The food at our wedding was AMAZING!! The amount of compliments about the food, saying this is the best wedding food they ever had! Thank you all for your kind and hard working service! 10/10 recommend!!!

After doing a lot of looking around my (now) husband and I decided to hire Premier to cater our wedding. Our initial meeting was great and Courtney was great. We tried the food we were hoping to have at our wedding and were also shown different decor options (plates, flatware, napkins, etc.). We were shown what was included with the package and what wasn't. At first communication with Courtney was great and he was very helpful with getting together our final headcount and making sure everything was working out the way we were wanting it to. Towards the end though (the week following the wedding) I was a little frustrated with not hearing back from him after emailing him and also calling to leave a message (twice- which was answered by someone else who informed me they'd relay the message) to make sure the catering company was updated on a change of set up during our wedding day when it came time for them to arrive and set up food and everything (which is the reason for one star off). Everything worked out fine but it would have been nice to get an email back or message back about how he was aware of the changes and that they'd make sure it was set up accordingly. Other than that, the food was great and the staff attending on the day of were all also really great (attentive to bussing tables and making sure the bride and groom didn't need anything throughout the evening). The set up of our different food stations were also really nice! Overall, I'd say Premier is a great company to have cater your wedding and (while there might be a couple small bumps- which I think you'll deal with no matter who you pick) they really did do a great job overall!

We could not have been happier with our food and service for our wedding! The food was delicious, and they were fantastic at accommodating our guests with dietary restrictions (and they still raved about the food!). The service was kind and professional and everything ran smoothly and on-time. We can’t say enough good things about the ease of coordinating with the staff, the fast response times in scheduling and emailing, and how kind everyone was that we worked with. Highly recommend and would use again!

We used Premier Event Services for our wedding on July 19, 2024 and the experience was AMAZING! This team is so caring and attentive! They all listened to everything we wanted and even things we didn’t know we wanted. They never pushed or over sold us on unnecessary things. They were so responsive on questions and needs. My favorite part is the team on wedding/reception day took such good care of us and were so much fun during the event which is exactly what we wanted. The guests are still talking about how great the team, the food and the experience is until this day. I wish I had an other event to use them for just to stay connected. This food was phenomenal! Courtney and Kristina were great to work with, super personable and genuine people. The food though blew us away! Our guest loved everything, the pasta bar had so many options! The bartenders were fantastic, the amount of alcohol they provided along with the mixers kept everyone happy. They helped me with my vision of different napkin colors on the guest tables. We did add an extra item to be served at cocktail hour, the pasta bar, we added the donut bar and had an additional bartender to help with a big drinking crowd. The line was not long ever and everyone was happy, including us! The best option!

My husband and I got married at Historic Venue of 1902 and one of the many things we loved about that venue was that they also offered catering through Premier Events. Since the venue had a deal with Premier Events, it saved us a bunch of money, which who doesn’t love saving money?!? For reference, it’s typically around $75-$85/pp with other caterers, but since Premier Events and the wedding venue have a great relationship with each other, the price ended up being closer to $50/pp, which was wayyyy nicer to pay less and still have quality food options! We loved the wide variety of options to choose from and ultimatey chose to go with one vegetarian option, one seafood option and one chicken option for the cocktail hour and the dinner! The food was delicious and our guests loved it too, which is always a plus! We also had our bar services provided by the caterer, which was nice since it was one less thing for my husband and I to worry about! For 106 guests, we had 2 bartenders during our cocktail hour/reception and it seemed to work perfectly! The wait staff were sooo helpful and friendly and they were so pleasant to work with! They truly took care of my husband and I on our wedding day and ensured we were well-fed and had everything we needed! I would definitely recommend primer events to anyone who is trying to have any type of event catered! BIG THANK YOU to Premier Events and their team for making our wedding night go so smoothly and for the delicious food!!

Premier was absolutely fantastic for my wedding (Feb 2024). They had so many options for food (even for cultural weddings!), for decor, etc. They made deciding on catering so easy. They weren't the cheapest, but honestly ended up being worth it because everyone was RAVING about the food. The service as well was fantastic. Definitely recommend them for your wedding or event!

