Not sure who Erin paid off to write these reviews. My husband and I decided to cancel our original wedding at Winterthur and have a small ceremony in our backyard amidst Covid 19. We contacted each vendor immediately whom were all understanding of the difficult decision we had to make, with the exception of Erin Proud. Erin refused to refund our down payment, and shockingly asked for more money in return to justify the amount of time she spent responding to a simple email. Unbelievable. Erin will justify her costs by saying she offered to be the day of coordinator at our ceremony of 10 people. We spent over $900 in services that were never rendered and were left in complete shock regarding Erins lack of empathy. Great planner, lacks moral compass.

Can't say enough about Erin and her team!! Through the original date to our daughter's final date, Erin rolled with us and helped us navigate times such as these. She left nothing to chance, I don't know how we could have done it without her and the team.If you are on a budget, and would still love a planner, have them just for that one day, you won't regret it!! She is so organized, wish I could have her around every day!!

Erin and her team was wonderful. I honestly couldn't imagine our wedding without her. We threw her a couple of curveballs with Covid 19 and 100 last-minute cancellations and she took it stride and helped us create one of the most memorable nights of our lives. She was kind and sweet and direct and structured when we needed her. 10 out of 10.

Erin is impressive and, in my estimation, was the best investment we made when selecting the team for our daughter's wedding. The wedding was in July at Winterthur Estate. It is a fantastic venue with lush green foliage and plenty of room for guests to enjoy the grounds. Erin knew exactly the best way to keep the wedding flowing without pause, helping us create the most glamorous, dance all night party possible! Erin didn't just organize the event but helped us navigate some tricky situations and event logistics. Erin Proud at Proud to Plan made our daughter and new son-in-law's wedding a dream come true. We had a blast and have Erin to thank! Her vendor list alone was pure gold. Erin's careful attention to detail and knowledge of the industry sets her apart, and we will use her again in a heartbeat.

Erin was wonderful!  She crossed every T and dotted every I.  When we lost our wedding venue 3 months before the wedding (due to management issues), she helped us find a new spectacular option.  Our day-of coordinator, Amanda, was awesome.  She was cool and in control, and I loved having her by my side throughout the craziness of the day.

I can't even begin to express how thankful am for Erin and her team. I knew I would never get married without her, and I tell that to all of my friends and family that get engaged. Not only does Erin make the planning process fun and exciting, she makes your day of event experience FLAWLESS. I didn't have to worry or stress about a single thing, she made sure every single detail, from décor to timeline, was in place. So many of my guests complimented how smooth and perfect the day went and that is totally attributed to Erin's work. We can not thank her enough for everything she did for us. Don't plan your wedding without her!

We had an amazing experience with Proud to Plan. I am 100000% sure we would have been lost without them. We worked with Erin and Jill, who were both extremely professional, organized, and attentive. The only issue that came up was our ceremony ended up with one row (12 chairs) short of our guest list, however, so these people had to stand. This is partially our venue’s fault, as well. Besides this, the day was so well organized and thought out- we can’t thank Jill and Erin enough for all their hard work and help!

What can I say, Erin and her team are the best! Erin is focused on detail and will guide your vision into the best day of your life. This team does everything from making sure you stay hydrated to emergency sow job, even orchestrating your picture perfect moments. They set our cocktail up beautifully and all of the details came together perfectly. Happy tears all day long! Her and her team are professional , outgoing, kind and adorable! They even helped me to the bathroom in my HUGE dress, which would have been a nightmare without them. If anyone is getting married I would recommend proud to plan! You will not be disappointed and it is worth every penny!

We recently used Proud to Plan as our Day of Coordinators at our wedding after receiving their information as a recommendation. I cannot say enough good things about them. From our initial conversation to our wedding day, I knew we were in good hands. They ensure they know every detail leading up to your big day so your day goes off without a hitch. The team that arrives on your big day are complete professionals and took care of any and everything that needed attention throughout the day. DO NOT WAIT TO BOOK THEM! Every bride should be able to get through her day without concern or worry and with Proud to Plan behind you, there isn't a care in the world other than to enjoy your day!

