I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent casino setup that was arranged by your company for our event. The level of unprofessionalism and incompetence displayed by your team is simply unacceptable.
Firstly, the setup was scheduled for 5 pm, but your team arrived almost three hours late, causing a significant delay to our event. This level of tardiness is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's commitment to punctuality.
Furthermore, when our company owner attempted to address the issues with your team, they were met with unprofessional behavior and a lack of respect. It is essential that your employees maintain a professional demeanor at all times, especially when dealing with clients.
To make matters worse, only one dealer out of the three we had paid for showed up. When I contacted your company to inquire about the missing personnel, I was met with a series of excuses instead of a prompt resolution. This lack of communication and accountability is highly disappointing.
Additionally, your decision to prematurely end the dealer's services at 9 pm, despite our agreement for them to stay until 11 pm, is completely unjustifiable. Considering the delay in setup caused by your team, we should have been compensated with additional time to make up for the lost hours.
Please DO NOT book with this company. I could write an entire dissertation about the absolutely horrendous actions of this company.
To summarize, for our company Christmas party (booked two months in advance and paid in full) the delivery was 3 hours late. They loaded in AFTER my guests (high profile clients, employees and contractors) had been standing around in an empty room for over an hour. Our first deal happened even later, due to having tables and not dealers. When dealers finally arrived, now over two hours past when my guests arrived - none of them even knew how to run Roulette. Then after being at our event for a little over an hour, the owner told the dealers they could leave.
Quick timeline:
Contract agreed setup time 5:00pm
Contract agreed event time: 6:00pm-11:00pm
Truck to unload Tables actually arrived: 6:40pm
Dealers actually arrived: 7:45pm
Attempted to have dealers leave: 9:00pm
Interestingly enough the truck to pickup the tables arrived at 11:00pm. This was our company event. It was extremely embarrassing for us in front of our clients and employees. We paid in full well before the party, confirmed times one week before, the week of and the day of. We spoke directly with the owner about what was happening and she assured us that this is how she runs her business and sees no issues with it. We have requested a full refund as services were not rendered and we did not get what we paid for or were contracted for.
We will get our law firm involved if necessary, but a huge warning to anyone wanting an on time or professional company - DO NOT book with them. This owner should be ashamed of herself and should have tried to make it right. At no point did she have any remorse or care how her inability to manage affected others businesses. Truly repulsive behavior.
I was happy and satisfied bride with the great service they provided on my very special day. Pro Solutions 4 U provided all the flower arrangements for my wedding such as ( the tables center pieces, staircase arrangements, my bouquet, corsages for bridesmaids and groomens) they were all freshly made. I couldn't expect nothing more it was all perfect exactly what I wanted.
The Photobooth service was great. My guests were fascinated with the prop options. The photos were perfect and everyone loved the design of the frame.
