The banquet halls at Primo are aboslutely beautiful and the staff is wonderful!
We had our reception at Primo, and it was a great experience! Mary Ann made the planning process very easy, and helped along the way whenever we had any questions. The set up and tear down was all taken care of. The food was delicious. And the staff was very attentive and professional. As a bride, I felt very stress-free while planning my wedding at Primo, and the day turned out exactly how I imagined.
Primo's did an exceptional job setting up my wedding decor, and taking it down. They are great people to work with and I got A TON of compliments on our buffet food. Like a TON. Also, they are actually AFFORDABLE but you don't have to sacrifice because of it. I had a guest list of 250+ and everyone fit comfortably and the best part is once the buffet line is removed there is a huge dance floor down the middle!
All in all it might not be your dream wedding in a barn or outdoors or even in a castle, but they will make the place beautiful and to your taste. Also your not burning a HUGE hole in your wallet.
If you want to save money, have amazing food, a big dance floor, good booze, then this is your place to go. You can go as glamorous as you want or as simple as you want.
I do recommend getting chair cover and slips to make the venue more elegant.
Primo did an amazing job! The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. They were more than willing to cater to our wants for the reception. The food was wonderful and the room looked great! We got many compliments from guests.
Words cannot describe how awesome Primo was for our reception. They helped make the room look amazing with decorations and design, the food was amazing, and the staff was friendly and organized. I did not hear a single complaint from any of my guests.
I will suggest them to anyone who is looking for a venue in Indianapolis.
My husband and I were married here in June. Everybody was VERY helpful and things were well organized and went very smoothly the day of our wedding. There was absolutely nothing to worry about on our big day!
Absolutely the best value for what we spent. They truly made our wedding reception magical. I would recommend Primo to anyone looking for an event venue.
We are so happy we chose to have our wedding reception at Primo's. They are wonderful to work with. Maryanne was so nice and accommodating. She went above and beyond what we asked of her. We had an evening wedding, so the reception didn't start until 7:30ish. Usually events are over around midnight at Primo, but Maryanne said we could stay later, which was great.
We had them put special lightening in the room to fancy it up. There were lights hanging from the ceiling, as well as on the shinning on the ways.
The food was excellent. We knew this from previous events we've attended at Primo. It is one of the main reasons we chose this venue. Every guest we've talked to about our wedding has mentioned how much they loved the food.
The staff was extremely helpful, the food was awesome, and the facility was beautiful, clean, and easy for my out of town guest to find.
I can't say enough about the staff at Primo. They made everything so easy. If you are looking for a great place for a recption or event. This is the place if you enjoy great food and excellent service.
From the very first time I stepped foot in this building when looking for a place to have our reception, I felt completely at home and knew that we would be well taken care of. MaryAnn, the general manager, was SUPER helpful with all the details, and very flexible in accomodating us with what we wanted. The outside of the building isn't that impressive, but the inside is very nice. There isn't really a good place to have a ceremony here unless you don't mind having it in the same room as all your tables, but by far a great choice for a reception! The prices were very reasonable, the food was delicious (we got lots of compliments!), and the people couldn't possibly be easier to work with.
MaryAnn and her staff were always very courteous and helpful with every little thing, even offering to store our floral centerpieces and favors in their walk-in to keep them cool a few days before the wedding.
If you want peace of mind, definitely have your reception here!!
