We had the pleasure of working with Prive and specifically Alana and Kiersten during our wedding planning process. Kiersten mostly took care of initial wedding planning and florals. This process was easy and efficient! Kiersten was kind and helpful. As our day got closer Alana was assigned to us as our day of coordinator. I cannot express enough how absolutely AMAZING Alana was during the planning process. She took care of so many small details, was super communicative, and took care of any question or thought I had with intention and care. The day of our wedding, and the day before during the rehearsal, Alana was superhuman. She executed every plan and detail precisely, thought of any last minute question, and got everything in order perfectly. Our wedding day went exceptionally smooth and that is thanks to Alana. She was such a calming presence while still somehow wrangling every vendor, family member, and friend where they needed to be and perfectly on schedule! They always tell you that something is going to go wrong on your wedding day and that did not happen to us all thanks to Alana.

I recently had the privilege of working with Jaime, who truly exceeded all expectations. From the very start, her organization and attention to detail was impeccable. She left no stone unturned, ensuring that every aspect of our special day was flawlessly executed. What truly set Jaime apart was her fun and lively personality. She brought an infectious energy to every meeting and event, making the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. I'm really excited to share my wonderful experience with Privé Event Design! The floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful and Sam was super responsive during the whole process! We ordered an additional bouquet for my flower girl one day before the wedding and Sam and her team made it possible despite such a short notice! But honestly, what really made our experience outstanding was our wedding planner, Jaime Brown. Jaime was there every step of the way, making sure everything was stress-free for me and my husband on our special day. Jaime’s organization and attention to detail made the whole wedding planning process feel smooth and easy. Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without any worries, knowing that she and her team had everything covered. One note for the brides that want to preserve their bouquets, please make sure to discuss expected freshness duration of the flowers with your florist. I had hoped to preserve my bouquet, but sadly, it didn't last as long as I'd hoped. Overall, aside from this point, our wedding was wonderful. I highly recommend Privé Event Design. They're a fantastic team that will make your wedding planning journey and the big day itself truly special and memorable.

Look no further than Prive! Floral and Planning needs exceeded! We were so thankful to have Prive as part of the team for our wedding at Flying Horse Ranch in CO. Originally we started with just floral through Prive with Jenny and were later gifted with another member of the Prive Team, Briana, as our day of coordinator for our wedding. Our flowers were so beautiful and totally curated to my dream and we could not have asked for a better planner/team! Thanks, Prive!!

This review is really hard because we did an all inclusive with our venue (Flying Horse Ranch in Larkspur) and we started off with Privé just being our florals but then got an unexpected planner through them as well about 4-5 months prior to our wedding and our planner Kiersten was great- she was very on top of things and I completely trusted her-highly recommend her. Our florals on the other hand-neither my husband or I are impressed. We worked with Sam for those separately about a month before we ever worked with Kiersten and our first meeting was about 30-45 minutes long going over everything in person and Sam was sure to write things down so I was very surprised when we got our first proposal back and the color scheme was nothing like what we had discussed and it was a very bland proposal- basically "here are three options and prices for each" which is fine but it definitely was not a custom proposal to what we wanted our discussed. Like our centerpieces-original idea was tons of candles so our proposal was "3 hurricane glasses with candles-$85 a table" then "individual votive candles $2 each". If we were just going to get a generic pricing sheet and had to add up our own numbers to get to our venue's all inclusive budget there was no reason for us to drive and be in person to discuss what our ideas and wants were- just send us the sheet and we'll send you an actual correct color scheme. When we brought up our concerns about the color scheme and sent more reference photos Sam was quick to change it and answer any other questions I had. I was feeling pretty confident about it and less stressed before wedding day. Note: I also had mentioned I don't love roses so wanted to keep them very minimal-which I was not concerned about since it was noted in both proposals. When wedding day came and I got to see my bouquet the color scheme was right which I was so thankful for but there were tons of roses. I didn't see Sam that day but Kiersten worked hard to switch out some of the larger and "right in your face" roses with some other flowers we had that day somewhere. She also explained again that some of the flowers I specifically had asked for were probably not included because they may not have looked great when it was time to order-which was explained to me ahead of time so that was not a surprise nor an upset. I'm very thankful for Kiersten being able to switch out the larger roses for me but it still did have quite a bit of roses that were smaller and not right up front and center. My husband's boutonniere was also a rose, peach, when he also specifically asked for no rose and blue and purple flowers. I'm not sure what the normal process is when it's not included with the venue but I loved having Kiersten as our planner-she was very helpful and knowledgeable. But having Sam separate for our florals and the very basic pricing sheet, with options we hadn't even discussed, didn't seem personable and our first proposal just felt like a ton of unneeded stress.