We absolutely loved working with Premier Event Services! They communicated with us every step of the way and were very thorough in the planning of our event. We ended up doing all of our tables, chairs, dinnerware, catering, and bar services through them and we could have not been more pleased with how everything turned out. All of our guests complimented on how beautiful everything was and how great the food was too. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for a catering and event company!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! They entire team was so great to work with, and the food was delicious and affordable! Our guests raved about the food and service! Working with Premier was an absolute dream. They were so responsive to all of my questions and most of all THEIR FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. We received SO MANY COMPLIMENTS from our guest on our food (BBQ). It was incredible. They also did our florals which were STUNNING and worked within our budget. Highly recommend Premier for their professionalism, communication, and quality!

Premier Events catered our wedding and provided bartending services and they were excellent, not to mention affordable. Not a single person said anything negative about the food or service -- quite a few people even said they went back for seconds! We did a buffet style and they were super quick to get everyone through - the chicken piccata, garlic mashed potatoes, manicotti and beef carving station are where its at. Jeremy and his team were extremely helpful and communicative since day 1, even responding to my random questions on a Sunday evening. All of the staff on wedding day were super friendly and accommodating and even my celiac friends raved about their meal option (and had no reaction which is critical). Everything was incredible and I will truly recommend them every chance I can.

We got married on 1/27/24 and all our guest raved about the food! From the food tasting to the day of, they knocked it out of the park! All the food was SO amazing! The chicken duxelle is to die for! So are the Mac n cheese bites and empanadas! Our guest also raved about the steak we had! They are so easy to work with and communicate great and so quick to answer! 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Everyone raved about our food! The service was great, the buffet line went quick. Guests were so happy with the kindness and fun personalities of all of the staff. The bartenders made great drinks and were quick to get everyone back out to the dance floor. No one ever talks highly about wedding food but a week later I still have people talking about the Bechamel potatoes and the chicken cacciatore! The prices also were so reasonable in comparison to our other options. We are so happy with our experience with Premier!

We booked Premier Event Services from a list of approved vendors from our venue. They were clearly the best out of the given options. At the tasting, everything was delicious and presented very nicely. Due to budget reasons, we opted for a buffet and I think it turned out pretty good since our guest count was a little low; only 42 people. From the start however, I found it somewhat difficult to get ahold of the representative Kristin. Though she was friendly and accommodating, I was often frustrated about how long it would sometimes take to get back to me about questions I had. We rented the linens and chargers from them as well and had bartending services. The drinks made on the wedding day were not very strong (not that I wanted them to be powerful but it would have been nice to know I was getting my money’s worth). I paid extra for the “extra bar items” to have mix ins and everything yet they still could not make a mojito. It disappointed me but they made a makeshift one for me which was nice of them. I wish they had everything like they made it seem for paying them an extra almost $600. I also found their pricing to be a little expensive overall. For buffet it was about $40 a person. We ordered flank steak with chimichurri sauce and on the wedding day it was terribly salty. I could still eat it but I felt bad that my guests also got very salty meat. The hors d’oeuvres were delicious; we had the chicken skewers and bruschetta. The servers were very attentive to myself and my husband, always asking us if we needed anything and refilling our waters. When it came to cut the cake however, there was some sort of miscommunication and they were not there to take it away and cut and serve it. My husband and I just awkwardly stood there after we did our slice. Somebody had to go get someone from the caterer to come and slice the rest of the cake. I was a little embarrassed but at least they did come eventually. At the end of the night we got a take home box for each of us which was nice. Overall, I liked the caterers we chose but just wish some things were different.

We cannot recommend Premier Events enough. From the initial tasting to the last dance floor late night snack, everything was so amazing. During the planning process they worked with us to accommodate all of our requests and helped us get us exactly what we wanted. They were extremely prompt and professional during all communication and working with them was extremely easy. Overall the price was also very reasonable and well worth the cost. The food was absolutely outstanding and our guests are still raving about it even 4 months later.

