I can't say enough good things about Pro Sound DJ! I worked with John Franz and DJ Deryk and they were both awesome. Deryk followed me VERY SPECIFIC list absolutely perfectly and was a huge help to the event venue's staff. Because of them, the night was perfect. They were super organized, super responsive, and thought of everything!

DJ Jimmy was by far our favorite vendor at our wedding. He was so kind and professional, and made all of our music wishes for our ceremony & reception come true. Meeting him a week before the wedding, he calmed all our nerves. He was a wonderful EMCEE & played all the music we wanted + some of the most amazing remixes I’ve ever heard. Everyone kept raving about him for days after the wedding. Several of my friends who are recently engaged will definitely be reaching out for his services for their own wedding!! We trusted the reviews on the knot before booking with Pro Sound & we could not have been more pleased!!

ProSoundDJ is amazing to work with! DJ Julius was professional, on time, and played the best music! He had our guests out on the dance floor all night. I will definitely be using ProSoundDJ for future events.

Brandon was our DJ. He was super friendly was very professional. He made sure our quests had a wonderful time. Pro sound DJ is a company I would recommend to anyone needing a DJ for your next wedding. There vast music selection made picking music for our wedding so easy.

Pro Sound DJ was amazing to work with for my daughter’s ceremony and reception. John was always very prompt about answering any questions we had. DJ Aaron was very attentive, really knew how to read the room, and kept the dance floor full all night! I would most definitely use them again and will highly recommend!

I enjoyed working with Pro Sound. Their communication was good and the price was right. DJ Julius did a perfect job throughout the ceremony and reception. He nailed his cues and took an appropriate amount of song requests from the guests. He also helped by editing down some of the first dance songs so that they didn't drag. Our photo booth operator, Alex, also did a phenomenal job. People loved him and enjoyed taking prints home throughout the night. He dealt with a small amount of drunk shenanigans (too many people in frame lol), but nailed it. We got a USB at the end of the night with all the photos and they are great.

Let’s just say from the start Pro Sounds was amazing. I reached out to see if they were available for our wedding and the owner John reached back out very promptly stating they were available and set up a time to talk about the wedding details and then once it got closer to date John reached out to me again and gave me my Djs name and we had Jimmy and told me he would reach out to me on Monday before my wedding and he did and we discussed the timeline. Then day of wedding Jimmy was absolutely amazing. When I told him about our special guest appearance he went right with the flow and got the songs on a whim.

Okay. Let me just say that John and Jimmy made our special day PERFECT. From start to finish, communication was clear and response time was quick. It was really awesome how Jimmy got on the phone with us and took our feedback on our ideal night and the schedule. As you know some things don’t go as planned. I myself made a mistake in the order of the wedding party entering in the venue and on the fly, Jimmy took the change and ran with it! No pushback, just did it. Throughout the night, the songs were bumping with such a great variety mixed in that the dance floor was always full of people from start to finish! This is also considering that we had an outdoor fire pit where some people went but the dance floor NEVER died! It was a night to remember. Jimmy is the class of the DJ world in my opinion with all the weddings I’ve been to. I will recommend him to anybody I know. Thanks guys!

We chose Pro Sound DJ for our wedding dinner reception and they were great! John was awesome with his prompt responses to all my initial inquires. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The pricing was just right, the best deals I’ve seen based on my research. We had DJ Julius as our DJ and he was just amazing. He showed up on time, setup according, and played the music we had chosen. There were no hiccups, things went as planned and we couldn’t have chosen a better company. I highly recommend Pro Sound DJ.

Jimmy was a great DJ. He did the music for the wedding as well as the reception and did a great job. He was very easy to work with and even made some suggestions to make it even better. You can't go wrong with Jimmy!

We had Julius for our wedding reception, and he was fabulous! My ONLY complaint, was cupid shuffle was supposed to be played right after the group photo to get everyone dancing, but not a big deal. We picked too many songs, forgetting the hour of dinner music was included in our 4 hour time frame, so there were songs we wanted to hear but didn't, no fault of his. With the online music forms, the version of our first dance was not listed as an option, and Julius was able to get the right version! He was energetic, and would recommend to others! The online planning forms made turning in our timeline and choosing songs for certain parts of our reception easy.

