Wow, what an incredible experience with this crew! Overall communication and general ease of booking was unbelievable. They reached out to me right away, their pricing and options were easy to understand, they met us at the hotel to get ready, and payment was a synch. You can’t ask for better than that but we got it - Ashton was a rockstar and honestly felt like she was another one of the party getting ready for the day. I really feel like we made the best decision going with PP&P for the day and can’t thank you all enough for making us feel so comfortable in our own skin/hair!

I was the maid of honor at my best friends wedding this past weekend at Jekyll Island. Pamper Polish and Primp did all the hair and makeup services for the bride & bridal party, including mine. Everyone was super happy and felt very beautiful.

I enjoyed my services. Everything went as expected. Friendly and talented staff. I felt the most beautiful on my wedding day, thanks to these ladies.

I cried on my wedding day. I wanted to love them. I made sure to trust them. I did my trial the day before and I loved it. I did everything they asked of me. Let me also say that I’m an extremely easy going bride. My wedding coordinator even said that several times over because I went with the flow so easily. Then came the wedding day. There wasn’t an order for the girls. I had asked and was told to just have everyone there ready and waiting even though some had kids and others were helping get the wedding pieces finalized. I made sure the girls adjusted their schedules to be there ready and waiting. They poorly planned the time they would need. I actually had people waiting for them to arrive the morning of. I texted them asking where they were. At one point, I looked at the time, and said that I needed to start getting my hair done. Nothing had been started for me at that point. No organization. Keep in mind that I had to send them everyone’s name and role in the wedding in advance. My mom wasn’t ready. My maid of honor was one of the last to get done. I didn’t have time to take pictures when the photographer and videographer was there because of them. When I finally got my hair done and looked at it, it was nothing like the day before. When I spoke up to describe, I was told that it was even better than the day before. I’m in a room full of people. I don’t like confrontation, especially when you say something and you’re not heard the first time. What did I do? I tried to accept that I looked like a 1960’s poodle. They rushed through my make up. The make up artist was not nice. She didn’t once smile. I get that it’s not your job to smile but there was no facial expression except the look of annoyance anytime the girls and I spoke. I’m not an expert but there were a few steps missed that I know: she didn’t prime my face, she didn’t attempt to put concealer on, and she didn’t ask if I wanted something specific. She just started doing what she wanted. I had to stop her at one point as she put a dark lip on me. My colors were blush pink and greens. Purple was not what I was going for. When she fixed it, I had to ask her several times to take off the lip liner because it bled into the softer color lip. She didn’t bother to remove the wrong color, so yes, I had to fix that myself after I got married. I had to ask her to even out the blemish/dark spots. I shouldn’t have to point that out to a professional when I’ve already said that I need full coverage. I left the room and cried in the hallway trying not to make my clown face worse. I will say after they realized I was upset and the rest of the room was aware too that they attempted to fix it. It still was not what I call average. I paid a lot of money to feel like that. The hair stylist did reach out and apologize the next day but I never heard anything from the owner, the one who told me she would send a schedule then decided not to send one and make all of the girls wait unnecessarily. I’ve only ever had a schedule/timeline for all of the weddings I’ve been a part of. When people ask about my wedding, I say that I loved everything except the people who did hair and make up. It was disorganized, rushed, and not worth it. If you don’t want to cry because of hair and makeup, please stay away from this company.

Pamper Polish and Primp has amazing skills. Hair and Makeup was on point. We also hired them for a spa party that included a glow facial, manicure, pedicures they included cocktails in a real pineapple 🍍. It was a big hit with my bridal party. The glow facial I was able to add the fruit acid peel that had me a little pink for about and hour after and then the most amazing feeling skin ever. I still feel amazing and glowing and it’s been a few weeks. Hire them! Book a spa party! Book everything that you can, they are worth every penny. Sweet ladies!

