nd blowingly professional and talented - I understand that they are acutral industry pros and weddings are a break from the other stuff. Regardless they were like wedding ninjas - just as described. After the wedding communication continued with high marks. And I think exactly 31 days later we get a nice little present in my inbox announcing the arrival of our wedding film - yes I cried and yes I am in love with my wedding video. My husband teases me but this is something that we (yes he loves it too) will cherish for the rest of our lives. This is the wedding crew you want!

We never felt we had to stage anything which was important, and they did a great job catching natural moments of not only us, but family and friends enjoying the ceremony and reception. It was fun to have them around and we were sad to say goodbye at the end of the night. They not only edited our main wedding film, but as a bonus they made us a link for our wedding dance (a special Salsa/Bachata routine that we practiced for weeks in advance) and edited that one really nicely as well. I was just expecting a straight shot for the entire thing, but they cut different angles for us and it looks amazing as well! If you are looking for an amazing treasure to have for the rest of your life - look no further. We are so glad that we splurged on this and cut our budget in other parts of our wedding in order to make it work.

hardly saw the team throughout the day so it amazes me how they got the shots they did. They are also hilarious people! Made us laugh, entertained my Mom. Their talent is second to none, we had a 6 minute teaser trailer which was delivered super fast and simply blows us, and anyone else who watches it, away. The quality of production and the moments they choose to put in the edit we have seen are amazing, the flow, the story and the feel of the day captured perfectly. They tied together every special moment seamlessly, and not in a dry chronological sequence (getting ready, ceremony, pictures, cocktail hour, speeches etc.). But she didn’t stop by adding just the classical moments, she added special moments or places that she knew would be dear to our hearts. For instance: capturing our last kiss before marriage (with the groom blind folded of course!), zooming in on the address of our first apartment (one spot where we took photos), involving moments with our dog (and removing the part I tripped because our dog was pulling so hard). It didn’t stop there, she added a shot of my law school as it was a few buildings away. I don't even recall mentioning it at our second meeting but she was so thorough and attentive that she remembered. But my absolute favorite part was that she included footage of my mom and I FaceTiming with her sister (my aunt) and her mom (my grandmother), who both live in Greece. Due to my grandmother’s health, they were unable to attend. There was a shot of both of them on my mom’s phone! It meant so much to my family and I that they were included. I would highly recommend Pretty Films as your videographer. I have dreamed of my wedding day since I was a little girl and from their work, I can relive it for decades to come."

Several in-person consultations on our schedule, Maribel and her team really made us comfortable in the videographer planning process and took the time to get to know us. They really took the time and energy in getting to know what we we’re looking for, what we liked, what we didn’t like captured throughout our wedding, what type of shots, scenes, moments, etc. They listened attentively, and understanding and knowing our venue in advance, planned everything out accordingly with equipment, lighting, sound … even a drone! On our wedding day, both patient and professional, as well as extremely awesome around our little niece / flower girl who was a bit fussy with all the videography (terrible-twos), Maribel and her team did a fantastic job in capturing our wedding. They worked extremely well with both sides of the family making everyone comfortable and definitely had no problem working with our other vendors, especially when it came to communication and time commitments. Incredibly smooth process. No shaky footage, awkward pans, or even wind drowning out the microphones, Maribel and her team beautifully captured our wedding in a short, 7-minute, highlight film … to which, to put it simply since we are at a loss for words, we had a friend who didn’t even attend the wedding tear up while watching the film. Maribel even put together an evening of his own time to premiere the video to us and also give us over all the raw footage that was shot during the day. As perfectionist as we can be, we really appreciated the services of Pretty Films and the awesome job they did. The end product exceeded our expectations and now we have something to cherish for the many years ahead. If you’re on the fence about a videographer, adjust your budget and do it. n carriage. Maribel immediately suggested using a drone to capture the moment. We felt that she was just as excited as we were about our wedding day. Maribel and her team were easy to work with and even arrived at the hotel bright and early, coincidentally dressed to match our wedding color theme. She has a great sense of humor, which helped me relax as I was feeling anxious/nervous because we were behind schedule. Maribel helped put me at ease as she showed me beautiful clips that she was taking while I was having my hair & makeup done. The entire bridal party also commented about how fun she was to be around. The entire crew was very professional and focused the entire day. I saw them running around behind-the-scenes and working hard outside on a typical hot August day. They worked so well with all my other vendors and as a team really helping one another out. It can feel pretty awkward to be in front of the camera, but the team works so efficiently and blends so well into the background that everything feels natural. Maribel is creative, energetic, and motivated – she genuinely enjoys capturing wedding videography and getting to know the couples. I truly enjoyed having her and her team as part of our special day. I cannot wait to see our wedding video. I would recommend Pretty Films fully without hesitation to anyone looking for an amazing wedding videographer!

