Our two bride wedding was truly everything we wanted and came together so easily thanks to our planner Lori. She's someone you wish you could have invited to the wedding. So kind and attentive.. She went above and beyond to get us everything we wanted and absolutely killed it with our humble budget.

We did the month of planning option and it was SO worthwhile! Lori and her team took care of an executed a perfect day and night for us. It was wonderful to not have to think or stress about anything!

Lori was beyond incredible! She was caring, genuine, detail oriented, timely, and calm! All the things you need and want in a planner and coordinator. She helped with every single detail of our big day, and made sure everything went so smoothly. She went above and beyond to fix and finalize small details that may have otherwise gone awry (like a last minute broken place setting) and really made sure we had every little piece we imagined for our big day. We originally chose Prisma because we knew it was an inclusive, LGBTQIA+ friendly company, and they definitely didn't disappoint! We couldn't be happier, and hiring a planner was ABSOLUTELY worth the money, even for our tiny micro-wedding.

We hired prisma to organize our wedding- HIGHLY recommend them! Lori made the day of and leading up to a breeze. She is incredibly well organized, positive, and knows how to execute. I honestly miss working with her after the wedding is over. She followed through on every single detail, holds brief and targeted meetings, and is also a lovely, kind person. I live out of state and so the stress was real to find someone who would help me plan my perfect day! From the minute I met Aimee and her team over zoom, I just knew she was the one. She gave us great advice to secure our wedding venue (Maroon Bells and Hotel Jerome) and helped us design beautiful save the dates. When Sweetly Paired and Prisma Events merged, we started working with Aimee Palifroni, who is also lovely and so organized! She made our planning process and wedding day incredibly easy and enjoyable. No matter how many events Aimee was juggling (spoiler: there were a ton with all of the rescheduled weddings from 2020 to 2021), she always made us feel like a priority. Did I mention that we were planning our wedding from Hawaii? We can't thank Aimee enough for all of her hard work. Our wedding day was so special and memorable. Not making any promises, but she even joined us on the dance floor!

Whitney was everything we could ask for in a coordinator. With our weekly calls, she kept us focused and on task, provided great advice and recommendations, and had a positive attitude the entire way--even as peak wedding season hit. Then on the day of, she was our anchor that made sure all the trains were running on time and our wedding was as incredible as possible. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We decided to hire a wedding planner to help us with our daughter's wedding because we are in Texas and the bride and groom are in Colorado. Adding to the challenge is the fact that we're both extremely busy with our jobs. Hiring Even Better, Inc/Prisma Events was the best decision we've made. Aimee started the process, and then our lead planner, Whitney Meader took over. She was spectacular. She was very professional, very communicative, and orchestrated the event beautifully. She thought of all the little details and executed the vision the couple had for the wedding. We didn't want to interfere with the bride and groom's wishes. We just wanted someone to help carry them out. And Whitney nailed it. Of course, no wedding comes without hiccups or challenges. You want someone you can trust to take care of the unknown. I was recommended Aimee from a friend who works in the wedding industry. Everything she helped with started from the minute we booked her - she gave us checklists with timelines, scheduled meetings to check on our progress, gave vendor recommendations, and was the ultimate wonderful human to spend our day with. She was completely worth the price. She helped our day go so smoothly, with as minimal stress as possible. She will go above and beyond to make sure your wedding timeline is accurate and that your vendors are all informed. Aimee saved the day when our DJ could not make it in time for the ceremony, there's no one else I would have rather had in those moments of stress leading up to the ceremony. We also loved the ability to rent the decor items she has in her inventory. Prices were super reasonable and she had a photo catalog to choose from. Aimee & Whitney are PHENOMENAL! They are a dynamic duo. From the first time that we spoke, I knew that Aimee was going to be an amazing coordinator. She was SO helpful with helping me get all of my other vendors contracts updated and corrected when Covid caused us to postpone our wedding. When our planning resumed, I was introduced to Whitney and she is a rockstar too! Her and Aimee always made me feel confident in my planning decisions and knew how to guide me to make a decision when I was unsure. At the rehearsal, Whitney lined us all up, made us all confident that we would know when to walk, where to stand and how to stand at the wedding. My dad made the comment " Wow! Whitney is really buttoned up! She knows what she is doing" The day of the wedding, they communicated with all vendors, I didn't have a worry in the world. Everything happened so quickly but everything went perfectly. Aimee, Whitney and their team do an OUTSTANDING job!! 10/10 recommend.

