Amazing service! Very easy to work with, followed up about a week before the wedding to schedule pick up and drop off times and were extremely punctual in following through with that schedule! Vehicles were clean, our driver Billy was super friendly and they made sure that all guests arrived safely back at the hotel!

Mike S. and William G. were great chauffeur! Working and scheduling shuttle accommodations for our wedding was quick and easy with Premiere #1. They gave quick updates when anything needed to be updated and provided email confirmations once a chauffeur was assigned to you and when the shuttles were leaving for pickup and drop-off. We highly recommend these folks and appreciate the fantastic service they provided.

We hired Premiere #1 for our September wedding (about 80 guests). Hiring Premiere #1 was extremely easy and straightforward. We simply visited the website, chose the shuttles we wanted, and chatted with a representative to determine pickup/dropoff times and locations around Carlisle, PA. The day of the wedding, everything ran on time and guests were extremely appreciative of their reliable and comfortable transportation service. Would hire again!

Premiere #1 Limousine Service was affordable and easy to work with. John was our driver and he was fantastic. My husband has never been in a limousine so I surprised him with one to get us at the end of our wedding to take us to our apartment so we could get our luggage and change and then take us to our hotel that night. John was so helpful with getting the luggage put away and just making sure we got where we were going alright. Perfect way to end the night.

I used Premiere#1 for a shuttle service for my guest to and from the hotel we had a block at and it worked great! Scheduling them was so easy and the drivers were so nice and professional! I got quotes from a few places and they blew them out of the water! Highly recommend.

Our driver was amazing, if you get Dillon, he’s super friendly. He came on time, drove very carefully, got along well with all of us, & he helped calm me down (bride) before my ceremony started. Really nice guy. We really enjoyed him as our driver. Our only complaint was the speaker in the limo was not how it sounded when we went to pick out a limo months prior. It sounded like the speakers were blown out, which sort of ruined the “partying” experience for the 40 min limo ride. So that was disappointing, because we were louder than the music. But overall a good experience. 👍🏼

Completely professional from day one! We worked with Premiere #1 Limousine Service through our first, second, and third wedding date due to COVID-19. They allowed us to reschedule dates easily, they were the most responsive vendor, and allowed to modify our bus selection easily before our original date. Whenever you call them, there is always a friendly voice on the other side. We can't give a high enough recommendation!

We used three different transportation from these guys. We booked a Trolley for the wedding party, and two different shuttles from our other hotel. They were prompt and the drivers has such big personality! The Trolley drive was a great addition to the day, she was so excited for us and felt like she was meant to be there. I heard the other driver messed around with the guests and the guests loved it! Thank you for helping the day run smoothly!

I ordered two limo buses/shuttles for our wedding and everyone we worked with at Premiere 1 was very accommodating. The shuttle buses showed up on time, the drivers were very friendly and they completed their routes we had with multiple pick ups and drop offs without a problem. Would highly recommend!

Having buses to shuttle our friends and family back and forth between the hotel and our venue was HUGE in alleviating any wedding-day stress about needing DDs. The drivers were friendly and courteous, and we appreciated being able to bring all our stuff, including alcohol, back from the venue on the last bus of the night. We gave four stars instead of five because the staff were occasionally a bit rude/curt via email, and invoices were confusing due to the three buses having to be booked as essentially separate entities. Also, we had discussed for the buses to shuttle guests back to the hotel as needed for the last hour or two of the night, but this was not communicated to the drivers, who made one of our elderly family members wait almost an hour to leave the reception despite two buses being present.

I was so impressed with Premiere #1! We rented a limo bus to transport our wedding party to the church and also to the reception venue. The bus was very clean and modern. Our chauffer, George, was very professional and nice! He arrived on time and we didn't have to wait at all. I really enjoyed spending time with the wedding party on the bus before the busy-ness of the reception.

