overall!

even things we didn’t know we wanted. They never pushed or over sold us on unnecessary things. They were so responsive on questions and needs. My favorite part is the team on wedding/reception day took such good care of us and were so much fun during the event which is exactly what we wanted. The guests are still talking about how great the team, the food and the experience is until this day. I wish I had an other event to use them for just to stay connected. bar had so many options! The bartenders were fantastic, the amount of alcohol they provided along with the mixers kept everyone happy. They helped me with my vision of different napkin colors on the guest tables. We did add an extra item to be served at cocktail hour, the pasta bar, we added the donut bar and had an additional bartender to help with a big drinking crowd. The line was not long ever and everyone was happy, including us! The best option!

nue had a deal with Premier Events, it saved us a bunch of money, which who doesn’t love saving money?!? For reference, it’s typically around $75-$85/pp with other caterers, but since Premier Events and the wedding venue have a great relationship with each other, the price ended up being closer to $50/pp, which was wayyyy nicer to pay less and still have quality food options! We loved the wide variety of options to choose from and ultimatey chose to go with one vegetarian option, one seafood option and one chicken option for the cocktail hour and the dinner! The food was delicious and our guests loved it too, which is always a plus! We also had our bar services provided by the caterer, which was nice since it was one less thing for my husband and I to worry about! For 106 guests, we had 2 bartenders during our cocktail hour/reception and it seemed to work perfectly! The wait staff were sooo helpful and friendly and they were so pleasant to work with! They truly took care of my husband and I on our wedding day and ensured we were well-fed and had everything we needed! I would definitely recommend primer events to anyone who is trying to have any type of event catered! BIG THANK YOU to Premier Events and their team for making our wedding night go so smoothly and for the delicious food!!

We did a buffet style and they were super quick to get everyone through - the chicken piccata, garlic mashed potatoes, manicotti and beef carving station are where its at. Jeremy and his team were extremely helpful and communicative since day 1, even responding to my random questions on a Sunday evening. All of the staff on wedding day were super friendly and accommodating and even my celiac friends raved about their meal option (and had no reaction which is critical). Everything was incredible and I will truly recommend them every chance I can.

No one ever talks highly about wedding food but a week later I still have people talking about the Bechamel potatoes and the chicken cacciatore! The prices also were so reasonable in comparison to our other options. We are so happy with our experience with Premier!

resented very nicely. Due to budget reasons, we opted for a buffet and I think it turned out pretty good since our guest count was a little low; only 42 people. From the start however, I found it somewhat difficult to get ahold of the representative Kristin. Though she was friendly and accommodating, I was often frustrated about how long it would sometimes take to get back to me about questions I had. We rented the linens and chargers from them as well and had bartending services. The drinks made on the wedding day were not very strong (not that I wanted them to be powerful but it would have been nice to know I was getting my money’s worth). I paid extra for the “extra bar items” to have mix ins and everything yet they still could not make a mojito. It disappointed me but they made a makeshift one for me which was nice of them. I wish they had everything like they made it seem for paying them an extra almost $600. I also found their pricing to be a little expensive overall. For buffet it was about $40 a person. We ordered flank steak with chimichurri sauce and on the wedding day it was terribly salty. I could still eat it but I felt bad that my guests also got very salty meat. The hors d’oeuvres were delicious; we had the chicken skewers and bruschetta. The servers were very attentive to myself and my husband, always asking us if we needed anything and refilling our waters. When it came to cut the cake however, there was some sort of miscommunication and they were not there to take it away and cut and serve it. My husband and I just awkwardly stood there after we did our slice. Somebody had to go get someone from the caterer to come and slice the rest of the cake. I was a little embarrassed but at least they did come eventually. At the end of the night we got a take home box for each of us which was nice. Overall, I liked the caterers we chose but just wish some things were different.

much for that. They offer great options when it comes to the bar. On wedding day, they were incredible. They made sure my hisband and I were well fed and always had a drink. They got our guests fed quickly and cleaned up. Highly recommend.

vent; however, the bar had some challenges. The first was they ran out of certain alcohol during the cocktail hour. We had 150 Guests and it felt like they were under prepared for alcohol needed to entertain our Guests. They then ran out of certain during the reception. Another thing that did not bode well with us was we paid them all cash tip as we tipped all our vendors and on the bar during an open bar was a tip jar, they also put up a QR code for people to tip them through Venmo for people who did not have cash. It was crazy that they took our tip in the beginning and then tried to get more tips during the reception. We had quite a long line at both the cocktail hour and reception, and it would’ve been nice if the servers took it upon themselves since they were not doing much during the beginning of the reception to pass around either the specialty drink or the beers they had to limit how many people were on line. Overall, Premier Events had great food and while Cypress Creek dealt with most of the booking, this was one of the lower points of the overall experience. The bar was really the only part of the wedding that did not go how we wanted.

I used Premier for my linens and table settings and it was absolutely gorgeous! I cannot recommend them enough!