We are so happy we chose to work with Briana and the rest of the Prive team to plan our wedding! Leading up to the wedding, Briana helped us find fantastic vendors, provided us with the most thorough checklist on Aisle Planner, and was in constant communication with both us and our other vendors. We were beyond impressed with the Prive team on our wedding day. Briana made our wedding day run smoothly with a perfectly curated timeline. She not only brought our vision to life, but somehow made everything look 100 times better than we could have ever imagined, and the florals were absolutely stunning! We highly recommend Briana if you want to ensure that your wedding day is in good hands!

Jaime is the absolute best person ever to help with your event! She doesn't miss any details and is also the sweetest thing! You would be lucky to have her on your team

Jaime Brown and the team at Prive were absolutely fantastic from start to finish for our recent wedding at Piney River Ranch near Vail, Colorado. Jaime was on top of everything and very impressive making everything before, during and after the wedding run smoothly like a Swiss watch. As a bonus, Prive also provided and set up our flowers which helped ease coordination with one less vendor to organize. She went above and beyond even assisting our photographer for our lake shoot by paddling the canoe! We really enjoyed working with Jaime and would love to work with her again for another event!

Brittany and her team at Prive Event and Design are amazing! She was so communicative throughout the whole planning process. I sent her my inspo and she brought my vision to life! I went back to her with multiple changes within the last month of the planning process - Brittany didn't bat an eye and easily made the changes. Her team was incredible and so sweet during the set up process too! I totally recommend Prive!

I was the officiant and a semi-day-of planner for a couple who used Prive as their wedding planning team. I work in the events/wedding industry so I have high expectations, and they were absolutely exceeded! Heading into the big day, the couple had nothing but good things to say about Prive, notably their planner McKenzie. Prior to the wedding, she was in correspondence with me to add my services and details into her incredibly detailed timeline - so I already felt the couple was in good hands. The day before, McKenzie was planning to come to the rehearsal dinner at the couples' house to do a run through of the ceremony, final details - etc, but horrid weather intervened. This didn't deter her, and she worked with us to have a fully-remote facetime meeting, spent as much time as we needed, and helped us all feel very comfortable heading into the big day. On the day of the wedding she and her team were SO helpful, organized, and very kind. This team is truly professional, and I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a seamless, stress free wedding!

McKenzie and her team at Privé were amazing to work with from start to finish! Everything went smoothly was well thought out and honestly our wedding was perfect! Would highly recommend them to work with. Our decor and flowers were so beautiful and the plans went all so well!!

If you are getting married you 100% need prive events on your side. I just got married 6/23 at Deer Creek Valley Ranch. A prive planner was included in that package we were set up with McKenzie. I cannot even say enough good things about her. From day one she has been excellent with communication. She is also a no BS get things done type of lady while still being incredibly kind and professional. I never thought there was a person that would be able to get our rowdy bridal party in line but she got it done. We could not have done this without her. I highly recommend prive and McKenzie to anyone! Also Jenny killed it with the florals, they were gorgeous!