Premiere #1 Limousine Service was excellent to work with. They had fast and easy booking and they were on time for pick up and drop off for my wedding. I was able to book a larger shuttle to the venue and a smaller one for trips home. Their hours are amazing for communication at the customer’s convenience. My husband and I hired Premiere #1 Limousine to provide transportation on our wedding day. The service was on time, the bus was clean, and the driver was friendly. Overall, we were pleased with the service. The next day, our groomsmen let us know that they had seen the driver urinate on the private property where we had our photos taken. This happened while we, the bride and groom, were doing our first look, and it happened within view of the bus, where the groomsmen were waiting for us. Of course, we were horrified. I contacted the office. Over three weeks, I contacted the office four times via phone to speak with someone about this situation. I spoke to a receptionist who said she would pass the information on. At first, they were shocked and confused. They asked me how I would like the situation rectified, and I requested some sort of compensation, as we had effectively paid someone to urinate on my parents' lawn. One of the last times I called, I left a voicemail for the owner. A week later, I called back. It seemed that he had no intention to call me back, and said multiple times that this situation does not warrant a refund because the service was ultimately on time and disregarded my experience and feelings over and over. He told me it was my opinion that this happened, even though four people saw the driver urinate. He told me that I was just trying to get a refund. He became rude on the phone. To be clear, I was not requesting a refund for refund's sake. I was requesting recognition that this situation had happened. I inquired about compensation, as that would be an appropriate response for such an unacceptable situation and because a ride credit wouldn't work for us as we wouldn't hire this company again. From the very beginning, I stressed how important it was to me that this driver was not fired. I did not want him to get in trouble, as this could have been a medical issue. I also stressed that had he said he needed to use the bathroom, we would have been more than happy to show him where it was. I called multiple times so that this situation could be rectified. I was left feeling disrespected, both from the driver urinating on our lawn and the way that I was treated by the owner. This entire situation was unacceptable and totally avoidable, from the driver urinating on private property to the way the office handled my inquiries. If you go with this company, do not expect good customer service. Don't expect them to care about your overall experience. Don't expect that the driver won't pee on your lawn in view of your wedding party.

I loved working with Premiere #1 Limousine. We rented he 40 passenger shuttle bus to transport guests to and from our wedding in Mechanicsburg, PA. Our driver, John was so great and friendly and was very timely. They called me the week of the wedding to confirm the itinerary and the details for the wedding and everything went seamlessly on wedding day. Their prices are unmatched as well, very affordable. Super responsive to both phone call and emails. I wouldn't choose any other company to work with for transportation services. Thank you so much, Premiere!

We used Premiere and rented their white trolley for our wedding in York PA. Overall they were great to work with, showed up on time and the trolley was extremely clean. It was such a nice addition to everything and really helped to further stylize our wedding. We also had a large wedding party so it was nice to transport everyone, plus their dates, and our parents to and from the ceremony. The only issue we had was that the venue had very specific instructions for vehicles over a certain size, since there is a bridge that can't handle the weight of large vehicles on site. We gave instructions for a side entrance, after the ceremony they used the main entrance which meant everyone, including me, had to walk to the reception tent which was almost a football field away from where the trolley dropped us off. But the driver apologized and offered a solution, we just decided to get out vs. driving back around the venue. I would definitely recommend their services, they're very reliable which is important when you want to show up on time to your wedding!

Premiere 1 was great. They were very quick to answer all of our emails, and provide us with service just weeks before our wedding. They gave us all our options and we were able to choose which fit our guests the best. The driver was on time, polite, and the bus was clean and nice. Would use them again for other events.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!! I just had my wedding on Saturday and hired this company to shuttle my guests back to the hotel after my reception. I ended up having to pack up my gifts from the venue and drive myself back to the hotel because they did not want to be liable if any of my gifts were lost or stolen. SO I WAS NOT PRESENT ON THE BUS. Someone got sick on the bus and we also went over our scheduled time (BOTH of which I was unaware of because I was NOT present on the bus) They charged my card $450 on my wedding night WITHOUT even notifying me, which took my account into the negative and I received a fee for overdraft in my account. I called to speak with a manager whom I believe was Christy, and asked why I was not notified of the charge that was going to be applied to my card. She very rudely told me "They are not in the business of notifying people of charges being applied, because they would never get paid" I very simply explained to her that I am perfectly willing to pay what I was charged because it was my responsibility BUT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED FIRST. HAD I KNOWN I WAS BEING CHARGED I WOULD HAVE TRANSFERRED THE MONEY INTO THE ACCOUNT BEFORE THEY CHARGED ME. She would not even refund me the $37 fee that I received due to their terrible customer service. It's a really nice gift from them to accrue a $37 fee for me ON THE NIGHT OF MY WEDDING. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews. We rented a party bus for our wedding to shuttle us around for photos. I would never use this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone. A few of the biggest issues: 1. Water leaking in: It was raining on the day of our wedding and the bus was LEAKING in several spots. 2. No music on the party bus: The sound system didn't work at all - we couldn't connect our phones or even play the radio. When we asked the driver for help, he casually said "oh yeah, that doesn't work". Kinda defeats the purpose of a "party" bus. 3. The driver was not good: He drove aggressively, to the point where a glass fell off the shelf and shattered all over the seats. In addition to having to avoid a few areas of the bus due to the water leaking in, we couldn't use some of the seats because there was broker glass on it. While he certainly couldn't control the quality of the bus, he had a "couldn't be bothered" attitude that made the entire experience worse. The quality of the bus itself was very poor and the service from the drive was equally terrible.

