Working with Krista and her team was one of the best decisions we've made for our wedding! Her response to our inquiry was quick and our first meeting prior to choosing Prive was very informative and helpful. We met with a few other wedding planning services but we made an almost immediate decision to use Prive events for our day of coordination after our initial meeting because that is just how confident we were. When the day of our wedding came, we were blown away with how smoothly it went and how Krista and team were able to keep everything organized. We cannot recommend this team enough!
Working with Krista and her team literally saved my sanity. My husband and I initially planned our 2020 wedding ourselves, but cancellation after cancellation and we were fed up. Enter, Krista. She planned our wedding from the ground up and turned it into a breathtaking event that I would never have been able to do on my own. She was responsive, creative, and an absolute pleasure to work with for an insanely reasonable price. I would recommend Krista and Prive Events to anyone who wants to throw an event without the stress of throwing an event. I would hands down work with her in the future.
Krista and her team at Prive were awesome to work with. They responded quickly to questions, gave great advice and suggestions, and made sure all of our vendors were on the same page. Their organization of all the major and little details for our special day made the whole planning process easy. Despite Mother Nature not cooperating like we originally planned, the Prive team made sure our rain plan was executed to perfection. Thank you all again for making our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined.
I used Prive events as my planner for my wedding at JM cellars. They were a blessing. When touring and eventually booking the venue JM kept saying they only required a day of coordinator but actually they require a partial planner. Originally I was peeved because that was not my plan but I’m so so happy I booked Prive. Krista was amazing from the start. She has so much experience with planning and experience with the venue. When I had some freak outs (hello pandemic wedding) and wrote her emails she would pick up the phone and give me a call immediately . I really felt like she cared. Landis was my day of point person and she was also amazing. She made sure to have cocktails and a plate of passed apps waiting for my husband and I after the ceremony. She and her assistant helped set up everything in the short time the venue allowed and everything looked gorgeous! I really credit Prive with the smooth stress free wedding! Can’t say enough about them!!! Use them trust me you won’t regret it!!!
We used Prive events for our florals and they were beautiful! I had no idea what I wanted, but I wanted it to be simple and beautiful. Briana was extremely helpful, didn't pressure me, and the flowers ended up ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I didn't even have a vision in my head and she captured it. Thank you so much Prive Events!
Prive went above and beyond my expectations. They took care of everything. The work that we did together before hand and the questions they asked was the reason why everything went so smoothly. The staff was helpful, friendly and knew exactly what to do. Krista's guidance before hand of what we needed, helped prevent any problems before they started. I would completely recommend.
I highly recommend Krista. From the moment I met Krista, we hit it off and I could tell she was trustworthy and knew what she was doing. She is so sweet and nice, and an awesome planner. She was there every step of the way during our planning and made sure that we were always on track and didn’t forget anything.
I am from Boston and she was very flexible and accommodating to our time change and traveling schedule. If we had issues with any of our vendors she would go to bat for us and made sure we got what we wanted and deserved.
Everyone in our wedding party/family members/ and vendors commented how organized she was. They had never seen such a meticulous timeline for a wedding. Day of, I wanted to make sure we, or any guest, would not have to worry about any of the logistics behind the wedding; set up, coordinating with vendors, tear down and clean up; etc.; and she definitely delivered that. Everything went off without a hitch, and if anything did go wrong she problem solved and made sure it was not an issue.
Our guest still keep complimenting how great and fun our wedding was. We also hired her for design, and she did a great job helping us aesthetically. Her knowledge and connections in the industry are a huge plus. You won’t go wrong hiring Krista. I don’t know how we would have done it without her!
