both a service charge and a damage waiver fee added to the rental costs as these were not clearly explained. While I fully expected the standard rental fee, tax, and delivery charges, the additional fees felt excessive and were not clearly justified from a customer perspective.
However, Chris followed up personally with a phone call to discuss my experience, which I truly appreciated. He took the time to listen to my concerns, provided much-needed clarity regarding pricing, and handled the situation with professionalism and care.
I genuinely appreciate the transparency and the effort to make things right. It is clear this company cares about its customers and the experience they provide.

They are definitely pricier than other companies in the area, but this is reflected in the higher quality of their products and services (you definitely get what you pay for in this case).

rough PPR- we had a great experience with them! The prices were comparable to other local event rental places, and their delivery and pickup was prompt! We LOVED the benches, and PPR was the only place in Upstate SC to offer those as rentals- they really made the ceremony beautiful!