We hired a 27-pax mini bus to transport our wedding party to the church and to the the reception venue. Communication leading up to the event was EXTREMELY fast. We always received replies within a few hours of inquiries (and usually within an hour)! Service was punctual, courteous, professional, and very comfortable bus in good condition!

Premiere was excellent for my wedding day transportation this past June. I used their sprinter van and 27 passenger mini bus. There are tons of vehicles to choose from based on your transportation needs. Drivers were on time and followed my schedule exactly (even though I had changed it about 20 times). I received an email ahead of time with our driver and contact information for the day so there were no surprises. Our driver was pleasant and very helpful with loading things in and out of the van and overall we had a great time!

We rented the shuttle bus for our rehearsal dinner and the 18 passenger limo for the morning of our wedding. Both trips were perfect, the vehicles were comfortable, clean, and beautiful. We loved the features on both vehicles. The staff was very courteous and attentive. They made sure to take care of us throughout both trips. They arrived early each time and were always readily available.

Working with Premier #1 for my wedding transportation was a pleasure! All contact with their staff was professional and courteous. My questions were answered with patience and they were willing to accommodate changes in pick-up and stop locations prior to the big day. Kara, our chauffeur was reliable. We opted for the 20-passenger party bus and it was stocked with ice, cups, glassware, and 8-ounce bottles of water for our convenience. The vehicle was clean and spacious. I would recommend this company for your wedding transportation needs!

Premiere #1 was great to work with for my wedding! We had a trolley for the bridal party and a guest shuttle for the reception, and all worked well with no issues. When my mom was researching options early in the process, the staff was awesome at explaining what they offered and what would work well with our timing and venues.

BEWARE! My family used Premiere #1's services recently. We were beyond disappointed. We had contracted for a 10-passenger Mercedes van. What we received, without our consent, was a 14-passenger Ford van. I've been given 3 different explanations for the switch, none of which make sense. We were never offered a refund, or a price adjustment. The steps into the van were extremely narrow. You have to step in, and out, sideways because your entire foot doesn't fit on the step. My elderly Mom slipped, but thankfully was caught by several of the guys in our party. I wasn't that fortunate. I lost my footing (and BTW there was no grab handle on that side of the door opening) and ended up on the pavement with an injury to my head, right elbow and right hip. My sunglasses were broken and my dress torn. I've spoken with the office manager (Kristy), the owner (Doug) and another administrative person (Erick) in an attempt to get a copy of my accident report, which I was told had been filed by our chauffeur. During my last conversation with Erick, I was told Premiere #1 had been instructed by their insurance company not to give me a copy of the report. In my opinion Premiere #1's slogan of "Our Service is Premier...Our Customers are #1" is a joke. Please be careful.

Premier #1 is awesome! We booked a 27-passenger shuttle just a few weeks before our wedding, and everything went so smoothly. The shuttle was booked to bring our guests to the ceremony site, as well as home from the reception venue. Everyone raved about how great it was to not have to worry about driving home or back to their room. Thank you Premier #1 for making our guests' experience great!

I had a great experience booking my transportation. The staff were helpful, communicative and flexible. Overall we were also happy with the transportation the day of my wedding with the exception that one of my guests mentioned to me that the driver thought our wedding started 30 minutes later than it actually started. When my guest asked the driver why he wasn't leaving the hotel yet to take them to the venue, the driver stated the wedding start time and it was wrong. I was saddened and surprised to hear that there was confusion because the booking staff had been so organized and responsive. Thank goodness one of my guests said something! I'm hoping that we were a fluke and that this won't happen to anyone else.

We actually used 2 different buses - 1 for Bridal Party after wedding & 1 for guests home after the reception & everything worked out perfect. Easy to set up, accommodating, convenient & driver was great!

