My wedding day would not have been possible without Angela. She was my right-hand woman through it all. Before hiring Angela, we signed with another planner and things went terribly wrong. Within minutes of speaking to Angela, I knew that she was completely different than my past planner. Once she was hired, she did not fall short of anything but amazing. I felt as though she was always working on our wedding. Whenever I randomly texted her about something, she had several other updates on 20 other things regarding the wedding, I loved it! If you are looking for someone to make sure your day happens beyond anything you can imagine, then Angela is your girl! She really knows what she's doing and recommended the best vendors to us.
If you are planning a wedding…. Get yourself an Angela! I’m so thankful to have had Angela and Taylor at our wedding! It is so smooth, my family and I didn’t have to do or worry about a thing! They handled everything and fixed any problems that came along, without me knowing anything wasn’t perfect!! I worked with Angela beginning a month before our wedding, but had access to her amazing planning software beforehand. This helped with the planning process and helped keep everything organized! Angela is so fun and took charge and kept me calm! It was the perfect day thanks to Pretty Little Planners! I can’t thank her and her team enough!!

Angela was great to work with and is amazing at her job! She gave us great advice about vendors that saved us thousands, ran the wedding day smoothly, and helped guide me through the whole planning process like the expert she is! She works very hard to make everything turn out the way you want it to. She is very knowledgable about the industry and has great connections with vendors. She also has a great online resource to keep things organized, and even amidst life craziness knows how to get things done!
She ran the wedding day very well, the only things that were overlooked was incorrect draping at the venue and not getting the corsages to the mothers and grandmothers.
She did a great job with the timeline and making sure everything ran super smoothly! I didn't have to do anything on my wedding day, and I credit that to her! I would definitely recommend Angela and her group!

Angela and her team were great. From planning to coordinating with vendors to running the show day-of. They did a great job and took a lot of work and stress off of my wife and I, so we could enjoy our wedding from start to finish. Very happy with how everything turned out and that my wife found Angela to help her plan the wedding of her dreams. It was a wonderful day and I couldn't have been happier with how everyting turned out.
Hire Angela. Just trust me, and do it. Angela is an angel. I could not have asked for a better right hand woman through the entire wedding process. She was always available, never forgot a THING, and she made our wedding day a BREEZE. I didnt Have to even think about a single thing. Whatever you do, wherever you’re at with planning, just stop and hire Angela. She will make your life SO much easier/better/stress free!!!
Angela had some thoughtful touches through out the day – for example she sent appetizers for my husband and I to get a snack before pictures and made sure we got out of the venue on time so we weren’t charged. Overall I wouldn't not recommend though. Communication was a challenge. Throughout the process we had problems with texts and emails not going through/being sent which added stress and work onto my plate. We'd talk about things and then it would be forgotten (for example when picking the wedding start time I asked her about it and then after the invites were printed was told I picked way too early of a start time). Even the week before the wedding contact hadn’t been made with any of my other vendors when I was told it was. The email apparently didn’t go through but I felt like I had to double check that communications happened whereas it was easier just to do it myself and know that it happened. I also wish she had gotten there a little earlier and come down to where we were getting ready. It would have made it smoother because there was some confusion about what was brought from the getting ready space to the actual venue. I think personalities also just didn’t meld very well so there also was negative feedback from my friends and family. I hate to leave a less than glowing review, but also as a fellow bride wanted honest reviews when I was hunting through the giant pool of vendor options.
I’m so thankful that I hired Angela. She was great to have at the rehearsal, she made herding all those people look easy. She especially made my day of extra smooth. No one was asking me any questions, she handled all of the arriving vendors on our private property. She was super helpful after the ceremony, grabbing my new husband and I waters multiple times (summer wedding in east texas 🥵). She coordinated and told me what was next and made sure the DJ was aware. I highly recommend hiring her, it’ll make your day of so stress free. Thank you, Angela!

Angela was very professional and helped us out so much! I was a full time student, with a full time job AND planning a wedding! She helped fill in the gaps and do all the research for us therefore I still had time to study and work. She even hooked us up with some special offers since she has lots of friends in the business. Angela really was a lifesaver the day of and made sure everything was on time, and even checked on us after the wedding to make sure we got our name change done! DEFINITELY GO WITH HER!

