PRO LIMO

We had a great experience using Pro Limo for our wedding in October. We worked with Steve, who provided great customer service and was helpful and attentive in answering all our questions. They kept us up-to-date prior to the big day with text reminders and were on-time. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience booking a limo for our wedding day. Everything was very smooth and easy to understand what was included. Tim, the driver, showed up early on the day of the wedding and was very patient and helpful getting all of us in the limo and he even opened and poured the champagne for us! We had a hard time finding radio stations so Tim actually pulled over and gave me his phone to play Pandora! We will definitely use Pro Limo for any event in the future!

Working with pro limo was so simple- they sent out invoice reminders, called me a few days before the wedding to finalize the timeline, and texted me the day before the wedding with my driver's name and phone number- they even threw in a complimentary bottle of champagne for the ladies on our ride to the ceremony! Both the guys in the office and our driver Bob were very pleasant and great to work with- great company!

We rented the bus from Pro Limo for our wedding on July 7, 2018. From the beginning, Steve was great to work with and was always very responsive to emails and phone calls. Our driver, Jonathan, was great and it was so important for us to have multiple runs back and forth from the venue to the hotel for some of our older guests. Pro Limo is a top notch company and I would recommend their services to anyone. Our bus was clean and we had a lot of fun on our last ride from the venue back to the hotel! We rented the mercedes sprinter limo for our wedding day and had a great experience! Brian was our driver and he made sure that every detail was perfect. He went above and beyond to provide us with the best service and experience possible. He was kind, professional, friendly, and detail oriented. When he picked up the groom, he escorted each member of the party from the house to the limo with an umbrella because it was raining. He checked in with the groom to make sure that he had the rings and other important things that he would need for the day. When he arrived to pick up the rest of the bridal party, he worked with a neighbor to lay out mats so we could get to the limo without ruining our dresses. He was on time and offered assistance for each part of the day. He reminded us about the champagne included with the package and made sure to top us off when it was looking like our glasses were getting low. We also had the pleasure of working with Brian later in the night shuttling guests back to the hotel. He did everything he could to make sure that the transition from one place to another went smoothly and that we were able to transport gifts and other things from the reception safely to my parents car. I cannot speak more highly of our experience with Brian and Pro Limo!!

From start to finish, the people at Pro Limo were the most helpful of all limo companies we talked to. They communicated with us clearly via email, followed up and checked in with us right a few days before the wedding, and were perfectly on time. The driver was extremely professional, opened the door for us, rolled out a red carpet to exit, and included a complementary bottle of champagne! I felt like a movie star in this limo. My entire wedding party fit in with us, they shuttled us around the City for perfect pictures. We had a package with our wedding venue for an allotment of time that we could use the limo for whatever we wanted. We took an extra spin around the City with the kids in our wedding party which made their day so much more special. I plan to use Pro Limo for ANY future specialty events I need. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pro Limo.

We used prolimo for the means of transportation of guests to/from venue and hotel. They did their job sufficiently and took care of our guests keeping them safe. Although small lack of communication at the very end cause some confusion but they were great to follow up with us keeping us happy!

We selected pro limo as our wedding day transportation due to the location, and close proximity of the vendor to our hotel and ceremony/reception venues. Another reason we booked with them, was the incredible wedding limo bus. My husband being 6'9" made it quite hard to find a limo he would fit comfortably in. But the bus was perfect! We set up a pick up time, and had the bus from that point (1:30pm) until midnight that night. We were able to use the bus as a transportation for guests to and from the hotel and venue, and it worked out very well! The bus was comfortable, and the driver was one of the best i've ever dealt with! I will definitley use pro limo again! Great prices!, Great staff! and amazing vehicles!!

We used 23 person stretch SUV Escalade limo from prolimo at our wedding. Everything about the experience from trying the limo, booking, to the wedding day was flawless. John was our driver. He was extremely professional and courteous. the Limo and experience was fantastic. Highly recommend prolimo!

