They have a variety of menus to choose from at a fair price and we found the perfect menu for our day that also included passed hors d’oeuvres, coffee, tea and sparkling water! We had a couple of guests who were vegan and vegetarian and it was so easy to find a menu that every guest would be happy with. Everyone enjoyed the dinner buffet which was set up and ran very smoothly by their staff who were all so friendly and professional. At the end of the night the team packed a special to-go bag for us. We weren’t able to eat much during dinner so we definitely appreciated the staff doing that extra little thing for us, it was a sweet gesture, I really appreciated it. All the food was so delicious and it was nice to be able to enjoy it again. I would definitely recommend Pyramid Catering for any event needs. I had SO many guests tell me it was the best wedding food they had ever had. From the initial consult through the wedding day itself, the team was very helpful, responding to all of my emails very promptly; I was very impressed with all of the staff throughout the entire process. Not to mention, their prices were very fair. Stop your caterer search and go with Pyramid!

ls within the day. Whenever I had to make a change to the layout or guest count, Ben was quick to update our proposal and make revisions to layouts. He met with us at the venue before the wedding to make sure he understood how we wanted everything laid out and organized. He is wonderful at giving suggestions while also listening to what we wanted and figuring out how to make our vision work. When Ben and his team had to make changes to how food was served and how to set up our ceremony and reception seating due to COVID restrictions, they quickly put together a plan and communicated it to both me and my husband and the staffing at our event. Day of, our reception changed last minute from outdoor seating to indoor seating due to rain. Pyramid staff quickly moved everything indoors seamlessly. My husband and I were instantly greeted with an individual appetizer selection and beverage post ceremony. The staff really goes above and beyond their job expectations to help make your event smooth, fun, and seamless. The food was EXCELLENT. All of our guests were raving. We enjoyed the northwest buffet, but Pyramid is always happy to make substitutions and customize their options for you. I honestly cannot recommend their team enough. I would highly recommend this company. We are SO thankful for their hard work and their delightful catering.

They are flexible and willing to work with your budget and needs. We especially loved our tasting dinner with Ben as we got to know him and the company better. As far as Seattle caterers go, we thought they were really reasonably priced, especially given the quality of food and service. Definitely recommend checking them out.

They gave us, the bride and groom, and the bridal party especially good service, asking if we ever needed water or a drink whenever they passed by us. They made sure we (my husband and I) were first to get food and even boxed us up a meal for the hotel room at the end of the night. In addition, we had so much fun at the 2 tastings we did with them before the wedding. The owners/ managers were professional yet very inviting. Funny enough, the tastings are actually a very nice memory for my husband and I. Here is the biggest compliment of all: I have an aunt who has every dietary restriction that anyone can think of. She NEVER eats at weddings. However, after our wedding she said that she absolutely LOVED the food and couldn’t get enough. From countless guests at the wedding, the most common compliment we received was about how delicious the food was.

yramid takes care of rentals, setting up and taking down tables and chairs, and even provides bartenders for the event! In this sense, it was so nice to deal with less vendors. The food was also amazing! Although the website quoted us below what the actual pricing per plate ended up being ($24), it was still incredibly reasonable and delicious! The staff on the day-of were present without being in your face and they took care of everything without needing to be asked. If I ever have another large event in the Seattle area, I will be sure to book with Pyramid again!

The best part though is all the compliments we got from our wedding guests. We had a buffet (which are usually mediocre at best at weddings) but the guests kept telling us how great the food was. He is so detail oriented which I loved and was so willing to work with us in order to help us stay within our budget. He helped us figured out how much alcohol we would need and gave us a lot of good tips that saved us a lot of money. The food was so good; we still have wedding guests raving about it 5 months later! Everything was presented so beautifully and the staff the day of was the absolute best to work with! We highly recommend Pyramid to anyone looking for an amazing caterer!

Yes they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and it was well worth it. They provided all the lines and dishes/stemware/flatware, etc...set it all up, took it all down and boxed up the to-go containers for the little bit left over. Normally I am not a fan of buffets, food is either too cold or dry, but our buffet was anything but that. It tasted fresh from the oven and many people were going back for seconds. Food was ready and served on time and the appetizers were passed around at just the right time.

There were several things on the day-of that they "upgraded" without telling us, or charging us, and the catering staff was friendly and professional, never in the way. To be clear, the food was good (several guests commented on it) and presented well, but it wasn't a five-star restaurant (but hey, for the price, it was great). They even packaged up some food and cake for us to take back to the hotel. These people know their business and take care of their customers!