The Pamper, Polish & Primp team was friendly, professional, talented and fun to spend our pre-wedding hours together! Pamper Polish & Primp did hair and makeup for me (bride), 4 bridesmaids, my sister in law, mother in law, and my mother. They were efficient and most people were very happy with their look. I was disappointed that my hair and makeup wasn't what it was when I had a trial. My stylist was very nice when I asked her to redo my hair, but it still wasn't quite right, and my makeup was heavier than I expected. The team was very professional and accommodating of last minute makeup addons. They do not have a studio though, so you have to provide a space for a trial and for day of hair and makeup. They also charge a travel fee which doesn't make sense since they always have to travel to you... That being said, I would still recommend this company.

I hired this company to do my hair and makeup as well as my bridesmaids! Laken went above and beyond! I haven’t ever felt that pretty before and my girls loved their hair! Not to mention everything lasted all night and into the morning! If your looking for a company to help you complete your wedding look hire them!

I am so happy we booked our hair/makeup with Pamper Polish & Primp! Ashton was the one assigned to do my hair and makeup and she knocked it out of the park! I LOVED my hair and makeup on my wedding day. All my bridesmaids looked so beautiful as well! We had a little hiccup on the wedding day, but Cindy, I believe she is the manager, came and saved the day. I can't thank them both enough for doing such a great job on not only my hair/makeup but everyone else's!

They did the best job with my bridal hair and airbrush makeup! I don't wear any makeup normally, and it looked very natural for the day of. For my trial, they were able to meet me in a location of my choosing, which was convenient. Very professional staff who were on time and were able to recreate a look from photos very well. My makeup stayed on until I removed it that night-even after shedding a few happy tears- and my curls stayed several hours in my very thick, long hair. The best part? They were super affordable when compared to other companies! Highest recommendations!

I used Primp and Polish for my wedding hair and make up. I would like to start off by saying that Lauren was amazing! She came and met me at the hotel for the trial run before our rehearsal dinner. There were some things I wanted tweaked and we discussed it that Friday for the next days services. Saturday I felt completely confident that she would take care of everything I wanted changed and it would be perfect. The team arrived and started working on everyone. Lauren asked if she could start with my makeup first since she had another wedding she had to run over to. I agree and she did an awesome job with my makeup everything was perfect. Then she proceeded to tell me that she had to leave to go to the other wedding and that someone else was going to do my hair. I was shocked! I didn’t want to be a bridezilla so I agreed after she assured me that this person knew what they were doing. The woman that did my hair did an ok job but it was not what Lauren and I discussed and I was extremely disappointed with the way it looks in my photos. I also have pictures from Friday night where I loved my hair. When I asked Lauren where the other wedding was I was told she was heading to Sea Island. I immediately felt like this other group took precedence because of the caliber of weddings that take place on Sea Island. My suggestion to Primp and Polish is not to overbook your employees. I felt is was extremely unprofessional for her to leave in the middle of the session and would have understood if she would have left after finishing my entire look but that’s not what happened. My suggestion to the potential brides is to be absolutely sure that the beautician you are working with WILL be there for the entirety of your day. I want to say that I appreciate everyone’s hard work I just wish management would have done a better job of scheduling.

They did a wonderful job and I was so happy with the way my hair and makeup turned out for my wedding! Cindy was great with hair and was able to replicate our inspiration pictures and worked so quickly. We had Lauren doing our makeup and she also did a wonderful job on the natural look I was looking for. Very prompt and responsive throughout the booking and planning process. I highly recommend Cindy and the rest of her team!

Wouldn’t recommend this vendor. I hired Cindy to service my wedding in November 2019. Prior to the wedding we scheduled a trial. Since I already knew what hair and makeup style I wanted, the trial was about testing out if Cindy would be able to create what I was asking for. The trial went well and Cindy confirmed that she would be the one servicing us on my wedding day, which was the most important part for me. Unfortunately my wedding day came and Cindy did not show up. She sent two young ladies in her place who were not at the trial and had not shown me that they would be able to perform. This caused a lot of stress, anxiety and panic for me hours before the ceremony. After the wedding my maid of honor reached out to Cindy to find out what transpired that day. Cindy was completely unapologetic about not showing up, became defensive and refused any and all accountability to her poor business decision. I had texted with Cindy the night before the wedding and she NEVER mentioned that she wouldn’t be there. When asked why she didn’t inform me, she simply stated she didn’t want to stress me the night before the wedding. However stressing me hours before the ceremony apparently is acceptable. Cindy threw her staff of young woman to the wolves that day. I felt sorry for them having to deal with an upset bride, an angry maid of honor, three confused bridesmaids and one very, very critical mother. Those girls deserve a medal and should start their own business. So, if you don’t care who will perform your hair and makeup on your wedding day and you can blindly trust that just anyone can do it, this vendor may work out for you. For me, I found it all in poor taste that she ditched us to work a bigger wedding instead.

