Quasthoff's did an amazing job on my wedding flowers. I have had a relationship with this florist for years. They gave me the best price and did everything that was asked. I was in regular contact with Jeanne in order to ensure all the numbers were correct and how center pieces where going to look. Quasthoff's is a reasonable florist that does great work! Everyone loved the flowers and couldn't of been happier.

This review is in regard to my experience as the matron of honor in a recent wedding. I had gotten married two weeks before the wedding in question, so I had some florist experience to compare to. In the morning, the delivery person dropped off the flowers, asked for a signature from anyone (the bride was in the other room, getting her hair done) and left. Didn't review what was in the order, didn't ask the bride if everything looked good, didn't wait for us to even look at anything, and barely even said bye. (We later found that a boutonniere was missing.) Later, at the reception, an employee of the venue had grabbed me to ask if I knew what the centerpieces should look like, because the florist had just left the pieces of the centerpieces in one place, without assembly or even instruction. The bride had been assured that the setup would be done. Overall, the flowers were pretty and it sounds like the cost was low, but it was frustrating to have two impersonal customer service experiences on what was otherwise a great day.

I worked with Laurna at Quasthoff's to put together a vision for my wedding flowers. It was a very easy and seamless process. Quasthoff's was one of the more affordable options I found in the Chicagoland area. The personal flowers and floral arrangements at the reception couldn't have been more perfect!!! They were absolutely gorgeous!!

Quastoff's did the flowers for both my wedding and rehearsal dinner. Everything looked beautiful and was really reasonable! They helped us out by providing gerbera daisies for the center pieces, even though they weren't making the center pieces themselves. All of the girls bouquets (and my own) looked beautiful and lasted even in the rain--heavy rain! They did my flowers for about 300 less than other quoted prices, and I got everything I wanted (and delivered to the church and hall). The rehearsal dinner centerpieces were beautiful as well, and lasted for weeks!!

Quasthoff was the cheapest I found for flowers. It was probably my cheapest vendor and they work with your budget. I recieved a lot of flowers for the price I paid.

I was a little concerned when I visited their store, because it is a little outdated, but the flowers were amazing! I didn't give them much guidance and the flowers were stunning! They were delivered on time and they even gave us vases to hold the bouquets at the reception. The flowers at the church seemed a little like an after thought, but I didn't mind. The price was great and couldn't be beat!

I had taken the time out of planning my wedding to drive the two hours to come to this location. The price was right but the service wasn't. I gave the florist photos of what I wanted my flowers to look like and when I recieved them on my wedding day they weren't what I wanted nor what I had photos of. Then they took the flowers back and made them worse then they were to begin with. I didn't have enough time to take the flowers back and get them fixed again!!! They did give us some things for free and added things on and thought that because they had done this that was plenty for them to not give us something back from ruining my flowers on my wedding day!!!

We used Quasthoff's Flowers because many of our friends have used them and we know some of the staff. We felt 100% comfortable using them the second we walked out of the office after our first meeting. We went in, showed Kate a picture of what we wanted and that was it. She wrote it all down and told us everything will be exactly how we wanted it. She was absolutely right!! The flowers for the wedding were absolutely beautiful! They were more than I expected, they were perfect! We received the best service and the best flowers you could ask for during a wedding! Thank you Quasthoff's!!!

We were on a very strict budget, and Quasthoff's met our needs quite well. They were even nice about our super-early delivery time (6:45am)! I didn't have specific ideas of what I wanted my flowers to look like before my consult, so their 'package deals' were a big help. They were also great about 'substitutions' within the package without adding any extra charge. If you are a very picky bride or have very specific flowers, then you might end up spending a lot more. For me, the flowers were not a focal point, but they still looked beautiful and we saved a lot of money and time. If I had to get married all over again, I would definitely go back to Quasthoff's Flowers.

We loved our flowers from Quastoff's. My only disappointment was that they forgot my throw-away bouquet. Everything else was wonderful!

I used Quasthoff's for my wedding - they had been recommended to me by a friend. They were very reasonably priced, were very easy to work with, and professional. I didn't even have to pick specific flowers, just give them an idea of what I was looking for. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and better than I had imagined! My bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, and the boutonnieres were outstanding - I could not have asked for better service and quality!

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and matched my colors perfectly. They also worked with me to get exactly the kind or bouquet I wanted for myself and all my bridesmaids. The corsages for my mom, mother-in-law and grandmother were beautiful and the boutonnieres were all large and fresh. They were great for the price and they included (free of charge) a toss bouquet which was small (and was carnations) but it was free, did the job and went with my colors. Great for the money I paid which was under 400 dollars and I chose roses for everything. I purchased my bouquet (with stephanotis flowers), 6 bridesmaids bouquets, 5 boutonnieres, and 3 corsages. I would recommend this place to anyone, not just people getting married.

Quasthoff's did a great job on my flowers. Unfortunately, our caterer hadn't shown up in time to have the tables set up for the florist so they weren't able to arrange the centerpieces. However, it didn't matter since my bridal bouquet and MOH bouquets along with the centerpieces were all beautiful. Quasthoff's was willing to lay the runner with rose petals along the sides, as well as, lay petals around our wedding cake. They are great to work with and I'm very happy they were our Florist for our special day! Thank you!!!

Specific instructions completely ignored. My bridal bouquet had dead and brown leaves in it. Bridesmaid bouquets were wrong colors and specific flowers told not to be in them were in them. We ordered 2 dozen tulips to tie on the pews of the church and they didn't even deliver them. The delivery driver drove off before I could see them. I cried really hard because I was so embarrassed of the poor quality of their products. They ruined an important part of our wedding.

Quasthoffs has good flowers and they made the choosing process easy. I had a good idea of what I wanted. Although the flowers I asked for were fresh and beautiful, there were some specific instructions that were ignored. I wanted feathers around my bouquet,and they put the wrong ones. My dad's boutonierres fell apart quickly. However, I had a friend that used them the next month for her wedding, and she was comepletely satisfied. The best thing about them is their affordability.

although the flowers were beautiful. I requested NO roses for the bouquets and blue hydrageas in which we received roses and green hydrageas. very disappointed,.

Quastoff's was great! The flowers were absolutely beautiful. They were able to do last minute additions when we needed extra centerpieces. Fantastic vendor.

We went with Quasthoff's because of the price in comparison with some of the more well-known florists in the city. With those florists, we were only able to get about 1/2 of what we wanted, whereas Quasthoff's was able to do almost everything and still stay within our budget. The quality of the flowers was amazing, and they were very friendly to work with. They have some idea books to look through, but I recommend taking pictures of things that you like, and they'll be able to emulate it, if not improve on it. The flowers at the wedding blew us away. They went above and beyond expectations. Plus they were perfectly on time to both the reception site and the church, and it was in the middle of Michigan Ave. in September. Great job!!

The florist had some great ideas. The order process was good. I did not feel rush through the order process. We were welcomed to browse through the various magazines and books. The price was reasonable as well.
