Nicole was so wonderful! The amount of knowledge she brings to wedding planning is truly incredible, she will think of every detail for your wedding before it even occurs to you. For my wedding she came highly recommended by my venue and I understood why immediately. I hired her for full service wedding planning and she was there for ever step of the process and made it so easy and stress free. On the actual day of the wedding, I had zero stress because I knew she had taken care of everything and I got to just enjoy my day and not worry over any of the details with vendors or anything like that! The best wedding day ever! Our daughter just got married and we were able to actually sit back and enjoy the whole experience. Premier Party Planners made things easy. They were organized, communicative, and very professional. They were also available for questions and advice. This was our 4th wedding for our 4 kids, and PPP did the last two! From the time we found them, we definitely wouldn't use anyone else!!

When looking for a wedding planner, I was not sure who I was going to go with. I spoke with quite a few planners before I met Nicole. Nicole immediately made me feel comfortable and excited. I was truly blown away after sitting down to talk through our special day with Nicole. She is beyond knowledgable in all aspects of weddings. As a type A gal, I knew it would take just the right person to make me feel comfortable letting go on the big day. Within a few minutes of meeting Tara, I knew we were in capable hands. Tara is extra detail-oriented and phenomenally prepared. She keeps the day moving like clockwork because she's always prepping for what's next. We also appreciated her guidance regarding vendors throughout the process! And vendors really seem to love working with her on wedding day, we heard rave reviews every time someone found out we were working with her. Plus, Premier has an awesome supply of decor and other items you can use on the big day to avoid some of those one-use purchases (we used things like the arbor, cake stand, cutting utensils, card box, etc). We're grateful we went with Premier!

If there is one thing I learned throughout the planning process, it would be to HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER! Hiring Tara was the best thing I ever did. Words can not express the level of professionalism, organization, and kindness Tara provided. The biggest stresses: seating chart, venders, last minute details she made seamless. I would call Tara all stressed, about to be in tears and by the end of our phone call all problems were resolved because she found every solution. We are Greek Orthodox so that can be intimidating for most; not for Tara, she was so prepared, knew every tradition; some better than myself. She HANDMADE my seating chart cards, name another planner who would go to that level. I promise you wont. Our experience with Tara and Premier Party Planners was amazing from start to finish! From the detailed description of the full-service planning package on the website to our first meeting with Tara, we knew we were in good hands. Tara took care of all the behind-the-scenes details and paperwork and kept us on track when she needed our input. Nicole with Premier Party Planners is the best of the best. We hired her for her full wedding planning services and we could not be happier. She understood our vision from the first time we met and helped create our wedding day to be better than we could have ever imagined. When I first met Nicole, I told her that I was in medical school and my partner is in law school, so we have crazy schedules. This did not phase Nicole one bit. She not only navigated our tight schedules with ease, but also made perfect suggestions when it came to vendors so that we did not have to spend an abundant amount of time making decisions. Every single one of her vendor recommendations were spectacular and all captured our vision of our wedding day. Melanie was extremely helpful throughout the wedding process! She was kind and insightful and provided valuable feedback. It was clear that she was a professional in the industry and she was willing to give advice and opinions, when asked. Telling you she responds quickly doesn't do it justice. I texted her constantly leading up to the big day at all different times and she got back to me right away. I could not imagine our wedding without Tara! I was a bride that went into planning with no idea what I wanted. We chose Tara with the mid level planning package because I wanted to make the design decisions, but knew I needed more guidance than just the day of coordination. Our wedding was this past weekend & we are so thankful we went with Premier! Tara is worth her weight in gold!!! My biggest piece of advice for any couple planning a wedding is to hire a planner/coordinator immediately (and pick Tara/Premier!) - I wish I had her from day one! I am an extremely detail-oriented Type A person and did not think I would need a planner, so we hired Tara as our day-of coordinator as required by our venue. Her services extended WELL beyond just “day-of” and I leaned on her countless times throughout the planning process. From the moment we had our first virtual meeting with Tara, we knew we were in good hands - she is confident, approachable, bubbly, well-versed in all-things wedding, efficient, and more organized than I could ever dream of being. She created an amazing design board that encapsulated ideas I couldn’t quite put into words, selected rentals and created tablescapes that were perfectly cohesive, worked out all the big and little details with vendors/contracts, attended vendor meetings with me and jumped in when I had decision fatigue, and helped us navigate a world that felt so foreign to us. She even took on an extravagant DIY project for me, just because that’s how kind and devoted she is! She was always happy to answer my questions, no matter how big or small, or the time of day. Nothing seemed to rattle Tara. We had a big last minute change the day before our wedding, and I had a wardrobe emergency after my ceremony - Tara immediately provided reassurance and calmly took care of every situation. She even Instacarted my best friend flip flops so she could continue dancing through the evening! Tara felt like a friend during this whole process. We still can’t believe how well she executed our vision; we truly lived out the best weekend of our lives and are so thankful for all of Tara’s hard work.

I booked Premier Party Planners for my wedding because the venue required us to use a planner. At first, I didn’t have much interest because I am already Type A and hyper-organized, and I felt like I could do an adequate job on my own. Boy, was I wrong! Even though we purchased the 'day of wedding' package, Tara was involved from the moment we met months prior to our wedding. My husband and I hired Nicole at the beginning of 2021 for our November 2022 wedding. We began our wedding planning process by just planning it ourselves and quickly realized with both of us being in the military, it was WAY more than we could handle. We hired Nicole for her full wedding planning service and it was THE BEST thing we could have ever done! We had the pleasure of working with Tara from Premier Party Planners for our wedding in November 2022. My whole family and I (she was also my sister’s wedding planner) absolutely love Tara and highly recommend her!! Not only is Tara super personable, fun, relatable, and caring but she is also incredible at her job (she is literally the definition of a boss babe). She was always willing to meet in person or virtually if I needed anything. She was also flexible and understanding when my work schedule made me have to change around appointments. Tara blew us away when it came time to the wedding. She went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect and went according to plan, and she truly made the wedding of our dreams come to life! She had everything down to a T, I was so impressed. And she was really good at keeping the groomsmen in check haha! She takes command of a room which is key to have things go smoothly. I felt like whenever I thought of something I needed Tara was right there by my side with it. We had the time of our lives at our wedding, we were stress-free, and we didn’t worry about one single thing, all thanks to Tara. After the wedding, my family and friends were telling me stories of Tara saving the day and putting out little fires – my husband and I had no idea any of that was happening at the wedding! It is SO important to have a wedding planner who is experienced/knows what she’s doing, top-notch, and who you really like as a person and enjoy being around, I cannot stress that enough. We always felt so confident with how our wedding would turn out because we knew we had Tara on our team!

We booked her for day-of coordinator but she got involved with the planning about two months before our wedding day. Even before that, she reviewed contracts from our other vendors before we signed them. She put a lot of preparation into making sure our day went smoothly, between coordinating the vendors as well as giving a detailed itinerary to our wedding party.
