We absolutely loved Primrose! We are only giving 4 stars because we did run into some day-of issues that we weren’t thrilled about and we never heard from them again after the wedding day, but aside from those small things, we would get married here a million times over if we could! Everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Shannon was so friendly and helpful the first time we met her and we just fell in love with the venue because of her. Lily was the most wonderful human during this process and every moment of planning we just kept saying how thankful we were with our decision. Sol was our day-of coordinator and really dealt with the craziness of our blended family like a beautiful amazing champ. Communication was clear and everything was so easy to do. We cannot rave enough about how beautiful and wonderful this venue is!!! From start to finish, we feel so blessed and just in love with that day because they were amazing and I felt like a princess. Also - the food was AMAZING. Every single guest we spoke to said that this was the best wedding food they’ve ever had and the pasta was to die for - everyone asked for the recipe!

Primrose cottage was an amazing venue for our wedding. The staff we worked with (Lily, Marissa, and Lauren) were all great at what they do. The planning process was as stress free as it could be. The ladies did a great job executing my vision. The food and drinks were great and all our guests had a great time!

We loved working with Primrose Cottage! I felt in very good hands from our initial tour, to our meetings either the venue coordinator, Lily, all the way to the design meeting and to wedding day. Our wedding director, Marissa, was wonderful! Lily was absolutely great to work with as well! Our guests loved the food. The floral and design was beautiful. We did encounter a few issues on wedding day that we let them know about after the wedding in our review. Primrose was quick to reach out to remediate the issue. I do not think these particular issues we had were the norm and I hope for better in the future! Overall I’d still recommend this venue and team.

I recently hosted my grandmother’s 100th birthday party at Primrose Cottage, and it was an unforgettable experience! As her daughter, I wanted everything to be perfect, and the team at Primrose Cottage exceeded my expectations. Every detail was handled flawlessly, and the entire evening was seamless. The beautiful venue and attentive staff made it such a special celebration, and our guests had an amazing time. I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out—highly recommend!

I was married at Primrose Cottage in December of 2024. It was nothing short of magical from the designs to the food/alcohol to the service. The Primrose Cottage team worked hand and hand with me to make my dream come to life within my budget. I enjoyed how it was a one stop shop for food, drinks, design, and planning. For services not provided by Primrose, they offer a list of recommended vendors. I recommend getting married at Primrose Cottage to any bride!

Primrose Cottage was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The staff was amazing - always responsive, patient, and attentive from start to finish. Allison, Vonna, Lily, and Lauren were incredibly supportive and helped execute our vision flawlessly. The venue itself is truly beautiful, even more so than the photos suggest. The only thing we wish is that the reception time was a bit longer, as 4 hours went by in a flash. But besides that, we have no complaints whatsoever. The entire staff, including the servers, were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the day. It was the perfect wedding day, and we will remember it forever.

Our wedding was August 17, 2024 at Primrose and we would book them over and over. We had some unprecedented craziness on our wedding day, but Lily, Leah, Marissa and the whole divine events team did an amazing job making it the most special day filled with love. From the moment we set our date with them, they were attentive, professional, and detailed in every step to making the day what we envisioned.

We are currently working with Primrose Cottage for my daughter's wedding and are so happy with the level of service and professionalism that we are seeing. They have everything so organized and are enjoyable to work with. They are prompt in responding to our many questions. So far, it has been a worry-free experience. We are really pleased that we choice Primrose.

Primrose Cottage was absolutely amazing! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained but more than that the professionalism from all of the coordinators and staff is just incredible. They helped our day run so smoothly and made it fun and stress free! Definitely worth every penny! The decor was exactly what we asked for and our guests are still complimenting the food!

