I couldn’t imagine planning our wedding without Sabrina. Every question that I had she was able to answer or find out. She was able to do or have done everything that I wanted or imagined. It was nice not having to worry about contacting our vendors once we had our date finalized. She knew who we wanted beforehand and emailed every single one. Sabrina was able to know what I was feeling before I could put into words what I was feeling just by my facial expressions. Would highly recommend her and her group of girls. They were professional throughout the planning process and on our wedding day.

Where do I even begin and thanking Rebecca for everything she did for me, my husband, and my family! From the beginning Rebecca was such a joy to work with. Rebecca helped me with every step of planning my wedding and it was the best decision we made. She always made sure my ideas, opinions, and request were acknowledge and taken seriously. She was honest, reliable, and incredibly knowledgable! Rebecca was organized and kept me on track the entire time. She has great tools for making sure you know what you need to be doing each month and even great way to organize tables and layout of your venue! I never felt behind or in a rush. Rebecca is connected in the wedding world and helped us find all of our incredible vendors!! She did so much for me behind the scenes that took away so much stress. Rebecca was great at scheduling appointments and answering my text and phone calls especially since I had a crazy work schedule. Because of her I could enjoy planning a wedding! Even more so, on the day of I was so relaxed and even if something went wrong Rebecca took care of it without hesitation. I told her I didn't want to have to think on the wedding day and just enjoy and be in the moment and because of Rebecca that happened! Rebecca is so intentional in everything she does. I would trust her with my life! We are so sad that the wedding is over but we our so lucky to have met Rebecca and her team at Proposing Dreams.

Sabrina and her team know how to literally propose your dreams into a reality! She worked with us for over a year when planning our wedding and knew how to support us in every way possible. Towards the end of the experience of being engaged, and being the bride, I was really sad that we would not work with her anymore. She will bend over backwards for your big day, and keep everything running smoothly. When hiring a wedding planner, I strongly recommend Sabrina and Proposing Dreams! I cannot be more grateful for my experience with Proposing Dreams. Sabrina was absolutely incredible, and my reception at the World's Fair Pavilion would not have been the same or as beautiful without her. In the planning process, she was so helpful in deciding which vendors to book and also where to spend and save money. On the day of wedding, she was a lifesaver! From texting the best man, to make sure the boys they were always on schedule and where they needed to be, to fixing the bobby pins in my hair after my first dance, to making sure I ate dinner but also visited with guests during gaps in the schedule, she made the day flow so smoothly while also caring that it was my wedding day and helping me enjoy it and soak it in to the best extent. Sabrina was an absolute dream to work with. She made every step of the process easier than we could have imagined. It was so helpful having her extensive knowledge of St. Louis wedding vendors as a couple planning our wedding from another state. Sabrina is absolutely AMAZING to work with!!! Throughout my almost 2 year engagement she was with me every step of the way! She helped me find and decide on quality vendors, she guided me in designing every detail from florals to bridal party dresses and suits to dinnerware and so much more! Omg. Sabrina was AMAZING. Let me tell you I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator and speaking after the wedding it’s the best money I spent. I swear it wasn’t ten minutes after she arrived, both my mom and my sister were saying that she was worth whatever I paid her. She is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly she genuinely wants you to have the best day of your life. I think I hugged and thanked Sabrina at least ten times that night because she made me feel calm, collected, and mostly at ease. I had no worries when Sabrina was around. She had a solution to every problem before I knew it was a problem. If I can offer you one token of advice: Hire Sabrina. You won’t regret.

Sabrina is amazing simply put. She came highly recommended from a friend at work and she did not disappoint. By the time I hired her, I had already done most of the planning myself so I sent with the day-of coordination package, which included so much more. Sabrina was great with communication from the get go and was always happy to help throughout my planning process. The week before the wedding she literally took over everything which significantly reduced my stress level. She had an answer for every question and a solution for any problem that came up. Our day was perfect because of Sabrina and I couldn’t be more thankful! I wish I could get married again just to spend more time with her!