We booked Prive Events for month-of coordination and were so happy we did! Jackie and Krista were wonderful to work with and kept us on track in the weeks leading up to the big event. Once the wedding day was near, Jackie took over completely, and the wedding went off without a hitch. It was so nice, not feeling the need to worry about anything on the day of the wedding, trusting that Jackie and her assistant had everything under control. They even helped us figure out how to have Dick’s Hamburgers as our late night snack. When they went to pick up the burgers they were so thoughtful they grabbed a milkshake for our photographer who is a vegetarian! We really enjoyed working with Prive and would recommend them to anyone in need of a day-of coordinator!
We first contacted Krista because we had to fire our first wedding planner, and we were just curious what had gone wrong - her advice was so helpful and insightful we hired her, and we're glad we did!
My now-husband and I both very busy, and without Krista there's no way we have found a wedding venue, picked the right vendors, and organized all the moving pieces. Even though we got married in New Jersey and Krista's in Seattle, she went above and beyond to find us everyone we needed. She also did an excellent job on the day of coordination.
We had such an amazing time our wedding, our guests did too, and we're so glad we hired Krista to help us!

Looking back, everything went off without issues and my husband and I fully enjoyed our own time at our event. It was clean and classy and reflected our unique styles. I received great feedback from friends who all had an amazing time.
My made the perfect choice with Megan! My new husband and I agree with all of Megan's glowing reviews. She was literally the best! On what is such a hectic and whirlwind day, we both had come to trust her completely and so were able to enjoy the many special moments with our family and friends.
Both of us work in the chaotic world of health care, so sometimes out of habit, we'd suddenly remember some small detail about timing or a vendor or food, and wonder if everything was happening as it should.
But then we'd glance around the room, see Megan, and feel instantly at ease. Through our meetings leading up to the wedding day, we had grown to trust her implicitly with our most important day (and a substantial investment). Her style and grace had put us both at ease, even during the many times we felt overwhelmed and obviously didn't know what we were doing (though we kind of thought we did!).
Her advice on food, drinks, printing, and a multitude of other things was spot on. We are so grateful for her attention to detail, sweet demeanor, and firm hand. It really means something when the two new husbands call the wedding planner up to the front of the room at the end of the night to publicly acknowledge her for a flawless occasion!
We used them for our bar service at our wedding and they were great! They were dressed very professionally and did a wonderful job serving. We would highly recommend anyone looking for bartenders for their event!
Prive Events has been a life changer. I hired them for my destination wedding planning and coordination. I was able to work with the owner and her team and I have to say they were instrumental to my wedding happening. They went through every single detail of the wedding, what I needed, all the things I never knew or would have thought of and most importantly they did it with such kindness, utmost concern for my happiness and supplier customer service! 5 stars all the way. When you're planning a wedding whether local or out of country like I was, I would highly, highly recommend hiring them, they are worth the investment times 10! The peace of mind knowing that someone is managing all your request, guest needs, other vendors, etc was a night and day difference from trying to tackle it all myself. They were so knowledgable and gave such guidance as to what things to think about, what to do, when, and how may be the best or most economical way. It was obvious Prive' Events knows all the in's and out's and their experience over the last 10 years in the industry speaks for itself. I also appreciated them going upbove and beyond, making recommendations to current plans to improve on, offering to get hands on and just really taking on whatever task was needed or requested to make the whole process (production) as smooth and stress free as possible. AND they are SO fun to work with. Just really awesome people, I can't say enough good things and will defiantly be referring them and using them in the future for local parties, baby showers and hosted bar events!!
We want to echo what previous couples have said about the event staff at Prive. Everything about our wedding was perfect, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We couldn't have done it without them, they were worth every penny. Would recommend their services to all couples who are planning a wedding in the Seattle region.
We are so grateful that we hired Megan as our day of coordinator for our winter wedding in January. We couldn’t have done it without her! Having worked in the events industry, I already had a clear vision in my head of what I wanted and Megan was able to fill in any gaps and suggest wonderful vendors for us to work with. She was readily available to speak and meet with us (and our vendors) prior to the wedding.