I thought they were good. They were definitely expensive. They charged almost the same price for a trial, which I felt like they could’ve done 1/2 priced. Then our trial, got me a little nervous for my wedding day because it wasn’t what I wanted. They were nice, but the trial definitely didn’t go well and it was super expensive. I felt rushed. The day of the wedding, they did great. I had to make sure that all of the girls were firm with them to make sure that they got what they wanted. They were nice & good, but I wish I would’ve shopped around for makeup artists that were at hair salons or something because I know I would’ve gotten a better bang for my buck & I would’ve felt more at ease on my wedding day.

Used Fantasy Hair & Airbrush Makeup on my wedding day and overall I thought they did a good job. They took a lot of time on me (the bride) which I appreciated and everyone said my hair and makeup looked great. The only thing that was a minor bother was they rushed my mother's makeup which upset me a little bit because she was an instrumental part of my wedding day. I am super protective of my mother so that might play a role here as well. That is my reasoning for a 4 star rating.

I highly regret hiring Fantasy Hair and Makeup. They did not have inclusive shade ranges and came unprepared and did not have any foundation shades to match me (I’m fair. And I sent them a picture of me beforehand so they knew ahead of time my complexion). They had very poor communication and I was never able to have a makeup trial because they would not return any of calls, texts, or emails over the course of a MONTH. The makeup kit itself was very unsanitary. The makeup artist was extreme condescending and made myself and my bridesmaids very uncomfortable multiple times. Cindy did a good job on hair- but the second makeup artist was very unprofessional and quite frankly did not do a good job. The final makeup results were cakey, un-blended, badly color-matched, and not at all what I had asked for. Myself and all of my bridesmaids each felt like we had to touch up/redo our own makeup as soon as they left. Dealing with Fantasy Hair and Makeup was the only stressful part of my entire wedding.

I just traveled from Florida to do my hair and makeup trial and couldn’t be happier! Cindy and Lauren were beyond exceptional. I don’t wear much makeup, and my hair styling skills are nonexistent, but they were able to listen to the few poor tips I had and turn that into absolute perfection. The hairstyle that Cindy created, in mere minutes, was exactly what I was hoping for, and the makeup that Lauren did went way above my expectations. They made me feel comfortable and beautiful, and I still looked like me. I can’t wait for the big day and to have Fantasy Hair & Makeup to help me shine. It is such a relief to know there is a huge part of the wedding I will not be stressing about!!

I had Cindy and a make up artist from the team do my hair and make up for me and four other women on my wedding day. I only had one bridesmaid, but asked the mothers and a friend to get hair and make up done so that we would be eligible for a free tube of the lipstick and free lashes. Also, for groups larger than four, they would travel to me without a fee. Cindy was very personable, they arrived slightly early and got done in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone's hair and make up looked very nice. I was worried about the moms' hair and make up since they were hesitant to get it done, but they both ended up really liking it. For me, the make up was really heavy in person but looks nice in the photos. The airbrush make up does seem to emphasize fine lines and wrinkles a bit. I found the make up artist slightly less personable than Cindy and I had to point out a lot of issues with my make up for her to fix. She insisted on sitting me by a window for natural lighting but then said she couldn't see my face and the issues I was pointing out, which I found very strange. However, at the end of the day it looked very nice. I ended up shelling out 40 more dollars at Mac to purchase my own long-stay lipstick since they did not offer something equivalent, so I didn't get a lipstick included in my purchase. They also were unprepared to give lipsticks to the four other women despite this being part of the package. They ended up scraping some of the same brands together to give us but they were all different colors (and different than what most of the girls were wearing at that point). Additionally, I wish I could have gotten more advice from the team about hair and make up styles, but I suppose you would get that if you do a trial. Unfortunately, I live across the country from Savannah, so this wasn't an option. Overall, despite the hiccups, they were done on time and everyone looked very nice. Worth the price and, honestly, I was just so glad the moms were happy!