Angela was great at coordinating our wedding, from the rehearsal to set-up to wedding party line-up to the reception. Hiring a coordinator like Angela is like having insurance for your wedding so you can let go of the stress and be in the moment. Angela was great and very easy to work with! We hired Pretty Little Planners for day-of coordinating services for a wedding on 9/15/19 and we recommend her for other couples as well. We first set up a call to make sure we were a good fit and she was a pleasure on the phone. About a month out she reached out again we set up an in-person meeting where we went over every detail. The week of, Angela reached out to all of our vendors to ensure all the details and kinks were worked out. Angela assisted in our rehearsal and gave us all little tips including our first time officiant best friend, to ensure everything went smoothly. Morning of she called to make sure everything was running on time and that I was ok and didn't need anything. We arrived at the venue and she assured me that my vendors were all there and things were set up. The whole day she running around fluffing my dress and ensuring my husband and I had drinks and snacks during cocktail hour and or photos. She successfully kept everything on schedule and helped rally the troops at the end to help clean up. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of corrdinator do it! let your family and friends enjoy your day along with you! Angela will make sure that happens, everyone in the bridal party and family had nothing but nice things to say about her. She was just great!
We got married on June 3rd in The Knotting Hill Place, Texas. Few months before our wedding we were looking for planners in Dallas area as we live in Rochester, NY. We came across Angela on The Knot. We liked her Instagram page, her reviews and decided to talk to her. She spoke to my wife patiently and understood her vision and immediately suggested “The Knotting Hill place”, a gorgeous little palace that we never knew existed. We then decided she was the one for us. She was like a therapist to my wife who was freaking out as the D day got closer. She made sure all the vendors were aligned with our interests and budget. She followed up and negotiated with them while we couldn’t personally meet the vendors. She knew when to stop my wife from over spending. We are an Indian couple, we had two weddings, a Hindu ceremony and a Western ceremony.
We had no doubt she would nail the western wedding but we were a little concerned about how she would handle the Hindu wedding. She did awesome and we really appreciate and respect Angela for learning different rituals involved in a Hindu wedding and making sure our priest stuck to the schedule and had everything he needed for the rituals as it almost always gets crazy at Indian weddings. It was very HOT and of course we decided to have an outdoor wedding, Angela was with us the whole time, running around coordinating with vendors and keeping us hydrated. She arranged cute umbrellas and fans for guests which made the whole event very colorful! We ran into some issues with the makeup artist, decor vendor being late in the morning but Angela handled them gracefully and made sure my wife didn’t pass out from stress. For the evening event Angela made sure all the family pictures, wedding favors, photo props and signs were arranged nicely. My wife loved how Angela gave attention to the little things she wanted at our wedding.
Most beautiful moment for me was seeing my wife walk down the aisle and Angela made sure the walk was PERFECT right from the background music till our dog being in all the important pictures. Evening was a fairy tale and our guests had an amazing time. My wife had complaints about the decor missing few details and Angela spoke to the decor company and made sure we got a partial refund. We are very happy with Pretty Little Planners. We can't thank her enough for making our day beautiful and special. If you are looking for a planner, trust Pretty Little Planners!
Angela was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful, responsive and provided guidance thought the wedding process. I hired her as a day of coordinator and let me just say that she made my vision of the wedding a reality. Everything went by so smoothly, even my guests were commenting on how organized everything was and how Angela had done an amazing job. I highly recommend her and her services.
Angela was wonderful to have as our day of coordinator! Everything ran smoothly and according to schedule. Our ceremony and reception were at 2 different venues - she was a great help in making sure all of the vendors and extras were set up at the venue, while we were busy with the ceremony.
At the end of the night, our getaway car failed to show up. Angela thought quickly on her feet, ordered us an Uber Black SUV and it was parked outside waiting for us by the time we made our exit. She definitely knows what she is doing and will make sure your big day is perfect!
Angela was such a wonderful wedding planner! She seemed really invested in our wedding! Any time I was stressed out I would talk to Angela and she helped me feel calm and in control! We at first were going to hire Angela as a day-of coordinator, but after meeting with her for the first time, we realized we wanted her help planning!
One thing that stood out was her willingness to contact and find vendors we wanted. She called for hours and hours trying to find a person who would bake our party favors (ricciarelli) that we had our hearts set on. She found someone who did an AMAZING job with our ricciarelli and I can't believe she went to all that effort for us!
She was extremely organized and always happy to see us! Her recommendations were spot on! The dress and DJ I got were due to her recommendations and they were both amazing!
The day-of was everything I wanted. I didn't have to worry about a thing because Angela did all that for me. She kept in contact with the vendors and handled every little detail. At the end of the night, I didn't have to worry about the vendors getting tips or cleaning up and leaving on time - she had everything covered. I could just go back to the hotel with my now husband and enjoy our evening together.

