Can’t thank Jennifer enough for all the work that she did to make our wedding dreams come true. I thought that planning a wedding while not being local to my venue would be a challenge but Jennifer made everything so easy. My friends kept saying how “chill” I was through everything because I knew that I could count on Jennifer to make everything happen and she executed a wedding that was more beautiful than we could have imagined.

We were referred to Rita by a number of former Brides/Fathers of Brides/Mothers of Brides. They were spot on! Rita and her team are hands down, AMAZING to work with. Rita worked with us throughout the entire process. She brings a professional and fun personality to the process while keeping what the bride and groom want at the center of her work. She made sure the whole process/day was organized and that everyone was squared away. Due to her experience, we were referred to a number of wonderful vendors. Knowing she has a relationship with and trusts the vendors allowed us to alleviate any worry we may have about day-of hiccups. You cannot go wrong working with Rita!

Rita was recommended to me by a friend who was the “Father of the Bride” in 2014. He told me that Rita operated like a “Swiss train”….you could set your watch by her, without fail. It’s safe to say that Rita is all of that and so much more! My decision to hire Rita/Premier Planning Services was the best one of the entire wedding planning process. She took the stress out of the process and enabled me to enjoy it and have fun instead of worrying about the details. I opted for her full service plan so I was privy to Rita and her vast amount of knowledge and planning prowess for the entirety of my engagement/wedding planning experience. I can say, without hesitation, that she’s worth every penny. Rita acted as my advisor on everything from venues to vendors and was, at the same time, my advocate; making sure that I was receiving the best rates and the best service possible. In addition to this, she was often a voice of reason when tensions ran high (as they sometimes can with such a major life event) and offered her feedback and opinion when I asked for it. As if all of this wasn’t enough, on the day of the wedding she and her team were on top of every single detail…including having a steamer on hand for the last minute steaming of my dress that was a bit wrinkled after the transit to the hotel!! They kept us all on-time and on-task. Our wedding day was seamless…not one single hiccup….it was truly amazing.

I can't say enough about Rita and the entire Premier Planning Services team! My wedding was at a private residence so Rita helped us build the entire day - we just started with a yard and a lake! She helped us with envisioning what we want, finding the right vendors and negotiating the best prices, timelines, etiquette questions, and then the day of itself! She and the team were so organized and helpful I knew I was in good hands. I'm an easily stressed person and the whole wedding planning process really was a fun experience (not stressful) with Rita and my family and I got to just enjoy everything knowing that she was planning it. Then the day of was just a million times better than I ever imagined. All of the team's planning paid off wonderfully and it looked great and things flowed flawlessly! We got so many compliments on the design and coordination of the day. Any bride will be in excellent hands with the team!

I had not planned to hire a wedding planner as I have had experience in planning large events and felt competent to plan our daughters wedding, however after being referred by so many friends to Premier Planning Services, I decided to meet with Rita Swanson. She and her team were amazing! Her relationship with the vendors was hugely valuable as she set up all of the appointments, negotiated the terms(she saved us money!), kept detailed records for our budget and was extremely attentive to every detail. She is obviously highly regarded in the industry as the vendors clearly wanted to please her (she is, after all the repeat customer bringing in clients). Rita and her team are extremely professional but also conveyed a genuine spirit of warmth and enthusiasm for our events and wish for making our daughters dreams come true. I felt as if a friend were helping us - I definitely would recommend Rita Swanson and Premier Planning Services for any event!

I cannot give enough praise and thanks for the work Rita did as our wedding planner. To say she went above and beyond the call of duty to make our day the best it could be is an understatement. As a bride uncertain of the type of wedding I wanted, unfamiliar with local vendors and planning from a far, Rita's advice and guidance was truly invaluable. She listened to our ideas and only brought vendors that matched our style, budget and vision. She was available whenever we needed her and was able to schedule all of our vendor meetings around the few times we were in town prior to the wedding (no small feat). Our wedding day, quite simply, could not have happened without her. Her (and her team's) attention to detail and calming presence made the day flow so smoothly. If anything went wrong, we'll never know. I highly recommend Rita and PPS for planning services!

We would highly recommend Jennifer at Premier Planning Services for your wedding planning needs. She did an exceptional job helping us plan and execute a perfect wedding day this summer! She truly understood our vision and helped make that a reality. She is organized and detail-oriented, and kept everyone at ease and on task throughout the whole process. She is skilled at balancing your needs, and provides great vendor referrals which actually saved us money. She was instrumental in creating a "day of" schedule and made sure the wedding party and family knew the plan and that everyone followed it. Jennifer is a petite person with a large personality! She is a pleasure to work with and makes the planning process go smoothly and the wedding day nearly worry free!