We feel our wedding was as close to a fairy tale as them come, and that we owe so much of the smooth sailing to Erin and her fabulous team! We are overwhelmed with gratitude for having Erin by our side throughout the process and specifically on our wedding day. I think what I really admired and enjoyed about working with Erin was how I not only felt 100% confident and trusting of her and her team because they were ALWAYS so on it, but I really felt like I had a best friend in Erin walking us through the rehearsal and wedding day trying to keep all of us in line! Erin made everything so incredibly personal and it really shined. She always kept a big smile on her face and she was so great at directing us when needed and keeping us calm and collected when those unexpected moments happened. Courtney was also incredibly kind and patient throughout the day. She helped us stay on our timeline as much as we could and lent a hand with any little thing. We also had a big surprise duet planned, and Erin and her team effortlessly helped us make it a surprise success! We knew it would mean so much to our parents especially and were so thrilled that it went off without a hitch. Our guests are still talking about it. Proud to Plan was THE best investment we could have made for our wedding day! Recommended 1000x over! Erin Proud is a ROCK STAR!

Erin and her team are absolutely amazing! We at first didn’t have a wedding planner and my mom decided to get one and I am so thankful! Everything from planning to the end of the reception, I felt at ease!

Let me start by saying that we were very hesitant about investing in a wedding planner...did we really need one? Well now that we look back on our wedding day, I can’t express how grateful we were to have one and most importantly that we chose Proud to Plan. We spoke to a few planners but Proud to Plan came highly recommended and was a clear winner for us. From our first conversation, we immediately felt a connection with Erin. We bonded over sports and music and knew she and her team would work well with our vendors, which was very important to us as well. Erin and Shannon gave us a lot of amazing suggestions and thought of literally everything possible, many of which we would never have thought of. They were beyond organized and went through every possible detail on our calls leading up to our wedding. On our wedding day, the team truly took the lead and made sure everything ran perfectly. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our special day while Shannon, Erin and the team took care of any snafus that arose. They made sure our drinks were always filled and we were ok, our VIPs were taken care of, and all our vendors were in order and synchronized. Proud to Plan is truly a well-oiled machine of professional planners. They listened to us, worked exactly with our wedding vision, and were there throughout our day with their bag of tricks and binder making sure everything was perfect and so that we could enjoy everything, and thanks to Proud to Plan it was. We would recommend them 100 times over and are so thankful we chose them, they were well worth the investment! Thank you guys!!!!

I cannot begin to express how easy Erin made our wedding planning! She kept us on track with all of our deadlines, and built out a very detailed day of timeline that helped put everything into perspective. Erin even found ways to bond with my husband over their Eagles fandom! We met with Erin and our Day of Coordinator, Chrissy, multiple times in person which made us feel that we were in good hands. On the day of, my bridal party who had either been married or in multiple weddings said that I was the chillest bride that they had ever seen. That was no doubt due to the Proud To Plan team being so on point the whole time that I did feel stressed about any of the details. Chrissy was a rockstar! She and her team flawlessly coordinated getting us to our first look location to create the surprise and they provided my husband with a towel when he began to sweat. They made us feel like we like celebrities! We highly recommend Erin and the Proud to Plan team!

All I can say is WOW - Erin is absolutely the best on every level, and everyone should work with her. I cannot possibly say enough about how exceptional her coordinating was. From the moment we first met with her to consider whether or not to enlist her services, the bride, groom, and our families felt completely at ease, knowing she was going to ensure everything not only went smoothly - but exceeded our expectations. She went *so far above and beyond* what we felt like we were actually paying her for: the amount we paid would have been well worth it if she'd done half of what we wound up doing for us. She recommended vendors who were equally stellar (and quite good financial values, helping us stay on point with our budget), and her whole team made the day a total dream. We would never have found our unbelievable florist without her guidance, and Erin's connections to different vendors she has worked with before and built strong relationships with helped grease the wheels so that we were treated like VIPs by everybody along the way. Erin was an absolute godsend in terms of sanity when we were planning from afar, and she dedicated an inordinate amount of time to making sure she fully understood what our vision and aesthetic were so that she could essentially execute it for us without us having to do anywhere near as much work as I would have thought with the tier of package that we purchased from her (not the top tier). As an extremely busy bride and groom not living locally, we were concerned about staying on track with to-do's, and she kept track of everything for us, never proving overbearing but at the same time always being completely available and subtly ensuring we were on target so that nothing could fall through the cracks. And on the day of, she made everything absolutely flawless. For instance, there was an issue with the limo arrival that I never even knew about until days after. In short, hire Proud to Plan - you will NOT regret it!

