The Private Property Band was amazing! We used them for our ceremony music, cocktail hour, and reception. Ed was the band manager on our wedding day and he was incredible! We completed a wedding sheet a few weeks before the wedding with our timeline, ceremony songs, favorite songs for the reception, "please dos," and "please don'ts." They listened well and did exactly what we hoped. It was better than we could have imagined! Ed came on the dance floor with our guests and we went up on stage too. They made the reception so fun! Everyone loved the band and we got so many compliments!

The best band in south Florida! We used them for our wedding ceremony, cocktail and reception. The dance floor was packed the entire night and all of our guests kept asking for the name of the band because they liked them so much. We really enjoyed when the lead singer would go onto the dance floor with the guests and sing with them. Truly a five star experience with private property and would recommend them to anyone for their wedding!

If you're looking for a band for your event look no further! Private Property Band is AMAZING! My wife and I used them for our wedding and it was the best decision! Marcelo is very nice and great at communicating details throughout all stages of the event.
The band had everyone dancing all night! The lead singer was so interactive with the guests he would come off the stage to dance and sing with everyone and it really kept the energy level high all night! Everyone in the band is so amazing and talented. There was not one guest that left without complementing us on how amazing the band was! They truly are a great group and we would 1000% recommend them for any event you have!

We hired Private Property Band for my daughter's wedding with the expectation of a non-stop energetic party with a full dance floor and fabulous music. We were not disappointed. From start to finish the band was fabulous, the vocalists were unmatched, the dance floor was never not full and we had the most fabulous celebration. Everyone commented they were the BESt live band they ever heard.
Highly recommend without any reservation.
I would hire them again without even looking at other bands.

Private Property was terrific! Maurice was very helpful in planning the types of music we wanted played at our wedding, was very easy to work with, and most importantly the band was awesome!
We had the best wedding reception and it was all due to the band! We would recommend them for any wedding or event.

I am not kidding when I say that the private property band was the best wedding band I’ve ever heard. They were PHENOMENAL with their song selections and performance. I have been to many weddings with bands and nothing has ever come close to comparing to what I heard on Saturday night.
To drive the point home, I had no less than 5 people tell me they should go on tour and deserve to get a record deal and I couldn’t agree more.

My husband and I just attended a wedding in Sarasota and Private Property Band blew us away! We can’t say enough good things about them. The transitions were flawless, the music was out of this world and the dance floor was packed the entire night. I’m not sure a celebrity performance could have topped this talented crew. They played/sang a wide variety of music and did it all SO well. Someone needs to give these people a record deal. They were THAT good!

Simply Amazing!
Private Property Band is simply amazing. They performed at my son and daughter-in-law's wedding at The Pelican Club in Jupiter FL. From the ceremony music to cocktail hour to a nonstop party at the reception. So professional! Love them!

If you want to dance all night long, then this is the band for your next party. From start to finish Marcelo was a pleasure and true professional to work with. The band put on a private set for us during one of their rehearsals before we signed a contract and was communicative and responsive and stayed along for the ride after we had to postpone our wedding for nearly a year due to COVID-19. They learned the few unique songs we chose and put on quite the show for us and our guests. I can't even count the number of guests that came up to us during our wedding to ask where we found them and just how amazing of a performance they put on. They looked good and sounded great - staff at our venue, Pelican Club, were even dancing. So glad I found this group of talented musicians and professionals and would HIGHLY recommend them for any event where you want to make sure people dance and have a good time.

We could not have asked for a better band to play our wedding! They set the done from the first note and never slowed down. Literally, all of our guests told us that this was the best band anyone had ever seen at a wedding and we couldn't agree more! Ps. And we've seen some great bands. I would seriously go watch them perform on any given night!

What can I say?
Private Property was just the band of my dreams...we had our wedding at The Breakers Palm Beach and I just want to say we didn't stop dancing for even 1 minute! The energy, the sound...everything so amazing! My guests (many of them from out of town) told me they never experienced anything like that!.
