ara was an absolute delight to work with. From day one, she was on it. No stone was left unturned - if there was a detail, she knew it. It was also such a help to have her there for various vendor meetings. She did a great job of steering us in the right direction and making sure that the choices we made would really have an impact on the guests experience on the big day versus doing something to do it. Even my parents and bridal party and other guests complimented how well she ran the day for us. I’ve told my now-husband repeatedly how sad I was for the day to end because it meant our time with Tara was coming to an end too. She truly was our rock over the last few months and we are so grateful for all she did to make our day go so smoothly. We really got to be guests at our own wedding thanks to her hard work. Everyone needs a Tara when planning their wedding!

c to the venue that felt extra tricky. Immediately upon meeting with Tara for the first time, I felt so at ease and I knew she was the perfect person to choose to help us plan our day. To say Tara is good at her job would be the understatement of the century. Her attention to detail, kindness, organization, and experience are out of this world!!!! Tara was my lifeline in the planning process - She pointed us in the direction of almost every one of our vendors, and they were all FANTASTIC. I made a joke at one point that every time we added a vendor, they would complement how great Tara and all the other vendors were and I felt like I was assembling the wedding day Avengers! She checked in consistently with me and with vendors behind the scenes, she had incredibly detailed resources for alllll of our questions, she worked with us on a precise day-of timeline and organized all of the vendors flawlessly. She turned what could have been an insanely overwhelming year of planning into a process where we could trust that our day would be everything we envisioned. Not only that, but she orchestrated a day that was so perfect I don't even have the words to describe it. On the day of the wedding, she was a force to be reckoned with!!!! She managed everything calmly and swiftly. She came to check on me and my bridesmaids while we were getting ready, and made sure any last-second additions and details were set. When I saw her face, I could have cried... Seeing her grounded me in the fact the details of our day were in the best possible hands. At the venue, she was seemingly waiting in the shadows to anticipate our smallest needs while also fielding questions and set-up needs of all vendors and miscellaneous items from our families. Every time I saw her she had a smile on her face, but she was also undoubtedly down to business... She even plopped down on the ground, took off my heels, and put socks and sneakers on me after the ceremony when I complained (out of earshot from her, mind you) that my feet were hurting. I love Tara from the bottom of my heart, and will shout her praises from the rooftops every chance I get!!! We are so beyond grateful for every little careful detail that she contributed to our planning process and to our day. Friends, family, and other vendors even stopped us throughout the process to shoutout how incredible of a coordinator she was. If you're looking for a day-of coordinator, look no further! Tara is the girl for the job.

as our Day of Coordinator where she came on about 6-8 weeks out from our wedding day and took over all communication with vendors and venues. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and my favorite part, gave her expert opinion when asked instead of always responding with "whatever you want". I really appreciated having an expert who would tell me whether she thought an idea or extra cost would really be worth it in the end. Summer and her assistant helped in the setup and breakdown at all of our venues throughout the night which allowed my husband and I and our families to relax and truly enjoy the evening. There were so many things I didn't know that I didn't know until I started working with Summer. She saved us from countless issues with her detailed questions and timelines. I'm not sure how I thought I could get married without a coordinator, but I learned quickly during our first meeting that I never would have been able to do it without the support of Summer. helped take care of my SIL’s 2 year old during our ceremony so she didn’t need to miss any part of it. She set up all my decor beautifully and managed all the logistics perfectly for the whole day! I hired Premier Party Planners as my day of coordinators because I wanted to plan the wedding myself and have someone experienced manage the event so I wouldn’t have to day of. Summer started 60 days before the big day and took over managing vendors and facilitating the logistics. She attended vendor meeting with me, came up with our timeline, created a schedule for the wedding party, helped plan our welcome and after parties, and packed everything up for us at the end of the night. I did not have to worry or do anything on my wedding day except enjoy the day!! My other favorite part of hiring the team is that they have an inventory of rentals you can borrow! I saved a ton of money by borrowing my table numbers, ring bearer pillow, Polaroid camera, easels, frames, card box, cake stand, and more. I highly recommend Premier Party Planners and especially Summer!!

If anything went wrong on the day of, I wouldn’t have known because Elizabeth was so on top of everything. Elizabeth saved me from almost making a very costly mistake and jumped in so quickly to help me resolve the issue right away! I was having a really hard time with my venue and Tara came in and made sure every single detail was executed to perfection. She stood up for me when I was overwhelmed and didnt know what to say. plan and organize my wedding while I was living out of state for an internship. Tara helped keep all my details straight even when I would change something last minute or change my mind. Tara did a great job of listening to both me and my mom as we dreamed about the day together! She is incredibly responsive via email, text, and phone calls. She also has a great eye for design and helped me craft my "timeless romance" wedding reception even though I knew nothing about flowers or decor. Tara also did a wonderful job working with our church to make sure everything was taken care of for the off-site wedding ceremony.