Privé events was over the top amazing! Jenny was so helpful through the entire process of planning our wedding and the day was seamless thanks to her. She was so personable and just so incredibly sweet! Privé also did my florals and holy cow they were absolutely beautiful, I couldn’t have imagined anything more perfect than what the created for us. I would highly recommend for all your floral and wedding planning needs, it made our lives so and they were so awesome to work with!

We could not recommend Jaime enough! She was incredibly detail oriented, a great project manager, and was so wonderful on our wedding day. It was the little stuff for us; the way she gently checked in, saved our favorite booze at the bar for us, helped me (the bride) get into my high tops for dancing, she truly went above and beyond! The night itself went so smooth and the design and floral were all so beautiful. Overall, Jaime and her team at Prive were truly a joy to work with and we are so grateful we had their help on our special day!

Privé Events was all around phenomenal. Jenny was our wedding planner and we literally could not have done it without her! We planned our wedding in a little over 4 months and Jenny knew exactly what steps to take when. Another thing that we cannot say enough about was their unlimited decor package. It was so worth the money as they had everything...signs, table numbers, card boxes, lanterns, and beyond. Their floral package was also beautiful and they work really hard to keep you at your budget and provide input on where to focus on floral and where you can squeeze out some unnecessary cost. We will definitely recommend Privé and Jenny to our friends and family!

Jenny and her team are the absolute best in the business. After working with them, I highly recommend. They helped we to make a potentially hard event seamless, with so many details executed seamlessly, and coordinated with a multitude of vendors to help the day go perfect. Easy going, yet dedicated and attentive throughout the day until the very end. Their decorations and floral arrangements were beautiful and immaculate.

Privé did an amazing job with the flower arrangements at our wedding. Along with the bouquets, center pieces, and cake decoration. Everything they set up was just perfect! They worked with us to make sure we got exactly the flowers and color schemes that we wanted! Thanks to them our wedding looked just like we had imagined it. There team was super easy to work with and we never had an issues!

I loved working with Briana and Jessica. I seriously could not have imagined the day going any better and it is due in large part to them! I looked over during the ceremony and saw Briana smiling which was so sweet because you can tell how much they love their jobs. I cannot thank them enough. Not to mention, the flowers were BEAUTIFUL! They even made a small arrangement for my hat which just completed the look. Everything was gorgeous and I am so happy I chose to work with them. I could go on and on all day :)

I cannot say enough good about Brianna and her team. Very professional and helpful for an out of town wedding party. The wedding was wonderful and Prive should take credit for every aspect of it.

Great company! They made choosing my floral package so simple and easy. When I showed up to my venue the bouquets were already placed in vases and the centerpieces were set up and absolutely gorgeous. I was so impressed with how everything turned out.

The BEST florist! Prive Events truly made dreams come true with my ceremony and reception at Spruce Mountain Ranch. The floral aspect of our wedding was extremely important to me, and Brittany and her team went above and beyond. Every piece was a work of art and there were so many small details they added so every corner of the venue was beautiful. Brittany truly worked with our budget and found creative ways to add small touches that we could afford. I am truly blown away at the work they created and am so thankful they were available for our wedding. I could go on and on, but I could not recommend them enough!

Jaime was our planner, she was completely wonderful. From the start she made communication so easy! She got us in touch with our vendors (we did an inclusive package through our venue and her facilitation of that was such a relief) on a really nice low stress schedule. She created a very clear itinerary for the day. She gave us great recommendations for additional vendors we would need and where good spots for rehearsal dinners in the area were. Anyone would be beyond lucky to have the chance to work with her! Multiple family members actually asked if they could take her home to plan their own lives! Brittany is who we worked with on our vision for the florals. We had a discussion about inspiration and she put together a beautiful proposal and gave us the chance to get back to her with what we wanted. The final product was GORGEOUS! Above our expectations! Hugely recommend this group they do incredible work!

