She truly listened to our vision and immediately knew how to make it possible. Luba and I had many virtual calls. She was understanding of my husband’s and my busy schedule and kept me on track when I procrastinated. Sometimes I had other things at the forefront of my mind, but Luba was patient and had a kind way of helping me stay organized. Our calls consisted of Luba getting to know me, introducing me to different vendors, and helping me make decisions. Not only was she able to secure a perfect wedding venue less than a year before our date, but she also helped locate and coordinate lodging for us, the wedding party, and all of our guests. Luba has an incredible network of connections, referrals, and friends in the wedding business and in Italy in general. For example, she referred us to a travel guide who helped us and our guests plan their international travel. She found a makeup artist at the last minute to cover my tattoos, a manicurist in Florence to fix my nails the day before the wedding, a Rabbi to officiate our interfaith ceremony, and so much more. When we visited Florence, Luba organized venue tours, tastings, and meetings with vendors. She connected us with her business partner, Yael, who lives in Florence. Yael joined us for all our wedding-related outings and was one of the sweetest and kindest people we had ever met. We instantly fell in love with her as well. Having Yael by our side to explain everything and help align the details with our vision—while venues were being remodeled during the off-season—was incredibly reassuring. The entire Primavera Dreams team, including Yael and Diana, was outstanding, and we were so lucky to have them with us for our wedding festivities. After seeing our wedding weekend brought to life, I truly believe Luba understood my vision better than I did. On our calls, if (rarely) the first few vendor options she presented weren’t exactly what we were envisioning, she would listen carefully and almost immediately come up with an alternative that was perfect. If there was a detail that didn’t go as planned, no one—not even I—noticed. Luba and her team organized absolutely everything, including deposits and final payments to vendors, our garden party the night before the wedding, hair and makeup, multiple food vendors, the florist, fireworks, live music, a DJ, photography and videography, and even arranging air conditioning units for our hot summer day. The Primavera Dreams team was a calm and reassuring presence, ensuring all ran seamlessly so we could fully enjoy the moment with our loved ones and guests who had traveled so far to celebrate with us. osting a wedding during COVID. Fast forward a few years, when I got engaged, I knew that Primavera Dreams would be the perfect partners in executing a dream wedding. Luba and her partner, Sabina, were fantastic during every step of the journey. My husband and I had a big, fat Indian-Jewish wedding at the Fairmont Copley and they were able to blend both cultures and religions into a beautiful event. From the early stages of visualizing the wedding to executing all of the little details, they were on top of everything. They also have a lot of relationships with other vendors so they were able to provide advice on vendors they trusted and have worked with in the past. The big day went off without a hitch! The best part was that my husband and I could relax on the day of the wedding because we knew all the details were being taken care of. Our family and friends were swooning at the wedding and they still talk about how much fun they had! I would highly recommend Luba and Sabina for your next event!

The organizers helped us choose a magnificent venue for the ceremony Castello Vicchiomaggio and banquet — a luxurious villa with stunning views of the Tuscan hills. Every detail, from the décor to the menu selection, was meticulously planned and perfectly matched the overall wedding concept. The ceremony was simply magical. We thank the team for the splendid decorations that created the atmosphere of a true Italian fairytale. Now, organizing transportation and logistics for guests from seven different countries was a bit like herding cats. But the team handled it with such grace and efficiency that we couldn't help but laugh at the initial chaos. Whether it was our friends from Georgia misadventure with Italian trains, or luck of buses for guests who arrived to Bolognia, the organizers managed every hiccup with ease and good humor. A unique joy was brought by the interaction with people from different countries who gathered for this celebration. We were delighted to see old friends and acquaintances who came specifically to share this important moment with us. Toasts in various languages added a special charm and an atmosphere of unity and friendship. We even joked that our wedding could qualify for a mini-United Nations meeting! The wedding cake was a masterpiece in itself, both in design and taste.. And just when we thought the evening couldn't get any better, the sky lit up with a spectacular fireworks display. It was the perfect grand finale to an unforgettable day. I must also mention the organizers' attentiveness to every guest. We also had many specific factors to consider as we made decisions for our wedding. I come from an Italian-American family, and my husband comes from a South African Jewish background. Even though the prospect of a destination wedding seemed overwhelming and expensive, I knew I would always be wondering “what could have been” if I hadn’t tried to make my Tuscan Wedding dream a reality. So, we reached out to Luba for an intro call. We shared with her our initial goals, thoughts, and details. From the moment we met Luba on zoom, we felt completely taken care of. Her knowledge of the Italian wedding industry is astounding! After 1-2 calls she transformed our wishy-washy outline into a concrete plan. It was simply perfect. Her connections and ability to find the right vendors, who suited our taste and budget- negotiating contracts, managing multiple streams of action from florals, to make up, to planning the day with the venue, to organizing complex pick up and drop off shuttle services - it was just amazing! Luba took so much stress out of the day, she was calm, careful and organized. I had a very particular budget for makeup and hair, and Luba found me someone who suited that budget and did an amazing job. We had a set budget for florals and even though some years had passed Luba managed to negotiate almost no price increase despite rising costs everywhere. We are just so grateful with the effort, the patience and the planning. All weddings are stressful to plan and manage, and while the run up wasn’t always stress free for us, our day was just simply perfect thanks to Luba - she lifted that stress and executed everything perfectly. Not only did Luba do an excellent job coordinating logistics and sourcing amazing vendors, but she also had an overall creative vision for our wedding and knew how to create a magical atmosphere (which is part of the reason Luba stuck out to us after interviewing other wedding vendors). We really relied on Luba’s professional opinions and guidance throughout the planning process, and she did not steer us wrong. l May 2022 wedding. Luba was terrific at helping us stay on track with our budget, picking the right vendors, and making sure the whole process was fun. We wanted a traditional Jewish wedding, so it was important to us to find someone familiar with all the traditions and rituals! Prior to planning our wedding, we always thought of a wedding planner as an extravagant extra for over-the-top weddings. Yet, given our time restraints – we thought it might be necessary. We quickly came to realize how smart that decision was. Not only did Luba help us work within our budget, but she also made sure the whole process was fun and the wedding exceeded our expectations. Luba introduced us to amazing vendors whose prices were more competitive than those we found ourselves. She also negotiated contracts on our behalf and helped us effectively prioritize where to cut and spend money. Having her organize last minute details and communicate with vendors in the days and weeks leading up to the wedding allowed us to focus on our families and enjoy the wedding.