I had the opportunity to work with Erin and her team for my September 29th wedding, and I honestly don't know how we could have done the day without them! Erin made me feel at ease the first time I talked to her, and really took the time to understood my vision. Leading up to the wedding I was so impressed by how on top of everything she was (vendors, questions, last minute hotel staffing changes). The day of the wedding the whole Proud to Plan team handled anything and everything that came up quickly and really went the extra mile. Thank you Erin!

Working with Erin was one of the best choices we made for our wedding day!! Erin was 100% on top of every detail from the day we signed the contract and it took SO much stress off knowing a professional was handling all the details. We referenced Proud to Plan’s planning packet throughout the whole process. Timeline? In the packet. Tipping questions? In the packet! Not that I didn’t email Erin on a regular basis! :D Once we got closer to the wedding I sat down with Erin once in person and then my fiancé and I had two Google Hangouts for the last planning meetings. It was really nice to work with people tech savvy enough to not have any issues with this - especially since we were planning from CA. Soon after our meetings Erin would have updated her master sheet with all the new details and highlight everything we still had open. It was so helpful! Now for day of. Total godsend. Erin n and her two assistants Stephanie and Shannon were totally on it. One assistant was dedicated just to me and my fiancé, one was dedicated to rental deliveries, and Erin was there overseeing everyone. We still laugh that Stephanie never said a word about it but just had two umbrellas hanging on her arm for our entire photo session (so hours) just in case. But it just shows you how prepared they are! Book Erin and her team. They are amazing and will make your life so much easier and do a stellar job!

Erin Proud and her team hands down helped make my wedding day the best ever. She is so organized and efficient, but also warm, friendly, and genuinely excited about planning your day. I felt like she became part of my family and I could never have handled all of the nitty gritty details of planning a wedding without her knowledge, great taste, and positive energy.

There is not enough to say about Erin and her team. They are AMAZING! Erin really knows her stuff and made the planning experience smooth. Having her there for the rehearsal, getting ready and the wedding was absolutely PRICELESS. If you do not have a planner already or are going between a few, don't even hesitate! Proud to plan is the best!

Life savers! Proud to plan team is the most professional wedding planners I ever seen. Erin, she loves her job so much. Planning her clients’ weddings has been part of her life. I never seen anyone has that much passion. Many times meeting in person or teleconference, she’s always very patient and professional. Before the wedding, Erin and her team organized 18 pages personalized wedding bible for me. She has all my vendor contracts. Since they have been prepared everything, it made me feel so comfortable on my wedding day. I didn’t worry about anything besides enjoy the big day. Becky, she such a life saver. She bustled my wedding gown in a dark room. My dress has 17 spots need to be bustled. Becky did it based on a bustle instruction. She made the whole reception under her control. She even pre-cut my meal since she’s afraid any stains will leave on my gown. She is so thoughtful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND PROUD TO PLAN! Book them early! They are very popular.