I worked with Brittany and Jessica for planning and floral services for our wedding and couldn’t be more grateful for them. They were absolutely incredible to work with. They made the entire process so simple, which was impressive given the remote location of our wedding. The flower arrangements were perfect and they executed my vision flawlessly. Working with Brandon as our planner was an incredible experience - he's a pleasure to work with and was always a fun and calming force to be around despite managing all of the many details of our wedding! At times, he definitely knew more than we did about the decisions my husband and I had made :) Our wedding involved a number of days and many details to coordinate, and throughout the experience, we truly felt that Brandon went above and beyond for us. Working with Brittany for florals was also a great experience. The florals turned out beautifully and were exactly what I was envisioning, without me having to provide specific ideas. Privé provided the flowers and event planning for my daughter's wedding. Briana and her team brought to life my floral-designer daughter's vision with vivid and stunning bouquets and arrangements. Guest after guest has commented on how much they loved the flowers. Briana's planning was super organized and thorough. She gets all the credit for making the day come off so incredibly smoothly with her coordination of every last thing. We were able to show up and enjoy ourselves throughout.

Words can not describe how much Jessica and her team helped on my wedding day, I could not of done my wedding day without her and her team. They were so organized which made me less stressed and they made sure the day went off without a hitch. I honestly had no idea where to start with planning my wedding. I already had so much going on as I was graduating college and had a huge term paper to write in the months leading up to my big day. Jessica literally saved me on so many of the details. She had everything down to a tee and was super organized so I didn't have to be. Honestly, I wasn't stressed planning my wedding and I am thankful for that. She made my dream wedding come true and made it so easy and painless. On the day of the wedding, I was so relaxed and they made sure nothing went wrong (and if something did go wrong they were able to handle it with the help of my bridesmaids). Cannot speak highly enough about my wife and I's experience working with Prive Events. They are a one stop shop for flowers and planners, (which I highly recommend doing a month of planner and working with Jamie Brown). Briana and her team did an amazing job making my wife's flower vision a reality. They understood what she wanted and went above and beyond to create the most beautiful flower arrangements. We received SO many compliments, and the bride's mother (who is very picky on flowers) could not stop saying how blown away she was! As I mentioned above, they also provide wedding planners which makes the process so much smoother and easier because everyone is on the same page. Our wedding planner, Jamie Brown, was a life saver. She went above and beyond for us leading up to the wedding and made sure our wedding day went as smooth and stress free as possible. She was so detail oriented and so kind. We had our 15 month old son as a part of our wedding and when things seemed to become overwhelming, she stepped right in and took all the stress away. Seriously a life saver! We cannot recommend Prive enough! If we could give them 10 stars, we would!!

Quite literally the most perfect flowers, decorations, and wedding coordination. Everything looked beautiful and the wedding planning process was made stress free with the help of the Privé team. The day ran smoothly because they had everything so under control- it was so nice to actually be able to enjoy the day!

Briana and her staff are amazing. Our decorations were set up perfectly and packed up neatly as well. Briana also fixed a broken decoration, helped get a button back on the grooms suit. She kept us organized, on time and hydrated. Briana is professional, cheerful and knowledgeable. Best decision we made in planning this wedding was hiring Briana.

Privé did our centerpieces and sweetheart table florals for our wedding at Black Forest by Wedgewood Weddings. They came out exactly how I pictured and we were beyond happy with the service Sam provided. She was quick to respond and knew exactly how to make our flower dreams come to life.

Prive Events created the wedding from our dreams. Jessica was absolutely fantastic and created a stress-free day that was nothing less than perfect. The flowers were breathtaking and we received so many compliments from our guests about them. Having Jessica there to time the day out worked so well, I don’t know what we would have done without her. The communication was exceptional and our day was so special because of her!

She has such a creative mind and I appreciated that she shared her opinion when I was unsure of something. Our arrangements turned out SO beautiful and unique! Another reason we loved Prive Event Design was because of their Decor Package. It was so helpful to have access to a variety of signage, candles, frames, catering essentials and more items that you don't think about until last minute. If you are considering Prive for your wedding, don't look anywhere else!

