Wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid at all costs. She is only about the money and will screw you over. DO NOT USE HER.
Truly a horrible and disappointing experience with Queen of Harts - in more ways than one - that truly ruined our reception. We were unsure if we wanted to include a coordinator in our wedding budget but once we determined we would need a room flip, I decided it was worth the investment to not have to have my mom and family do this work so they could just enjoy the cocktail hour. In our initial conversation with owner, Natalie, I expressed to her that all we really wanted/needed is the room flip and putting up décor during the room flip. She assured me via phone conversation and multiple emails that they've done this multiple times at this location and it would be "no problem" It turned out to be a major problem and was not carried out timely nor correctly. We started over 45 minutes late due to the room flip taking additional time and with that, it was not done correctly. The coordinator was provided an exact rendering of the seating for tables and numbers and she switched the two head family tables, causing our families to be completely separated. This was terrible for our out of town guests who were on a completely different level than their families they do not see often. Additionally, we paid for custom acrylic name plates that were not given out to 100+ guests even though it is stated they will "follow your design to a tee" this was a HUGE WASTE of money. But the worst thing is that my mother spent the ENTIRE cocktail hour inside DOING the room flip and décor. I have ONE professional picture with my mom during cocktail hour and that was only due to someone having to pull her from inside to come take the picture only to have her run back in to complete the set up. This is the EXACT reason we hired this company to have family be able to enjoy the hour NOT be inside doing the work, which is EXACTLY what DID happen. My mother, aunts, uncles, and cousins were all inside doing the flip and we STILL started over 45 min late and it was STILL not complete. It breaks my heart that my mom experienced NONE of cocktail hour - we had live music and she heard not ONE song or was able to taste ONE appetizer that was passed - we can never get this experience again nor an opportunity to take these pictures again. To make things worse, when we went to discuss this with Natalie, she became incredibly defensive and stated verbatim, "Everyone has bad days at work, it just sucks that it was your wedding" We are currently pursing litigation against this company as they did not only not provide/complete their service, wasted money on things that were never passed out, they took away precious moments and experiences from the day that we can never get back because my family was doing what we paid them to do. If we were prepared to do this on our own, we would've gotten it done, but we were prepared for THEM to do it since that is what they were paid for and that was our biggest mistake. Please avoid this company, they will only cause stress to your day, please look elsewhere.
After planning our wedding and doing much of the grunt work, we decided that a day of coordinator was the way to go.
Kylie did an amazing job making sure that the entire event went off without hitch. We could not have wished for a better day.
My venu required a day of coordinator so I began searching on The Knot. I came across Natalie and loved the reviews. We had a zoom consult and speaking to Natalie felt so comfortable from the start. She explained her services which helped because I didn't truly understand the importance of a coordinator until speaking to her. Natalie and Kyleigh teamed together to make my Wedding day magical. The day of my wedding had some moments of chaos and they handled it professionally and remained patient with us through it all. I can't thank you ladies enough for all you did to make my day happen as beautifully as it did. I could not have done it without you! If you're looking for day of coordinator, look no further! You won't regret booking them!

I needed a day of coordinator for my big day and I can’t believe how lucky I got! Natalie Hart with Queen or Harts is fabulous and has such a wonderful team. I found queen of harts on the knot! Being a burnt out pandemic bride who rescheduled a few times wasn’t easy. And for our final reschedule I decided to have help, I reached out to Natalie & it was the best decision ever. She was so kind, organized, detailed & her process/questions were so thorough! I can’t stress enough how wonderful it was not to worry as much like I had in my previous wedding planning attempts! From the initial phone call all the way to the week before she was great & when I thought the rain was going to ruin my entire wedding weekend she was watching the weather for us & calmed my nerves.