Sabrina & her team have been our family’s go-to wedding planners for years — I followed in my cousin’s & sister’s footsteps by working with Sabrina for my wedding this last September and as I write this she’s working with another family member for this May. The reason we keep referring and going back to Sabrina is because we know how amazing of an experience she not only provides the bride + groom and but also every person in the wedding, guest, and vendor in attendance. From the very beginning of working with Sabrina I was so relieved to have someone so organized and well-versed in the STL wedding scene for ongoing advice and support throughout the entire planning process. Everything went so smoothly — any issues that did pop up were handled without my knowing so that I was able to be fully present and enjoy the day. I loved Sabrina from the moment I booked her for my daughter’s wedding. We hired her for the rehearsal and all day for the wedding. She would post timelines for me to make sure we were on track during the wedding process which was a great organizational tool starting at 9 months, 6 months and then 3 months. My daughter filled out a detailed questionnaire that Sabrina would study to familiarize herself with our wedding. From the questionnaire, she called all of our vendors and made sure that everything was in line for the wedding. I met her the week of the wedding at the venue and knew right away she was the right pick. She streamlined the rehearsal at the church, worked with the volunteers at the Shrine of St Joseph, worked with the wedding party of 20 to get them in order, worked with the bride’s mother and the groom’s mother, made sure the flowers were delivered to the church, programs were handed out, bubbles were distributed, worked with the organist and soloist, worked with the priest, flowers were given to bridesmaids and bride, boutonnieres on guys. Everyone loved her personality. She got the job done in an organized way and had a great demeanor in how to handle all the different personalities of the wedding party. The day of the wedding she was our go to. She and her assistant Jamie were at the venue at 10:00 am until 8:30pm. They made sure the men were doing ok in their dressing rooms, checked on the girls in their respective dressing room to see what was needed, decorated the ballroom exactly the way we had gone over from table numbers, escort cards, memory table, tablecloth overlays, candles votive and free standing candles, napkins with menu cards, hanging guest list, guest book, flowers, cake. She made sure the wedding party was on the bus at the appropriate time to get to the church. Sabrina directed the guests during the cocktail hour. Made sure the guest book was open during cocktail hour and in the ballroom. Brought the signage from the cocktail hour to the ballroom. Made sure the guests went from the mezzanine to the ballroom at the appropriate hour. During the photo session, the groom forgot the keys to their house where they were going to take pictures. One phone call to Sabrina and she was on it. She found the keys at the hotel and delivered them to the house and put them under the mat when the bride and groom arrived they were there. It was way out of her way (from downtown St Louis to University City) Once the bride and groom arrived from photos, she directed the wedding party and the bride and groom. She oversaw the timeline of the reception. (the grand entrance, cutting of the cake, the father of the bride toast, the best man’s speech, bride and groom dance, father of the bride dance and mother of the groom dance. I can’t ever thank Sabrina and Jamie enough. I am a very detailed and organized mother of the bride and I didn’t trust anyone directing this wedding but myself. But I have to tell you, I could not have done it without Sabrina. She made my day enjoyable and I felt fully confident in her care that our wedding was in good hands. She truly was a very good wedding planner and would highly recommend her. We loved her. She made our wedding go as planned and went above and beyond.

I could not recommend Sabrina enough. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, she was always approachable, efficient, and available. Because of her, our special day was absolutely perfect. I could not even recall one thing that went wrong. If I could give more stars, I would!

We hired Proposing Dreams as our wedding decorator but Sabrina was so much more! She provided advice, helped us find the perfect decor pieces for our special day, decorated our wedding & reception and when didn't have help with clean up the next day, Sabrina brought in her own family & friends to help us out! When I got engaged last year and we wanted to have a large outdoor reception in my parent’s home, there was no hesitation or waiting to contact Sabrina. She coordinated my sister’s wedding about 10 yrs ago and it was beautiful so it was a no-brainer! Sabrina is super organized, sends out emails of upcoming checklists and things to think about regarding timelines, and not to mention she is hilarious and so easy & fun to work with. She made our wedding day so seamless that we are able to relax and really take in all the special moments.