We had Jon DJ for us for our wedding reception and he was sooo great!! We are very particular about our music and he listened to us and was just so on point. Can’t say enough good things about him and very happy he helped our dance floor stay busy!!

We had initially hired Pro Sound DJ for their affordability, but their excellent pricing doesn't sacrifice customer care. Despite our wedding reception being delayed over a year due to Covid, John and Pro Sound DJ stuck with us, communicating promptly and kindly every time we had a question or needed to change the date. Their web forms made it easy to tell them our schedule and exactly what we wanted. We were updated via a personal email when the forms were received. We also received a call from our DJ Julius beforehand to get to know us and double check our details. Finally, 2 years after our initial communication, we had our reception. DJ Julius pumped up our guests to celebrate as though no time had passed between ceremony & reception. We felt newly married all over again :) The setup was great with some lights to decorate the dance floor and an excellent sound system. He did a masterful job keeping the tunes going, playing songs we had requested in our form, working in the family polkas ;-) and requests from our guests. Everyone commented afterward what an amazing and fun party it was, and DJ Julius and Pro Sound DJ was a major factor. I highly recommend them!!!

They made the entire process super easy - from reaching back out after my initial inquiry, working with me to make adjustments to our service as I needed, providing a very straightforward online process for communicating timelines, info, and song requests, and doing a great job the night of! DJ Deryk was super professional, kept everything during our reception moving along smoothly, and made sure everyone had fun on the dance floor all night long!

Julius was so much fun and executed our ceremony music and MC-ing flawlessly. He was engaging and was able to read the energy of the room and make our party so much fun. We loved every choice he made to keep things going. These guys make everything easy with forms and pricing options to fit anyone's wedding day goals. Highly recommend this group and would say to ask for Julius – he's a great time!

They were great for our wedding reception. They communicate well, and are reasonably priced. When it came to the event, the DJ was well prepared and did a great job with the music and introductions.

Overall a great wedding and wonderful DJ service!!! We are very pleased. I will say, the website is slightly outdated which made it more difficult to complete the necessary forms. I suggest doing personal research as to which moments "deserve" a special song, as some of these were not listed on the forms which may cause you to forget! DJ was great about talking on the phone and communicating. Easy to work with as far as finalizing details!

Highly unsatisfactory. Please, do not waste your money here. We have given all of our vendors 5 star reviews but this one really ruined a lot of things. We really liked the DJ as he was very kind and friendly but he didn’t download the Spanish song list I gave him so my family could dance to their music. Hardly anyone was on the dance floor. It was extremely embarrassing and I talked to him and told him to play the song list I gave him and he was trying to download it during the wedding reception. May I add he also played the wrong song for our first dance and it really took away our special moment. I was so upset but had to play it off for my guests and we will never have that moment again. They were also extremely difficult to stay in contact with and took forever to respond to emails. I am sparring you the same heartache I went through. Do not use them. I hate that I had to write a bad review but it needs to be done so no one else goes through this experience.

We used Pro Sounds for our wedding reception and loved every moment of it! They were very organized and kept our reception running smooth. They followed through with our requested song list and engaged the crowd! They kept our partying going and our dance floor crowded. They even set up a meeting before hand to understand all of the logistics. Thank you Pro Sounds!

We used Pro Sounds and had Julius as our DJ. He was so much fun!! Ahead of us every step of the way to guide us in executing the best possible reception for our guests. He paid attention to their reactions to music and adjusted the playlist accordingly. He kept the evening rolling like clockwork and made us feel like the most important clients he’s dealt with...overall 10/10 and the expense was minimal for 5 hours of music (including ceremony) and lighting. Honestly, unbeatable as far as I am concerned and so happy they were part of our big day!!

Our DJ Jon was so much fun! Our guests even commented on how great of a DJ he was. There were always people on the dance floor, every song he played was a hit. The owner John was also amazing. He was extremely responsive and so understanding when our wedding was postponed due to Covid. I would definitely recommend Pro Sound DJs, they were extremely professional and their prices can’t be beat!

