Vanessa is the best insurance you could have for your wedding day. She was my day of coordinator, invitation designer for my wedding and bridal shower, and did the event styling for my bridal shower. Any time I had questions, she responded promptly and eased any concerns I had leading up to the wedding. If we were unsure of what to do for the wedding whether it was finding a florist or how to incorporate our ideas into the reception room, she had an answer. Vanessa kept the day of the wedding moving along seamlessly and her familiarity with our photographer made everything a breeze. She did an outstanding job on our invitations and absolutely nailed our vision. We got so many compliments on the invitations while getting the responses and even post wedding!

VanessaRose and Pumpkinly Prints is an absolute must for planning your wedding. I was planning on doing everything myself for my wedding but my venue required that I had a "day of planner" and VR was recommended to me by a friend. VanessaRose went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. She met with me regularly and was so attentive to me and also the details of my wedding. She helped me make decorative decisions, work out the logistics of my day, review vendor contracts, negotiate pricing, iron out the timeline of my day, deal with the emotional stress, and deal with so many things I never thought out. She was so supportive throughout the process and an absolute pleasure to work with. She also created the menus, welcome sign, and program booklets at my wedding and they came out beautifully. So many people complimented me at the wedding how amazing she was- organized, professional, and personable. I was concerned that my wedding day would feel hectic, but VR took care of everything, and I had time to relax, enjoy my wedding day with my friends and new husband and have the most amazing night of my life. I hired VanessaRose to do my same day coordination, wedding invitations, seating arrangement, welcome signage, signature cocktail drink signage, and several other little details. Weddings can be some of the most stressful times in people’s lives. But when you have Pumpkinly Prints Paperie in your corner, it makes things a little smoother. From our initial conversation, VanessaRose provided comfort as we knew things would be taken care of and every detail would be addressed. Along the way, as we contacted her with any questions, she answered them in a timely manner. No matter how silly we thought the question was, she treated them with care and compassion. If it was important to us, it was important to her. We had numerous check-in points leading toward the big day, and she kept us updated on tasks that needed to be done. And as we got closer to the wedding, some little issues may have been overlooked, but VanessaRose calmly told us it was fine and offered suggestions on how to fix them. When the wedding day arrived, so much went through our heads. Again, VanessaRose was there to provide a calming influence. Upon entering the bride’s home, she immediately met with other vendors and ensured timelines were being met. She also communicated with the bridesmaids and the mother of the bride to assist with any needs they had. She also checked in with the groom on several occasions to see how things were going at his house and if anything needed her attention. Upon reaching the church, VanessaRose quickly met with the priest and reviewed the agenda, and made sure everything was all set. After the ceremony, she helped with the receiving line and then the exit by the bride and groom. She also kept the planned pictures at the church on schedule so all parties could arrive at the venue on time. Once at the venue, VanessaRose worked with the venue staff and all vendors to keep things on track. Let the bridal party know it was time to head outside for pictures? Check. Help fix the bride’s veil and dress? Check. Offer advice on next steps? Check. It was such a relief knowing that an experienced person had our backs and knew exactly what needed to be done. Then as we needed to communicate specific orders with the entertainers, venue staff, and/or photographers, she was the one that tracked them down and made sure all questions were answered. We knew VanessaRose was on it and things would be solved. We just had to sit back and relax. Even when a minor issue arose, she calmly alerted the bride and groom to keep them informed and offered her suggestion. She left no stone unturned. She knew exactly what to ask and when to do things. She was never far from the bride and groom and made sure she could help them with anything they needed. Having VanessaRose with us made things so much easier and calmer. As we look back on our wedding day, we can confidently say that everything went as planned. There were no issues and everything went exactly as planned. There’s no doubt that VanessaRose was a big reason for this. If you have the option to use her for your wedding or big event, don’t hesitate. She will help lower your stress level and make sure everything comes out perfect!

Fantastic!! If I could give VanessaRose 100 stars I would. From the moment I contacted her to now after the wedding, she continues to be super helpful. I initially contacted Vanessa to do our wedding invitations. She informed me she also does day of coordinating and thought that that's exactly what I need. I thought of it as insurance - if something goes wrong she would deal with it, if it doesn't then great - but she was so much more than that. We'll start with the invitations, she was very responsive and took my idea and brought it to life - both times because I was a covid bride, we had 2 sets of invitations. Everything came out exceptional. She was clear in what she was doing, how long it would take and always made things super easy. Even after the invitations and before the wedding day, she was super supportive and always available to answer all of my questions and address any issues I was having. The first date of our wedding, she emailed me just to say she was thinking about us and that if there was anything we needed, she was there. How freaking sweet!?! When the day started actually approaching, we were in constant contact about the little things that I needed to make sure were in line. I had an issue with the florist and she was there being supportive and giving me advice. As for the day of - Vanessa was exceptional. She showed up when she said she would. She made sure everyone in the party was doing well, called about my flowers when they were late. She gave me tips along the whole way when I had no idea what I was doing. She was by my side for almost the whole day. She calmed me down when I was super anxious before walking down the aisle and even lightly blended in my makeup after greeting everyone at the church and before taking pictures. As you can see I cannot say enough great things about Vanessa. Even today, 3 weeks after our wedding, we are still sorting out a few things together which is over and beyond her duties and I cannot be more grateful. Even my mom has mentioned in our conversations "that Vanessa woman was great." Absolute gorgeous invitations! Our invitations came out more beautiful than I could have imagined. When we first met with VanessaRose she helped us design a custom invitation and pick every single piece- font, colors, paper, and more that made sense for a beautiful final product. Due to Covid and shipping issues we hit a snag but in the long run we got them out and she did everything she could for us. We received so many compliments and definitely recommend her!