We used Proud to Plan for day-of coordination, and it was the very best decision. Erin and her team were amazing to work with and helped us map out every single detail of our day. Our team of three coordinators were superheros, and they really thought of everything. Our wedding day was 102 degrees and flowers were dying in my bouquet during portraits, but Proud to Plan brought a bag of tricks that included flower shears, and they just clipped those flowers right out! After months of planning, we could put our feet up and enjoy our wedding day because Proud to Plan took care of every little detail. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Working with Proud to Plan was one of the very best decisions we made during our wedding planning!!! We can not even imagine the day without Erin Proud and her amazing team! At first, we weren't going to book a wedding planner, because we already had most of our vendors booked when Proud to Plan was recommended to us. We are SO happy we decided to contact Erin Proud to get more information and we soon realized that working with Proud to Plan was an amazing decision!!! It's hard to put into words how happy we are that we had a chance to work with this great team! If you are indecisive about booking a planner, do not even hesitate to book with Proud to Plan. Our wedding day would not have been the same without them! During the planning process, Erin and Becky were so informative, professional, organized and knowledgeable. We met with them in person a couple times to go over details, and we even did a site visit at our venue to make sure we were all on the same page and that everything was going to be perfect the day of the wedding. Becky and Erin were so quick to get back to us through email or phone calls, and they answered all of our questions thoroughly. They helped us with planning the timing for the wedding day, communicated with vendors, gave awesome suggestions and listened to what was most important to us so that they could make sure everything ran smoothly the day of. We booked them for the rehearsal dinner too, and we were so thankful we did because they ran the rehearsal and went through the ceremony and made sure everyone knew exactly what to do! The wedding day ran perfectly and Becky went above and beyond all day long!!! I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Becky. She was with me throughout the day and she made sure things were perfect! Becky has a friendly, kind, and calm personality and is organized and professional. One of the things that me and my family were so amazed with is that she went back to the hotel, which was across the street from our venue, during the reception when we realized we had forgotten something! She didn't want anyone in the bridal party to have to leave the dance floor, so she volunteered to run across the street to the hotel, and got what we needed so quickly! Again, that just proves how much this team goes above and beyond! My husband and I and our families and bridal party were so impressed with Becky and the entire team! It was great to see Erin on the day of the wedding, she came to make sure things were going smoothly, and Kristin and Zack were awesome the entire day too!!! We are so happy with our decision to book with Proud to Plan. They are amazing!!!

Contacted Proud to Plan to assist in planning my wedding after one of my vendors recommended them. Contacted Erin Proud and after an initial response attempted to contact several times via email, voicemail and Facebook message with no response. Very unprofessional and rude, I will let the vendor that recommended not to in the future. Terrible way to run a business.

Proud to Plan is the best of the best! I only wish I got to continue working with Erin before I fell ill. She was so upbeat, really listened to you, creative, fun, honest, and professional! She definitely is an expert at what she does and you can tell she loves doing it. She was so understanding and kind when I sadly couldn't use her services anymore. She really cares and wants to really get to know her clients. The amount of detail that she exhibited through our meetings, vision boards, Pinterest, etc. was phenomenal and I knew it would've been an amazing, dream wedding. I was from out of town too and working with her was a breeze! I would most certainly recommend Erin Proud and Proud to Plan services for out-of-towners trying to plan a wedding in Philadelphia and the greater surrounding areas! The amount of knowledge and experience she has in the business really allows you to get the best vendors and product for the whatever budget you have. I would totally trust Erin Proud with my wedding and it was such a pleasure working with her!

Where do I even begin with the WONDERFUL recommendation I want to leave for Erin & her Proud to Plan Team?!! When we started the wedding process, Erin was recommended to us by many friends. My mom was hesitant and told me “we did not need a day of wedding planner”, but after ONE MINUTE of sitting down with Erin, she immediately changed her mind! Erin does EVERYTHING (and when I say everything, I mean it!) She made the process SO SO SUPER EASY FOR ME! She met with me 3 times prior to my wedding to discuss all of the ins & outs of the day. The week before our wedding, she called me for one last final phone meeting to confirm all of the plans & then SHE took care of reaching out and confirming with all of my vendors. In fact, as soon as my vendors found out I was working with her, they preferred talking to her instead! (That’s how well known she is in the Philadelphia, Delaware, & Jersey area!) Of course, the wedding day was absolutely perfect, but let’s be honest, it wouldn’t be a wedding if it didn’t have a hiccup or two, right?! On the night of my rehearsal, we got to the church to find ANOTHER wedding there ready to rehearse as well. The church told me there was a mistake with double booking & then even proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have my wedding in the books for the next day! AH! A NIGHTMARE for a bride to hear the day before her wedding, right?! NOPE-- not for me! Erin took care of it all! She called everyone she needed to immediately and got the situation under control. We were able to rehearse (first, before the other wedding too might I add) and got to our dinner right on time! THAT’S HOW GOOD SHE IS! I could go on with the endless stories of all the things she did to make my day PERFECT, but then you would be reading a novel (which this is turning into). Bottom line- you HAVE to hire her and her team! They are absolutely worth every single penny! Erin - THANK YOU! Thank you for having my back, for being so kind & happy, and for loving what you do! 5 stars honestly isn't enough for Proud to Plan, I would give them a million if possible. I was initially hesitant to hire a coordinator, since I'm pretty detail oriented and had been on top of the planning process. My husband ended up surprising me for my birthday so he ensured I would relax on the big day and that's exactly what happened. From the beginning of the planning process with Erin and Lisa, i felt completely at ease. They were so extremely detailed and thorough, provided so many fun suggestions, and took everything off my plate as soon as possible. On our wedding day, they were timely and so comforting. They took care of everything from our puppy (not an easy task!), flowers, people wrangling for photos, ensuring I ate, ensuring our ceremonies (we had two) started on time, and basically anything else I could need....before I needed it. I can't count on one hand how many times I turned to my husband and said "What would I do without them?". If you're on the fence, do yourself a favor and hire them because they are worth EVERY single penny.