Luba is incredibly organized, kind, flexible, whip-smart (she has a PhD in chemistry and speaks at least 3 languages fluently!!) and a truly fascinating person. Her passion for Italy and especially the Tuscan region is one of the things that drew me to her when I was interviewing other planners. Besides wanting my wedding to be in Italy where my husband and I met, I did not have a vision or a clue of how to plan a wedding when I first came to Luba (you might call me a rare “Type-B” bride). She thoughtfully, gently, and expertly guided me through each decision point – date, venue, photographer, videographer, florist, caterer, ceremony details, extra events, wedding website, etc. – making suggestions and providing sage advice, and at the same time helping me clarify in my head what I cared about most for the wedding. She even helped my family and I plan a trip to Italy a few months before the wedding (we are from the U.S.) and helped coordinate a tasting with the caterer, make-up and hair trial, a visit to the venue, and tours of nearby villas and borgos to recommend for guests. I was thrilled with all the vendors she recommended – especially my make-up artist, she is a genius!! NO detail is too small for Luba. She got me thinking about pieces of the wedding weekend that I never would have considered on my own, and recommended some amazing Italian traditions to incorporate (e.g., the cake show!). She taught me the importance of having events take place in different areas of the venue so that when guests transition (ceremony – cocktail hour – dinner – reception) they get some new surprises and feel the wedding magic all over again. She helped create the “flow” of my ceremony (we got so many compliments from guests on this) and made creative use of the natural beauty of our venue (Borgo Stomennano is absolutely magnificent) to save some $$ with flowers. She also provided the much-needed perspective throughout of which details really tend to matter, and which details we could let go. Luba was always easy to reach, even when she was in Italy or traveling elsewhere I could expect an email back within 24 hrs. She was largely in Boston while we were planning our wedding which made hopping on Zoom calls really easy. And last, but certainly not least, Luba is the FIRST to advocate for you sticking to your budget. We made a few decisions near the end that we knew were going to put us a little over (the late night pizza from our fabulous caterer was just TOO tempting) and Luba gave us quite a bit of (loving) pushback before making it happen. Luba helped us plan an elegant, large scale wedding in less than 100 days, at the tail-end of the pandemic where rules were changing almost every day . We went from a 25 person wedding with no cocktail hour or dance floor allowed, to a 100 person wedding, extended cocktail hour, full orchestra, opera singer, drone videography, multiple photographers, instrument trio enhanced DJ with dance floor, choreographed first dance, exquisite florist, custom tux, and on-site childcare services for our black-tie gala wedding. Our wedding was a dream come true, and honestly, it was largely thanks to Luba. We had no idea where to start at the beginning, I was not one of those brides who knew what she wanted since she was 5 years old, but the vision came together very quickly once Luba came on board with creative inspiration, asking all the right questions, and providing all the right guidance. Luba is flexible, able to work on any scale, with any couple, and in any circumstance. She is timely, always responded to emails within 24hrs if not immediately, and took great initiative on tasks that were very challenging to ensure that our wedding was able to be executed exactly as envisioned. Luba is a masterful coordinator. She gathers people in, and has a very skillful way of communicating with a wide array of so many team members to ensure that everyone is on the same page so that there really are no "last minute hiccups" to even worry about. She's already planned ahead for all of those, and all the other ones you can't even think of. She took countless trips to our venue, she attended my wedding dress fittings to ensure she knew exactly how to bustle my gown when the time was right, and even gathered a few extra buttons from the designer just in case one happened to cause any trouble on the day of, she arranged for countless zoom calls, and she was the single point person who arranged for all of our top of the line vendors. She is incredibly well connected in the wedding arena, and even more so incredibly well respected. Luba's fee was marginal compared to her value, and I know I only saw the surface of all the effort she was putting into our day quietly behind the scenes. She helped provide guidance at ever turn---when we were uncertain about which decision to make on something, or what would be considered customary at certain points of the process Luba always had the answer for us. She was not pushy at all, but rather was wise, and knowledgable, that gave us SO MUCH PEACE OF MIND in a process that can be rather anxiety-provoking and stressful. Luba is not an ordinary wedding planner, or person for that matter. She is extraordinary, she puts her HEART into her chosen profession, and you can see that when you work with her. two weeks time. Before hiring Luba, we found ourselves up against pandemic roadblocks trying to plan an outdoor wedding before it became too cold to do so. We ultimately realized we needed professional help and found Luba and ‘Primavera Dreams’. After a zoom consultation