We were beyond satisfied with Pro Limo. Extremely professional and responsive. We booked the mercedes S550 for our wedding. The day of the wedding the S550 was not available so instead the company upgraded us to a mercedes maybach for no additional cost. The vehicle was in pristine condition! Our driver was Bob Ramsey and he was awesome! He arrived early and prepared. 24 hours before the wedding we received a pick up reminder email and the day of the wedding we received another email providing the driver's contact information and his photo. The company promptly provided confirmation emails and updated invoice for every payment that was received. Pro Limo was the only company that had brand new mercedes s550 and was willing to drive over an hour and a half to our destination. My husband and I were very happy we chose Pro Limo for our wedding!

We had a wonderful time in the stretch Camaro this weekend. Bob, our driver, was great and very accommodating. Excellent service. Best limo experience we have ever had! Highly recommend Pro Limo.

I booked Pro Limo at the last minute for one-way transportation for myself and all groomsmen to my wedding on Cape Cod and could not have been happier with my choice. The stretch black limo was in pristine shape and Paul, the driver, was awesome. We were easily able to connect a phone to the Bluetooth and enjoyed the ride from the hotel to the venue. Smooth ride, great service, on-time pickup - couldn't have asked for anything better. -Brendan

We booked a party bus through Pro Limo for our wedding day. Boy, was I disappointed! We wanted a party bus for our bridal party to cruise in-style to our wedding in. Annnnd also for a fun atmosphere- but that, it was NOT! There was NO music!!!!! The radio didn't work. The iPhone cord didn't work. The bluetooth didn't work! Nothing worked! Nothing -not a peep- just static. The driver pulled over to try to get some tunes on after we asked 10 times, but he could not get anything on- and could care less. This was upsetting but I got over it- well kind of. But it gets worse. My husband and I reserved the bus for 3 hours . The venue was 20 minutes away but after "the first look" we wanted to hang on the party bus away from the venue while our guests made their way into the venue. After the first look, I walked back to the bus- ANNNND it was GONE! GONE!!!!!! He took the cooler with booze in it off the bus, which was not supposed to be in the venue, BUT TOOK OFF WITH MY PURSE!! THEN, when we called, never mind the fact that we had to jump through hoops to get in touch with the driver because we had to call the main number, the driver gave us an attitude! He argued with us that and insisted that he could leave after the drop off- which was 1 hour instead of the 3 we paid for upfront before the wedding WITH gratuity included!! He came back after arguing and his boss calling him and telling him that he did have to stay- which was awkward, but I'm glad he did because he still had my purse! We tried to get in touch with the company before our honeymoon to see if they could make it right but they are very unresponsive and still are. Save your time and patience and look some for a limo/party bus somewhere else. These guys are the worst.

I cannot say enough about what a great all-around company Pro Limo is! The people in the office are extremely nice, helpful and attentive. In gathering initial information, I was impressed with the price and what was included, but even more so at the service level that was provided to me on that first phone call. ProLimo came in way below on price than any other company I reached out to in the area. I was impressed that the cost not only included tax and gratuity, but it included a red carpet roll out for the bride (score!) as well as a bottle of champagne. The week of the wedding, they call to confirm the details. The day before, they send a 24-hour reminder email. And they day of they send an email with the driver's information and picture! Bob was assigned to us and he was SO great! He was funny and attentive, and always seemed to know when to step in and help or step back. He was very prompt- he picked up the groomsmen at one hotel and brought them to the church, then came to get me and my girls at another hotel to bring us over. We weren't ready upon his arrival, so he patiently waited for us. We were in a 10 passenger stretch white limo, and it was impeccable- very clean and spacious with a great blue-tooth enabled stereo setup- great to blast those post-ceremony jams! Everything flowed very smoothly and timely. The last thing a bride wants on her day is for her vendors to be running late, and Pro Limo did NOT disappoint. We enjoyed working with Pro Limo and highly recommend them for their professionalism, attention, timeliness, and service level!

Pro Limo did an amazing job. They were very prompt and accommodated our request to shuttle guests back and forth from the hotels to the wedding venue. They did such an flawless job with this, we were nervous that it wouldn't work but they made it happen. They were so good to my father who has a handicap, helping him in and out of the limo. They really made a special night even better I really recommend them enough!

we used pro limo ride to transport myself (bride) and the female wedding party members to the church and then the whole bridal party from the church to the reception. Service was perfect, our driver arrived early and handle everything perfect.