Our DJ Jon was so professional at our 7/18/20 event. He went over everything with me on the phone before the event, and he was very friendly. He played great songs from our list, keeping the dance floor packed all evening. He checked in with the groom and I before starting each next big thing (toasts, dances, etc.) which was very thoughtful. I truly couldn’t have been happier. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the company for allowing me to postpone with no extra charges. Covid hit our area 5 days before our original date causing us to postpone, and their flexibility made a huge blow a lot easier to take. Thank you thank you thank you!

Pro Sound DJ was so easy to work with for speaker rentals at my wedding. The delivery, set up, and pick up was easy and stress free. Their technician showed our coordinator how to use the sound system and everything worked out just fine. The dance floor was full all night with a playlist made by us. I would highly recommend their services to anyone interested in doing speaker rental instead of a DJ.

I was nervous to use Pro Sound because the price was so good, and because we didn’t meet our DJ until a few days before the wedding. I was worried for nothing! Our DJ, Jon was so amazing for our ceremony and reception, and truly made our wedding day. He was communicative and followed our requests exactly, which was a huge help (and relief!) because we didn’t have a professional day-of coordinator. Everything went smoothly and he went above and beyond, helping release tables for our buffet, making announcements fun, and keeping the dance floor going. I would 100% recommend Pro Sound and Jon. The owner, John (different than DJ Jon), was also very responsive and helpful through the planning process. Hiring them was so worth the extra money, stress, and time saved compared just using Spotify playlist and renting a sound system, which we had seriously considered. We loved having pro sound at our wedding. Our DJ Michelle was great and we had an awesome time on the dance floor. The photo booth was a huge success. Really glad we got the photo booth because everyone talked about it after the wedding was over. The photos come in great quality and our photo booth operator was super nice! Pro Sound was a dream to work with for my wedding! John answered all of my questions in a timely manner and the website forms were easy to use. We really got lucky with MT as our DJ. She monitored the room well, took any request, and was very flexible! She knew exactly what she was doing and she did it so well. For our wedding, we asked our friend to DJ, and decided to take care of his equipment rental. We went with Pro Sound and I'm so glad we did. I spoke to John on the phone and he walked me through what we might need, and answered all of my (and our DJ's) questions. He was very responsive via email during the lead up to the big day, and made payment very easy as well. When I picked up the gear, John walked me through every connection, cable, and feature of our order. His thoroughness and professionalism helped to make our wedding day incredibly special. From our first dance to, family speeches, to our last song, everything sounded amazing. I highly recommend working with John and Pro Sound. You won't be disappointed!

Everything was perfect leading up to and during the event. The dj that was picked was amazing and helpful with suggestions since this was our first time.Had the photo booth which was awesome. Picture perfect night! Would use them again and again!

They were awesome and always just an email away if I had any questions or concerns. They always got back to me super fast and when I had to change my wedding date unexpectedly (husband is in the military) they had no problem changing the contract and didn’t charge me any extra. Not to mention, Audra the Dj herself, did an amazing job the night of my wedding she was respectful and friendly. I definitely recommend!

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Jimmy and Pro Sound DJ & Rental. I spoke with John via email a lot before the big day (much easier for me, I hate the phone) and he was always prompt on answering my questions and payment was easy. This company was affordable and the level of service for the price was amazing! The online song request form was so easy to use and I had a ton of fun picking out my must play and don't play lists. I even requested a few songs they didn't have in their "inventory" and they made it happen for me! I paid more for Jimmy to do the ceremony music for my wedding as well as the reception and he did an amazing job. I asked for my bridal entrance song to play at a certain point in the song and he timed it perfectly, I was soooooo happy! I was able to submit a timeline for my reception before the big day and Jimmy kept everything perfectly on time for me! He checked in with me and my husband throughout the day and made sure we were always happy. It was such a huge stress relief to have someone making sure things stayed on schedule and making sure I had all the big things I wanted taken care of. We even had extra time and everyone arrived at our reception hall sooner than planned and Jimmy moved the whole schedule up seamlessly and made sure everything was still covered. Jimmy coordinated with all my other vendors (officiant, photographer, reception staff, etc) and they all blew me out of the water with how well things went on our wedding day! Literally everything went exactly how it should have and I couldn't be happier! The music, quality, professionalism and affordability were all amazing! I would use this company and Jimmy again in a heartbeat!