Working with this venue made planning our wedding so unbelievably seamless and easy! They are on top of everything, down to every scheduled meeting between design, food selection, event timeline and final planning. A special shout out to Lauren with the Design Studio who made my aesthetic vision come true! The florals and decor were just spectacular and exactly what I envisioned. You are also provided wonderful wedding director for day of as a ‘right hand woman’ and I couldn’t speak more highly of both Kari and Jasmine who helped keep our day on schedule! My husband and I got married at Primrose Cottage on June 15, 2024. We knew from the first time we toured the venue that this was the only place we wanted to get married. It is truly so beautiful! Working with Alison, Shannon, Emily, and Lily was lovely! They all worked diligently to ensure our big day was perfect. Planning and communicating with them prior to our wedding was so easy and they went above and beyond with every detail. From the seamless timeline, to the beautiful florals and design, and the delicious food and drinks we couldn’t be happier. All of our guests are still talking about how much fun they had and how stunning everything was. We will always remember our wedding day fondly. We recommend Primrose Cottage to anyone getting married in the Roswell area!

I cannot begin to explain how amazing Primrose was to work with. They completely streamline every step of planning the wedding. I absolutely loved having all our vendors except photography and music booked through Primrose. It made everything so easy and I knew I could trust them completely to execute a perfect wedding day. I cannot say enough amazing things about our venue and our guests were amazed at the beauty of the house/property. I would highly recommend Primrose or any of their sister venues!!!!

My husband and I had our wedding day at Primrose Cottage April 6, 2024 and it simply was the best day ever. From the first tour all the way to the exit it was absolutely perfect! The best thing that you need to know about Divine Events is that they take care of every single detail. I actually originally booked another wedding venue but I am so happy that I switched because Primrose made every detail easy and stress free for me! 6 months out I started meeting with Shannon and she explained to me the space and went over the budget allocations and even made recommendations on food dishes! I then met with Emily Fleming who was so kind and such a joy to work with as she created my Barbie Disco Fairytale Garden Dreams and made them a reality! We had so much fun creating and guiding me through the process as there wasn’t that much inspiration because it had a unique vibe but absolutely nailed it from Pinterest to real life! The food is next level with Divine. My guests are still talking about it! From apps to late night dessert it was incredible! I attended the Showcase which is a tasting essentially and was influenced to add a drunken donut station I had seen (which is a chef’s station, glazed donut dipped in rum served with vanilla ice cream on top). It was so unique and one of the best things I have ever experienced!! Shondra, my day off planner was also so wonderful, kind and kept the day on track. I will be forever grateful to Primrose for making all my dreams come true and I highly recommend them or any venue at Divine for their wedding 1000000/10

Enchanted Fairy Forest was my daughter’s vision for her wedding…and Primrose Cottage nailed it! If you are looking for a professional, efficient, talented team in a gorgeous, timeless setting look no further. My daughter was a long distance bride and Shannon, Jennifer, Emily and Ines never missed a beat. The planning process was made easy because of their experience, quick responses, virtual meetings and hard work! Primrose includes all food, beverage, decor and florals. That really simplifies things. I had complete confidentce in the plan in part because Emily provided us from the first meeting with a complete proposal bringing all of our ideas to life in photos. Our guests raved to us about the VERY delicious food, the excellent staff, the gorgeous setting and how so many details were executed perfectly. I could keep going but most importantly Shannon, Jennifer, Emily and Ines took excellent care of us from Day 1 to exit. On the day of the wedding all we had to do was enjoy. You will not find a more beautiful setting for such a good value in this area. It pays to go with this venue and consider the outside vendors they recommend. Our photographer, planners, band and officiant had all worked there before which added to the smoothness of the celebration.

Primrose Cottage and the team at A Divine Event/Magic Moments were everything we could have dreamed of and more. Their processes, communication and more were top-tier. The best part for us was it was essentially a one-stop shop and reduced the number of vendors we needed to coordinate with. We still get rave reviews about our flowers and food! Not only is it a beautiful venue, but an even more amazing team to work with.