Cannot speak highly enough of Ginny and the limo service we had from Premiere #1 Limousine Service. We were kept up to date of the status of our service thru dispatch/arrival/return emails on the day of the wedding. We were provided with a bio of our driver, Ginny ahead of the service date. And that was just on the business side. On the personal side, Ginny did a fantastic job. She went above and beyond, helping a wedding guest (one of my family) with accessing the chapel's handicap ramp ahead of the wedding ceremony. Top notch vehicle, top notch driver and very reasonable price. Highly recommend Ginny and Premiere #1 Limo Service.

Premiere #1 Limousine Service was a great choice for our transportation needs on our wedding day! We loved the limo for our wedding party as well as the car for my husband and I as we left the venue to go to our hotel. We also heard so many compliments about our shuttle to the hotel from our wedding guests as well. We loved the service and are so thankful we went with this company. We were able to look at all of the vehicles we had chosen while at the wedding show before our wedding and this company was so easy to work with. Even with the turnover in management while planning our wedding, nothing was left undone and everything went seamlessly. We can't recommend them enough!

Everything in the beginning was wonderful. I truly enjoyed working with Kylie. On the day of our wedding there was no bus to be found to pick up my girls and I. I called and a guy told me he didn't have our reservation. I pulled up the email on my phone and told him my confirmation number. Still nothing. After quite some time he "found" it and said it was never finalized. I was devastated. I didn't know I had to double and triple check all vendors to make sure my already confirmed confirmation was confirmed. Needless to say we had to use them anyway. No apologies were given and still had to pay full price. Was really taken back and confused how this happened but at the end of the day this was a tiny set back that just happened to happen first thing in the am on my wedding day. Reviews are great so maybe it was just my luck :/

On 10/31/2012, I paid $300.00 for a Check Card Purchase to Premier #1 Limousine. I scheduled a date but needed to rearrange the pickup because the individual was leaving for overseas travel. The customer representative told me that I would be able to reschedule for a later date. Months later, when I went to book this for a special occasion, they informed me that it had been a few months and were not going to honor my money. They took $300 and provided me no service. To me, that is not good sound business procedure and is immoral. I called the company and they gave me the number to contact the manager directly to issue me a refund or help me with my case. I called and left a voicemail for the manager more than once and never received a response.

The staff at Premiere #1 were all friendly and helpful throughout the process. Our driver, Vincent, was so nice and accommodating to us. He was timely and professional. The limo was well-kept and perfect for our needs. We definitely recommend Premiere #1 to others!

Premiere provided excellent transportation for our wedding in July 2016. I was a little skeptical after my first phone call with them was very short and the employee I spoke with was a little rude and condescending. However, we gave them a chance and they came through! Our mini bus driver arrived early and was very polite and accommodating. The bus was very clean and spacious. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a transportation service!

I wish I could remember our drivers name for our Big Day!! She was absolutely amazing. She went way above and beyond driving that day. Helped with food delivery for our bridal party and food clean up. Helped me with my dress for entering and exiting the limo. She was great!! They called that week to confirm all the stops and I may have been cutting times a bit close, but she made them all. Definitely recommend them!!!

Premiere #1 was very professional. We rented a minibus for the wedding party. He picked us up in a timely manner to the ceremony. After the ceremony the driver took us to the reception. On the way to the reception we had to detour home for a change of clothes. Not a problem. We had a great experience. The vehicle was clean and extremely nice. Great service!!

We rented the Executive Mini Bus for our wedding because it fit our 14 person wedding party and was half the price of any limo we found anywhere. Robert, our driver, showed up 20 minutes early and was happy to help my bridesmaids on and off the bus. He was so pleasant and helpful and got us where we needed to go no questions asked... except if we wanted him to chill our champagne! I'd use Premiere #1 again and again.

Premiere 1 Limousine company did a great job getting us from our ceremony to the reception and pictures in between. However, after being at the reception for about a half hour we realized that my husbands bag with his wallet, keys, etc were not in the bridal suite. We called the limo company and were told that they had it still in the limo and we or someone from the wedding would have to come get it. Seriously?? We are going to ask someone to leave our reception to go pick up our stuff that they should have checked for before leaving the reception hall. Other than that we had a great experience. I would like to add since the vendor commented back...it was not just a wallet...it was an entire bag of items that would not have been easy to miss and could not have fallen beside or under a seat. And the driver was not the person to bring the bag back...an assistant to one of our vendors graciously went to get it so that our parents, bridal party and guests could enjoy their time at our reception.
