ner and I had a very specific vision for a funky nightclub wedding and Premier Events could not have understood the assignment more. We went for a green / monochromatic look with textured elements. We were able to walk through the warehouse and curate the entire table scape by hand. On the day, premier staff was incredible with my planning team and working with staff at the venue to set up and break down timely. If you want rentals that are unique with staff that will alleviate stress on your wedding day, book premier!!

amazing selection of plateware and glassware and the overall look of our wedding we did love. However, often it isn’t just the final product that makes you give a good or bad review- it is the process. If you are just looking for a pretty wedding- Premiere can give that but beware of these following problems:
Premiere without a doubt was the sole cause of 90% of the stress at our wedding. We had many issues with the way Premiere conducts business. Their service and pricing structure need MAJOR remodeling. When we first went to Premiere’s showroom with our wedding coordinator to begin selecting our rentals, no one from Premiere even came up to say hello. The woman at the desk would just shout across the room in response to any questions and couldn’t be bothered to stand up and walk 30 feet.
The biggest thing to watch out for with this company is its predatory pricing in the form of all of its “fees” which were never explained freely and when we pushed to have them explained to us, it wasn’t done adequately. They impose an “after-hours fee” for anything done outside their business hours – spoiler alert: EVERYTHING is outside their business hours. When all was said and done, between their “after-hours”, “production” and “delivery” fees, they nearly doubled their income. Their fees were almost 40% of our total cost. I would advise you to look elsewhere for your event rentals or at least REALLY dive into their fees before booking them for your wedding.

While my planner handled most of the communication, we were able to go to their show-room multiple times to discuss the different rentals, and to do tablescape mock-ups as needed.