Cindy was so quick to respond to my email and very patient with all of my questions! Cindy and her team came to my house in a Savannah to do my hair and make up before my engagement photos. They made me feel so comfortable and everything was beautiful! I really felt like a princess. My hair and make up lasted through outfit changes, heat, and humidity, which is amazing if you understand south Georgia weather. I would recommend them to anyone and I look forward to working with Cindy and her team again at my wedding on Jekyll Island in April!

On top of that, when my florist totally screwed up our flowers, Cindy told me right where to go to get flowers at the last second which was super helpful. I used Fantasy Hair and Makeup for my engagement pictures and for my wedding. My hair and makeup were perfect for both occasions. I also had my bridesmaids and flower girl get their makeup and hair done and they were all so happy with how they looked. We were in the hot sun at Jekyll and our makeup looked flawless even after hours of dancing. I’m so happy with how everything turned out.

Unfortunately, my experience with Fantasy Hair & Makeup didn't go as well as I thought it would. I will say that Cindy is great at communicating and she answered any questions I had within a timely manner. She also did a really good job on my hair for my wedding day - I was really happy with it. But, my hair & makeup trial and the overall experience on the day of my wedding was very disappointing. I really don't like writing bad reviews, but I was so bummed that my experience with Fantasy Hair & Makeup was mediocre after reading and hearing such good reviews. The day before my trial, I received a message asking if we could change the time we were planning to meet from 9am to 8am, because the two women coming to do my trial had to be in Tybee Island by 11am for a wedding that day (I live in Savannah). I told them that was fine and we met at 8am. I explained to the girl doing my makeup that I literally NEVER wear makeup & wanted it to look very natural. Long story short, it did not look natural at all. I looked like a raccoon with all the liner, mascara & fake lashes on. It seemed like she rushed through it and ignored the fact I told her I don't usually wear makeup & wanted it to look like I didn't have much on. I know that everyone says you should apply more makeup, because it looks better in photos, but this was just too much. I told her that it was too much around my eyes & she just applied more makeup on to cover up some of the liner. I still wasn't very happy with the makeup after she fixed it, so she said, on the day of the wedding, we'll just put lashes on without mascara & see how that looks. My hair trail wasn't as bad, but I still wasn't very happy with it. If I didn't feel so rushed, I would've asked the ladies to redo both my hair & makeup. It seemed like my trial was an inconvenience to them & they just wanted to get out of there and head to their next location. 2 days before my wedding, I got an email asking if we could change the start time for my wedding day from 9am to 7am! I understand that things happen & people have family emergencies, which was the case in this situation, but there should be staff members that can fill in, in those situations. My ceremony started at 5 o'clock in the evening & they were asking to start hair & makeup for 5 people at 7am. As it was, 9am was early for a 5pm wedding. We ended up starting at 8am and I opted out of getting makeup done for myself & my girls and we all did our own (my cousin did mine, because as I mentioned before, I don't usually wear any). They showed up to my hotel at 7:45am and were finished by 9am. Again, I felt super rushed and felt like they did not take their time on me or my bridesmaids & mom. They had another wedding to get to in Hilton Head Island, which was a much larger wedding party, so it was pretty clear that they were more concerned about that wedding party than mine. In the end, I still had a beautiful wedding day and thought my bridesmaid's hair looked good, but I would not choose to work with this company again, sadly.

Cindy was so responsive with all of my questions through email and when you are planning a destination wedding, that is exactly what you need to feel at ease. A couple of days before my wedding in Jekyll Island, I got the spray tan and it looked so natural, I was very pleased. Also, the day of my wedding Cindy's staff was very punctual to my condo in Jekyll and listened to what I wanted. The airbrush make-up looked natural, flawless, and lasted all night. Her staff was very easy to work with and very friendly as well. It was just her and I in my room that morning and it was so peaceful. Sometimes you need that before a nervous day. Highly recommend.