We chose Pro Sound DJ based on a family recommendation. Audra was the DJ as my brother's wedding last year and we thought she did a great job. The price was right for the services we wanted, so my husband and I decided to hire Pro Sound DJ as well. We were lucky enough to also have Audra as our DJ, and she is consistently fantastic. She called us a few night before our reception to go over our music likes/dislikes and discuss the timeline for the night. She truly listened to all of our request and concerns and we highly recommend including Audra at your event.

Pro Sound DJ did an amazing job!! John was so easy to work with and communicated quickly. Our DJ, MT, was awesome!! She was so fun and between our picks and hers, we had people on the dance floor all night! They were also extremely affordable, which was a huge plus!

Our DJ Jon was very professional and followed our song list/timeline effortlessly while adding in requests and songs at his discretion. He also made sure to review name pronunciation in our phone consultation and again before the reception announcement (it's the little things you notice!). Great value for the money!

I was initially drawn to Pro Sound because of the affordability of the wedding reception packages. We had an indoor/outdoor wedding on May 26th, and working with John and our DJ Terence was a breeze! John communicated promptly and regularly via email about all of the questions I had and he adjusted the time/details on our package several times. We wanted to have music for the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour and also for the indoor reception, and John and Terence worked out a way to make this happen for us. When we were planning out the music for the day, we used Pro Sound’s online software to build a playlist, and we were impressed by the song selection and the ease of use with the website. We were also impressed working with DJ Terence leading up to and on the day. He called us in the week before our wedding to go over the entire day and was asking us questions we hadn’t even thought of! It definitely took some stress out of that part of the day because we trusted Terence to make sure things went smoothly. Terence arrived early to make sure the set up would work and provided music for the cocktail hour and dinner hour - we got compliments from the guests on his selections. During the reception, Terence played from our selected music and read the dance floor to keep people dancing the entire night. Overall, communicating with Pro Sound was easy and both John and Terence really worked to make sure that part of our day was amazing.

This company was great! Local, pleasant, enthusiastic, affordable. The planning website was easy to use and very helpful. Our DJ contacted us prior to the wedding to introduce herself and go over details. We were comfortable asking questions and hashing out ideas. We were so happy with them and everything!!!!

Alex did a fantastic job for us! He arrived on time, was both fun and professional in announcing the different parts of the reception, and he worked with our music suggestions to make a playlist that really got people dancing. That's one big thing I'd think most couples want -- to see their guests dancing and having fun. Alex helped us make that happen, and for that we're grateful.

DJ MT provided dinner and dancing music for our wedding at the Missouri Botanical Garden. She did a really great job - the crowd had a blast and she was very accommodating to different music tastes, requests, etc. I also appreciated that Pro Sound was responsive to emails and that I was able to pay online. Overall would recommend!

We were set up with Audra as our DJ, after discussing all of the details with John and we were "matched" with her. It was a PERFECT match!! We had a very unique ceremony that required her assistance with music, and she absolutely nailed it. However, the best part was how well she read and interacted with our guests. We gave her maybe 5 songs we wanted to hear and otherwise we asked her to just keep the party going all night. She absolutely did!! The dance floor was hopping, and I received SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on the music. She read the crowd perfectly, made the perfect selections, and kept the party going all night. I couldn't possibly have been more pleased with her work!! We used Pro Sound for our wedding and was very pleased with the service. The price was a major selling point for us (got everything we wanted - uplights and music for much less than most everyone else) and then we found the online tool to select music and create our schedule easy and helpful. Audra was our DJ and she was great! She called us a few days before the wedding and made us feel so comfortable and excited for the big day. She was very easy to work with and was quick to take our requests and handle any last minute changes that came up during the event. We got compliments all night about how great the playlist was and that everyone was having a great time.

DJ Audra was exactly what our Vow Renewal and reception needed. I found this company after a previously booked DJ (and friend) had a medical emergency. With the event less than 10 days away, we were able to iron out details and get this booked in less than 24 hours. Within the next 24 hours we had been contacted by Audra, and had all the details ironed out. Since the reception, everyone I have interacted with that was at the event has told us how our Vow Renewal was one of the best they'd ever been to, and all have commented on how the music was a perfect fit for us, the event, and the crowd. We aren't the "chicken dance and hokey pokey" kind of couple, and after chatting with Audra, she knew exactly what vibe we were looking for, and she mixed our requests in with her selections seamlessly. I will definitely recommend them, and Audra, to anyone who is looking for a memorable event!