Everything about our wedding at Primrose Cottage was above and beyond what we had expected. The people that we worked with throughout the wedding planning process were not only professional and extremely competent, but they were personable and kind. Our wedding guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the wedding was and for those of them who had experience either in event planning or catering, they too were amazed by how smoothly the wedding and reception went. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone, 1000x over.

We had an absolutely gorgeous wedding at Primrose in August! Donna was amazing to work with when we had to defer our planning for a few months, and we were able to jump right in and have as easy a time planning as could be hoped for! We had our ceremony at a church, then we loved having Primrose from 6-11pm for our cocktail hour and reception! We had rave reviews about the food, the option to add fun desserts (we went with the mason jars!), as well as multiple drink packages to choose from. I didn’t visit the bar itself because our Wedding Director did such a great job keeping our glasses full, and my biggest wish is that I had the option to attend as a guest to enjoy it from that perspective as well! Three months later, friends and family continue to say what a great time our wedding was, so we would absolutely recommend Primrose to anyone looking for a one-stop shop for a gorgeous, low-stress wedding. The prices were comparable with other caterers, florists, and design items, so we loved being able to do everything in house!

Primrose Cottage is your one stop shop to bring your wedding to life! We got married in September 2023 and it couldn't have been a more dreamy event! The staff is incredible, friendly and professional! The venue itself is gorgeous and the grounds are kept immaculately! I got SO many compliments about how the food is the best anyone had ever had at a wedding and especially being able to do a seated, plated dinner! Lastly, the décor and florals really made the event come together! I worked with Emily, who walked me through every single detail, to make my dreams a reality! Cannot recommend Primrose more!

I LOVE this venue. I did a tour with Danielle and she was such a pleasure, she was able to answer all my questions about the way I wanted my wedding to look, the catering service and photography. They make it so much easier than I imagined!! The lighting is my absolute favorite thing, it really had the ambiance l've been dreaming of forever. Definitely recommend Primrose cottage!

From our first meeting to the send off of the newlyweds, our experience with Primrose Cottage was pure excellence! Shannon Hallman and her staff attended to every detail. The venue was beyond beautiful with lush green foliage for the outdoor ceremony continuing through the gorgeous rooms for the bridal party and guests to relax in. The porch, the outdoor terrace and the brick bar added so much variety for guests. The ballroom is just beautiful! Our guests are still raving about the food. The flowers were bountiful and dazzling. Thank you Primrose for creating a dream wedding!

My Type A personality could not possibly be more grateful to have found Primrose Cottage for our July 2023 wedding! Shannon was our planning coordinator and never made me feel like I was being too much. Emily took care of the design and really listened to what we wanted and continued to listen and help us when we changed our minds and made everything more beautiful than we could have hoped for. And then Kia and Mikaela would the rockstar day-of coordinators that you could only dream of! I already trusted Shannon and Emily completely, but when I met Kia a few days before the wedding she asked all sorts of questions to make sure she understood what we wanted and that put my Type A at ease and let me actually relax in the days leading up to the wedding. Not to mention, two of my current co-workers are former employees of the parent company and only have the best things to say about them (and you can always trust a former employee to be honest!). When I found Primrose I really thought it was too good to be true - a venue that takes care of just about everything, but it really was all just that perfect and dreamy. Our family is STILL raving about how good the food was too! I was hesitant to use vendors from their preferred vendor list (why I don't know, I just wasn't sure what qualifies someone as "preferred"), but after doing my own research I hired Pavel VK for photography and Renee Locher for Hair & Makeup who both happened to be preferred vendors and could not have chosen better. The team behind Primrose really does their research and is picky with who they call a preferred vendor, so you can definitely take their word for it. Credit to Pavel VK for these beautiful pictures, but to Primrose for creating every beautiful thing you see!