Aimee and her staff went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was everything we imagined and more! They made the wedding planning process so streamlined and easy it took so much pressure off of us. They have the best vendors they work with and together they all made our wedding an absolute dream! My husband and I interviewed three wedding planners and we couldn’t be more happy we chose Prisma! Aimee and Whitney cared about our goals just as much as we did and they made them happen. Even though we just about finished planning our August wedding before COVID hit in March, these two ladies were so professional and flexible when we were forced to adapt to the ever-changing city restrictions. We decided to keep our date but downscale from 300 to 30 guests. Because of that decision, we changed almost everything within the last 60 days. They didn’t pressure us in any way and adjusted to every decision we made, like choosing last minute to host the reception in our backyard, with a smile on their faces. We are SO SO happy with how our day turned out (truly a dream!) and so much of that was because of these two ladies and their excellent planning and coordinating day of! Look no further!

Prisma Events was absolutely outstanding to work with from the very beginning. Aimee and her team were extremely personable, organized, responsive, and knowledgeable. From postponing the wedding due to Covid to weather issues the day of the wedding we never worried about our special day with Aimee and her team by our side. They outperformed all expectations we had for a wedding planner. The planning website they utilize is also a huge bonus and makes the process that much smoother. Definitely a huge perk to using Prisma Events! Highly recommended! We are forever grateful for their overwhelming support and creating such a stress free day.

Aimee was my wedding planner for my wedding last month. She was instrumental in every aspect of the wedding planning which was extra great because we were planning a Colorado wedding from south Texas, and in only 3 months. She answered all my questions in record time, kept me on track when I was losing my mind a bit, and then of course helped the big day go off with out a single issue! I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding, and it could not have happened with out Aimee and Prisma!

Planning a wedding is stressful! Planning a COVID wedding is unimaginable. Nevertheless, we have worked with Prisma and their team for a little over a year now and honestly they have kept me sane for that amount of time, Pre-COVID and durning COVID crazy ups and downs! From handling all our communication with our vendors to move our date (stupid COVID!) to just listening to our vision of our day. Love Aimee! She really got us across the finish line and is a true professional. I was most impressed by the burden Aimee took off of us on the day of: not having to worry about set up or break down at all was such a gift. She is tactical, well connected, and full of creative ideas! Aimee navigated the parent / bride / groom relationship with grace and made communication very easy. She's full of extra special touches: our wedding theme was good luck charms and she wore her very own lucky charm the day of. :)

We used Prisma Events as our wedding planner for our wedding last year. We were planning a wedding from the other side of the country, so the first thing we wanted to find was a good planner. Prisma turned out to be a great decision. Planning a wedding was a huge undertaking, but Whitney and Aimee made it very doable. We had a website to keep track of the planning timeline and all of the related documents, and they know just about everyone in the industry in the area so we were able to find other vendors very easily. Whitney was our main planner and she did a wonderful job. She always knew where we were in the planning process, what the next steps were and when they needed to be done. Every time I started to feel overwhelmed, I’d talk to her and realize that we were in good hands and she had everything under control. On the day of the wedding, Whitney was there to keep everything on track and organized, and it all went smoothly and according to plan. Any questions that came up she was able to handle easily. Overall it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end, both Aimee and Whitney were a lot of fun, and they made the process so much easier than I had anticipated!

Our wedding was a large (250 invite) black tie event that took place at the Stanley Pavilion at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park. After we booked our venue I knew I was going to need help! The Stanley recommended Aimee since she had done previous events at the site. I hired her a year out from the wedding and Aimee was able to provide fabulous software that helped us stay organized, she provided all the best vendors for everything we could need or want, she was available for calls/meetings and she was priceless the month of our wedding. Aimee knows how to suggest tips and tricks not only for your budget but to simply throw a beautiful wedding! Thanks Prisma Events :)

If I could give Aimee and Prisma 10 stars, I would! Not only did she keep me sane all 11(?) months leading up to our wedding, but knowing we were in hands as mindful, experienced, and genuinely caring as Aimee's made ALL of the difference. Her vendor contacts were amazing (seriously, she works w some of the best) and every ball I/we dropped, she picked up and ran with. And don't even get me started on the day of. Our bridesmaids and moms were all SO thankful they really didnt have to do anything but get their dresses and the Prisma team being mic'd up, walkie talkies and all, made everything seamless and way too easy. The Prisma team is so easy to work with and one thing that really stood out was the fact that none of my stupid questions felt stupid... they were, but not to Aimee. So happy to say that we came out of the experience with a new friend in Aimee and I would HIGHLY suggest Prisma for any upcoming event. You will be so happy you hired them!