We hired Victor and his team for our bartending services. They did absolutely amazing!! From the start of booking to the day of the wedding, Victor helped me through every question and request that I had. The day of our wedding our guests raved about their service and their craftsmanship on the bar!

We used Premier for our wedding in September 2023. Plenty of food options to choose from. Very accommodating to our handful of guests with diet restrictions. I didn't have to do much for that. They offer great options when it comes to the bar. On wedding day, they were incredible. They made sure my hisband and I were well fed and always had a drink. They got our guests fed quickly and cleaned up. Highly recommend.

The process from the initial conversation and booking went very well. The scheduled tasting was great, and the food was delicious. The food did not disappoint during the entire event; however, the bar had some challenges. The first was they ran out of certain alcohol during the cocktail hour. We had 150 Guests and it felt like they were under prepared for alcohol needed to entertain our Guests. They then ran out of certain during the reception. Another thing that did not bode well with us was we paid them all cash tip as we tipped all our vendors and on the bar during an open bar was a tip jar, they also put up a QR code for people to tip them through Venmo for people who did not have cash. It was crazy that they took our tip in the beginning and then tried to get more tips during the reception. We had quite a long line at both the cocktail hour and reception, and it would’ve been nice if the servers took it upon themselves since they were not doing much during the beginning of the reception to pass around either the specialty drink or the beers they had to limit how many people were on line. Overall, Premier Events had great food and while Cypress Creek dealt with most of the booking, this was one of the lower points of the overall experience. The bar was really the only part of the wedding that did not go how we wanted.

I just had my wedding this past Thursday at Venue 1902 in Sanford, FL. Premier was my caterer and they were The absolute best!!!!! The food was incredible! Everyone kept commenting on how amazing it was and how it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. Not to mention the staff the day of was second to one, Tammy really made it all perfect and I’m so grateful for her! During my planning process, Courtney, Kristina and Jeremy were incredibly helpful! Courtney and Kristina were patient and accommodating and I can not thank them enough! I used Premier for my linens and table settings and it was absolutely gorgeous! I cannot recommend them enough!

So many guests have told us they loved our food at our wedding. I could have inhaled the mini beef Wellington and stuffed salmon. They made our tables and dessert display look better than what I imagined. They are super easy to work with and very professional!

Premier events was so great to work with! They are quick to respond and really have everything you could ever need when it comes to food options and table décor. I hired Premier for our wedding and we did a plated meal with the maple bourbon salmon and the mediterranean chicken and it was fantastic. Everything ran smoothly and the food was excellent. The personalities of the serving staff and bar staff were so fun and friendly that it almost made you feel like they knew you personally. Also, addicted to the Beef Wellington appetizers. Our catering experience was great. We chose the buffet option, and everybody loved it. We had a tasting about a month before our wedding and we also chose our napkins, silverware and tablecloths. Their options for food are very delicious, and they have options for the meat and veggie lovers. The staff was great and polite. Recommended!!

My now-husband only asked for two things in our wedding: first, that we didn’t go too “over the top” and second, that he could have rare prime rib at the wedding dinner. Well, hiring Premier Events was the best choice we could have made because their prime rib carving station was INCREDIBLE and I got to give my husband exactly what he wanted for a seriously reasonable price. We tried Premier’s food at two different bridal expos and knew right away we wanted the vegetarian manicotti as our vegetarian option, so when we did our tasting, we were mostly concerned about the prime rib and picking a chicken our less adventurous guests would like. EVERYTHING we tasted was amazing, and we ended up with exactly the delicious and “different” menu everyone expects of two major foodies like us! Premier also allowed us to provide our own beer and wine while they provided the licensed bartender, which was such a huge savings for us and made our meal absolutely perfect! Their staff were wonderful, responsive to emails, and everyone was pleasant and efficient on the day and our guests are still raving about the food. Premier also provided our linens, tableware, water, lemonade, and had a complimentary cake cutting with our package, so it was really a one-stop shop and made everything so simple and easy! Fully recommend!

