Finding my wedding dress was so easy and the experience was amazing. They were so friendly and helped find that perfect dress for my important day. Would highly recommend getting your dress from this shop.

I had a great experience getting my dress at Premiere Couture. They made me and the people who came with me feel so comfortable and welcomed. They also did a great job of listening to what I was looking for, and adjusting that based on my feedback after trying dresses on. I got the first dress I tried on, and it was so beautiful on our wedding day. I would highly recommend dress shopping here!

Went in on a whim and fell in love with the first one. The ladies were amazing and tons to choose from in all sizes. Went back for my mom’s dress as well, plenty of plus size options.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Premiere Couture. From the beginning, they were very communicative and asked me good questions about my style and wedding so they’d have an idea of what dresses to pull. Leading up to my fitting, they scheduled a call to ask more detailed questions and my stylist sent a short video introducing herself, which was really sweet. The shop was beautiful, airy, and cozy. Hannah, my stylist, immediately made me feel welcome. She picked out some great dresses to start and then helped me identify what I liked/didn’t like about them to help hone in on the perfect dress. The shop had enough variety that I never ran out of options. Even when I was pretty sure I’d found the right dress, she was gracious in giving me time to think about it, go to another shop, and try on 2 more dresses before settling on the one I had originally liked. She also helped my mom explore some dresses and made her feel comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

10/10 - highly recommend! I got my wedding dress, headpiece, veil, custom jean jacket, Mother of the Bride dress, and Mother of the Groom dress from Premiere Couture. The entire experience was absolutely amazing! I did the VIP experience on a Sunday and brought my family and friends and we had so much fun! They went above and beyond to make the day absolutely amazing. There was food, drinks, I got my makeup done, and personal pictures! It was such a memorable and positive experience. Their dress selection was big too. It has a beautiful boutique vibe but yet they have so many dresses to pick from. I absolutely love the accessories they had too! My headpiece was my favorite! 😍 I also got a custom jean jacket which was perfect for the wedding (and bachelorette party too!). I got to pick the pearls on the jacket, shade of the material, font, what it said, and I even added the date of our wedding. I loved my jacket and I still wear it all the time! My stylist was so amazing! She listened to everything I said I wanted. I love that you can browse the dresses yourself and that you have your own dressing room and then come out of the room so your guests can see your dress. I think having personal time with the dress before everyone gives their opinion is so awesome. I’ve been to other bridal shops where your guests are in the room with you while you change and I wasn’t a fan of that. MOB and MOG dresses both came from them too. They both loved their dresses, thought the selection was good and their dresses arrived quickly too! Overall my experience was outstanding! I’m so happy I did a one stop shop. It was wonderful to work with only one place to get everything we needed. I highly recommend Premiere Couture!

I bought my high school prom dress here in 2011 and knew when I got engaged that this is where I would find my dream wedding gown - and indeed I did! The entire team is fantastic and made sure I found my dream gown. I tried on several gowns and the staff was patient, attentive, and understanding. They gave space for reflection and offered honest advice when asked. The team even coordinated with my sister and mom to include surprise treats during our visit as it was also my birthday! Once I found my gown they explained all the next steps so that I understood, and they answered all of my questions when I asked. On my wedding day I received nothing but positive compliments on my dress, it fit perfectly (we custom ordered my size) and I was comfortable the entire day! I recommend Premiere Couture to all brides and can’t say enough about it! Thanks for helping me find my dream gown!!

Highly recommend this place!! The staff is wonderful, genuine, friendly & welcoming. Worked with Laura and Elaine, they were great! Felt very comfortable in the environment and did not feel rushed (this is huge!!). Really appreciated that I was able to put on the dresses by myself and take it in. Then Elaine came in to fit the dress to my body. After shopping at four other bridal shops and feeling discouraged, Elaine & Laura helped with my concerns about my gown having great knowledge and recommendations. They were excited with me and it was honestly just a great experience overall!

I had a great experience with Premiere Couture. My bridesmaids kinda took over finding a dress and I ended up choosing the one that my maid of honor wanted me to try on. The dress was stunning. It was not want I had envisioned at all....it was better!!! Laura was patient, helpful, and kind throughout the whole process. I also got my veil their too. The quality of the gowns and veil are very high as well!!! My dress came in sooner than expected which was exciting. Thank you Laura and all the staff.

I had a great experience with Premiere Couture. I had tried on a TON of dresses already and was feeling pretty confused about what I wanted. They had a great selection, made the shopping experience really laid-back, and listened to what I wanted. Marley was helping me and picked the dress that I ended up selecting. The ordering process was easy, they communicated well, and when my dress came in with a small smudge they worked to get it out. They also suggested a FANTASTIC tailor and have since helped me with bridesmaid dresses for other weddings. I got so many compliments on my own dress and would recommend Premiere to any bride!