Hannah who also works with Natalie is a gift. She was there for our rehearsal dinner + our big day & I can’t tell you the peace of mind I had with her there. All of our friends + family and even our photographers said how wonderful she was. She was caring, quick thinking, and re worked our wedding schedule/flow when the short rain came through for 20 mins! She switched everything around so fast & it all just went so seamlessly. Not only that but I am an anxious person & she truly calmed so many of my wedding day nerves & was just so reassuring! If I had to do this process over & over again I would choose her every time!!
I can’t speak highly enough of both Natalie & Hannah! And if you’re on the fence about working with them definitely take the leap!! They are amazing!
I found my Day of Coordinator at one of my Venue's Open House events. I did meet with a few other potential coordinators prior to having my initial consultation with Queen of Harts. Natalie was so genuine and she was had the same enthusiasm as I did about my idea to have a 1920's inspired wedding. Once I booked with her, she was helpful in providing information about where I could purchase specific items. As my wedding date got closer, she and Hannah helped me with choosing how to set up tables at my venue. On the day of my wedding; they set up my decor in the reception hall. They brought my 1920's vision to life and made everything so beautiful!!! I had so many comments from guests about how beautiful everything looked. Hannah did an excellent job making sure everything went according to plan. I would recommend Queen of Harts to anyone looking for a Day of Coordinator.
My husband and I had no idea just how helpful a day of coordinator would be. Spend a little extra money to help take the stress off of yourself and your spouse on your big day. Meeting Natalie at our initial meeting, we knew she was professional and she gave us so much useful information! Closer to our wedding day, we could only have a meeting via phone call to discuss our details and the flow of how the wedding day should go and she still kept this professionalism that's admirable. I loved working closely with Natalie during our process. The day of, we had Caroline as our coordinator and she's delightful as well! She kept us on our timeline and was extremely easygoing and took off so much stress on our wedding day. If you're thinking of hiring day of services, go with Queen of Harts! I can tell you from experience that it was probably the best decision we made and worth the expense! I should also note the pricing is reasonable and not something that will break the bank. Leave some room in your budget for this. You'll look back and be extremely grateful!
Natalie made sure our wedding went off without a hitch! From our first consultation she was professional and encouraging about moving forward with a wedding during covid. During the weeks leading up to our wedding she was on top of every detail, and on our wedding day we didn’t have to worry about a thing knowing that she was taking care of everything. I can’t say enough how valuable her services were to us, definitely one of the best investments we made for our big day!
I'll be honest, when I first got engaged I was a little unsure about whether or not I needed a wedding planner; I figured that I could handle everything myself. But after seeing Natalie from Queen of Harts in action, I can't believe how wrong I was. From handling all of our vendors leading up to our wedding to making sure that our entire celebration went off without a hitch, Natalie handled everything with a controlled professionalism that definitely calmed my anxious nerves. What really blew me away though was her coordination on the day of. She made sure all of our wedding party was ready at the right moments, kept our diva of DJ in check and even made my husband's boutonniere minutes before the ceremony after I forgot it! If you're already stressing about your big day please save yourself the headache and talk to Natalie. She truly is the QUEEN of Harts!
Natalie is the calmest, most direct, and most realistic planner! She is great at helping you plan your day according to the package you get. We had gone with the day-of coordinating, and she sat down with us a couple weeks to go over specifics and last minute details. She was efficient in contacting vendors, punctual for rehearsals, and very encouraging during the wedding itself. Queen of Harts made me more excited and less stressed about the big day!