Jeremy and his team at Premier Event Services were an absolute pleasure and honor to have helping us at our wedding! Their prices were phenomenal! We did some centerpiece/rentals with them, as well as their bartending package and catering services and were pleased with every aspect of what they provided! They helped in making everything run so smoothly and were instrumental in making our day as special as it could have been. We got so many compliments on the food and drinks, as well as the desserts that we had! Truly an overall pleasant experience and would highly recommend Premier Event Services!!

Delicious food! We had so many compliments on our mashed potato bar, some people are even recreating it for their events at home! The staff was excellent and took great care of our guests. The absolute only concern I had was that an item I am allergic to was on the potato bar lineup (100% my mistake for not following up again on this allergy). Once I told the staff they took extra care to make sure there was no cross contamination and I could not have been happier with them!!

Me and my husband had Premier provide bartending and catering services for our wedding this past month. We were blown away by the service that was provided by the serving staff and the quality of the drinks/food provided. We decided on the buffet services with caprese chicken, pork loin and top round, with all selections being tender and delicious. The bartender was able to keep up with our group of drinkers and our specialty cocktails were better than when we make them at home. They were very responsive and answered all questions quickly and accurately. I would highly recommend doing the tasting before picking the menu, they provide healthy portions to try and all the food was delicious. Premier also was able to come out the day after Hurricane Ian and we were extremely grateful that they were able to make it with no compromises in quality. We would recommend Premier again and again for any of your needs.

Oh man, the team at Premier really showed up for us! We unfortunately had to deal with Hurricane Ian during our wedding week but they delivered some of the best wedding food I've ever had (and yes, I might be a little biased but it was truly incredible). When we first booked Premier over a year before our wedding, our point of contact (Courtney ) was so quick to respond to all of our requests and questions. Unfortunately, he was out of town for our actual day but lucky for us, that means we got to work with Jeremy (the owner) and he also blew us away with his service and care for all of the details. He came over to us several times throughout the night to make sure we were taken care of and that all of our needs were met. Now let's talk food...WOW! We got the beef empanadas and pork pot stickers for our cocktail hour and they were so delicious! Our guests kept coming up to us wanting more! Dinner was absolutely fantastic - we had two entrees available for us and our guests, chicken piccata and sirloin with chimichurri. First of all, that chicken was the juiciest, most delicious we've ever had from a catered event - it was truly cooked perfectly. Now, the steak, also incredible. Each steak was cooked to the perfect medium temperature and tasted incredible with the chimichurri. We had broccoli and mashed potatoes as our side and they were delicious as well. While we provided our own alcohol for the wedding, the bartenders were out of this world! Drinks were delicious and they kept them flowing. All of the waiters/waitresses were so attentive and absolutely incredible to us and ourguests. I would 100000% book Premier for any catered event. Everything was perfect!

Our wedding venue, Orlando Science Center, recommended Premier Event Services originally to us, and we reached out to them and several other caterers to compare our options. Compared to other vendors we talked to, Premier Event Services had our favorite menu options and had incredible prices for the services they offered. They were kind enough to schedule a tasting later in the day for us since we had to travel from out-of-state, and the food at our tasting was incredible! We booked Premier Event Services right away, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. On the day of our wedding, they made sure we were fed, had our choice of drinks ready no matter what we were doing, and they even boxed up a midnight snack for us to take back with us (and it was a lot of food, enough for two more meals each!). We felt pampered the entire time and someone was always checking up on us to make sure we were taken care of. Our food was plated and ready at our sweetheart table, along with our appetizers from the cocktail hour, so that we didn’t have to go to the buffet line ourselves. To top it all off, every single guest RAVED about our food. They all loved it, even the pickiest of eaters. We also had a vegetarian and someone with dietary restrictions and they both loved their meals as well. Although all of it was excellent, the Premier Signature chicken was an absolute favorite. We also had bar services through Premier Event Services and heard nothing but good things about that as well. We were so pleased with Premier Event Services and are so grateful for the excellent food, drinks, and service they provided to us and our guests.

We worked with Premiere for catering our wedding in August, and the food was delicious! We even had people ask who our caterer was. Everything went seamlessly the day of, and I didn't have to do a thing. We also used Premiere's bartending services, and they were great! Highly recommend in the Orlando area.

