From the moment we hired her to the day of our wedding, my husband and I had moved four different times, to three different states and NOT ONCE did we feel the pressure of the wedding. Nicole planned vendor meetings/viewings on long weekends or after our non-consistent work hours and even rescheduled a few meetings after my flights were cancelled during one of the long weekends she had planned for us. She is extremely organized, professional, very knowledgeable about the wedding industry, and has great relationships with many wedding vendors (you soon realize how important that is because all of my vendors told me they love working with Tara and were so excited to hear that she was my planner, it just made everything go so smoothly). I really appreciated how on top of things Tara was, she always checked in with us and kept us on track with our to-do lists. She is a great communicator, both with us and all of our vendors, which really took a lot of stress off of us especially in the 30 days leading up to the wedding. Whenever I needed help making a decision or talking through things, Tara was always very responsive and provided helpful advice. She was always willing to meet in person or virtually if I needed anything. She was also flexible and understanding when my work schedule made me have to change around appointments. Tara blew us away when it came time to the wedding. She went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect and went according to plan, and she truly made the wedding of our dreams come to life! She had everything down to a T, I was so impressed. And she was really good at keeping the groomsmen in check haha! She takes command of a room which is key to have things go smoothly. I felt like whenever I thought of something I needed Tara was right there by my side with it. We had the time of our lives at our wedding, we were stress-free, and we didn’t worry about one single thing, all thanks to Tara. After the wedding, my family and friends were telling me stories of Tara saving the day and putting out little fires – my husband and I had no idea any of that was happening at the wedding! It is SO important to have a wedding planner who is experienced/knows what she’s doing, top-notch, and who you really like as a person and enjoy being around, I cannot stress that enough. We always felt so confident with how our wedding would turn out because we knew we had Tara on our team!

She put a lot of preparation into making sure our day went smoothly, between coordinating the vendors as well as giving a detailed itinerary to our wedding party. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, she was such a lifesaver and thought of so many things I would have never even thought of. When there was a threat of rain, she worked with us to have a great backup rain plan. I am sure there is a ton more that she did behind the scenes that we will never know about. The one or two vendors not on their list ended up actually being a major point of stress until Tara help and ironed things out with them. As wedding week approached, the weather was looking very iffy for our outdoor cocktail hour and I was so worried about a gameplan for weather. I was on the phone with Nicole at 7:30 am the day before our tent was to be delivered and I joke that at that point, she became my therapist. She is calm and unflappable and told me she had it from there. I stopped looking at the weather from that point and I was completely at ease knowing she was on it - whatever the weather was going to be like. It was truly the best day. I know Nicole doesn't control the weather; but we did end up having picture perfect weather on what could have been a miserable rainy, hot August day. I know even if the weather had not cooperated, I have no doubt the day would have still been magical because Nicole had a complete plan B! Whenever my younger daughter gets engaged, the first phone call I'll make is to Nicole!