Megan was able to communicate our desires to our other vendors very clearly so that everyone was on always the same page. She created an incredibly detailed itinerary (scheduled down to the minute!) and made sure that all of our vendors, parents and wedding party members all of their own copy, tailored just for them, outlining their responsibilities for the day. I am pretty detail oriented and Megan went over the timeline with me multiple times, making different suggestions as to spacing and flow, until we both felt that it was just right.
Megan has a great eye and was able to help me make décor choices that fit with our venue and the look that we were going for. During the event, Megan and her assistant made sure that everything went smoothly and on time. Our guests are still talking about what a wonderful night it was and it’s all because of Megan executing our dream.
We had an exceptional experience with Prive Events! Krista helped me through the entire wedding planning process to make it a dream come true from smallest details. Krista was personable, warm, easy to talk to and a great communicator, completely available to me when I needed her. Our wedding day was run incredibly smooth without a hitch all because of Krista's amazing ability to see the whole picture and deal with any unanticipated needs. I could not have chosen better!
Krista of Prive Events was immensely helpful in planning & executing our perfect wedding last August! My husband and I are both busy professionals with little free time, no prior experience planning a wedding or other large event, and no pre-conceived notions of what our wedding day had to be like. I had found a venue and a caterer, but was starting to feel overwhelmed with, well, basically everything when I called on Krista! She immediately stepped in and got us on track, keeping us on task as far as what had to happen when, and reminding us when important tasks had not yet been done. Our venue could be more than little difficult to get responses from, and yet Krista was tenacious! I also greatly appreciated that Krista would listen to our needs/wants and then give us a short list of possible vendors for each important decision (like photographer, DJ, etc.) rather than me having to do all the time-consuming background research myself. Krista had excellent suggestions for everything and also has really helpful connections within the industry.
On the big day, Krista brought an assistant, and the two of them did tremendous the whole day. It was absolutely seamless! If any issues arose at any time, Krista took immediate care of them, and I never learned of them.
On a personal level, Krista is a friendly, outgoing person who was always prompt and always patient with us through this at-times stressful but ultimately fun process!
My husband and I hired Krista from Prive to be our day of coordinator for our wedding over in Poulsbo, WA at Kiana Lodge back in August. We couldn't have spent a better dollar. The ease she allowed us to have on the day of our wedding and all of the details leading up to it, was priceless.
I planned most of the wedding by myself and had a very particular and (a bit perfectionist) vision for the day I wanted to have. From the suits to the flower girl accessories, from the hand written notes on the table settings to the sparkly pom pom sticks in all of the champagne flutes, to the songs and the timing I wanted them to play at. I was very detailed and Krista went over EVERYTHING with me for the months leading up to the wedding. She double checked everything with me and suggested more affordable options and vendors when she thought appropriate. She lead our bridal party and family during the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding in a relaxed, but professional fun way. I mean, I couldn't have picked a better combo of personality/business to get the job done. Everything went so smoothly, even so much that guests constantly were complimenting me on how smooth our wedding was. Guests would say things such as "your wedding was one of the most beautiful and well put together weddings I've ever been to" and "It went SO smooth!". It was a great feeling to be able to trust my day of girl and know that I could relax a bit more than I thought I would. I know she gives every Bride & Groom (or Party Host) 110% of her time, energy, and creativity. If you are looking for a planner, or even day of coordinator, Call PRIVE!!! You will be doing yourself a huge favor.
Krista with Prive events made everything so easy! From the first meeting we had with her we knew we were in good hands. She takes extra time to ask the questions you haven't thought of and is so patient.
Neither my fiance or I knew much about weddings and we didn't realize how badly we needed her until we started working together. Her experience and industry knowledge makes a huge difference. All of our vendors were as excited to work with her as we were.
The day of the wedding she and her assistant saved the day. Right before the ceremony my now husband realized he had a left a couple crucial items (marriage license, etc) at home and they had it taken care of- I honestly don't know how they did it. I had no idea until after because they're so calm and professional.