I am so glad we chose Premier for our wedding. We hired them for a plated meal and their bar service and both did not disappoint! The bartender was fun and enthusiastic and the plated meal was so delicious- our friends and family were all so pleased with their dinner. The support staff who came to help with serving, pouring the champagne for the toast, etc. were all so kind and FUN. Most of them were dancing with our guests and sharing in the good times. I would hire them 100 more times if I could get married over and over again! I also want to shout out Courtney specifically- Courtney went above and beyond with communication and helping me choose and coordinate everything. I can honestly say I have never met a more kind and caring and helpful person in my life!! 1000/5 stars for Premier!

I had my wedding catered by Premier Events Services almost 2 months ago and people are still telling my family and me how much fun they had and how delicious the food was!! The staff was great about trying to make sure that my day was as stress-free as possible. Every step of the way the Premier Staff was there to help me create the day of my dreams. Not only did they cater my buffet for 130 guests, but they also provided the majority of my table decorations & centerpieces, catered the open bar, and provided an amazing flaming donuts station. They can do it all! Plus, I can't even count the number of times they made themselves and their showroom available for me to plan my perfect day - they are more than accommodating! I would 100% recommend this company and this staff to anyone getting married. I would definitely choose Premier again if I could!!

Jeremy and his team are so great to work with. They always got back to me right away about any questions I had and did everything to make our day special. We hired them for both catering and bartending for our wedding of about 120 guests. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. Everyone kept telling us in the days after how great the food was. We definitely recommend hiring them!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Premier Event Services but booking them for our wedding catering. Everything was top notch. The food we were served at our tasting was identical to the food served at our wedding. The staff was above and beyond amazing and friendly. Even during cocktail hour they made sure to find the wedding party during pictures to make sure that we were also eating. I have been to weddings where they’ve had buffet style, and ran out of food - Premier had more than enough food for all of our guests to have seconds and we still took home leftovers at the end of the night. We went one step further and added on a dessert table as well, and everything was absolutely delicious.

Wedding food can be not the greatest but this is not the case with Premier Event Services! This was the best wedding food, and everything we could have wanted, even for my husband who has special dietary needs. I still receive compliments from guests even almost 6 months after my wedding about how great the food was! Also a special note about how awesome the service was: As a bride I was told that one thing I will probably not do the day of my wedding was eat. However, with Premier Event Services, this was not the case at all, they made sure my husband and I were taken care of through the night. They brought appetizers to the entire wedding party during cocktail hour as we were taking pictures outside and made sure the second my husband and I sat down at our table we had food waiting for us. Any event that needs catering in the future, I will definitely be calling Premier Event Services.

Do yourself a favor and hire Premier for food and design for your next event. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about you having an GREAT event. The food is absolutely AMAZING – ALL our 180 guests had nothing but great things to say everything we tasted during our wedding melted in other mouths. Finally the Jermey and Team were extremely accommodating to guests with food restrictions and needs. Absolutely the best vendor we had. Highly highly recommend!

If you're looking for a sign to book this company for either food or bartending, this is your sign! YES! Absolutely! We catered Premier Event Services for both bartending and catering for our wedding, and WOW. We were so impressed! We had a lot of heavy drinkers, and were afraid with an unlimited drink package that they would run out...but we were wrong! The staff was quick, efficient, always kind and smiling, and never left anyone hanging dry! Now the food...absolutely amazing! I miss it! All our guests kept telling us how much they loved the food, and we were all blown away. Their service was also top-notch, and we highly recommend them for any event you could need!

Very tentative from start to finish of the planning process. The tasting was very helpful in finding out what meal/apps options were best for us. This is a one-stop shop, from decor, table settings, food, and alcohol. Premier, is very flexible to meet our needs and goes beyond. Their staff, is very professional, always smiling and aware of the environment, making clean up easy. Without a doubt would use Premier catering again

Christian and Julian with Premiere Bartending were excellent! They both had really great positivity, communication, and overall energy about them. As a wedding planner that is always appreciated at an event! Jeremy was also very helpful and friendly in the planning process.

