n overall dreamy Italian summer vibe. The florals were absolutely stunning!!! I still can’t get over how beautiful they were. Every detail, from the custom invites to the signage and setup, was flawless. My shower was truly everything I dreamed of and MORE. She was also my day-of coordinator for my wedding and truly went above and beyond. From 6 a.m. on, she was available and ready for anything. She picked up our LED sign we forgot at home, fixed my incorrectly made veil so it would stay in place, fanned us off in the humidity, used pliers to repair a broken heel strap, and perfectly arranged my dress for every photo. Vanessa also created beautiful seating cards, styled our memorial table and audio guest book display with care, and brought every extra detail: bar signage, favor signs, table numbers, and more. She handled every vendor communication so I didn’t have to lift a finger that day. She was my calm, my voice, and my behind-the-scenes hero. When the wedding day arrived, so much went through our heads. Again, VanessaRose was there to provide a calming influence. Upon entering the bride’s home, she immediately met with other vendors and ensured timelines were being met. She also communicated with the bridesmaids and the mother of the bride to assist with any needs they had. She also checked in with the groom on several occasions to see how things were going at his house and if anything needed her attention. Upon reaching the church, VanessaRose quickly met with the priest and reviewed the agenda, and made sure everything was all set. After the ceremony, she helped with the receiving line and then the exit by the bride and groom. She also kept the planned pictures at the church on schedule so all parties could arrive at the venue on time. Once at the venue, VanessaRose worked with the venue staff and all vendors to keep things on track. Let the bridal party know it was time to head outside for pictures? Check. Help fix the bride’s veil and dress? Check. Offer advice on next steps? Check. It was such a relief knowing that an experienced person had our backs and knew exactly what needed to be done. Then as we needed to communicate specific orders with the entertainers, venue staff, and/or photographers, she was the one that tracked them down and made sure all questions were answered. We knew VanessaRose was on it and things would be solved. We just had to sit back and relax. Even when a minor issue arose, she calmly alerted the bride and groom to keep them informed and offered her suggestion. She left no stone unturned. She knew exactly what to ask and when to do things. She was never far from the bride and groom and made sure she could help them with anything they needed. Having VanessaRose with us made things so much easier and calmer. As we look back on our wedding day, we can confidently say that everything went as planned. There were no issues and everything went exactly as planned. When the day started actually approaching, we were in constant contact about the little things that I needed to make sure were in line. I had an issue with the florist and she was there being supportive and giving me advice. As for the day of - Vanessa was exceptional. She showed up when she said she would. She made sure everyone in the party was doing well, called about my flowers when they were late. She gave me tips along the whole way when I had no idea what I was doing. She was by my side for almost the whole day. She calmed me down when I was super anxious before walking down the aisle and even lightly blended in my makeup after greeting everyone at the church and before taking pictures.
