I certainly recommend using their services. The trolley also made for a great photo op during our wedding!

emony started. Really nice guy. We really enjoyed him as our driver. Our only complaint was the speaker in the limo was not how it sounded when we went to pick out a limo months prior. It sounded like the speakers were blown out, which sort of ruined the “partying” experience for the 40 min limo ride. So that was disappointing, because we were louder than the music. But overall a good experience. 👍🏼

We gave four stars instead of five because the staff were occasionally a bit rude/curt via email, and invoices were confusing due to the three buses having to be booked as essentially separate entities. Also, we had discussed for the buses to shuttle guests back to the hotel as needed for the last hour or two of the night, but this was not communicated to the drivers, who made one of our elderly family members wait almost an hour to leave the reception despite two buses being present.

pleased with the service. The next day, our groomsmen let us know that they had seen the driver urinate on the private property where we had our photos taken. This happened while we, the bride and groom, were doing our first look, and it happened within view of the bus, where the groomsmen were waiting for us. Of course, we were horrified. I contacted the office. Over three weeks, I contacted the office four times via phone to speak with someone about this situation. I spoke to a receptionist who said she would pass the information on. At first, they were shocked and confused. They asked me how I would like the situation rectified, and I requested some sort of compensation, as we had effectively paid someone to urinate on my parents' lawn. One of the last times I called, I left a voicemail for the owner. A week later, I called back. It seemed that he had no intention to call me back, and said multiple times that this situation does not warrant a refund because the service was ultimately on time and disregarded my experience and feelings over and over. He told me it was my opinion that this happened, even though four people saw the driver urinate. He told me that I was just trying to get a refund. He became rude on the phone. To be clear, I was not requesting a refund for refund's sake. I was requesting recognition that this situation had happened. I inquired about compensation, as that would be an appropriate response for such an unacceptable situation and because a ride credit wouldn't work for us as we wouldn't hire this company again. From the very beginning, I stressed how important it was to me that this driver was not fired. I did not want him to get in trouble, as this could have been a medical issue. I also stressed that had he said he needed to use the bathroom, we would have been more than happy to show him where it was. I called multiple times so that this situation could be rectified. I was left feeling disrespected, both from the driver urinating on our lawn and the way that I was treated by the owner. This entire situation was unacceptable and totally avoidable, from the driver urinating on private property to the way the office handled my inquiries. If you go with this company, do not expect good customer service. Don't expect them to care about your overall experience. Don't expect that the driver won't pee on your lawn in view of your wedding party.

a nice addition to everything and really helped to further stylize our wedding. We also had a large wedding party so it was nice to transport everyone, plus their dates, and our parents to and from the ceremony. The only issue we had was that the venue had very specific instructions for vehicles over a certain size, since there is a bridge that can't handle the weight of large vehicles on site. We gave instructions for a side entrance, after the ceremony they used the main entrance which meant everyone, including me, had to walk to the reception tent which was almost a football field away from where the trolley dropped us off. But the driver apologized and offered a solution, we just decided to get out vs. driving back around the venue. I would definitely recommend their services, they're very reliable which is important when you want to show up on time to your wedding!

having to pack up my gifts from the venue and drive myself back to the hotel because they did not want to be liable if any of my gifts were lost or stolen. SO I WAS NOT PRESENT ON THE BUS. Someone got sick on the bus and we also went over our scheduled time (BOTH of which I was unaware of because I was NOT present on the bus) They charged my card $450 on my wedding night WITHOUT even notifying me, which took my account into the negative and I received a fee for overdraft in my account. I called to speak with a manager whom I believe was Christy, and asked why I was not notified of the charge that was going to be applied to my card. She very rudely told me "They are not in the business of notifying people of charges being applied, because they would never get paid" I very simply explained to her that I am perfectly willing to pay what I was charged because it was my responsibility BUT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED FIRST. HAD I KNOWN I WAS BEING CHARGED I WOULD HAVE TRANSFERRED THE MONEY INTO THE ACCOUNT BEFORE THEY CHARGED ME. She would not even refund me the $37 fee that I received due to their terrible customer service. It's a really nice gift from them to accrue a $37 fee for me ON THE NIGHT OF MY WEDDING. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