We had our small wedding catered by Premier Events on 4/9/22. We only heard great reviews from our guests and they are still talking about the charcuterie board! We ordered the salmon and beef which were both tender and flavorful. I particularly loved the chimichurri sauce for the beef which went so well with the potatoes and green beans. The leftovers the next day were just as great. We also had them provide a bartender who was very friendly and kept up with our thirsty friends. The entire staff was very accomodating, especially by serving some of our older guests and clearing plates. We really enjoyed our experience with the planning process, tasting, and day of services. They were so patient with the plethora of questions we had for them. Everything they provided was top-quality with great service. Thank you for being so great!

It breaks my heart to even have to write this review but I think it is something extremely important for others to know.. Premier just about ruined our wedding day. I want to first start off by saying Courtney was great to work with and extremely helpful with everyone beforehand. The day of our wedding is where things went wrong.. Firstly, something we stressed beforehand is that we have a lot of drinkers that were attending our wedding. We had a lot of beers, requested extra coolers, and paid for an extra bartender. The line at the bar was constantly long, and the beer was warm because they did not have enough cooler space for all of the beer. My husband, the groom ran up to the bar to get a drink before we started pictures and the bar tender told him to wait.. unacceptable in our opinion. Secondly - we had a private dinner before going to the reception, our food was cold. I mean ice cold, we joked it was colder than our beer but realistically this was not okay. Third thing that went wrong is the appetizers were not as we had tasted in our tasting, they were completely different. I'm not sure what the case in this was. Lastly, the bar staff told me the bride they were out of my beer. Which we knew was not the case considering we had brought plenty of this beer, to make sure we did not run out. At the end of the reception, one of the catering staff brings me a beer and explains they were downstairs and the bartenders did not bring all the alcohol we had provided to them upstairs. Unacceptable. This is just a few of the things that Premier did, that just really put a negative damper on our day. The food overall was wonderful, and its unfortunate they couldn't have better staff to provide us with a decent service. The last thing I will say is we did call and explain the things that went wrong, not to get compensation but to just explain to them so they could learn from it. Instead of receiving a callback, we received an email offering us a free bartending package for the next event we have them cater.. It's safe to say we will not be using them again.

Premier events were the best bar tenders we could've asked for. Jeremy answered any question we had and really helped us figure out the quantities of alcohol for the wedding. All of our guests complimented us on the quality of the bartending and on the specialty drinks they provided! We highly recommend Premier.

Amazing service and the food is delicious! I could not be more pleased with our experience.

Let me just say, all my guest said it was the best wedding food they had in a long time or ever! The only reason why I am giving 4/5 stars is because they started serving my late night bites at 8:30 instead of 9:30 and we ran out of them. Also, they started taking plates away too soon and guest felt a little rushed. Other than that, the server who was taking care of me and my husband made sure our dinner would be hot and communicated with us on when the dinner will be at our tables and also met us with cocktail hour apps before we went out to greet our guests. Would hire again and would recommend!

We used Premier Event Services for our wedding this past weekend and the entire experience from start to finish was simply outstanding! Courtney made the entire process so easy for us and he was great at communicating and answering any questions that we had. The initial taste test made it so easy for us to choose Premier Event Services. The food was absolutely fabulous and they even made extra plates for my parents to try the food as well. The food made it such an easy choice, but everything else made it one of the best experiences out there. Their packages are incredibly affordable and there are next to no hidden fees or surprises. Every thing is clearly laid out and you know exactly what the total cost will be. Additionally, they did not charge us any extra despite reducing our initial proposed headcount from 150 to 90, something no other caterer was offering. This was HUGE during the COVID era we were still in. On top of all of this, the food was some of the best we have ever had. Our guests absolutely loved everything and we received so many compliments on the food. In fact, the Chicken Versailles is one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had. Their staff and bartenders were fantastic and super helpful the entire night of the wedding and every thing was so great. They even left us bottles of wine as well as a lot of leftovers of the delicious food! Premier Event Services was so fantastic and we would highly recommend to it to anyone looking for caterer!