with Luba, we gave her the ‘go ahead’ and she went to work contacting available venues, caterers, florists, photographers and planning an elegant covid conscious affair that was far beyond our expectations. She intuitively knew what would work best for us and we trusted all of her initial suggestions regarding the venue and vendors. COVID surge had hit Boston, and both Gabriel and I were really busy at work for a long time as we are both physicians. We met with Luba a handful of times through zoom and she took matters into her own hands and created the event for us beautifully. She was also extremely flexible and understanding given the COVID situation. In fact, (i'm sure this was slowly giving her a heart attack), we finalized many of the vendors less than 2 weeks before the wedding! Gabriel and I were very hands off throughout the process and Luba was instrumental in putting everything together. It came out so perfectly that even my husband was super happy with it and would hire her again for our future events. of last year, though it seems decades ago, Luba has organized my husband’s, Alex Karpovsky, round-number birthday celebration in Italy. To say that it was impeccable is to say nothing about it. By Primavera’s measures it was not a large celebration - around sixty guests and two full days of festivities. But for us, when we started the preparation it seemed absolutely daunting. How do you get together people from half a dozen countries all over the world? Many of them have never met each other. How do you make sure they enjoy their time together? And, by the way, the budget we had was (very) far from unlimited. Well, looking back it still seems amazing that Luba was able to get it all together and made it look simple in the process. Even during the celebration itself every minute felt like fun times - and none (except for sudden onslaught of mosquitos during an open-air cocktail hour - but the spray did help) felt like fighting emergencies or straining to get things right. Of course the location - Lago Maggiore in Italy - is gorgeous and inviting to begin with. But there are lots of choices and actions that could’ve gone wrong. Luba led us every step of the way - from choosing the right venue among many highly variable options to play-by-play entertainment and through every detail including the choice of flowers and the right photographer. Every time I think back on the festivities I smile and the quarantine seems just a little less painful when we reminisce. We hope - no we are sure - that there will be another family celebration in Italy and Primavera Dreams will be there for us to make it memorable and enjoyable. Thank you Luba!

we first started talking about a destination wedding in Italy but fast forward 18 months and now they can't stop talking about how it was the most epic family vacation / wedding that they had ever been to! We couldn’t have done it without Luba. She truly became like a third mom to us (in the best way possible). She is all about creating an experience, not just for the wedding but for the entirety of the planning process. She even came on our venue hunting trip with us one year before the wedding date. I was VERY much a type-A bride and Luba was always quick to respond to my many emails, no matter what I threw at her. We ended up having more guests RSVP ‘yes’ than we initially expected and our wedding of 80 quickly grew to 110 but Luba wasn’t phased by any of the changes and thankfully had her daughter, Dina, to help as a second hand. When it came time for the wedding weekend, I felt like I was actually able to relax and truly enjoy the happiest couple of days while Luba and Dina took care of EVERYTHING. She dealt with a sizable and diverse crowd of guests coming from all over of the globe and an army of service providers switching between customs and languages on the fly (her command of Italian was certainly a resource!). While working tirelessly Luba never stopped being friendly and classy. She was always ready to give a piece of advice but in a delicate and accommodating way. Luba really helped to create the most joyful event that Villa Vignamaggio has seen since the filming of Much Ado About Nothing on its grounds. I can say with certainty: Primavera (the spring) Weddings is good for ALL seasons.

When unexpected things happened (electricity briefly went out in the caterer's tent so the entree got delayed), Luba checked with me and tweaked the evening's schedule on the fly so that none of the guests noticed. What a feeling.... - to live in a suite where Mona Lisa was painted and walk the same floor as Leonardo was walking....What a feeling.... - to see winery fields and true Tuscany still valley through your window.... What a feeling to have your wedding vows in the Venetian style court yard with your very own Romeo and Juliet Balcony... Step by step, without stress, but firmly, PrimaveraDreams under the leadership of Luba conducted our challenging project from “A to Z”. Leading up to the wedding, she was extremely helpful in planning the day, suggesting wedding vendors, and being a sounding board to ensure that we were on track and not missing anything The week and day of, I did not have to think about any planning or vendor organizing. She took care of everything in the background, for which I am very grateful for given I was able to spend a lot of time with family visiting from out of town. I’ve also learned that it is really important to have someone act in your best interests when it comes to negotiating with all vendors - Luba did that superbly!