Throughout the planning process, we would get emails checking in on where we should be at during our planning process. Krissi was our day of coordinator and was extremely valuable for the ceremony and reception to run smoothly. I would highly recommend Proposing Dreams for absolutely any party planning needs! I cannot possibly express in words how valuable Sabrina was while we were planning our wedding. We came to her a little halfway into the process and I was extremely overwhelmed at that point. I was having trouble putting my vision into words and actions. We had three different wedding planner interviews set up but after talking with Sabrina on that initial meeting, we canceled the other two without even talking to them! She immediately caught on to our vision and was so easy to talk to! Throughout the whole process she was extremely quick to respond and handle situations in real time. Anytime I was having issues trying to decide on what I wanted, she would immediately start showing me pictures of different options until we found what I liked. Then magically she would not only make it happen but somehow do it in our price point! She took all the work and stress off my shoulders. Now everyone talks about how seamlessly the day ran without any hiccups! I got to spend my wedding day having fun and really living in the moment, because I knew she had everything handled. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I know it never would have happened without her help.

I can't say this enough, HIRE HER NOW, HIRE HER NOW, HIRE HER NOW. The stress a wedding can bring is crazy and Sabrina knows the industry and it's vendors inside and out. She kept us updated while COVID was taking over. And roled with every change we made. She made sure I got everything I wanted and kept both me and my mother happy. Which says a lot :) Hiring Sabrina full time was the best decision we made for our wedding and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. You never know what's going to go wrong and having an asset like Sabrina is key. At points, I felt like she could read my mind. We loved working with her and cannot say enough good things about her and her team.

SABRINA IS A GOD SEND. She was my saving grace as she not only helped orchestrate our crazy families and busy weekend, but she helped downsize our wedding from 300+ to 50 due to COVID. It was a fabulous, fun experience working with Sabrina. The "day of" package is truly so much more. Sabrina's vast experience shows. Krissi was our wedding planner. She was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. She was understanding and quick to respond to emails and texts. She is well organized and knowledgeable. We asked for some non-typical ideas and she was able to do some research and get us the information we needed. At the last minute, she had gotten us in touch with people that were reliable and provided good service. I cannot say enough good things about her and how she helped us with and gave us Peace of mind on the wedding day. She learned our style and handled any issues with decorations, personnel, or guests in a manner that we would have done ourselves. I highly recommend Krissi if you need any level of a wedding planner from the take charge of everything to the day of only.

I want to get married again just to use Sabrina again. She gave me all the suggestions I needed and pointed me in the right direction every step of the way. I was dragging my feet on plenty of details and Sabrina just pleasantly hounded me into gettin everything done. Would not have happened with out her. I think I called her “mom” at a couple points during the day of, when I ran into a couple issues. I could text her last minute stuff and it would be the most ridiculous request and it got done. She caught problems I hadn’t even anticipated (or maybe caused...) and fixed everything. Her personality was the cherry on top. Hire her.

At the time, my fiancé and I had been engaged for a year and were completely overwhelmed with planning a wedding. We finally decided to hire a wedding planner- I'm convinced if we hadn't, we still wouldn't be married. We interviewed several and ended up going with Sabrina. She was immensely helpful planning a St Louis wedding from Indianapolis. She put us in touch with all the vendors we ended up using, helped us make decisions when we weren't sure which to choose (which happened often) and was available even when going through major family events in her personal life. We had about a million questions and she took the time to answer all of them for us. We would recommend her and would definitely use her again if we were to do our wedding over.

We were so lucky to have had Sabrina (and her assistant Amanda) join our special day. I can't imagine it going as smoothly as it did without her. She was a truly selfless professional, doing everything she could to keep the group on task and on schedule without ever inserting her own needs over ours. I highly recommend Proposing Dreams! We used the day of coordinator package and Amanda was our lead coordinator. In addition to being a super fun, warm person to be around on your wedding day, she flawlessly handled all the details of our big day. We had a very tight time window to set up the reception (basically during the wedding ceremony) and Amanda handled the coordinating and planning without a problem. Because of Amanda and her assistant, I was able to fully enjoy our wedding day with no stress!