I went to this bridal shop due to advertising a truck show for Mother of Bride by Cameron Blake. I did not get to view the dresses myself. We told them the colors and what I was looking and not looking for. The staff person brought out several dresses. Some I specific I was not looking for. A couple of dresses were too small and couldn't try them on. I found two that I liked on. The one I choice after doing my measurements. I felt that I would not be able to get the dress. The sales girl talked about getting it and changing the zipper to a corset. And, that my size was not blocked out. So, she would call the manufacture. I paid for the dress in full. While showing people pics of the dress I picked out. It was obvious that I couldn't get the dress. I was told I would hear Monday or Tuesday. Well, I had to call Tuesday. I got my refund due to the dress was not available in the size I need. I found a dress manufacture with a lot of styles that come in my size. I will be going that direction. I would not recommend this dress shop.

They did a great job figuring out what I wanted and then finding the perfect dress for me in my price range.

I had a such a great experience at Premiere Couture. The staff was so nice and helpful. They have a large selection of dresses to fit all budgets. As an added bonus you get a goodie bag when you purchase your dress and discounts on all future purchases. (I went back and got my jewelry there). I highly recommend!

I found my dress at Premier Couture on Black Friday at their sample sale. It was only the second time I tried on dresses. I didn't expect to fall in love with a dress that day, but I couldn't leave the store without it. The staff went above and beyond to help me that day, they put me in probably a dozen dresses until I came back to the first one. The appointments were only 45 minutes long because of the special sale and they didn't have the veils on the sales floor but the consultant went to get one for me just so I had the whole look. I knew immediately that it was the right one. I am so thankful I choose a small local shop, where you're a person and not just a number!

I would 100% recommend Premiere to anyone searching for a wedding gown. I worked with Mary Jo while trying to find "the one" and she was an absolute dream to work with. She didn't look down on me for not knowing exactly what I wanted, she gave great suggestions and helpful tips. I got compliments all night on my dress and how gorgeous it was. I also got my bridesmaids dresses there as well, since we had such a great experience. Thank you so much for helping me find the dress of my dreams, Premiere ladies!

I had an overall great experience here! While the salon is relatively small, they carry a wide range of styles and their prices are very reasonable! They cared more about helping me find what I love than they did about trying to make me max out my budget (as I've experienced elsewhere). The dress that I ended up choosing was one that they pulled right away after I described my style, and it was WELL under my top budget, which I very much appreciated. One of the benefits of going to a smaller, local business is just now invested and knowledgable the staff is and how much they truly care about your experience. I loved working with Mary Jo and can't thank her enough for helping me find my dress!

They are thoughtful in sending cards to brides, offering events, gifts, and discounts. However, I felt rushed while trying on dresses during my appointment. Our associate was very pushy and almost rude, telling us we needed to make a decision either way as she had girls coming in to look at prom dresses. Additionally, we called ahead of time to see if they carried dresses in my budget with features I was looking for, and the woman on the phone was absolutely certain they could help me. However, all of the dresses they showed me at my appointment were far above my initial budget and the associate acted like my requests were unreasonable (which may be true in the wedding dress world, but I wouldn't know that!). Ultimately, loved my dress, but wish I would have recorded the style and bought elsewhere as I didn't enjoy my experience and ended up spending much more money than anticipated; I would have preferred to support a different business. At a later visit to look at accessories, the same associate was again very short and borderline rude toward my grandmother.

Premiere Couture did an amazing job with helping me choose my wedding dress. They made this process easy and stress free and never pressured me into trying something I did not like or outside of my budget. They have a wide variety of dresses to fit the needs of many.

Premiere Couture was SO helpful as I was choosing my bridesmaids' dresses with them. They were incredibly understanding when I changed my mind halfway through an order, had a great selection, and awesome staff!

Premiere Couture was so great to work with! they were my first and only dress shop and I found my dress after trying on only 3 dresses. They were extremely accommodating and helped me find the perfect dress. They even sent a thank you card and a congratulations card with personal notes in them after we got married. I can't imagine a better business to work with!

I had a great experience! They listened to my interest and ideas, very friendly, took time just for me and found my wedding gown that I love, all on our first visit, including my matron of honors! Highly recommend!

Sarah was fantastic to work with! Premiere Couture was the first shop I visited so I didn't realized how spoiled I was there until visited other shops. Sarah was more helpful getting into and out of gowns than anyone at any of the other shops I visited. After visiting 3 other shops, I came back and purchased my gown at Premiere Couture. I highly recommend this shop to other brides!

Very nice staff. Informative...AND they gather the dress in the back so you have an idea of what the bustle would look like. Best place I've been to so far. Have a few other shops I'd like to check out yet, but am definitely thinking about stopping back in. If you want a place that makes you feel comfortable while trying on dresses, this is the place! They also have you step into the dress rather than awkwardly throw it over your head like other places I've been to.

