Premier Limousine

We rented a 56 person bus with Premier Limousine for our wedding in November 2019 at South Farms in Morris, CT. When booking for our event, I worked with Mikala who was very helpful in answering my questions in the spot while trying to finalize booking and all questions there after. We got assigned Ed F. as our driver and he was fantastic. He ended up coming a bit earlier before scheduled pick up at the venue to get the lay of the land in order to figure that best way to come and go that would be most convenient for guest. That gave us such relief just moment before our big day. The staff at Premier Limousine did an amazing job working with us and making sure transport was smooth. Only thing that was a little stressful was we didn’t know who our contact for the drive was until 2 hours prior, but he was on top of it so it didn’t make much of a concern. Definitely recommend Premier Limousine for transportation.

We rented our party bus from Premier Limo for our wedding and they were fantastic! Rachel was so accommodating throughout the entire planning process and made everything so easy. The bus was new, beautiful, clean, and arrived on time at all locations. Our driver Peter was THE BEST! He helped me and our bridal party get on and off the bus, made our experience SO fun, and helped me personally with my veil, skirt etc! He was the kindest man and we cannot thank him enough for everything that day! If you are looking for a reliable limo service for your wedding day look no further! They are the best!!

We did an 8 person stretch limo - no issues with the limo at all that was perfect. There was awful communication between the shuttle driver and his management. They called to pick up my guests at 2pm instead of 4pm - as the bride not what you want to deal with while getting ready. They might benefit by asking the couple for a secondary person to contact because I know I did not have time to check my phone the day of the wedding - I wasn't even told by the company that they would be contacting me the day of the wedding I for sure would have listed a different number. Then, the management somehow forgot to communicate to the shuttle driver that the end time of the wedding had been extended an hour - I was told by the management team it would be no issue at all. Next thing I know the DJ is telling me the shuttle driver wants an announcement made that it's the last shuttle trip - an hour before the wedding ended! Luckily I sent my Mom out to sort everything out. This was unacceptable - I was told multiple times by management that all my guests would be transported back to the hotel after - so why was my shuttle driver trying to leave for another pick-up elsewhere? Also, some of my guests mentioned they were waiting in the lobby of the hotel just before 4pm unaware the shuttle was even at the hotel. I think the driver could have gone inside and let the guests know he was there - or let the hotel staff to instruct guests to go outside. Better communication to drivers would greatly benefit this company. To make matters worse almost 1 month after the wedding out of the blue they tried charging me for an extra 3.25 hours when I only extended the wedding by 1 hour!! They wanted to charge me for the 2 hours early their shuttle driver showed up due to their mistake and lack of ability to communicate the proper time to their driver. Everything about my wedding was perfect except for the transportation. I wish I had researched other companies but I went with this company because our hotel recommended them. I highly suggest people search elsewhere!

We had a limo and a town car. Both were super comfortable and reasonably-priced. The drivers both arrived fifteen minutes early and the first one was super patient with us running late (the second one didn't have to be because we were on time). Both were extremely polite, and the staff were super accommodating when I needed to change things fifteen times. Definitely recommend.

The limo arrived exactly when we needed, and drove safely but in a timely manor to our destinations. Our driver looked professional, and made sure we had anything and everything we needed.

Premier Limo was an awesome vendor to work with. First of all they were the best price I found. Second they offered a variety of size options. We ended up going with the 30 person party bus. It fit our entire wedding party and our parents along with a few people who were helping out with our puppy. They were on time and very clean. We had no complaints at all, we would highly recommend premier limo for anyone looking for transportation for their bridal party.

We used premier for our reception shuttle. They were amazing!! The driver sent texts, emails and called with updates. He arrived early, was professional and followed the timeline presented. He made sure to wait on the final run to ensure no guest was left. Great experience!

Everything went smoothly with our day of wedding transportation. Working with Mikala to book the transportation was so easy and she made sure everything was correct and gave us the best packages for what we needed.

We used premier limousine for our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic! We got a party bus to transport our wedding party and the driver was professional, fun, and so helpful. The bus was BEAUTIFUL and we had such a blast. They were very helpful and responsive throughout the whole planning process, and very timely and efficient the day of our wedding. I would highly recommend using premier limousine!!