I booked Pro Sound for my daughter's wedding reception & was so glad that I did! The owner, John was wonderful to work with. He almost always answered the phone & if I called after hours with questions, he always returned my call as soon as the business reopened. He answered all of my questions & even some that I didn't know I should have been asking. The online forms made everything a whole lot easier. These forms, again, helped with things that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. Our DJ, Terence, called my daughter, at her convenience (she works crazy retail hours) a week before the wedding & they went over everything together. Terence was AMAZING! Some DJ's talk way too much, in my opinion, but Terence was just right & played all the music we wanted. We got a lot of really nice compliments from people about how much fun they had on the dance floor. Getting down to the cost now... Pro Sound is an amazingly great value & they deliver a great service for the money. We would highly recommend Pro Sound DJ & Rental & Terence to anyone!

Couldn't be happier with their service from the day I found them to the end of our reception. John and the online forms made planning a breeze - it even helped alleviate the stress of forgetting something important because they have it all listed and you just choose what you're doing and what song you would like them to play! They have a huge selection of music to choose from and even have "most requested" lists you can look over for the different parts of your event. Alex was our DJ and did a FANTASTIC job! When he called me prior to the reception I could tell he cared about what we were expecting and wanted to make sure to have an understanding of the atmosphere we were wanting to create to enable him to do a good job. When I first met him at the reception, I was impressed by how well he was dressed and how he had already coordinated with the event staff and photographer throughout the night. There was never a dull or boring moment, and I feel like we owe that all to Alex. Highly recommend their services for ANY event, but especially a wedding because there are some really expensive DJ's out there, just taking advantage of people fear of not having a fun atmosphere for their guests, but Pro Sound was affordable and yet professional in every way!

We had our wedding on 10/14/17. Alex was our DJ and he did an awesome job. We wanted to keep requests to a minimum, and he did just that. He kept our music up beat and kept the dance floor packed! I really appreciated everything he did and we got tons of complements on our wedding. Their planning list online made it easy, and John was great communicating throughout the entire process! Alex was our Dj and he did an awesome job!! The bridal party had a few hiccups, but he worked with our photographers to figure out the problem and he went with it like a champ! He used our request list which was awesome and he was super nice! He wore a nice tux, so he definitely was professional!

DJ Audra was great! She called and ran through everything a few days prior to the wedding, and made sure we knew what was going on and ran us through the event timeline. She gave suggestions but accommodated whatever we asked. She even stayed a bit past 11 pm after the remaining guests called for a dancing encore! John was also very easy to contact throughout the whole process leading up to the wedding, and the website made it super easy to keep tabs on the timeline, song selection, and dance selection.

I was anxious about what dj we would use for our wedding reception. I searched all over for good reviews and good prices and thats how I found Pro Sound DJ. I am so pleased with how they did! I emailed them so many times with tons of questions. They always answered them all and helped make sure I hadn't missed everything. Then we got to talk to our dj, Audra, a couple weeks before the wedding and she put all our fears to rest. She was sp excellent and really made our reception everything we hoped for and more! My brother in law and his fiance decided that night that they want to use her at their upcoming wedding! The compliments I received about my reception was for the food and our dj!! Everyone loved Audra. She's so personable and did everything we asked. It was pouring rain when we got to the venue and she ran outside to sit in our car with us to discuss everything real quick. We loved working with Mary. She was knowledgeable, professional, and really listened to what we wanted. She had the daunting task of playing both our ceremony and reception music and executed everything flawlessly, right down to our requested, most intricate timing. We would highly recommend her and this company.

ProSound is affordable AND amazing! Music was very important to us for our wedding and they delivered. John was immediately very helpful explaining all the planning tools that were available to us, which made things very easy. Our actual DJ, Jon, was great too! We chatted a few days before the wedding to go over the schedule of events as well as any other details that needed to be hashed out. Everything went perfectly. Jon was very nice, punctual, played everything we wanted at the times we needed it, and was available to us if we needed him. He also respected our wishes--if anyone tried to request a song, he made sure he had my permission (bride), which is what we asked of him. Everything went so smoothly and I would definitely recommend DJ Jon!!! He did such a wonderful job!