I've very happy with my bridal gown purchase from Premiere Couture. The service and attention we got was outstanding-and we didn't even have an appointment! We were shopping for MOB dresses and ended up purchasing my bridal gown instead. I really liked that all the gowns were out for you to touch, see, etc. A few things that could have been better were price and more options. This is the only bridal salon I went to, but I do believe you can find better pricing on gowns if you shop around. I did purchase my belt and veil elsewhere because Premiere Couture didn't quite have what I was looking for. However, it is a boutique bridal salon so perhaps that is to be expected. Overall, I had a fun shopping experience. I felt very comfortable trying on gowns with the shop owner and I had a gorgeous gown that I wish I would have the chance to wear again!

Rosemary was very helpful in my wedding dress search; she had great advice to offer. Although the store is small it had many elegant gowns to choose from in a variety of price ranges. Great hours - it was OPEN on Sunday! I ended up finding my bridesmaid dresses there, too, which was a bonus!

Friendly, professional, and great selection of dresses. I appreciated how accommodating Premiere Couture was with the family and friends that came with me to help me pick out my wedding dress. They had a great selection and I found a dress that I absolutely loved in by budget. I would recommend anyone needed a wedding or formal dress to go here. Not only did I find my wedding dress here, I found my bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride dress, and mother of the groom dress.

Premiere has been amazing in the process of picking out my wedding dress, bridesmaids, suits, and mother of the bride and mother of the groom dresses. I am not very decisive when making big decisions they didn't rush me and let me take time to pick my perfect dress. The customer service and selection was top notch. The quality of the dresses and suits were great we got tons of compliments on how everyone looked and I couldn't be happier.

I ordered the Savvi tuxedos we had for the wedding from a vendor in Oak Creek, WI (where my parents live) for simplicity purposes. They assured me the order would be transferred to Premiere Couture without any problems. I was extra concerned because my colors were complicated (each groomsman was in a different color to match their bridesmaid) and my father and brother both have the same name but were to wear different colors. I called two weeks before the wedding to be sure the original shop had everything correct and all the sizes were in. Everything was copacetic and correct when I called. Once we arrived at Premier Couture (we had 5 fellas who needed to be fitted at the time), the staff seemed very confused and unwilling to help. There were three people there, but only one person was helping us (even though we were the only party in the store at the time). My mother in law began grabbing tuxes from the rack to expedite our process as our one helper would periodically disappear for 10-15 minutes at a time. As I had worried, my father and brother's sizes were mixed up and many other pieces of other tuxes were incorrect. They were also charging full price for every tuxedo even though our fathers were contracted to get 50% off and the groom's was contracted to be free. This confusion led to another hour of waiting since we still only had one person helping us. Throughout this entire mess, they continually blamed the Oak Creek store for the problems; despite the fact I had confirmed everything with them weeks before. Savvi tuxedos are great in quality and price; but do not work with this store unless you order directly from them - and you might want to give them a heads up if more than one or two of you are planning to shoe up for fittings at the same time.

They have beautiful dresses at this store, i would buy my dress there again. The service from them was not as great as other stores. They don't have any tailors that work at the store so you have to go somewhere else. In addition they really are on you to get your money after your dress comes in.

I started and ended my search here. The first time I went in, my dress wasn't there. So, I embarked on a 6 month journey to find "the one." After shopping all of southern Wisconsin and part of Chicago, I returned to Premiere Couture. My dress was there ~ on loan after a trunk show. They got the designer, Janet Nelson Kumar, on the phone at least twice during the appointment to ask about a few custom changes I wanted. Janet was open to the changes and they turned out perfectly. My bridesmaids also purchased their dresses and sashes there... within a month of the wedding, one of my girls had already worn hers again :)

I found my dress here, it was very unique, unlike anything I had found anywhere else. That said they do have a very limited selection and they don't have the super-low end dresses. The service and people were great. My dress even came in with a zipper problem from the designer and they had the local seamstress bill them for the repair.

I found my dress and ordered it through them. Luckily they also carried the bridesmaid dresses so we were able to order those dresses for 10% off. They were great to work with and would call or email when any of my items came to the store.

Premiere Couture is a smaller shop, where you get a more personal experience! It's a friendly, helpful, comfortable, adorable shop! They really listened to what I was looking for in a dress and respected my budget. I immediately fell in love with the first two dresses they pulled!

Premiere Couture is a great, small true boutique shop with excellent customer service and designers available no where else in WI. I hada dress in mind hen I booked an appointment, and they laid out other dresses in similar styles. I wound up finding one my first visit there. The staff was very friendly, and when we came to pick up the dress it was ready on time, and with a smile. Highly recommended.

The girl I worked with at the shop was inexperienced and they had a very limited selection. Nice location and friendly staff.

The only reason why Premiere Couture is not a 5 in my book, is because the management's communication seems to lack slightly. They ordered the wrong dress for me to try on, after my mom and I drove from over an hour away to view it. Otherwise the store is pretty and preppy in pink and black, and they have quite a few very simple, classic styles available. My saleswoman, Laura, was totally wonderful and not pushy. A breath of fresh air! Totally go here for your dress. Even if you don't find it here, you will have had an enjoyable and comfortable experience.

They have a smaller selection than some stores, but what they do have is very unique.