I got married here on 7-29-23, and it was a dream. From start to finish, the team was hands on, professional, and responsive. Come wedding day, I had no stress the minute I arrived, as everything was handled. My guests loved the charm of Primrose Cottage, and were consistently praising the level of professionalism and organization. Primrose Cottage was truly a dream and I cannot recommend it enough. After meeting with Donna Seiver, we chose Primrose Cottage for our wedding because it was southern, beautiful, historic and natural, all rolled into one! It was also a turnkey wedding solution, very important for two busy professionals. It far exceeded our expectations in all aspects! Our planner, Shannon Hallman, was amazing! She totally “got us” from the initial conversation. She helped with plans for food, beverage, event “run of show” options and plans for some crazy guests we were bringing in wearing Star Wars costumes. She didn’t miss a beat, covering every detail and many we had not considered including reserved parking for my dad who is 85 and needed handicap access. Emily Fleming with Mallory Yannuzzi at the Design Studio also did an amazing job with our flowers and decorations and tables, easily flexing to our changing vision and ideas throughout the process. They executed above and beyond our expectations to make everything beautiful! I almost cried when I saw they had decorated my dad’s rollator with flowers since he was at the end of the first row and would be using his own chair. Leah Spain was our wedding director on the day. She was fully in charge of everything, asking about our goals and priorities ahead of time (example: “are pictures or attending cocktail hour more important”?) to make sure we didn’t lose out on anything important to us! She and the team made sure we never saw the bar or buffet (and stayed well fed and hydrated), giving us maximum time with our guests. She also helped me create a new style of bustle when my dress had problems before the first dance, and it was better than the bustle I was supposed to have! I now call that new style the “Spanish Bustle” after her. And it stayed up the rest of the wedding and looked amazing, even better than the original! We did not meet a lot of the team on the day (we were a bit distracted with getting married), but our guests raved about the food (especially the parm wheel and marble slab ice cream bar) and everyone made comments about how great and professional the team were during the entire event! We could not be happier and we are now thinking about other events we might want to host as an excuse to go back! Thank you, Primrose Team, for making our special day so special!

We absolutely loved getting married at Primrose Cottage. It was better than we had even imagined. There were a few things that really made this location special: - The property itself was beautiful and historical - The owning company, Magic Moments, included options to handle as much or as little as we liked (decor, food, drink, cake, florals, day of coordinators, etc) - The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and very on top of their game We really enjoyed partnering with this team of professionals to create our special day, instead of having to coordinate every individual piece ourselves. Would highly recommend!

We had our March 2023 wedding at Primrose Cottage and had an absolutely PERFECT day!! As a professional event planner, I had high expectations of the venue + staff and they still exceeded every. single. expectation. From beginning to end, each member of their team (sales, planner, designer, director, bartender, chef, staff - literally everyone) was kind, professional, responsive and took pride in their jobs. Our family had two major medical emergencies three weeks before the wedding which required last-minute, out-of-state travel and significantly disrupted our pre-wedding timeline, payments and meetings. Shannon and Alison were especially helpful and gracious in accommodating us throughout our unexpected trials. When our wedding day finally arrived, our entire vision had come to life beautifully. There are very few events or weddings I've planned or attended where something didn't go wrong so I had realistic expectations but there is literally nothing I would change. 2+ months later and our friends and family are STILL talking about the amazing food, gorgeous venue and perfect timeline (huge shoutout to Shelby who kept us on schedule and always made sure my husband and I had bourbon & champagne in our hand!). I cannot recommend Primrose enough - perfect experience for our literally perfect wedding day!!!