I could not have planned a wedding without their help. They listened to my vision, helped me clarify it along the way, and made my dream wedding a reality. If I had a question or concern, they were on it right away. They made planning a wedding easy and FUN! :) I got to relax an entire week before the wedding and really enjoyed the day itself. I didn't worry about a thing because I didn't have to with their services!

My experience with Premier Planning Services was excellent. Rita (and all of the members of her team) made not only our wedding day stress-free but also the months leading up to the wedding as she greatly helped every step of the way. Rita was well-connected to the right vendors and she was able to help guide us to the best quality available. Rita kept me on track throughout the wedding planning timeline. Her helpful emails, spreadsheets and check lists really helped me see how everything would come together in the end. Rita was personable, polite, well-educated on everything weddings and professional. Rita was able to hear my ideas and also suggest other things if I got stuck on one aspect. Rita was able to make the connections with vendors to sort out the details. She was a great resource for me on my role in the process and offered advice when I asked for it on everything from getting gifts for shower hostesses to what centerpieces would compliment the head table. I would recommend Rita (and her team) to anyone. She is well connected, ALWAYS answers emails/phone calls/concerns in a very quick manner and she is fun to work with :)

Rita and her team at Premier Planning are absolutely fantastic. I originally hired Rita for her "Day Of" services but she remained easily accessible to me throughout my 9 month planning process. There were some hiccups along the way and she was always available to me when I needed an opinion or guidance. Another wonderful thing that comes with Rita are her connections in the wedding industry. She has a reputation and is very respected - every prospective Vendor I encountered knew who she was and were always thrilled to know that I had her on my team. She is very organized as well as competent - she knows what she is doing and she makes sure that things get done. I loved working Rita - hiring her and her team to help coordinate my wedding was the best decision that I made for our wedding and I honestly do not think that things would have come together as wonderful as they did without her. Thank you, Rita!!!

To put it simply, we could not have put on this wonderful event without Rita Swanson and Premier Planning Services. With two full time positions and planning the wedding from across the country, Rita was a blessing. From keeping us organized, providing support and her guidance in tough decisions to coordinating meetings vendors and detailed itineraries with our bridal party, there was nothing that Rita wasn't involved in. We are so blessed and fortunate to have had Rita's support; it best investment we made of our wedding!

I worked with Rita for my wedding in June of 2013. My husband and I chose to have our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception in my parents' back yard, which required a ton of coordination. From tent setup, to seating and tabletop rentals, to a tricky parking situation Rita was on top of it. By providing a master checklist and timeline, and working directly with the vendors, she took a lot of pressure off of me. She was also always very easy to get ahold of, which I really appreciated.

We are blessed to have Rita as our wedding planner. Our wedding day was the best and most perfect day ever thanks to her. She is respectful, honest, detailed, and organized. EVERY vendor we worked with said she was the BEST. She is very affordable and MUST have for any event in MN!

Rita from Premier Planning Services is AMAZING!!! Her knowledge and experience cannot be beat. She has a wonderful group of vendors she recommends to her clients who you can tell prefer to work with her based on her professionalism and class. I truly believe our wedding day wouldn't have been as beautiful, personalized and flawless without the help of Premier Planning Services. I loved working with Rita and am so thankful we found her! We were married in June of 2012. My fiance was pushing for a wedding planner and I was reluctant to hire one as I plan for a living myself. We met with Jennifer to discuss Premier's services and made a decision to move forward. It was the best decision of the whole wedding planning process. She helped us through every part of the planning and really made the whole experience fun for both of us. When we hired a planner we expected that she would help us find the right vendors and realize our vision. She definitely did that. What we found after working with her was that she is also a top notch mediator for my fiance and I. When we could not agree on a concept or vendor she was there as a voice of reason and provided perspective to help us come to an agreement. She is also what I called a 'wedding psychologist'. Jennifer was there to help me through some of my more trying times when I was just feeling overwhelmed. Our wedding day was everything we wanted it to be and went off without a hitch. My fiance and I could enjoy every moment of it knowing that Jennifer and her team were there to manage all of the details and kept things flowing. She was prepared for anything and everything and I am so grateful that she was with us throughout this process. We were so happy to have her and Premier Planning on our team. We would highly recommend her and Premier Planning for anyone planning a wedding.
