If you are looking for an outdoor / garden wedding venue, I highly recommend Prosperity Mansion & Farm. It offers stunning scenery and affordable prices that will fit your budget. There is a charming, vintage bridal cottage and a mancave that brides and grooms can use and enjoy while getting ready separately for the day. I especially love the ceremony area; there are these gorgeous Egyptian doors the bride walks through to walk down the aisle. These types of doors are rare for an outdoor space. The tent for the reception is beautiful and has a unique brick patio area. But I think my favorite part about this venue is all the different little areas on the property, including the gaming area and a bird sanctuary that are so unique. There is a formal garden, a game area, a swing, and even a firepit for making smores. There are just so many places to take beautiful pictures, which I think is important to capture on such an important day. You can really get so much on your wedding day for such reasonable prices. Finally, Debbie the owner, really works with you in many ways.

Beautiful Bridal Cottage plus man cave! amazing views great for outdoor weddings. I love that the owner Debbie is super helpful and genuine. The prices are affordable and I cannot say enough about this amazing wedding venue. The Whimsical Futures and details are truly unique.

Such a beautiful property! This venue had great landscaping and lots of items onsite for the couple to use. Due to the natural beauty it saved us on decor since it was already so much there. The bridal suite was one of my favorite benefits. It was huge with a bathroom and kitchenette for the ladies. We had a perfect wedding day and all the guests said it was gorgeous!

I attended a wedding at Prosperity Mansion and Farm last weekend and had such a great experience! Not only were the grounds immaculate and beautifully maintained, but the owner was gracious and bent over backwards for the guests to insure they had a great experience! I highly recommend Prosperity Mansion!

Prosperity Mansion is such a wonderful and beautiful place with no details left untouched. My fiancé has visited multiple other wedding venues and said that this was one of the best and none of them could compete with the price. This place can go toe to toe with venues charging twice the price. The owner was super professional, helpful and kind. Everyone of our guests enjoyed celebrating with us and loved the venue we chose. I highly recommend Prosperity Mansion!

We had our wedding at Prosperity Mansion last night and we could not have been happier! The sun set was phenomenal and made for amazing photographs. Our guests absolutely loved the lawn games and outside features that Debbie has provided. We had so many compliments from our guests on the beautiful venue we chose and how great of a venue this was. The owner, Debbie, was great to work with; she not only provided a great venue, but gave us very good recommendations about vendors to use! We would highly suggest this venue. Thank you, Debbie, for making our wedding truly a dream come true!

A wonderful venue! The owner Debbie was an absolute pleasure. She handles everything with grace and sincerity, and she fully believes in everything she does. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. On top of that, the property itself is gorgeous and well maintained. The garden where cocktail hour was held is the hidden gem of the property that makes for beautiful photos. I would definitely recommend Prosperity Mansion to anyone who is looking to host a wedding!

Great experience. We choose Prosperity Mansion on the beautiful grounds, but the owner, (Debbie), was another reason. We didnt have a planner and Debbie referred us to some helpful folk from planers to flowers. Really Debbie couldn't have been more helpful and kind at a very stressful time. On the day of our event, there was a minor glitch by our planner, Debbie jumped in to save the day, which was not part of her job. All and all such a wonderful place.

Our experience with Prosperity Mansion was wonderful. From our initial communications on through our emails and inquiries, Debbie was so congenial, informative, and quite patient (as I asked a LOT of questions!) Even after we were not able to book our wedding with their property (due to distance/proximity matters for many of our guests), she wished us well and kept open the invitation to visit. I'd highly recommend them for consideration! Erica :)

My daughter and I went to see Prosprity Mansion, and we fell in love with it. Couldn’t ask for the most beautiful rustic but yet such an elegant place. Debbie from the beginning( from emails to phone calls) could of not been any more pleasant to talk to. As the mother of the bride I felt that my daughter will have a wedding like Cinderella. Debbie walked us all over the land of the mansion and went over the detail and what we are getting for our money, we couldn’t ask for anything else. We booked right there., although my daughter isn’t getting married until next year. We felt we better book to get the date we wanted. Thank you Debbie and can not wait to see my little princess walk down the aisle like Cinderella at the most beautiful Mansion. Theresa King

I just booked Prosperity Mansion for my wedding next year ! The price was about mid range. I say that compared to other places that were like $7-8,000 for a day. I was really happy with everything that was included. The place was so pretty. The advertise a mix of rustic and elegant and it WAS ! It was so perfect for us. We cancelled our other tours. The owner was so nice. She actually spent 2 hours with us. My parents loved everything too . You won't e sorry to have your wedding in the beautiful outdoors and gardens.

I was at a wedding at Prosperity Mansion. I had a great time and it was beautiful. The place was really grand and I loved how much space there was and so many different areas to hang out. It was almost like little enchanted rooms. I thought that it was really nice how much time the owner took to talk with me and even gave me a mini tour. She was very sweet and you could tell how much she loved running this place. Well I will tell you one thing for sure. I say YES to the venue !