We could not have asked for a better venue or team to work with!! We loved our experience here! The venue was stunning both inside and outside. The staff and coordinators went over and above to make sure our day was perfect. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Overall such a fun venue and super friendly team!! They did an amazing job walking us through options, being mindful of costs, and responding to questions. Only cons are if you don’t have your ceremony there, you should probably get a separate day of coordinator to make sure everything goes smoothly between getting ready, your ceremony venue, and then primrose. They also weren’t the most proactive at communicating so I often found myself reaching out asking for our appointment (and then got told usually they would’ve done it a month or two before that, but no one had ever reached out to me). Design and high level coordination was great, just needs a little more attention to communication.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Primrose Cottage. The staff is amazing - starting with Donna who will work with you in the beginning to the design center as well as Shannon who will hold your hand through the entire process - they’re all so patient and so helpful! Having everything under one roof made planning easy. The food was wonderful and the entire evening was everything we hoped for and more!!

We could not have asked for a better wedding venue! The whole venue is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We had our ceremony outside in the back on the terrace and the reception inside in the ballroom and it was the perfect space for us. Considering the space, décor, bar, food, cake, and flowers are all options they offer through the venue, it made the planning process for us so much easier. The food and cake were outstanding, the bartender was on top of the drinks, and the decorations and flowers were breathtaking! Donna helped us in the beginning stages, we then met with Shannon who was wonderful helping us bring our wedding vision to life, and then Inese was our day of coordinator and she was amazing! She made sure everything was in order and everything was the way we wanted things. We could not have asked for a better team. We are so grateful for all the staff who helped us along the way at Primrose. We want to thank you all for making our wedding vision and dreams come true. It was truly a night we will never forget.

The planning process was seamless beginning with the wonderful Donna and continuing with Shannon and divine events staff. Professionalism was on point. Food was INCREDIBLE as well as decor! The day of the wedding started out well until the last hour. Guests reported feeling a little rushed out of the venue with wedding favors going unnoticed. It was evident this was due to another wedding coming up which required a fast turnover time. This is completely understandable as a wedding venue however I wish it wasn't noticed by guests. That said Primrose Cottage has a unique charm and historic beauty!

We loved having our wedding at Primrose! Shannon and Alison were so kind, great communicators and easy to work with. Inese was our day of coordinator - she was very organized and made the day of feel much easier and comfortable. The food was all incredible as well - probably our favorite part!

My husband and I both have demanding jobs and planning a wedding in six months seemed daunting. Primrose cottage was exactly what we needed. The team was easy to work with and kept us on schedule. We had the perfect amount of involvement for our busy schedules. We loved that the catering and decor were in house and with just a few meetings everything was decided. The day of experience did not disappoint. Our day of coordinator provided by Primrose ensured all went exactly as expected. Never did we have a moment of unease. Loved the staff, the venue, and the whole experience!

We immediately fell in love with this venue. From the minute we walked in and were greeted by Donna, everything was great. She spent a while going over everything with us and really made us feel special. Using Primrose was honestly a lifesaver, having the majority of our Vendors in house, made the process of planning a wedding way easier! The venue is so incredibly beautiful, the staff the day of received rave reviews from our guest and the food was fantastic. Our whole day was a fairytale and exactly as I had always wanted.

Let me start with: I am in nursing school working two jobs and I have no time to plan a wedding. With primrose, I had a stress free wedding planning experience from start to finish (yes, it’s possible!). Our wedding was flawless and went off without a single hiccup. Everyone RAVED about the food, the cake, the decor, the atmosphere, all of it!! This is a one stop shop that is worth every penny. Get married here!

Primrose Cottage is a beautiful venue. When I visited in April 2021 I absolutely fell in love. It's an older home that was converted to an event space with a beautiful garden area. While the venue is stunning in the spring with all of the floral on the grounds, it was still very green for a December wedding. We were lucky it wasn't very cold on our wedding day so were able to get some beautiful outdoor photos. What keeps me from making this a 5-star review is there was a lot of turnover with the Design Event staff throughout our planning. Our wedding coordinator changed 3x after the venue was reserved. Unlike other venues, couples don't have the entire grounds the day of your wedding. The staff is still having showings and walking around perspective clients the day of the wedding. Our wedding was in the evening and we couldn't arrive any earlier than 2:00pm so all makeup and hair had to be done at our hotel rather than at the venue. What I did appreciate most about Primrose Cottage was most of the vendors were in house so I didn't have to shop around. Their Divine Event staff took care of all of the linens, flowers, decorations, alter, and cake. So the only vendors I had to find were the photographer and DJ. It made planning so simple and easy.