Your wedding day can be stressful… if you don’t have Proud to Plan by your side! We had the pleasure of working with Erin, Amanda, Gina, and Lindsay, all of whom helped make our wedding day perfect. The Proud to Plan team is on it – they are organized, efficient, and professional. This is my family’s second time working with Proud to Plan; we also had the pleasure of working with them for my sister’s wedding a couple of years ago. We hired Proud to Plan for day-of wedding coordination. Leading up to the wedding Erin answered our questions, provided guidance, and put our minds at ease that everything would run flawlessly – and it did! Erin created our schedule, made sure she and her team knew what was important to us, and created the most amazing document outlining every detail mapped to every minute of the day. Her team also managed week of vendor confirmations allowing us to enjoy the week leading up to our wedding. Day-of, Amanda and her team were amazing. They executed perfectly, did not leave one detail overlooked, and treated us and our family like royalty. We did not have to worry about anything and instead were able to focus on enjoying our wedding day and could truly be in the moment. We highly recommend Proud to Plan. They are one of the best investments you could make for your wedding!

PROUD TO PLAN IS THE BEST! By far the best money I spent on my wedding! I had no idea how much of a timeline you really need on your wedding day! I am so thankful that I hired Proud to Plan because my wedding day was so organized and ran so smoothly! Every one of vendors/guests commented on how great our wedding day went and I owe all the credit to Proud to Plan! Becky and her assistants were there for everything we needed! Erin even did a surprise visit on my big day! I didn't even have to ask them for anything because they were already on it! They kept my wild, crazy friends in order and kept us on the exact schedule that we had planned! Your wedding day will go fast and every second counts!!! I can't imagine how much of a nightmare my wedding would have been if I did not hire them! I did not have one worry in the world that day! Hire proud to plan! They are the best!!!!

We'd give them 10 stars if we could. Erin and Lisa made the wedding planning process a breeze, totally stress-free and fun. Lisa and her assistants took every last responsibility off of our plates so that my husband and I, our parents and the bridal party could all relax and enjoy the day. They made our wedding experience more than we ever could have dreamed of.

The best decision we made. Erin and our lead coordinator Becky were lifesavers. They made the planning process so much smoother and when it came down to the wedding day, they made sure everthying went off without a hitch. Erin, Becky and AnnMarie did an amazing job pulling off my vision. They made my day extra special. After the wedding, I was lost without them. I may have to hire Becky to keep me in line!! (Kidding/not kidding) If you are considering a planner/coordinator hire Proud to Plan!!!

The best money we ever spent!!!! Erin and her team were complete life savers, as planning a wedding in PA when living in CA proved to be much more difficult than I had anticipated. Erin was so on top of every detail and was so quick to answer my numerous questions and emails leading up to the big day. In addition, she recommended many of our vendors who were all rock stars!!! From the moment we had our initial intake meeting to the end of our reception, the team was incredibly organized, anticipated our every need and on top of that - they're the friendliest bunch ever! It was seriously like working with your best friend every step of the way, which made the entire process easy going and fun! All my groom and I can say is THANK YOU Erin & the entire Proud to Plan team!!

Erin and her team were fantastic. They were very helpful from the beginning of the process to the end. They helped plan out everything and helped us throughout the wedding. I highly recommend them and you definitely get your money's worth! If I were you, I would not plan a wedding without their help! They were full of little surprises the whole time but really made everything run smoothly. Use them!