If there were a no-star option I would choose it. They were a no-show to pick up the groom, best man and groom's father on our wedding day. No phone call, no effort to correct the error. We called them and waited on hold. The groom ended up driving himself, late, and the best man drove himself and his 84 year old grandfather in 108 degree heat in a car with a broken air conditioner. When I called Monday the manager was not aware of the missed pick-up, was sarcastic, noted that his computer did not show any notes, and asked if I wanted a refund - which I still don't have. The reservation was made in March for a July wedding and confirmed twice on 6/14 and 6/30. They claimed the driver must have gotten a flat tire. A company of their size who claims expert service should have dispatched another vehicle without the customer even realizing their vehicle issues. The worst part was the manager Joe's completely apathetic attitude.

We hired a limo bus for the wedding party and a shuttle bus for the hotel. The limo bus was great, arrived on time, driver was fantastic. The shuttle bus however was a mess. They brought my guests late to cocktail hour. That was aggravating but things happen. I moved on. What really got me upset with this company is they decided to charge my credit card (WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION) an extra $360.00 on Monday. They claim we went over the time allowed which was not true. They claim I was quoted from 4-10PM for the shuttle. My party did not end until 1130! WHY would I request a quote for 10???? I planned for the last pick up from the venue to the hotel at 11PM so that it had enough time to get back to the hotel and before my cut off at midnight. So I would never hire these people again that feel like they can just charge your credit card whatever they feel like. I am having push back on them crediting my card so I am going to have to put in a dispute with my credit card company. Very aggravating. I do not recommend.

Bus broke down on the way to pictures, and instead of trying to help solve the problem, they just shrugged their shoulders and went "sorry, we have no other busses". Really a giant bus company like this has NO other busses? Hard to believe. Wouldn't even send a mechanic or anything, driver just shrugged his shoulders. Later when we convinced them to send us another bus to bring us from pictures to wedding, driver was an HOUR late, making us late for the service. All in all, a horrible company. Not problem solvers, and don't really care about you or your day. Just care about making a quick buck.

We rented two limousines and both the drivers were extremely polite and nice. They were prompt and got us to our destinations in a timely manner. They made the drive fun and enjoyable.

Limo arrived perfectly on time and did all of its pickups and drop offs as scheduled. When there was an issue pulling up to the chapel Victor was great. The limo was clean and fully stocked with glasses for our party. When we had any request Victor was happy to accommodate us. Great experience, would definitely use them for another event!

I booked the executive van and the mini bus for my wedding. I worked with Kathleen to book everything - she was very responsive and pleasant. The bus drivers were very nice and professional. I just thought the price was a bit high for what was provided. It did seem like I had to direct the driver a bit on what his stops were after the reception even though that was all in the plan. It worked out okay though.

Great prices and great service! they were on time, professional and the shuttle was clean. Exactly what we needed to transport guests back and forth for our wedding. Would definitely recommend!

We utilized Premier's 24 person party bus for our October wedding and wouldn't have changed a thing! They were great throughout the planning process making sure we had a competitive rate and that we had itinerary in place that made sense. The day of, the party bus was there early and from the moment our driver arrived he did whatever he could to make sure we were happy and where we needed to be on time and safely. The bus itself was very impressive! We were able to drop of some drinks a week in advance in which they had ready waiting for us cold. Thank you for helping in making our day so incredibly special!

We used Premier for a party bus for our wedding and they were great! I made sure to provide them with all the addresses the driver would need well before hand and everything ran smoothly. Our driver was on time. He was courteous and accommodating with us and our bridal party. The only thing we had to keep mentioning was about the temperature control in the car.

Premier Limousine was great to work with for our wedding. They were prompt, friendly and accommodating to our needs. We not only used them for wedding transportation, but for my bachelorette to Boston. I would definitely use them again in the future!

I am recently engaged and will be in the market for a limo company for my wedding. I recently used Premier for a birthday party I held for my fiance. I was unhappy with the hidden charges that I received the following week. When you sign the contract, they do not tell you that if you go over, even 5 minutes, it will be an extra $200. I had to argue on the phone with Premier for over 30 minutes to even have them agree to prorate the extra time for the number of minutes I was over. Note that I was never notified of this additional charge, I only saw it on my credit card statement. I was also promised a 5% discount and it was never included in my agreement and was never credited to my account. Premier acted like they were doing me a huge favor by giving me a 'discount' from my extra 30 minutes. The individual I spoke to had 2 other people come into the room while he was talking to me to deny that they promised a 5% discount. I felt as though I was being ganged up on, but I was the customer! When it comes to my wedding I will look elsewhere.