Mary was our DJ for our wedding renewal reception in June and she was amazing! She was professional, courteous and a lot of fun! She kept people on the dance floor all night!

We used them for both the ceremony and the reception. The reception was exactly what we requested - we didn't want an overbearing DJ and Mike was great and played what we asked and even made sure some of the requests from kiddos were ok with me. I was particularly blown away by the ceremony DJ though, Jim Duffie which was unexpected. It hadn't occurred to me until the week before that I might need to figure out ceremony music and felt a little frantic about it. Jim called me and had great suggestions, having looked at my online music request list to see the general music we like. He made suggestions I never would have thought of, like what to play during the sand ceremony so people weren't just staring at us in silence. He got us an amazing piano version of Everlong which was absolutely perfect for that. I felt relieved after speaking with him and it all went very well!

We had a smaller ceremony and reception, and had our own musicians, so we went with Pro Wedding DJs for all of our equipment needs - it was perfect! I ordered a few things equipment wise that John knew would not be a great fit for our venue, so he called me, explained what the better option would be, and he was right!

My husband and I used Pro Sound DJ and Rental company for our wedding on May 13th, 2017 and was assigned Audra as our DJ. If there was one thing I could have changed about our wedding, it would have been the DJ. Our experience with the actual DJ company was not bad! They have great communication and were always quick to respond. However, our experience with our DJ, Audra was the opposite. It has taken me a while to write this review due to how upset it makes me. Our ceremony started at 7:00 and Audra told us she would be there at 5:30 to set up, which was an extra hour we had to pay for but we went ahead and paid for it since she needed that set up time. 5:30 came around and she is no where to be found. We called her multiple times to make sure she could find the venue okay and see if she needed any help with anything but she did not answer any of our calls. She did not show up until TWENTY minutes before the ceremony and was an absolute mess and we paid money for an extra hour for nothing. My brother in law was amazing and tried helping her set up since there was limited time but she was rude and super unprepared. Throughout the ceremony there were a few problems, such as the officiants microphone not working at the right time (I understand with technology things happen.) When it came time for our exit song, it did not start playing until we were already almost all the way down the aisle. Once the ceremony was over and it came time for the reception she could not find her paper with the schedule we made on it. I created the timeline in a way that would have worked smoothly but the entire night I had no clue what was going on and she gave no warning. It came time for the father daughter dance and I had to find my dad and tell him really fast because we were given no warning. It came time for the garter toss and she announced it while I was eating dessert and had to drop that and find a chair in a hurry. It was an absolute mess and she did not seem to have a clue as to what she was doing. I chose family friendly music that people could dance to and when it finally came time for dancing and people were out on the floor she played the slower songs on my playlist that were meant for the cocktail hour when people were eating. I would have thought that she would be able to go off the mood of the party and play the faster songs on the playlist when there were people dancing. Instead, my Maid of honor requested that she play the faster songs on my playlist and she rudely responded with "these are the songs on her playlist" and "she picked these songs" and did not make changes until the second time someone talked to her. Dancing is one of my favorite things to do and I was really looking forward to this aspect of my wedding. Instead it was a really stressful part of my night. We thought going into this that we would have a good DJ experience as this company is highly rated but that was not our experience. It is really true that a DJ either makes or breaks your reception. This would be the only thing I would change out of our wedding. Such a big disappointment.

I am SO glad I booked ProSound for my wedding. This was something I was particularly nervous about, since a DJ can make or break your reception atmosphere. We had Audra, who is so fun and spunky, yet responsible and loving. She gave my husband and I a huge hug at the end and thanked us for allowing her to play! No, Audra, thank YOU! On top of this, the process of setting up this vendor was painless - everything could be communicated through email. And they have a great web portal to adjust your event timeline and make song requests. Overall, this was a wonderful experience! And such a great price, too! I'd recommend to ALL St. Louis brides!

Pro Sound had excellent email communication throughout the planning process. Our DJ Terrence was awesome! Everything went amazingly, all of our requested music was played with no issues and everyone enjoyed dancing all night!