Where do I begin?! Working with Erin, Lisa and their team was an absolutely amazing experience. Our venue was quite challenging and they stepped in with their expertise immediately. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding ran smoothly. Erin and Lisa had such creative ideas for us and threw themselves into their work. As I've mentioned to many of my friends, hiring Proud to Plan was the best decision we made during this process. Could go on and on about them. HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!

I met with Erin and Amanda back in September for my wedding in November and I have to say it was the best decision I ever made! Not only did they make sure to cover everything absolutely possible for my wedding, they were unbelievably on top of things I didn't even know I needed! Having Amanda by my side with me on my wedding day took such a weight off of my shoulders and that's all any bride needs is to feel less stress on the day of! Thank you Erin and Amanda you guys rock! I am beyond happy with the service I got from proud to plan. I knew I wanted help on the wedding day, but my husband was skeptical because we had seen other wedding planners be a complete waste of money or even get in the way. Now he says hiring them was one of our best decisions, and I 100% agree! From our first meeting with Erin, we both had complete confidence in her professionalism and experience with all things wedding related. She was there to answer any of my random emails and questions even though I only hired them for day of coordination services, and she helped keep us organized with our phone calls and very helpful spreadsheets :) The service we had on the actual day though completely exceeded our expectations. We had Becky as our lead coordinator, and I cannot say enough good things about her! From the moment she arrived with Annemarie and Sharron, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. They took care of every detail without having to ask us, and we truly felt like their only concern was making sure we were happy. I had a cold that day, and Becky was right by my side with my cough drops whenever I needed them which was wonderful, and she gave us drinks before we knew we wanted them. I also had a couple problems with my dress, and Becky was there with safety pins to help me whenever I needed them. At the end of the night, they packed up everything we had brought to the venue very neatly, and even packed us some cake and candy from our candy bar which was a nice surprise when we got to our hotel room. I highly highly recommend proud to plan, Erin, and Becky for your wedding. I'm so happy we hired them, Becky was super attentive and made sure the whole day ran smoothly. If you want to enjoy your wedding day without having to worry about a thing, definitely hire proud to plan!!!

I am so excited to write this review because Erin and her team are so amazing. I am very much a details person and could have easily spent my reception busy worrying about all the details...however it was quite the opposite. I had the chance to spend the night out on the dance floor with all my guests!!! From the moment I decided to work with Proud to Plan to the moment I gave Lisa (my lead planner) a hug before I walked through a line of sparklers... they made my wedding planning and the day of so amazing. I used Proud to Plan for day of coordination services ("To Have and To Hold") and leveraged them before the day of for many e-mails. I asked all types of questions via notes... anything from "how many programs should I order?" to "where can I find tuxedos that do not look like the groomsmen are attending prom?" and all of my questions were answered so quickly with even more information than I ever expected!! On the day of the wedding, Lisa visited my house to check in on me before heading to the church. She kept me calm and helped to remind me what this day was all about. This calm continued even when I asked her to help one of the groomsmen when she got to the church as his pants had ripped! She handled that situation without even breaking a sweat!! She even bustled my dress in what must have been record time which was one of my biggest concerns. I cannot thank Proud to Plan enough for the time they dedicated to making sure my wedding was all that I wanted it to be and more. I would recommend (and have already done so) that any friend who is getting married work with Proud to Plan. I am so happy that we did and I would do it again. Thank you, Proud to Plan for making my day so special and giving me the chance to create endless memories from that night!! I cannot thank you enough.