We had a seamless experience with Premier Limo! Booking was super easy over the phone. We checked in about a month before and everything was still good, along with checking in the week of. Our driver arrived on time for the Groomsmen, dropped them at the church and was back waiting for the girls before we even got to the lobby of the hotel. Our driver was super nice, let us enjoy ourselves with the music and was just pleasant overall. Great experience!

In the beginning, everything was great. When the wedding was over, the driver demanded that we pay him $160 and he could not leave until he received it. He assumed that we had to give him a 20% tip. It was not required that we had to do 20% .

I am not at all surprised to see the bad reviews here and on yelp. First I'll preface this by saying that Premier's staff on the phone were very helpful in securing a shuttle bus for a wedding months in advance. However, when it actually came down to the day, the driver we had was awful. And I mean, AWFUL. He was late, extremely slow, didn't know where he was going so he took us in circles, refused to pull directly up to our venue because he said there were other cars in the cul de sac, meanwhile shuttle and party buses navigate that venue's driveway ALL the time with no issues (I've seen it myself). He was also late in picking us up at the end of the night when seriously you're booked for 6hours, you had nothing to do but wait and he somehow disappeared. Instead of being there to pick up a few early birds like grandparents to go back to the hotel, he came after our reception end time, and after all the partyers seriously took their time making their way out. He only showed up because I called dispatch and they said he was 1-2 minutes away. 15 minutes later he showed up. Where else did he need to be, I wonder? It is a huge venue and parking lot so there was no reason to be away. Then of course our guests were angry, tired of waiting, and hot, so they tried to cram on as much as possible. About 20 people filed in to stand along the aisle ( granted I understand now that this is not allowed ) which is fine, we'll follow the rule but don't wait 15 minutes while you watch 20 people file in to stand and the all of a sudden announce they have to get off! Um, when you see the very first person standing you just say "no standing please" and then we know the rule. Don't wait for 20 other people to follow them like idiots while you just watch and then abruptly say no, and everyone has to re-shuffle off, wasting everone's time when we're already waaaay past schedule. Unbelievable. Then he took about 40 minutes to return from what is literally a 2 mile distance, at midnight, with no traffic. No tip for this guy. I understand that maybe he's new but you need some better training or supervision than that. I'd give it zero stars but the sales woman helping me throughout the process on the phone and via email was very nice, prompt, and helpful. Hopefully they have other drivers who are better and more professional.

I got married at the Waterview on 6/25/16. Listen, the driver was a good guy but an awful worker. There was construction the day of the wedding on the Dam by the Waterview and the driver assured me he would get out guests there alright. He did but needed help from the passengers. Even though he had a GPS he had no idea where to go and got lost on the way to the Wedding. It's lucky I planned a head of time for shuttle to show up early or some guests including my own mother would have been late to my wedding. Then during the Wedding I got called over by one of my guests inquiring about where the shuttle was since they wanted to leave. I was assured the shuttle would be by the front door waiting to shuttle people back and forth to the hotel (Especially for the expensive price) but the shuttle was no where to be found. I walked out of my own wedding to go find the shuttle for my family and found the driver in the back of the parking lot sleeping in the shuttle. Finally he came over and picked the people up and was late coming back to the venue to pick the rest of the wedding party up. Do yourself a favor and book with a better shuttle service.

I was initially concerned due to some mixed reviews, but I had an AMAZING experience with this company. The cars were extremely well maintained and clean. The drivers were courteous, on time, and friendly. We rented an Audi A8L and a Shuttle bus, both were great. At the end of the night our driver drove us about an hour and it was such a pleasant experience. He was completely non-invasive and accommodating. Really highly recommend this vendor.