commend to anyone. A few of the biggest issues: 1. Water leaking in: It was raining on the day of our wedding and the bus was LEAKING in several spots. 2. No music on the party bus: The sound system didn't work at all - we couldn't connect our phones or even play the radio. When we asked the driver for help, he casually said "oh yeah, that doesn't work". Kinda defeats the purpose of a "party" bus. 3. The driver was not good: He drove aggressively, to the point where a glass fell off the shelf and shattered all over the seats. In addition to having to avoid a few areas of the bus due to the water leaking in, we couldn't use some of the seats because there was broker glass on it. While he certainly couldn't control the quality of the bus, he had a "couldn't be bothered" attitude that made the entire experience worse. The quality of the bus itself was very poor and the service from the drive was equally terrible.

s a 14-passenger Ford van. I've been given 3 different explanations for the switch, none of which make sense. We were never offered a refund, or a price adjustment. The steps into the van were extremely narrow. You have to step in, and out, sideways because your entire foot doesn't fit on the step. My elderly Mom slipped, but thankfully was caught by several of the guys in our party. I wasn't that fortunate. I lost my footing (and BTW there was no grab handle on that side of the door opening) and ended up on the pavement with an injury to my head, right elbow and right hip. My sunglasses were broken and my dress torn. I've spoken with the office manager (Kristy), the owner (Doug) and another administrative person (Erick) in an attempt to get a copy of my accident report, which I was told had been filed by our chauffeur. During my last conversation with Erick, I was told Premiere #1 had been instructed by their insurance company not to give me a copy of the report. In my opinion Premiere #1's slogan of "Our Service is Premier...Our Customers are #1" is a joke. Please be careful.

h the exception that one of my guests mentioned to me that the driver thought our wedding started 30 minutes later than it actually started. When my guest asked the driver why he wasn't leaving the hotel yet to take them to the venue, the driver stated the wedding start time and it was wrong. I was saddened and surprised to hear that there was confusion because the booking staff had been so organized and responsive. Thank goodness one of my guests said something! I'm hoping that we were a fluke and that this won't happen to anyone else.

On the personal side, Ginny did a fantastic job. She went above and beyond, helping a wedding guest (one of my family) with accessing the chapel's handicap ramp ahead of the wedding ceremony. Top notch vehicle, top notch driver and very reasonable price. Highly recommend Ginny and Premiere #1 Limo Service.

we left the venue to go to our hotel. We also heard so many compliments about our shuttle to the hotel from our wedding guests as well. We loved the service and are so thankful we went with this company. We were able to look at all of the vehicles we had chosen while at the wedding show before our wedding and this company was so easy to work with. Even with the turnover in management while planning our wedding, nothing was left undone and everything went seamlessly. We can't recommend them enough!

told me he didn't have our reservation. I pulled up the email on my phone and told him my confirmation number. Still nothing. After quite some time he "found" it and said it was never finalized. I was devastated. I didn't know I had to double and triple check all vendors to make sure my already confirmed confirmation was confirmed. Needless to say we had to use them anyway. No apologies were given and still had to pay full price. Was really taken back and confused how this happened but at the end of the day this was a tiny set back that just happened to happen first thing in the am on my wedding day. Reviews are great so maybe it was just my luck :/

Months later, when I went to book this for a special occasion, they informed me that it had been a few months and were not going to honor my money. They took $300 and provided me no service. To me, that is not good sound business procedure and is immoral. I called the company and they gave me the number to contact the manager directly to issue me a refund or help me with my case. I called and left a voicemail for the manager more than once and never received a response.