I first found Angela on the Springs bridal Facebook page through many, many recommendations from other brides. I wasn’t sure if I needed a coordinator but the more I researched I knew it would be a very smart investment to make sure our big day went smoothly! Y’all- BEST DECISION EVER! Angela met with my mom and I and we loved her from the get go. She was available by text, calls, or email and we met multiple times throughout the wedding planning process. She helped me find other vendors that matched my style and budget and came to meetings with them to help explain my vision! On the day off the wedding she helped transform the venue into exactly what I had imagined, calmed my nerves, and got everyone in line for the ceremony/pictures/introductions/toasts and also conducted our rehearsal the morning of. She basically ran the show y’all! She kept everything on track with our proposed timeline and made sure it all went according to Plan. I was so laid back during the whole planning process and didn’t expect to be very Nervous on the wedding day but I was SO nervous! Every time I saw her she was like a breath of fresh air and just really put me at ease. There are so many little things she did during the wedding that made my day so perfect and I could not be more grateful!! Working with her was truly amazing. The peace of mind a day of coordinator gives you allows you to completely relax and be able to just enjoy your day. I knew I didn’t want my mom or sisters to miss any parts of the getting ready time and didn’t want them to stress at all. Not only did she make my day run as smoothly as possible but she also made it so that the ones I love most could relax and be with me on the biggest day of my life thus far and to me that is completely priceless. I found several of my vendors through the Brides of North Texas Facebook Group. Angela, with Pretty Little Planners, agreed to be my day-of-coordinator only a few months prior to my wedding. She was really easy to communicate with, and she gave me a really good idea of what her services provided simply by messaging back and forth with me before I signed my contract.
Let me also say that I was a very hands-on bride, and handled at least 90% of my wedding planning on my own. We booked all of our own vendors. I bought my own decor, etc. What I really needed was someone to come in and understand my vision for the day, and execute it. And, I needed someone to tell my family when and where to line up and what to do. Angela did, not only these things, but she also performed so many small, thoughtful ones, too. For example, she asked our caterers to make us a to-go plate at the end of the evening to take to the hotel with us. She brought table runners from her own collection and didn't even charge us for the rental. She also kept a drink in my hand, and she very thoroughly and lovingly packed up all of our decor at the end of the evening. Seriously, every votive and glass terrarium was 100% intact when it got back to our house.
We also just loved her personality and style. She's great. And she can work with your budget. I am *so* glad I booked a D.O.C. She rocks.
Angela was AMAZING to work with. We only met one time before the wedding and she was completely on top of everything. Even after meeting once. She showed up to the wedding and everything ran completely smooth. I got Ready and she took care of everything and let me tell you it was perfect! She was 100 percent on top of her game the whole time. She took her time with everything and it showed in her work. She helped make my wedding the best day of my life. We hired Angela as a day of coordinator and she was a life safer.. she took over a month before the wedding and was available for me as stressed out bride. She was able to handle a 20 people bridal party with a breeze. Wedding Day she handle all the things that could possibly go wrong. I don't even know where to start! Angela and the PLP team are all AMAZING and made my day completely perfect and stress free! They allowed me to sit back and actually enjoy our friends and family and not have to worry about timing, problems that inevitably arose, and crazy people. Where to begin? Angela and team coordinated our wedding and made sure everything was perfect and exactly how I envisioned it. Angela was with me every step of the way for 15 months - finding vendors, building a budget, online shopping for centerpieces. She was available via text, facebook, phone calls, and made me feel like the only bride on her schedule, when I know I wasn’t. The day of, she and her team were at the venue setting everything up and getting people where they needed to be so the day ran on schedule. If anything went wrong, I had no idea because it was taken care of. Seriously - booking planning through Pretty Little Planners was the best investment we made for the wedding.
I wouldn't have survived my wedding day without Angela. After having to kick my MOH out of my wedding party, I felt super overwhelmed and in over my head. That's when I found Angela. Angela and Kelsey with Pretty Little Planners was an absolute dream, they made my day go so smooth. They contacted all of my vendors, weeks before and the day before our wedding to confirm drop off times and make sure everything was ready to go. Anytime i would try and help with the decorating, they would tell me to go upstairs, have a mimosa and enjoy my day. The best part about it was that my mother was also able to enjoy our day due to them and I cannot day thank them enough for that.