We used premier limo for our wedding in the Farmington CT area. We choose them because honestly there were not a lot of options in the area. On that note the company itself was very professional, helped us book the dates and times and even create a custom schedule for the bus driver. We designed it to pick up the wedding party first then make designated trips to two hotels to pick up guests then drop them off to the ceremony site. Sadly, our driver did not follow the set schedule which we had given the hotels and guests as a reference! He chose to make his own trips, skipping one hotel completely or making round trip stops to the hotels and not stopping at the ceremony site until enough guests had gotten on the bus. This was very disappointing because guests became frustrated, some were late to the ceremony and some gave up and took their own cars to a wedding with an open bar after we paid over 2k for a limo to keep our guests safe!. When I heard about this schedule screw up I even confronted the driver after the reception where he lied to my face saying he stuck by the schedule. I knew this to be a lie as one guest told me they waited over 30 min for the limo which never showed when it should have shown up at least 2x in that 30 min span. The one bonus to this company is the limo bus was very clean and well kept. I would recommend if you do use them to go over your schedule in detail with the driver prior to and not to tip unless they follow the schedule as directed!

The service we received day-of our wedding was excellent. Our limo driver arrived 15 minutes early, helped to carry a variety of items to and from the limo, and was able to navigate around some odd turns (even backwards at some point). In terms of customer service before our wedding date, however, it was a little difficult to get a hold of someone to find the information I wanted, but it all worked out in the end.

With the hotel we booked for our wedding, we thought we would automatically get the in-house shuttle they had. We realized very close to our wedding that this was not the case. We found Premier Limo and thankfully they had a 15 person shuttle available for our day. This was the perfect side to bring our hotel guests back and forth to the venue. The driver showed up on time and was very friendly each way. I highly recommend using Premier Limo if you are in need of transportation.

We booked a 56 passenger coach bus through Premier Limousine for our daughter's wedding to shuttle our guests between the hotel and the venue. Premier Limousine subcontracted the coach bus to Academy Bus. I had confirmed all details and schedules several days prior to the wedding with Premier Limousine. When the bus arrived at the hotel, I confirmed the return schedule with the driver. I was then told by the driver that he had been instructed by his dispatcher that there would be one (and only one) run back to the hotel at the end of the evening. My contract explicitly stated that "shuttle back at end of the night starting @ 11:00PM". He insisted that there was to be only one run back to the hotel from our venue, at 11:00 P.M., even after it was pointed out to him what was stated in the contract (that he had in his hand,) also saying if we wanted another run, it would be overtime and require a credit card. He then told us we had to talk to the dispatcher, and the dispatcher made us call Premier Limousine. Thankfully, Krissi at Premier Limousine was available and resolved the situation, otherwise 50+ guests would have been stranded at the venue at 11:45 P.M.. Absolutely terrible customer service from John Kiley, Senior Sales Rep at Academy Bus. He was extremely rude when I spoke with him regarding this issue, telling me “I received the services I paid for” and when I mentioned we could have had a major problem if our guests were stranded, he replied “Well, you didn’t”. Very unacceptable service, especially for a wedding day!! On a positive note, we also booked a 25 passenger party bus through Premier Limousine. Service from Premier Limousine was excellent. Driver was prompt and very courteous. However, because of the issues with Academy Bus, I would be very hesitant to use Premier Limousine again.

We had a stretch Lincoln Navigator and it was gorgeous and so roomy. Everything from reservations to the day of the wedding was extremely professional and went very smoothly. They confirmed our reservation in a timely fashion, they were early to pick us up and I was worry free the day of our wedding. Our driver was so fun and personable. Excellent service!

Priced around many limo companies and this was one of the cheapest around. They also had great customer service on the phone, I never had a problem talking to someone. I had two 8 passenger white stretch limos. The drivers were great! Very patient, professional and willing to do whatever we wanted. They were very punctual also. They do not provide liquor or champagne, but they did provide water, ice and glasses for both limos. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again if limo service was needed. Great Job!

We choose Premier for both our wedding limo (25 passenger party bus) and shuttle service (50 passenger bus). The buses were beautiful and comfortable to ride in. We had no issues with the company, but we would have liked to spend less money overall (although this company had the best prices we could find anywhere local). The drivers were courteous and attentive as well. As a side note, they do not currently have a liquor permit, so were were required to bring our own champagne in the limo, although they did provide ice and glass wear. I would recommend this company to others planning a wedding!

We used premier limo for a 30 person party bus mainly based on cost. Prices were much more affordable than other options I had looked into. I was very pleasantly surprised with how easy they were to work with. Danae in the sales office was extremely helpful and our bus ended up being brand new. It was beautiful. They allowed us to bring snacks beverages and our own music on board and carted around a large bridal party for first look photos. Overall we were very happy with our party bus!