We had our wedding last September. Pro Sound DJ seemed too good to be true, very affordable, make your own playlist and table of events. We talked to Paulie, our DJ a week before the wedding, and he was awesome. He wanted our wedding to go exactly how we wanted, but he also provided me great recommendations, and I'm so glad that he did. Our reception was a lot of fun thanks to Paulie. He even set up the lighting that we rented before the reception. I highly recommend Pro Sound DJ. Ask for Paulie.

For my past wedding in February we used Pro Weddings for their led uplighting, and dj/ dance floor lights. So going into this I knew zer0 about anything lights and didn't know where to begin (my brother was our DJ so DJ services obviously weren't needed! ). After an email inquiry with various vendors I set up for a phone meeting with Pro to discuss prices and options in better detail. After a long conversation with John it was a no brainer that I would be using Pro Weddings for their lighting. He not only helped me get the best deal for the most savings, but he also explained what color options were most popular and why. ( I actually changed my wedding colors so I could use blue uplighting instead of red and it turned out fabulous!). Anyway, they are extremely affordable, and have excellent service. There isnt really a good reason on why you shouldnt use them... :)

Disappointed in how they handled our reception.

Absolutely fantastic experience all the way around! Very easy to work with and understand and they helped take a lot of stress away in regards to planning our wedding. Our DJ, Paulie, was awesome! He called us ahead of time and even helped us in regards to some timeline planning since he obviously knows weddings pretty well! Paulie was very professional and did a great job of reading the crowd and playing what we were enjoying the most! Paulie followed the timeline perfectly, played every song we wanted, and did a great job of keeping things moving since my bride and I could hardly keep track of anything since we were having so much fun! Thank you guys for making our wedding day fantastic! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a DJ. You won't find a better price or a better experience! Thanks so much!

We had pro sound do our ceremony and our reception. They did a great job. We had Paulie as our Dj for the evening and he didn't an amazing job. He was prompt, played exactly what we had asked for and made sure not to play the music we specifically asked to not be played the evening with no exceptions. He was very professionally and was dressed very well for the occasion as well. I would highly recommend pro-sound and Paulie if he's available for the evening.

Overall, I had a good experience. The communication was always prompt and the price was right! The DJ called me a few days before to go over my preferences and for the most part, everything came together great. There was one point when a song seemed to get stuck and that same part kept replaying over and over for several minutes. The DJ seemed to be scrambling to find something else to play. That was the only technical hiccup. Also, I didn't notice this at the time, but many of my older guests told me that the music was too loud. However, I'm sure if they had mentioned something to him, he would have turned it down a bit. But nobody said anything until later! Finally, although I submitted a lenghty list of "must plays" and "try to plays" there were still a lot of songs that were played that were not on either of my lists. And many on my "try to play" list that didn't get played. Overall though, they were very reliable and cost less than half of what the other DJs were. And I'm sure if I had spoken up and requested that he turn the music down a bit, he would have been very accommodating.

Last Saturday we had Jon from Pro Wedding DJs at our wedding reception and he was fantastic! Jon was speedy in his set-up, kept our event on track, worked alongside our mariachi band with seamless transition, played a great assortment of tunes that kept the dance floor full, and was extremely kind and polite. We are so happy we found this company on The Knot and had Jon as our DJ at our event. I will definitely be using them again in the future! What a great company and great price!

It is everything positive that is listed out by the other reviewers. I doubt there will be another vendor that can beat these prices. Pro sounds was extremely professional in everyway. DJ Jimmy went beyond my expectations and volunteered to play the playlist in the wedding ceremony as well. He made us feel comfotable and did an exceptional job at orchestrating the whole reception. I would recommend them to anyone for any event.

I hope this is for the correct DJ, we used Pro Sound DJs http://prosounddjsinc.com/ and they were absolutely amazing!! We had DJ Paulie, who was super fun and nice, and even gave in to my friends chanting "Taylor Swift! Taylor Swift!" at the very end of the night. Everyone had a blast and said it was the best dance party they've ever been to!

The DIY service was awesome! Everything about the set-up is very easy and compatible with whatever you may want. The lights syncing to the music is a great added bonus. We had a wonderful experience! Communication was prompt and professional. DJ equipment was one thing I did not have to worry about on my wedding day--I honestly didn't even see the set up/tear down but it was efficient and everything worked well. I would rehire them in a heartbeat!