Looking back, it should have been one of the first things we booked after the venue because I didn’t realize just how much of your own wedding you do not get to see from the flower girl and ring bearer walking down the aisle to the silly wedding party entrances to the reception. We were put in contact with Pretty Films through another couple that had used them previously. After seeing their video my husband and I were sold and started reaching out to Maribel to inquire about availability for our date. Maribel and her team were very accommodating and willing to come all the way out to Wyoming to film our big day, even with short notice. They ventured around the town and national parks to capture beautiful footage before the wedding activities began and really captured not only our big day but the essence of Jackson. They asked all the right questions leading up to our wedding to ensure they didn’t miss the little things that were important to us. They captured amazing footage and turned it all into an unforgettable film that we will cherish forever! Pretty Films goes above and beyond to really capture the couple's essence.

I wouldn't change a single thing about it, which is incredible for such a personal memento. Throughout the process, I was confident Maribel would handle her side of things professionally and with little input from my wife and I. She's also sincerely a pleasant and vibrant person that made us feel at ease, and she even left us laughing, which I'm sure helped her capture more natural footage of us. We were also able to work with Maribel to get the exact package and price point we wanted. We wanted Zoom as a minimum and maybe a recording to save, but were fortunately able to budget for some extra flourishes that really elevated the edited version. The team worked beautifully with our planner and photographer and Maribel was an absolute blast on our wedding day – we and our families felt instantly comfortable with them, and they seamlessly captured every element of our day (and, given that we got married during a pandemic, it’s worth adding that we felt absolutely safe with Maribel!). ll alot of thought went into the video and all the pre planning we coordinated with the team before the day was awesome and reflective in the video. Maribel - I think she was the head coordinator/ manager, was brilliant and accommodating with the wedding due to covid changes and was respectful of all the covid rules in place at the time of the wedding. I watch my videos back over and over and still cry to this day as they truly capture us perfectly. There are also little details captured that we completely missed so I treasure these moments too. Thank you Pretty Films and the entire crew and highly recommend it! 5 STARS!

dn’t know us, you’d think they were actual scenes from a movie ( and that’s unedited! ). Thanks from the bottom of my heart - and and Rob liked it too - lol (he loves it)

ertainly did NOT get what we paid for. What we did get was missing the mother of the bride walking down the isle with the grandfather of the bride. When I asked for them to correct that (of course we assumed that they caught that on video), they replaced that piece with the back ends (by this I mean behinds, butt) of the mother of the bride sitting down. Also, when the groom was to see his bride for the first look, well, as you can guess . . . they caught only the bride's look. If it is the grooms first look, why did they capture his back side and not his first look???? Do not waste your time or money with this vendor. Sadly, we aren't able to watch the wedding film as our hearts are broken that special moments were not captured for this one time even. The company asked us how they can make it right . . . well, if only we could have a do-over. As we all know, this ceremony was a one time occasion. Our family is sick about this and can never have it re-done. Take my advice and move on to the next vendor.