If you want a magical and stress-free wedding day, get married at Primrose Cottage. From the very beginning, we knew PC was the right choice. The sales director, Donna, is the kindest woman you will ever meet. Jennifer, who helped us in the planning stages, was a godsend. She responded to emails with lightening speed. Her kindness and professionalism showed in every interaction. This was our first time planning an event, so having someone like her on our side was priceless. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything ran smoothly. She did everything from holding my lip gloss, to making sure I walked down the aisle at the right time, to making sure my husband and I always had a drink in our hands! When my bouquet had a flower in it that I didn't like when I saw it in person (I didn't like the color), she had it fixed right away. No questions asked. We know she did SO much more behind the scenes that we never saw but absolutely appreciate. Primrose staff is FULL of absolute rock stars like her. The staff members who set up the ceremony space are true professionals. We originally wanted to have the ceremony outside but there was rain in the forecast. My ceremony was at 6:30 pm and they let us wait until a few hours before then to make a decision. When we decided to do it inside, they made it BEAUTIFUL in record time. After the ceremony, they flipped the room for the reception very quickly as well. The bartenders were fantastic. So many of our guests complimented them. The FOOD was also phenomenal. Multiple guests said it was delicious and not like typical "wedding food" that you may expect. No, we didn't have a "traditional wedding food tasting", but you can trust that they will deliver a fantastic meal for you and your guests. As a busy couple, we loved that the venue is essentially all-inclusive. The only additional vendors we had to hire for the reception were our band and photographer. This made the planning process so simple. Of course, the venue itself is also stunning. There are countless spots for beautiful photos and when you have your wedding there, you get the entire house to yourselves! The groom's room is the coolest room we've ever seen and the bride's suite was large and adorable! The reception space is handicap accessible and our grandparents were able to park in the handicap spots on the side of the house all night. It's the small, but important things like that that made all the difference. We brag about PC any chance we get and any couple looking in the Atlanta area would be doing themselves a disservice if they didn't check it out! 10/10 recommend.

I’m so happy this was our wedding venue. It was literally the only place I toured and I was in love. They truly do handle so much too, so there was very little to worry about. We did a brunch wedding and everything was beautiful and the food was delicious! Seriously, go check them out! They are under an umbrella of venues with catering, design, and cake services, so is honestly almost a one stop shop.

As an out-of-town couple we loved the fact that Primrose handles almost everything in-house. There's no need to have 10 different vendors to juggle - instead, they handle the catering, décor, cake, and more. You can tell they have wedding planning down to a science because the day-of went so smoothly. I could go on and on about how great the venue was, but to keep myself on track I want to point out two things that our guests keep raving about. 1. The food! We missed the tasting because of Covid, so we were beyond pleasantly surprised at our first bite. Everything was absolutely delicious! Best wedding food I've ever had and many of our guests said the same thing. Pro tip: get the mac n' cheese. 2. The venue itself. Coming from New York City along with most of our guests, they're used to hotel ballrooms, converted warehouses, and event halls. They loved that they were able to roam around the house and explore both inside and outside throughout the evening. It was an absolutely gorgeous backdrop and still allowed us to party the night away.

Having hosted a couple of weddings now for my daughters, I can honestly say that Primrose Cottage and the Magic Moments event staff, caterer, designer, florist, baker, etc. were top shelf. Never have I seen a more professional, detail-oriented staff who delivered on every wish, promise, etc. The venue was amazingly beautiful, which we knew. Coming from another state to host a large event could not have been made easier by the folks at Primrose. Everything was on point. I very highly recommend this venue and eventing company. Best ever.
