The century tent was in perfect shape! And the gentleman who helped was great, too! The chairs were filled with confetti from the last event so those should have been cleaned up. The chairs also could use a little cleaning as there were brown spots. Round tables also were pretty spotted on top, which you could see through table cloths in day light.

We used Quality Rental for our outdoor wedding. We rented everything - a big tent, tables, chairs, kitchenware, lights, a bar, high chairs, etc. Quality Rental (especially Fred) was always quick to answer emails and friendly when we kept changing our order (so hard to know the final guest count!). They even offered to hang 2 strips of fabric I wanted in the tent. I also received a quote from Rhode Island Rentals and Newport Tent Company, but it was more expensive for the things we needed. The quality of everything was great! I would definitely recommend this place!

While did not end up going with them (our caterer ended up quoting us at their price) , they were extremely accommodating, easy to work with and gave reasonable prices. Would definitely use them if need reasonably priced rentals

Our goal for our daughter's wedding was to recreate a backyard, tented, 'Father of the Bride' wedding. Quality Rental allowed this to happen for us on a few different levels. They were very professional and customer service oriented when both my daughter and fiance, and myself, initially met them and were quoted for such an event! Their pricing was very reasonable, compared to their competitors. A few days before the wedding, we had a site visit to our home and were able to discuss the final details of the placement of the beautiful, century tent, and also some details with fans we needed, lighting and extra tables. We rented from Quality Rental the tent, lighting in the tent, all the tables and chairs for our guests, plus cocktail tables and stools, full flooring for the tent, a stage for a 7 piece band and a checkered dance floor. Also a secondary tent for the caterers. The day of set up went very smooth! They had a large crew and all were professional and courteous! Everything went really well and we would use them again, even though we had to clean the chairs off for our guests, because some were sticky with some type of liquid spill and other various removable stain marks. We told them about it the day they came to pick it up, and they were very apologetic, with a preposed reason being, perhaps how busy they'd been for the previous month or so. The actual quality of everything rented was great! The day of the wedding was a great success and with Quality Rental's help, we were able to create a magical, memorable day!

We used Quality Rental in Pawtucket, RI to rent a 30 x 50 square feet tent, tables, chairs, lights, trash cans, bounce house, and karaoke machine for our outdoor, backyard picnic wedding. Overall, we had a great experience with them! I went to them about 9 months early to reserve the items, but over that time, making changes to my rental reservation was easy. They were very flexible and I was able to make changes up to a week before the wedding day. The only thing to be careful of is to check the prices on the reservation sheet they give you. Sometimes, because of their computer system, the prices on the sheet would be overinflated and much more than what is on their website. They were always accommodating, however, and made the adjustments. The Friday before our Saturday wedding, they arrived to the wedding site on time, and worked in an efficient manner to set up the tent, and unload the other items from their truck. We set up the tables and chairs ourselves to save money, but you can also request that they set up everything, for an additional fee. I had asked Quality Rental to pull the tent permit for me, and they did so, in a timely manner. The only error they made was that they pulled the wrong karaoke disks, but the next morning before the wedding, they drove the 1 hour to deliver the correct disks. I was truly impressed with their service. Another testament to their service is that I had ordered too many fire extinguishers and No Smoking Signs for the tent. The head delivery man, noticed this detail, didn't install them, and even credited me the cost for those signs. Quality Rentals is great!

Quality rental let us rent 210 banquet chair covers for my reception at the beautiful Quonset O Club, That DID NOT FIT! We called them the day before my wedding and they did not care or attempt to fix the problem. They refused to refund my $840, they eventually sent me a partial refund check for the WRONG amount. They charged my mother's Visa credit card without permission, they were supposed to use my Master Card. They then would not put the unauthorized amount of $463 back on her Visa. Endless mistakes were made, my Mother was on the phone with them crying as we were decorating for the reception and they just had NO COMPASSION ! This was beyond mistakes, they are incompetent. Do not let them destroy your wedding dreams too.

I rented chair covers with bows for our wedding from Quality Rental. they were absolutely beautiful! the staff was amazing and I can't wait to work with them again. they are most definitely my go to rental company!

We went there looking for items for our wedding, and they were able to help us find what we were looking for. We got table cloths, serving plates, bowls, spoons, and a few long tables. Their prices and service were great. Since then, we've also used their chocolate fountain, dunk tank and a few other items at parties. They were always clean and in good shape, ready to use. The staff are very friendly and courteous and know their products. We highly recommend them!

I had originally pushed aside the thought of renting table lines, thinking it would be far too expensive, but when I stumbled upon Quality Rental, I realized that it was definitely something I could work into my budget! They had a wide variety of colors, styles, and textures to choose from. We also rented our cake stand from them.
