of my dress. I purchased my gown on 6/12/2019 and couldn't be happier with my experience. My bridal consultant was fantastic and paid attention to my body language and my facial expressions so she knew if I did not want to try on a dress. I never felt pressured to try on a dress and the consultant wouldn't bring a dress to the room if I was not absolutely in love with it at first sight. My dress was ordered and got to the shop quickly and the staff was so nice to hold on to my dress for me since my husband (then fiancé) and I live together. Karen is the seamstress that can do magic with a needle. She was mindful of the fact that I was losing weight for the wedding and made sure I was well aware of the expectations that comes with alterations and was very supportive about making sure my dress was exactly the way I wanted it to be. She even made sure that my "girls" were not too overly exposed but also looked presentable. She was very informative about how to do the bustle on my dress and it was so easy to do! She also told me to try on my dress a couple of weeks before the wedding and if the dress was not fitting correctly to text her and she would get me in to help with the dress. This bridal salon is fantastic. I love the staff and their selection is amazing.

at recommendations and when I tried on different dresses she really paid close attention to what features I did and did not like about dresses. I ended up choosing my very first dress that I tried on and was in LOVE with how it felt and looked on me. It was a HUGE decision so Madison didn’t pressure me and I told her I wanted to sleep on it. Later that day, I couldn’t stop thinking about it and so I texted Madison and she offered to even come in on her day off so I could try it on ONE more time before I made a final decision. Again, she was so patient. She let me try it on again and told me to stay in the dress as long as I wanted. I did walk around it in and imagined myself walking down the aisle. I was so excited and said yes to the dress! Thank you to Madison and Providence Place Bridal for making this experience such an amazing one. WILL update after alterations, too!

p I visited and was so happy to find a dress here. I ordered the dress (Morilee by Madeline Gardner) and it came in way earlier than expected which was great. Karen in alterations was incredible and made the dress even more perfect than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend Providence Place!

s. Diana she listened to my vision of what I wanted and on my first visit I knew I had found the dress for me. Ordering my dress was super easy and it arrived faster than what I imagined. For the alterations I worked with Mrs. Karen, she really was the best!!! I had met with another alteration consultant prior and it was a nightmare. Mrs. Karen knew exactly what my dress needed and had it ready right on time. Thank you ladies for being my wedding angels!

that I tried on was not too short and the designer actually makes a long that would've worked perfectly. Because of this, they had to special order fabric that took 4 months to come in and I had to have 7+ fittings over the course of 10 months. However, they did cover most of my alteration cost and Karen was able to work magic and ultimately saved the day. Overall, I would not go back due to my experience and the stress that it caused, but their dresses were very beautiful and reasonably priced.

intuitive. My dress was actually picked out by one of the staff members and when I saw it I fell in love and she said "I knew you'd love it". She had kept track of all the things I liked and didn't like and really listened and found me the perfect dress. I recently went back to try it on when it came in and both the owner and the assistant made me feel as if that dress was made for me and they had never seen it look so beautiful. They are truly special people who are passionate and care about finding the right dress for you and making you feel special. They are angels!

My bridal gown was one of the first large purchases I made for our wedding and I was told it would be my most stressful. Absolutely not true. It was such a dream working with these ladies and you will not find this kind of hospitality anywhere else. I highly recommend any bride on the market for her special gown to check out this place. You will fall in love!

d we stopped to have brunch and looked to see if there any close by bridal boutiques. Yelp recommended this one! We did NOT have an appointment but were greeted with smiles and they were so friendly. I can't remember my consultant's name, but she was a doll and very helpful. I tried on about 6 dresses and the 3rd one was my IT dress! I was given an approximate arrival date but it came in a couple of weeks early! My veil arrived on the approximated date. But it was not a big deal as I was already set up for alterations with, Karen, there in boutique. She is amazing!!!! My dress fits like a glove and the bustle is perfect. I'm so happy not to have to wear a bra! Love everything about it!!!

but Lynette, the owner, was so fantastic and attentive. She came and asked me what I envisioned for my big day while my mother and I combed through the racks of gowns. I told her 'Gatsby' and she pulled THE dress (Maggie Sottero, Elison) right away. No joke, it was the first and only dress she pulled for me. I tried it on and knew at once that this was MY dress. The experience didn't end there! Because of my great luck, it was only logical that I would use Providence Place for my bridesmaids dresses. Five of my seven bridesmaids purchased their dresses here (Angelina Faccenda) and I had my alterations done in-house by Karen who is MAGIC. Between coming in with bridesmaids and for alterations, I was a semi-regular face in the salon. The staff was always so friendly and attentive - sometimes when I was at The Harbor for unrelated reasons (lunch or a movie in the same shopping center) they would spy me outside the window and COME OUTSIDE to greet me BY NAME. This is service you won't find anywhere else. On the day of my wedding, my bridesmaids and I were stunning and I could not imagine my wedding without the support, attention and service I received from Providence Place Bridal Salon.

early and Karen was phenomenal with alterations. I had a strapless dress and wanted to create a very low back and she delivered! I felt like Cinderella at the ball, except it was MY WEDDING!!!!! I could not have gotten married without the help of these amazing women. I now go exclusively here when I need any dress for a formal event. I love y'all!