Great vehicles for our wedding. Utilized their 25 passenger limo bus for our bridal party plus a 28 passenger shuttle bus for hotel wedding guests. Both arrived early and were very clean. Our limo bus arrived stocked with beverages and water that we dropped off the day before and the driver was very courteous in driving us around for our wedding photos, taking us to the venue and getting us home safe later that night. The shuttle bus was great for our guests, arrived at the venue on time and departed after the wedding after ensuring all guests were aboard to return back to the hotel.

Limo driver was very nice and right on time. Didn't seem to mind an unplanned stop and was very helpful. Limo was nice and clean but only provided water.

I chose to go with the limo company since they were more local to my venue than other companies and were a good value. The limo and town car I rented looked very nice and were clean. My only complaint was that on our way to pictures (prior to ceremony) we had a very tight schedule and short window of time for our photographer to get it all our pictures done. Well when myself and my bridesmaids got in the limo our limo driver decided he wanted to scope out the area around the church so he would know where to park later on, and he only said that after I started yelling at him for going the wrong way---he originally said he was following his directions. He also had completely wrong directions to our reception venue (very popular in the area) and did not want to listen to what I had to say. His detour took 15minutes out of my allotted time to do pictures. There was no apology and also the music in the limo sucked. Then later when I asked him where the bottle of champagne was that the sales girl on the phone told me that was included in the price, he responded very rudely and said they didn't do that--I would have had to bring that. Let me say I was not very happy with the driver from this company and I won't be recommending others to use them.

The stretch SUV was beautiful and the driver was great. He was very helpful to me. The limo fit ten people, it would have been more comfortable with only 9 people in there. I was very happy with the limo.

Premier Limo has been around for so long, and there is a reason why. They have a huge fleet of limos and limo buses and are very reasonably priced. They arrived early and were there for us the entire day. The driver even came into the church and was carrying my train around. :)

The chauffers were amazing the day of the wedding. Leading up to the wedding was a challenge as the office workers didn't really communicate properly. Also after the wedding we were missing something and we emailed the company and never received a call back. Overall the experience was nice, the staff the day of definitely made it a special day.

I just got a sedan. He was well dressed, friendly and on time. We were not ready and he never acted like he was in any hurry, he was completely cool. For some reason his GPS took us a back-a$$wards way, but he had no problem getting getting back on the high to go the easier way I knew. The company was the most sensible one I spoke to - not getting all in a huff and changing the price (for the exact same service) as soon as I said "wedding".

We had a snowstorm... limo didn't make it to the house, but not exactly planned for October. Bus drivers heading home were AMAZING!!

Premier limo was great to work with. The driver was on time and very professional. He even helped me carry my dress up the stairs when we went into church. The party bus was great for our wedding party and we had a lot of fun on the way to the reception! Great company. Definitely recommend!!

We used them the day of our wedding. They were on time and very polite. We had to go to multiple locations and were very accommodating. The limo was very nice inside and looked nice from the outside. I would recommend using them to other people. The only downside was there was only the door on the ends of the limo. We had a different limo for a separate event that had a third door up on the other end that can be helpful. But overall we were very happy with their services!

Compared to some other limousine companies in Connecticut, their prices are some of the best. However, based on my experience, I would NEVER ever recommend them to anyone. First of all, they randomly charged me an extra $60 for taxes without telling me because they "misquoted" me. They shouldn't tell their customer a price, book the event, charge the customer and then a week before the wedding charge them again because of a misquote. I was told a price and expect to pay that price. Second, on my wedding day, the driver (who was very nice) helped me in and told me to sit down. Nobody cleaned the seat and it was covered with RED LIPSTICK. I had lipstick on my dress. When I realized, the driver responded with "oh, the limos are cleaned in a dark parking garage". I freaked out because if I had sit all the way back, the back of my wedding dress would have been covered in it. Third, I've called five times in the last three weeks to speak to a manager. Someone takes my message, puts me through to the manager and of course they are always busy or on the other line. Horrible!

Used Premier Limo out of Stamford, CT. They were great and our driver was the best! We used Pinky for several runs with no problems. It was a great hit and talk of the neighborhood. A little pricey.
