We used PPR for our linen rentals for our Asheville wedding. Everything turned out beautiful and was so smooth. So easy to work with, would definitely recommend!
Professional Party Rentals helped make our wedding day a reality, with so many options to choose from, they helped bring our wedding Pinterest board to life. Delivery, set-up, and clean-up on the day of was so well organized and coordinated. Their rentals were great quality. We even had our signature cocktails served in some of their specialty glasses. The unique glasses were not only enjoyed by our guests, but also added décor to our cocktail/reception tables. Highly recommend Professional Party Rentals! (Event Date 10.22.22)
PPR was wonderful to work with for the rentals for our wedding! From a stage to pipe and drape, and everything in between, they were great and always so responsive. Will definitely use them again for rentals in the future!
PPR provided us with our chairs, tables, silverware, glassware, tent, seating, ceremony chairs, etc for our wedding and everything was so beautiful!!! They have everything and I would absolutely use them again!!!
Professional Party Rentals is amazing! They had everything we needed and were so flexible up to the few days before the wedding when we had some count changes and additional items. They are very responsive, have a great selection of items, and everything looked just as it did in the pictures when it arrived in person. The delivery team arrived on time and was efficient at unloading/loading. Very happy with their services and items!!
Jim Mabry and his staff at Professional Party Rentals were excellent to work with. They were so helpful in the planning of my daughter's wedding reception. He was knowledgable and his staff was efficient and professional.
Loved working with PPR! They had so many amazing rentals to pick from, including a super cute wine barrel as a cake stand! They were reasonably priced and did a great job following up throughout the planning process.
My event planner worked directly with Professional Party Rentals for me, but I was very pleased with the linens for our rehearsal dinner. We used sage colored napkins which were gorgeous and gave our outdoor setting a pretty pop of color. The runners for the tables were perfect, too. The company was professional and made it easy to return the linens. I would recommend this PPR and plan on using them again in the future!
They had a three delivery window for my wedding, and showed up almost three hours later, an hour before my ceremony. Many decorative details did not get to be set out and completed because everything was so rushed. This not only affected my decor, but also the caterer as well as it delayed their set up and prep. After speaking with management, we were offered a 20% refund. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else on their wedding day because I know how much time is spent planning the little details.
Everything was perfect!! Janice was so responsive and organized even when I changed my order every other day! Such a great rental company! Brought everything 4 days earlier so we had plenty of time to setup! Will definitely be using them in the future!
PPR was indeed very professional and helped make our wedding reception as cozy & bright as we hoped! It was so easy to work with the manager; he worked with my changing needs up until the last minute, and was alway kind and understanding. The crew worked seamlessly setting up all tents & most tables (per our request, we had to wait until the day before to finish since it was at home & not solely under the tents) - and the same can be said for their tear down and removal. Everyone was friendly, and the site looked amazing with their help.
Working with the staff at Professional Party Rental was a breeze for our destination wedding in Asheville, NC. They are very responsive, accommodating, and go out of their way to make sure their clients are happy. They gave us a very reasonable quote and were the only company willing to deliver within the strict time window provided by our site vendor. The furniture looked great at our ceremony and staff were punctual and professional on the day of the wedding.
We rented linens and a farm table from Professional Party Rentals and both looked amazing! It really helped that they let me borrow (at no charge) 2 different shades of linen tablecloths to try out when I couldn't decide which color I wanted (this was before I had even ordered from them). However, the table we got was supposed to be a lower height and when we set the table up we realized it was elevated and needed different chairs than the ones we were planning on using. We were able to adjust, but definitely check everything when you pick it up or when it is delivered to make sure it is right. They are definitely pricier than other companies in the area, but this is reflected in the higher quality of their products and services (you definitely get what you pay for in this case).
Tracey at PPR made the process of renting chairs and linens for our wedding a breeze. Truly easy quote/invoice process and they were so incredibly professional and timely. I didn’t have to worry at all about the service or products I was provided.
Professional Party Rentals was great to work with! They have a large selection to choose from and our wedding wouldn't have been the same without their products. The entire process was smooth, from picking out items to drop off and set up. We were impressed by their work and are very appreciative of what they did to make our day special!
Tracey and the Professional Party Rentals team were wonderful to work with. Tracey walked me through rental options based on my desired layout and budget, making sure that my wedding would be exactly as I pictured it in my mind. She was also incredibly flexible, being very patient with some last minute changes. Tracey and the Professional Party Rentals team were always accommodating and kind. The rental pieces pulled the space together and gave us the exact look we were dreaming of!
PPR has earned a name for themselves in the upstate and I was so thankful I got to work with them for my wedding. Through their years of experience, they seem to have worked out every kink. When I passed along the information to them, I knew they were going to make it perfect! The set up and tear down teams were hardworking and willing to be flexible when needed. Will absolutely work with them again.
PPR (Jason and team at the Cashiers location) was absolutely incredible to work with when planning our Cashier wedding. We greatly appreciated his expertise and willingness to open the PPR showroom so that we could select our tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, etc in person, and he even offered to transfer inventory from the PPR Greenville location to meet our needs. Every item was of excellent quality, from the tent to the ceremony benches, and the team's wedding day set up, management (of sound equipment), and take down was absolutely seamless. PPR had all of the items we wanted and excellent customer service, and our wedding went more smoothly and turned out more beautiful than expected. Thank you PPR!
Tracey H is a life saver. She did anything and everything to make our wedding and reception PERFECT! They are the go-to people in the upstate.
We worked with Maria at PPR to pick out our linens for our wedding reception and she was so easy to work with. She helped in recommending what would work best for our style and budget. They also have lots of really neat decorations for rent at their warehouse!

Great inventory, great prices, great customer service!
We used Professional Party Rentals for some of our items, through our caterer Bagatelle Caterers. We rented tables, glass and silver, and beautiful farm benches for our ceremony through PPR- we had a great experience with them! The prices were comparable to other local event rental places, and their delivery and pickup was prompt! We LOVED the benches, and PPR was the only place in Upstate SC to offer those as rentals- they really made the ceremony beautiful!

We rented mics and speakers from here. A good value but not a lot of selection, but the staff was nice. They picked up and delievered.
Marlene did a fantastic job and all rentals were delivered and picked up when scheduled and looked just as we wanted!
PPR was fabulous to work with. They off delivery or pickup services which was great for us. They loaded up our truck with the folding chairs and tables we used for our rehearsal dinner, and they were very understanding and allowed us to return the items on the Monday after the wedding with no extra charge. Which was very nice, to not have to worry about that during all the wedding day chaos!
They got my order exactly right and it was beautiful! Great quality and service.
PPR was great to work with. Janice helped us plan everythign from linens, to salt and pepper shakers, to the arch that the florist would decorate. Overall was reasonably priced, but equipment rentals add up quickly! They were easy to communicate with on a regular basis and really made the overall feel of the ceremony and reception elegant yet not stuff, just how I imagined!

Professional Party Rentals was great to work with. Their customer service was amazing. They worked with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. They had the best variety and quality of items available around the area. Their prices were a little higher, but, again, they had the quality to back it up.