Fun day spa at Saint Simons Island! We visited for a spa day just days before the wedding and it was so much fun, massage ,facials and pedicures had us all ready for our big day. Oh, spray tans were flawless! We also had hair styling and airbrush makeup for the wedding day and as sister of the bride an am proud to say Fantasy Hair and Makeup and Spa Primp and Polish was was awesome to work with and I will visit again.

I went to my hair and makeup trial and came out feeling (and looking) like I had a pound of makeup on my face. Not only that, but it was poorly done. The eyeliner was poorly applied and my fake lashes started coming off the minute I got in the car. The hair for the trial was ok, but I found a better place for about the same price.

Cindy was very responsive to our inquiries and questions throughout the planning process. We booked a trial and were so pleased with the results. The day of the wedding Cindy and Shannon showed up on time and were ready to do hair and make-up within 5 minutes. They did hair and make-up for 7 girls with all different hair styles and skim complexions within 3 hours!!!! Everyone’s hair and makeup looked so beautiful and it lasted all night long. Their professionalism, friendliness, and expertise was clear to see. We would definitely use them again and we recommend them to anyone looking for a glam squad that sweeps in and leaves you looking amazing, just like a team of fairy godmothers.

I love Makeup, and I was astounded by the attention to detail from this team of makeup artist! The hairstyles were all great and just what we ask for, stayed put together through out the day and night.

Very talented group of professionals, from the start of planning a year in advance to the day of the wedding, they were very responsive to messages and on time for every event , as we had a few for my Indian wedding ! Highly recommend for airbrush makeup!

Let's begin with the trial. The girls showed up unprepared, did not do either hair or makeup to the bride's liking, and still charged her full price. At the trial, the makeup applied was all the wrong colors for the bride's skin tone. She was very unhappy with it, and had her doubts about the ability of the girls. Come day of wedding, they showed up unprepared. The MOB stated she wanted her hair blown out for the wedding, the girls did not bring a round brush to do so. After searching through the car, one of the girls finally found one. The MOB was not happy with her hair. It was not a blow out at all, and looked like she used a straightener on it. Most of the hairstyles completed looked like something we could have done ourselves. Not one person was satisfied with their hair, there were 9 of us. Makeup was another fiasco. Most of us had to re-do it a few times, or make changes ourselves to achieve the look expected for a wedding. The lash strips all needed to be re-glued prior to the ceremony, and they did tell us that they offered individual lashes, but this was a lie. If you like to have your face painted with makeup and look like a geisha doll, then this is the place for you. If not, I would suggest you go elsewhere. The girls forgot makeup wipes, which we needed, forgot a mirror to see the back of your hair, and only had one curling iron size available. Even when I said "loose curls", I got tight, hair sprayed curls. We all felt the girls were unprepared, unprofessional, and did not have the skill level or experience needed to provide hair and makeup for a wedding. Would not recommend their services.

I got married on Jekyll Island October 14, 2017. I had Fantasy do my hair and makeup and could not have been happier with the outcome. This was a destination wedding, the lady who did my hair came out to Jekyll Friday night as well to do a trial and put my mind at ease. Everybody I interacted with with this company was very down to earth, professional, and kind.

As Mother of the bride!! I was very pleased!! Cindy and Krystyna were sweet, friendly and very talented!

Cindy and her team provided perfect hair and makeup for my daughter's wedding! Updos and curls held up perfectly in the Georgia heat and humidity and even through the breeze on the beach. No frizzing either! Makeup was flawless as well! They are super nice as well. We highly recommend them for your wedding!

I was a little nervous about having someone else do my hair and makeup, but I knew my husband really liked my hair up and I struggle with a pony tail, so there was little other option. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Fantasy Hair and Makeup. The two person team showed up on time for our trial run the day before the wedding, and they delivered exactly what I wanted - a near perfect match to the example hair that I showed and the very natural makeup that I requested. We made a few minor tweaks, but nothing significant, and the actual wedding day went equally smoothly. I was very thankful for all the hairspray, especially in our beach pictures. They turned out absolutely gorgeous instead of the windblown and unfinished look I'm sure I would have ended up with had I tried to do things on my own. At 2am when the party finally closed down, my hair and makeup both still looked great. Worth every cent.