I knew we needed a wedding planner since we were planning a wedding a 1,000 miles away. My now husband and I were together for 8.5 years before we got married. We waited so long to get married because we wanted to be able to have the wedding that we truly envisioned. We went with Sabrina and her team 2.5 years before our wedding and we were never disappointed. I can't tell you how much I appreciated Sabrina's honesty while planning. If something wasn't going to work, wasn't really needed or was too expensive, Sabrina was honest with us and kept us in check. That's exactly what we wanted! Her years of experience shows in structure and organization of her planning. I would say 3-5 days out from our wedding day everything was planned. I was blown away walking into our event space. Sabrina and her assistant, Jamie nailed the exact look and vision I had in my head. Battling 90-degree heat at our outdoor venue and wind gusts all night, we had some decor blow over during set-up and they ran out and found a replacement before we ever knew about it. AMAZING! I heard so many stories from friends and family saying how stressed and overwhelmed their wedding days were. Even some saying they are so glad it's all over because it was so stressful. We wanted the opposite. We had a completely stress-free day, which is an amazing feeling! At the end of the night, I was in tears. Not because anything went wrong but because I didn't want the day to end and I wanted to do it all over again! Sabrina feels like family and there isn't a single thing we would change about our wedding day. Thank you, Sabrina, Jamie and her team for making our wedding day everything we imagined and waited for and more!

I am the Mother of the Bride- Sabrina and Proposing Dreams were wonderful! I think I would not have been able to enjoy the wedding at all if she wasn’t there to handle every detail- from rehearsal to packing up the car after the wedding. It was helpful during the planning process as well-she was never farther away than an email or phone call. She is professional and personable at once. I will miss working with her.

Even though our wedding and reception venue both came with "coordinators" having our own was one of the best decisions we made. Sabrina and her team at Proposing Dreams are fantastic at what they do. Sabrina did a great job explaining her wedding coordinating services clearly at our "getting started" meeting which helped us choose a customized package with as little or as much help as we wanted throughout each part of the planning process . We had her involved very early on which helped significantly with selecting vendors, resolving any concerns that came up early, and really helped ensure everything went smoothly (while minimizing our stress!). For your wedding day, so much goes on with all of the vendors, family, guests, etc. coming together, that it is really best left up to professionals like Sabrina and her team! When planning my second daughters wedding, the first thing I did was to contact Proposing Dreams and confirm they could be the day of event coordinator. Sabrina's team of Krissi and Lisa were there all day to make sure the event went smoothly. Everything was perfect and I could not have enjoyed the day with out them.

I didn't really think that I needed a coordinator, my sister gifted it to us and it was the best gift! I don't think I could have pulled it off with out the assistance of Proposing dreams , Specifically Krissi. From the moment we met with Krissi we knew that she would be such a great help to us. She kept me on task with all the checklists and timelines that needed to be accomplished. Every time we met it was like talking to a friend but better because Krissi knows what she's talking about. I am not a stressed out kinda girl but as we got closer to the big day I was stressing, she was calm and kept telling me it was gonna all work out and it did. The day of was perfect. I was completely relaxed because I knew Krissi was in control of the day. We had the best time and had nothing to worry about and we were told over and over that it was the best wedding by the guests. Thank you Krissi for everything.

Sabrina has a wealth of experience and connections to all the best wedding vendors on both sides of the river. We came to her midway through the planning process and she was a great resource for us. Any loose ends, problems, roadblocks, were quickly resolved. She is smart and engaging. Also, she tailored the price for her services to our exact needs. Highly recommend her!!!

From the jump, we wanted a wedding coordinator for day of so that we could relax and enjoy the moment. We got so much more from Sabrina and the Proposing Dreams team! At every step of the process, I found myself saying, "THANK GOODNESS FOR SABRINA." She was responsive, attentive, but best of all, Sabrina is a pleasure to work. We didn't have a traditional wedding in mind and working with Sabrina felt like a collaboration in which she really listened to what our priorities were and helped us execute it accordingly. Another bonus is that our team of vendors love Sabrina, so it all came together seamlessly since they've worked together before. Thinking of our big day makes me feel a rush of pure joy.