Erin, Lisa and their staff at Proud to Plan are extremely organized and professional and ensured our wedding day was stress-free and running smoothly. When we first started the wedding planning process, we realized that we did not want to have to ask family members and friends to take care of things throughout the day, such as setting up the church and reception venue. We wanted our loved ones to enjoy the day just as much as us. That is where Proud to Plan came into play as our day-of wedding coordinator. Though their job description for us was a “day-of planner”, they were very involved in our entire wedding planning process. They held three detailed meetings with us ahead of our big day – one 6 months out, one 3 months out and one 2 weeks before. These meetings helped us with organizing our day and putting together a timeline. They kept us on track with what we should be working on and got us thinking about the little details that we hadn’t even thought of ourselves. They offered unlimited questions via phone or email throughout the planning process, as well as vendor recommendations. On the day of the wedding, Lisa and staff took care of EVERYTHING. Lisa stopped by my hotel room to pick up last minute items and check in with me. She then went to the church where she and some staff members pinned flowers on the groomsmen and “VIPS”, gave the groomsmen a tutorial on how to usher the guests and ensured everything was set up properly at the church. She sprinkled left over flower petals down the aisle, which was a nice touch, and made sure that my dress and veil were all set before I walked down the aisle. She was there with Shout Wipes after we did a bubble send-off outside the church and realized that my dress got some dirt on the train. When it came to the reception, Lisa and staff worked hard to ensure everything was set up exactly as I had envisioned, down to the last detail (I had a little picture of my parents on their wedding day tied around my bouquet and they ensured, per my request, that it was displayed and centered in the front of the bouquet on our sweetheart table). At the end of the night, they gathered everything up and even had our cake top boxed, with instructions on the top of the box on how to freeze it and prevent freezer burn. Erin Proud, owner of the company, offered several reception items to rent to us at an affordable price, from candles to baskets. Her husband is also an extremely talented paper specialist and made our beautiful invitations, table numbers, and signage for the reception (Paper by Proud). He was also very easy to work with and accommodating and we received many compliments on our paper products by guests. We highly recommend Proud to Plan as your day-of wedding coordinator for a stress-free and organized wedding day!

I live in London but was having my wedding back in the Philadelphia area where I grew up. I knew it was essential to have a good wedding planner so I interviewed 8! When I spoke with Erin, there was no doubt that I wanted her to plan my wedding.I chose the With this Ring package and since I didn't have the ability to interview lots of other vendors, I went with all of her top recommendations and I'm so glad that I did - they were all wonderful! When Erin is your planner, you don't need to worry. She is very experienced and has a great team. Any issue/concern I had, she had an immediate resolution. Not only is she good at the planning part but has great vision. She helped me make my wedding beautiful and I'm forever grateful. Her husband TJ did all of my stationary and it turned out great and for a great price.Everyone says something will go wrong at your wedding but nothing did and that was because of Erin. I had no doubt that everything would be fine because of Erin.I couldn't imagine doing the wedding without her; there are so many details that would have been hard/impossible to execute without her.I was really able to relax and enjoy the wedding because of Proud to Plan! Hands down best wedding decision I made was to hire them!

Wow, what an amazing crew! I worked with Erin, owner of proud to plan and she was fabulous. I had no clue all the details that when into planning a wedding! My mom and I did a lot of the initial planning, and Erin came in for the 6 months prior as our wedding coordinator. I thought that would be for just the day of. Nope, we had 3 meetings with her throughout those 6 months, and constant email contact with any questions. She was incredibly helpful, and most of all, made my wedding day flow perfectly. How do I know? Because I had absolutely no clue what was going on behind the scenes the entire day. Everything went flawlessly and I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. I wasn't even nervous about things going wrong, or vendors not getting there on time. I was 100% confident from the first meeting with Erin that she was going to take care of everything, and it would all work out. If something did go wrong, I still have no clue because it was a walk in the park for me. The day of, there were also 2 other people working with her who were constantly helping my family and entire bridal party with anything we might need. I am not a high maintenance girl, but it was so nice having someone there at all times, just in case you needed anything that day. Erin and her team were nice, funny, extremely professional and great. If you do anything to make your wedding planning, and wedding day experience perfect, hire Proud to Plan!