Aimee and her team were amazing to work with. We grappled with the idea of hiring a planner and met with a few before deciding to go with Prisma. They were so professional and on top of everything, from setting up the perfect tables and ceremony to wrangling the guests and making sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. Aimee also has a lot of great contacts to help you get every last detail! Worth every penny!

We hired Aimee for her Day-of-Coordination services and LOVED working with her. She went above and beyond, helping us through the entire process, recommending vendors, reviewing contracts and keeping us on schedule. She was responsive, offered creative solutions and was very respectful of our budget and time. Aimee's ability to remain calm and professional in the midst of wedding day chaos kept us at ease. If something went wrong on our wedding day, we had no idea (and that's the way it should be!). Her energy and laughter are contagious. She is an absolute joy to work with!

Aimee and the whole Prisma Event Staff were awesome! We hired her as a month of coordinator, but she was there from the very start and helped us with anything and everything wedding leading up to the big day! She was a great go to with any questions and she has a ton of great vendors that she opened us up to! The portal she uses is so organized and really helped us stay on track with all the planning! The only thing is that I wish she wasn't so busy, as she takes a minute to reply back to emails, but when she does she is a big help! Really recommend!

Aimee did a Fantastic job! We hired her for the night of… which essentially was the month of planner. She took care of everything including stuff we hadn't thought of. The ceremony and the reception was absolutely seamless thanks to Aimee and her assistant. The night and the experience for us, the bride and groom, would not have been possible without her! We would hire her again and again. Recommendations all around from us!!

Aimee was beyond priceless as a resource and support during all stages of our wedding planning and day-of execution. I did not have much of an idea of what I wanted, I was not the girl who had imagined her perfect wedding since she was little. She helped me distill and define what was most important to me and the end result, a beautiful sea glass-themed, Connecticut beach destination was exactly what I never knew I always wanted. If you're looking for a tried-and-true expert who is down to earth, highly-skilled at determining your needs and meeting you right where you are, and who will be your #1 advocate throughout the whole process, you definitely want Aimee and her Prisma team. One stand-out talent that I can vouch for is Aimee's skillful and tactful way of managing other vendors for your big day. She has such a depth of experience and industry expertise that she can tell you (or the vendor!) what is and is not necessary to achieve your perfect event. For example, if you're getting the "hard sell" for more rented equipment than she knows you need, she'll help you communicate that and save you $$$! Every dollar counts and I can assure you that every dollar I spent on this fabulous planner was beyond worth it! Plus, she was an absolute blast to work with and TRULY cares about her clients, which is evident in everything she does!

We were so lucky to have found Aimee and her team for our wedding. Like any bride, I did my best to do some research and interview vendors before hiring them, which can be a stressful process. However, in our first conversation over the phone, I knew I wanted to hire her immediately! I appreciated her attention to the finer details and commitment to making sure our wedding day would be the best day of our lives. Prisma Events made ensured I was prepared in my most stressful moments, that I remained focused on the things that mattered most to us, and took so much off my plate to make sure I took the time to enjoy being a bride! We used Prisma’s month of package to help fit our budget, but MAN, with all the love and work she put in, I feel like I owe them the world! Aimee did such a great job of taking the unnecessary stress off of my back. For example: it started pouring down rain during our ceremony (which was only about 10-15 minutes any way) and we weren’t sure if we should just stick it out or head inside. Aimee knew us well enough at that point that we actually kind of liked the rain and out of nowhere brought out these BEAUTIFUL rainbow umbrellas! It was amazing and hilarious and certainly something I would have NEVER thought of. Wedding planning is not my forté but Aimee made the entire process so fun and exciting! We wholeheartedly recommend using Prisma Events for your next shindig. They are bar none THE BEST!

Aimee is simply amazing! She took mine and my husband's abstract ideas and turned them into the most memorable day ever. Her guidance on photographers to caterers to flowers was spot-on. Aimee even drove us an hour and a half out of town and back again in her own car to see our wedding site before the big day. If I could, I'd give Aimee 5+ stars. Aimee and her team are a complete joy to work with! They have such attention to detail, are over the top courteous no matter what the situation, and are all around professionals. Prisma is simply amazing. Aimee and her team thought of everything I hadn't, and more (Somehow). We originally hire another vendor as our day of coordinator for our August 2018 wedding, needless to say it didn’t work out. Luckily we found Aimee and we were in perfect hands. Aimee is sharp, organized and very easy to work with. I couldn’t imagine our wedding without her on our team.

My husband and I loved working with Aimee! She designed our signage and printouts, which helped take away a lot of the planning stress on our end. It was so helpful!