Angela was an irreplaceable asset to our wedding. I had a wedding that started early in the afternoon and I was unable to get in to set up anything the day before, but I was able to trust Angela 110% to make everything perfect. She listened to everything I wanted and anticipated things I didnt even know I wanted.

I was thrilled with Angela and her team. I am extremely hands on, but I wanted someone that would just make things go smoothly and on time for the day of the wedding. She did exactly that. I didn't worry about things getting done while I was having photos taken or while I was getting dressed. Angela was exactly what I wanted and I would recommend her to others. I only used day-of planning, so I cannot speak as to her other services.
Man!! Or should I say Woman!! Angela and her team did an outstanding job!! I got married out of state and its really hard to figure out what to do and what to accomplish when you are so far away. I purchased a lot of my items online and wasnt able to physcially see everything until I flew in a week before my wedding. I was overwhelmed at how perfect my day looked and Angela was able to see my vision and make it come to light!! The room was beautiful and so was our wedding! It went off without a hitch! Angela was well organized and she kept everything flowing as it should. We truly would not have made it through the day without her direction. Angela is without a doubt the reason my wedding turned out the way it did. I am a very hands off bride. There were very few things that I knew I wanted/had to have, and Angela guided me along and helped me make decisions that I didn't know existed. A few times she contacted me and said "Do you think this is ok" and I said "Angela, I trust you. I know you will make it perfect" and I was completely right. I don't trust many people and to allow Angela in on the most important day of my life, was definitely the best decision and I am so glad I did. Angela exceeded every expectation that I had. From the first phone call (that lasted over an hour) to our final hug on my wedding night, Angela calmed every nerve and just had a way to make me feel like everything would be ok and turn out just as I wanted. I knew my wedding would be beautiful with the flowers and décor I had chosen, but to see it executed, it was MORE beautiful than I could have imagined. It was my real life dream come true, my Pinterest wedding. From every candle lit to the cutting of the cake, Angela was on top of it. I never once had to try and find her, she was always there for exactly what I needed. She has a good attitude but can get down to business when needed. Angela was without a doubt the most amazing planner! Our reception (05/12/2017) went smoothly with her taking care of everything! I cannot imagine not having her with us for our very special evening!! What amazed me most was not evening knowing she was there during event. Honestly, everything was handled perfectly and it was if magic was happening all around us. Angela was totally AWESOME!!!!

1. OUR ORGINIAL PHOTOGRAPHER BAILED ON US 4 WEEKS BEFORE OUR WEDDING Here’s how she handled it. My fiancé and I freaked out big time but Angela was calm, collected and handled everything. She reached out to her professional network and matched us with Jodi from Double You Photography who had availability and was able to cut us a deal because of the situation.
2. WE HAD MAJOR FAMILY DRAMA. Angela handled it professionally and effectively. She was able to navigate through divorce on one side, estrangement on the other, and dealt with cross-country communication with the family from Cleveland, and managed to help my parents feel at ease during the most stressful times.
3. SHE MADE OUR VISION COME TO LIFE. EVEN ON A BUDGET. After meeting us a few times, what really impressed me is that Angela just seemed to get us. She picked out five venues, toured them with us, and she did a phenomenal job finding venues that matched our vision. It was delightfully creepy how good she was!
4. SHE IS A CREATIVE GENIUS. We wanted an elegant evening affair that was also approachable and affordable. That’s right – elegant and under 15k. She didn’t blink! She helped us price out simple florals, provided us rentals from her company (candlesticks and some knickknacks) , and brought it all together when she decorated each table. Her designs were crisp, professional but most importantly elegant and romantic. She understood our aesthetic. She even helped direct our engagement shoot with our new photographer!
5. SHE LOVES A CHALLENGE. It’s not everyday that a wedding includes a non-profit. My husband and I met while volunteering at the North Texas Food Bank and we wanted to give back. She helped coordinate between the Food Bank and us, orchestrated their involvement at the wedding, and even helped organize the dollar dance with all the profits going back to the Food Bank. She was instrumental in providing information to the Food Bank when we landed a spot on the local morning news!
If I could do it all again, I’d choose Angela. Hands down. She was our best investment.
She’s professional, caring, genuine, and badass. She’s not afraid to step in when something’s amiss and right it. The only thing I regret is that I couldn’t hire her for our second reception in Cleveland!!!