Extremely responsive and creative. Were able to make and execute unique designs for our venue. Communication before the event was clear and timely. Day off the event they arrived on time, had everything setup on schedule, and all of our floral was fresh and beyond beautiful.

Wow. Where to even start with Privé?! We worked with Briana for petals and planning and it was the best decision ever. She is an organizational queen and took so much stress off of the week-of details. The florals, decorations, and overall planning was above and beyond what we were expecting. My bouquet was to die for! They have an unlimited decor package which was a lifesaver, especially as we don't live where we got married. The Privé team helped create a detailed day-of schedule and was great with talking through all our wants and needs for the day. Literally every detail was thought through and they made the perfect day come to life! Truly an outstanding company with incredible artistry and attention to detail. Love, love, love them!!!!

From the very beginning of planning to the wedding day, we have nothing but postive things to say about this company and especially sweet, wonderful Brittany who worked so closely with us and brought all of our visions and ideas to life. Brittany guided us every step of the way, met with us on zoom multiple times, and answered all of our questions which could probably be alot for her at times hahah but she was an angel through it all. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect and we owe that to Prive, Brittany, and her team!They are the ones who brought it all to life. We would also like to thank Jessica who met us and ran our rehearsal, took all of our stuff we wanted at the wedding the day before so that we wouldn't have to worry about it the wedding morning, and was just such a nice addition to our wedding planning. Highly reccomend The BEST in Colorado! We were recommended Prive and couldn’t have done it without them! My husband and I just recently got married in Vail Colorado. We still talk about how perfect our wedding was, thanks to Prive (we worked with Brittany). Planning our destination wedding went very well! Their kind, encouraging, efficient communication with us through the whole planning process was inspiring and honestly kept us sane. Then, when the wedding actually took place…it was far better than we could have even imagined…we truly think it was because of Prive. Ahhh! We love them so much

Briana did an incredible job as our coordinator and florist. We originally chose Prive because they offered both planning and floral services, and we are so happy we did! I don’t know much about flowers, but Briana was able to take our color scheme and a few pictures I sent and create the most beautiful arrangements. Everything in our wedding fit together perfectly because of her expert planning. Briana created a schedule for our wedding weekend, and attended our venue meeting and rehearsal dinner to walk us through final planning details. She was extremely efficient and meticulous in going through all the details that I hadn’t thought of, and she made our wedding day so much easier because I knew that she would handle any problems that came up. I would highly recommend using Prive for planning and flowers!

First off, I dried my flowers and put them all around the house because I was so obsessed with my bouquet! I had to postpone my wedding due to Covid and decided on a last minute elopement. Brittany & the team at Prive went above and beyond! I sent my inspiration flowers which where a bit unique and a specific color scheme. My bouquet was not only perfect but even better than I could have dreamed! With such a last minute wedding I wasn’t sure what was possible and I couldn’t have wished for a better team. They also did a dog collar for my girl! She was our flower girl and was so pretty! Thank you Brittany and team! I highly recommend to anyone looking for their dream flowers

Prive Events is the best!!!! Briana was our day-of-coordinator and florist. The flowers were gorgeous. She listened to what I wanted and looked at my Pinterest pictures, and then went above and beyond. I was blown away by how beautiful the bouquets were, the table centerpieces, everything. She and her assistant Alix also made our wedding day SO relaxing and easy.....leading up to it I was worried about being stressed and not getting to enjoy the day. That was not the case with Briana and Alix there. They took care of everything from set-up to tear-down, timing, coordinating with the DJ, you name it. If you want to enjoy your wedding day, you have to go with Prive.

Briana from Prive Event Design was wonderful to work with! Her flower arrangements were GORGEOUS and she was so helpful and easy to work with. The floral arrangement order form is simple and easy to use and Briana really made floral arrangements that were exactly what I had in mind.