My mom, aunt and I contacted her right after rules in New York were announced that parties could resume, and needed to move warp speed to get my sister's shower together. My sisters had hired Vanessa first for my shower and it was so absolutely gorgeous and she was so personable that we hired her for our wedding. During our consults she asked great questions that really got at the heart of who we were as a couple. Her ideas for invitations were spot on with our style and our personalities. She was also super patient and flexible with my busy work schedule. When it came time for our ceremony we knew she had to be our officiant. She planned alongside us to create an incredibly personal and memorable ceremony. Everyone has complimented us on the personal touches she brought to our day. Not only did she make it memorable but throughout the party she made sure we stopped and took it all in. Those are some of the moments I have so clearly in my mind, while other parts of the night are a blur. We can't wait to host another event and work with Vanessa.

Vanessa was nothing short of amazing! We came to her with an impossible timeline for invites and she made it possible without cutting any corners! She went above and beyond in every way possible. Our invitations came out absolutely beautiful! Working with Vanessa was the most stress free experience I’ve had while planning a wedding during covid. Not only were my invites amazing because of her but so was my bridal shower! She helped my sister make all my Pinterest dreams come true! She didn’t miss one detail when it came to the bohemian tea party theme I wanted. She’s amazing!!!!

Vanessa was absolutely amazing. She was wonderful to work with. I sent her a few photos for inspiration and she took my ideas and ran with them. There was not one detail missing. From welcome table to seating to centerpieces to dessert bar. It was all I could have imagined and more!

Vanessa Rose was absolutely delightful to work with! She was open, honest, organized, and her work was of the highest quality. What really stood out, however, was her generosity and thoughtful flexibility amid the Covid 19 pandemic. She was extremely supportive, and even provided free postponement services, which was extremely appreciated. We are looking forward to continuing to work with her for this and future events!

When we had to make the sad and unhappy decision to postpone our wedding she stepped right up and stayed in our corner to help us through it all. Working with VanessaRose was wonderful! She offered complimentary “Change the Dates” to customers of the Bridal Boutique for brides who had to postpone their wedding due to COVID-19. VanessaRose is the owner of Pumpkinly Prints Paperie and she truly puts her costumers first. I am personally not a costumer of the shop and and treated me like her own. VanessaRose teamed up The Bridal Boutique on Staten Island to offer their brides complimentary change the date cards. Vanessa is going above and beyond to help all the brides affected by the covid 19 coronavirus. In the future I will use Pumpkinly Prints Paperie for all of my invitations & favor needs!

We worked with VanessaRose on our invitations and she was able to take all of our different ideas to make one beautiful design that had every piece! Working with VanessaRose was a dream, even in this Covid nightmare! She has gone above and beyond in so many ways to support us through everything- through the first days of deciding to postpone, to helping select a date, checking on the availability of our wedding team and so much more. She even created a free set of Change the Date cards that totally matched our origins invitation. Originally we were working with VanessaRose only for invitations and not for full planning, but it did not matter to her. She was there when we needed her, ever call and text and DM and even listened to me cry it all out. We have now booked her to be with us on our new date for our Day of Coordinator, because we cannot do this without her! First and foremost the work she does is amazing. She is really good at making all sorts of crafty things for you on your wedding day. She mainly makes invitations and will work with you and give you options. Despite the fact that she is a mom of two (she was pregnant with her second child when she worked with me), she made sure I got my invitations on time to send them out. VanessaRose also made me my own little pumpkin flower girl basket and signs that said “high school Sweethearts”, even though I asked a couple of months prior to my wedding. The work is always amazing. The only thing I would recommend is staying in constant contact and communicate specifics with her.

Vanessa is amazing! From the first day we met I knew I wanted her to do our invitations and day of details. We went over my design for my wedding invitations in person and she captured my vision and knew exactly what I wanted. She’s very professional and keeps you feeling calm with all the chaos that comes with weddings. You will not be disappointed! I’m so happy she is part of our special day and many more special events to come.