I was not all that into wedding planning but Krista was so on top of everything while still being fun and sweet, anyone is lucky to work with her!
Prive Events was hands down THE BEST investment we made for our wedding day. We live in Minnesota and having Krista and her team helping us through the whole process made the day not only go by without a flaw, my husband and I were able to enjoy every moment! She made sure we took time to eat, have a drink, and most of all, soak up every ounce of joy the day brought! She helped us from the day I said "yes" to the day after the wedding- she was always available and very helpful when it came to dealing with different vendors. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing! She made it easy to feel confident that the day would be perfect if left in her hands, and it was!
Krista of Prive Events is an spectacular wedding coordinator - I would say the best in Seattle. Not only is Krista professional and highly capable, but she also truly cares about her clients and puts her whole heart into each event. My wedding was very complicated with a lot of details and people (270 guests), but Krista handled it with ease. She made my wedding even better than I had ever imaged. Krista made my wedding day perfect, and I can't recommend her enough!
We used Prive's Bartending service. Megen was amazing. She went far above and beyond her duties.
We purchased our own keg, and brought a few bottles of wine.
She did the normal Bartending things, but she also helped us with our cake, she loaned us some linens, also helped with the directing of our guest. She made our Wedding experience amazing!

We got engaged, found the venue and set the wedding date for five months later. I thought, "what's to it?" Um...wrong!!! Once I started looking at checklists and thinking about all of the details involved, I realized we were in over our heads and we needed a professional - and fast!
No idea where to start: We met with Prive and, immediately, my mind felt more at ease. We brainstormed ideas, trying to piece together our ultimate vision and dream wedding. We discussed budget, family dynamics, needs, fears and dreams. The Prive team was extremely adaptable and created a package based on what was best for us.
Finding vendors: One of the first (and most helpful) things the team did was to recommend some incredible vendors and we then made our choices based on availability, budget and compatibility. Without Prive's "filter" we would have been overwhelmed by options.
Crisis coordination: Our venue fell through three months before the wedding and the Prive team scrambled to tap into their network and provide alternates - they did not rest until we found a new venue that felt right. And it turned out better than we could have imagined.
Planning coordination: Through the rest of the planning process, Prive assisted in coordinating the vendors, helping with decision-making when we were clueless and ensuring we were sticking to our timeline and checklist. The Prive team observed and stepped in when needed, otherwise letting us run the show. They were not overly controlling and it was great to have professionals watching over everything to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks.
Day-of coordination: One of the best services the Prive team offered was the "day-of" coordination. They were on-site and behind the scenes to ensure everything went as planned. They were the "good guys" whenever possible but also the "bad guys" whenever needed.
It wasn't until everything was over and the dust had settled that I realized how critical the Prive team was in bringing our wedding to life. We had an incredible day and unforgettable memories and a lot of the best parts are due to Prive's experience, professionalism, and execution.
They really took the time to get to know us and were dedicated to ensuring that the wedding experience was the best possible for us and our family.

Krista was invaluable in the planning of my wedding. At the beginning of my planning experience, I held the thought that I could truly "do it myself;" I had been involved in the industry previously, and am now an interior designer by profession. I thought that I would be utilizing Krista on a rare basis. Boy, was I wrong. Krista was involved in every aspect of planning my wedding. Her knowledge and years of experience became SO evident as we worked together; she had an opinion and recommendation for every planning decision. Without Krista, there were so many things that would have slipped through the cracks. But because Krista has does this for a living, she remembered every last detail. I truly could not have done it without her.
Prive's day-of services were also phenomenal. Our wedding was held at a private residence, which could potentially be a nightmare, but Keshia did an amazing job coordinating the onslaught of vendors and activities.
I highly recommend Prive for their planning and coordinating services. They went above and beyond my expectations, and I have the utmost faith that they will be doing great things in the future!