From the moment we met Erin we were blown away with her organization and attention to detail. She asked us questions about things we hadn't even thought of and we're in the industry! We got the "To Have and To Hold" package which was really all we needed. Basically, we had 3 meetings (which we did completely on the phone because it was just more convenient) where we went over every detail and the schedule of our big day. I was a little frustrated when our day of coordinators changed up this schedule without telling us. We ended up not getting to do a lot of table rounds and it caused our guests to be pulled on and off the dance floor a lot. Not a big deal at all but just something to note if touching each of your guest tables is important to you. REGARDLESS, they did an amazing job helping my guests know where to go and when everything was happening. They constantly made sure we were comfortable and happy. They checked on every vendor, collected all deliveries. I was in the bridal suite all day and the fact that I was not worried about a thing nor did I know what was going on, speaks for itself! I honestly could not have imagined our day without them! Actually, I could, I would have been checking on everything and going crazy. They were a huge help in collecting all the gifts, all of our centerpieces and making sure all of the decor was used and reused as much as possible. We really got all our money's worth out of every decoration we made or purchased because of Proud to Plan. They also set everything up for our after-party and coordinated an amazing sparkler send-off with a very inebriated crowd, which I owe Lisa a BIG THANK YOU for! Also, I have to note that Erin was not actually there for most of the day. When she originally told me that she wouldn't be there the whole time I was pretty disappointed. Understandably, she had to check on a few weddings that were also booked for that day. Once I saw her team in action I was no longer disappointed. Erin, we missed you there but your team is INCREDIBLE! All three ladies- Lisa, Amanda and Melanie were so awesome. My sister used Proud to Plan for her wedding a few years ago and raved about them, and I am so grateful that my husband and I chose to hire them to help plan our wedding. They helped to make our wedding the most special day of our lives. They were very responsive to all of my questions, requests and worries over the course of this past year. They always had a creative suggestion or solution to whatever issue I needed help with, and are truly gurus in their field. When I came to them with barely an idea of what I wanted, they turned a few pictures and photo clippings into a gorgeous inspiration board and theme that turned out more gorgeous than I could have ever imagined. In fact, my friends and family have been talking nonstop about how different, elegant and gorgeous the decor of the wedding was. They were all taking notes and said they want to copy what we did...one friend even said "and I NEVER notice this stuff, but yours was magnificant and I want it for my own wedding!" They really made my dreams a reality. On our wedding day, our planners worked unbelievably hard to help and support us and make sure the day went seamlessly. Having my planner by my side to ensure every detail went off without a hitch was such a source of calm to me. Her fun, chill, yet organized and thorough demeanor was the perfect combination, and her support throughout the day gave my husband and me the reassurance that our wedding was in expert hands. They did an absolutely amazing job, you and their team clearly worked so hard, and my husband and I are so grateful for everything my planner and her team did to make our day so special. They are the absolute best. I'm SO glad my sister found Proud to Plan and introduced me to their company and that they were able to be an immeasurable source of support in preparation for and on our wedding day.

I can't say enough wonderful, complimentary things about Erin, Lisa, and the entire Proud to Plan company. We booked the "Here Comes the Bride" package, and it was the perfect package for any bride who wants to plan her own wedding but wants to rely on the advice and experience of experts to make sure she's choosing great vendors, staying on top of things and preventing last-minute freak outs, and making sure every little detail is planned so nothing is a surprise on the big day! Erin & Lisa helped to ensure I had thought of everything, and kept me on schedule with helpful meetings and checklists. On the day of the wedding, I was blown away by how magical everything looked and how all of our seemingly disparate ideas blended together to become a seamless, cohesive feel at the reception that blew all of our guests away. This is the note I sent them after the wedding: "Thank you both for your endless hard work, your good judgment, your incredible good taste, and your shared commitment to helping make our wedding a success. Even though I knew you guys would do a beautiful job and that the investment in a wedding planner would ultimately be worth it, never in my wildest dreams did I imagine things would turn out the way they did. Walking into our reception was like walking into a dream - everything was like I imagined it would be, but 100 times better. It was truly magical - I can't even express to you how grateful I am (we are) for helping our wedding turn into the wedding of our dreams. All of our friends and family have gushed over how beautiful and perfect everything turned out - you both have 140 new fans! I loved the end results of my stationary and day-of signage. Although the pricing is a bit high, the end result is very professional and polished. I am a very visual person so I did request a sample invitation ahead of time- make sure you plan ahead and give them a little extra time if you also would like this. The signage for the day of really enhanced the look of the event and pulled everything together.

I really cannot thank Erin and Lisa enough for all they did. I thought I would be fine without a wedding planner but after we started working together I quickly realized I was oh so wrong. Our wedding was a farm and we had to bring in everything. I had a lot of DIY things planned and without Erin's team, none of it would have happened. Lisa and the girls made the day so easy and relaxing for us. I wish they could plan my life! THANK YOU GUYS!!!