To make a very long story short, our wedding would have been a crazy house without Natalie and her poised self. At first I was incredibly overwhelmed with all the paperwork, but as I sat down and dissected it, I realized that literally nothing could go wrong because Natalie thought of EVERYTHING. She had us on time, things flowing seamlessly and made sure everyone and everything was exactly where it needed to be. She worked so incredibly well with the team at the oaks at heavenly along with DJ Ray. They were a total dream team. She made sure we ate and that we weren’t stuck somewhere doing something for too long. She never appeared flustered even when things were getting changed due to weather conditions and always provided me with alternatives to whatever issue we were having. I can’t thank her enough. ❤️
Like others here, we thought we could do all the planning ourselves. You might not need a wedding planner a year out, but do yourself two favors: 1) hire a day-of coordinator 2) make it Queen of Harts. No matter how good a planner you are, or how small or low key your wedding is, or how on top of things you are, I promise, it will go better (and be less stressful) if you hire some help. After seeing all the work Natalie and Katie did leading up to our wedding, the number of things that we were stressing about that they took care of, and then how much work Katie did on the day of, I cannot imagine having done the wedding without them, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. You will be in terrific hands, and I guarantee you your wedding will go smoother and you will be infinitely less stressed with Natalie and her crew helping you out. Plus, Natalie will make sure that you're buying the right package, and that you're paying for the things you need and not for the things you don't. We were very lucky to hire good vendors all around, but the only one my wife commented on multiple times was Queen of Harts: "Thank goodness we hired them, best money we spent on this whole thing." I couldn't agree more.
Hire Queen of Harts. It's not an additional cost, it's an investment in your sanity and ability to enjoy the day. It will be the best money you spend on your wedding, I promise.
Natalie is amazing and if you are needing a day-of-coordinator she is the one you want! We live in Houston but had our wedding in Borne and Natalie helped fit all the pieces together and put me at ease. I booked all of my vendors, but I just needed someone to help me bring it all together and make sure it ran smoothly and Natalie did just that! Her husband is even an officiant (King of Harts) and we ended up booking him, which turned out amazing (You know the officiant of the wedding coordinator is going to be good!) She was professional, on time, great with details and so sweet to work with. If I ever had any questions or concerns I would contact her and she was always there to help.
If you are questioning whether or not you need a day of coordinator, the answer is definitely yes. So glad we worked with Natalie to fine tune the details and make sure everything went perfect on our wedding day. Natalie and Talia were super heros that made this 11 hr, 2 ceremony + reception day happen from transporting clothes, rescuing hair, and making sure we ate. Would definitely recommend to future brides!
We were thrilled to have Natalie help my now husband and I on our big day! I had peace of mind from our first phone call and she offered great advice and suggestions on things I never would have thought of! Working with Natalie and her team were the best decision I ever made when planning my wedding (other than picking the right man of course!). I booked a month-of coordination package which worked perfectly for me. It was great to not have to deal with all the details at the last minute - handing that off to Queen of Harts was so relieving. It was also an amazing benefit to have an experienced professional on my side when dealing with vendors, family, etc. She helped our day run without a hitch (at least not that we were aware of) and provided lots of great advice along the way when we needed it. We are so thankful to her for her wonderful support and for helping everything run so smoothly. She even went above and beyond answering questions I had regarding planning along the way. I cannot rave enough about how amazing Natalie and Raleigh were from Queen of Harts. From the moment I met Natalie I knew she was the day of coordinator I wanted for my wedding. She is not only highly professional and reasonably priced, but very organized, dedicated, and genuinely sweet. What made the business stand out was the personable conversation we had and how I knew that she was passionate for what she did. I felt so comfortable with her and knew that she would take care of me. During the two weeks before the wedding, Natalie and I kept in constant contact with me and my vendors. She was very organized. On the day of our Sunday wedding Natalie showed up early to lead us through our rehearsal, and then returned later to set up all of our decor with Raleigh. When I saw how they set everything up for me, I was blown away at the amazing job they did at capturing my vision. Everyone looked absolutely stunning. Natalie did a wonderful job and making sure everything ran smoothly and adjusted our timeline as things were going quicker than expected. Overall, I am so happy I booked with Queen of Harts.
Natalie and Raleigh were wonderful to work with! We used Raleigh for our month of coordinating for our wedding back in April. I worked mostly with Natalie until about a month out, when Raleigh took over - but they were both so helpful. I had many questions and emails and they both helped to ease my nerves and help get everything sorted out. Raleigh is a super calm, warm presence and was great to have on our big day! We are so thankful to both of them for helping our wedding go so smoothly! Thanks again!
Natalie and her team are absolutely fantastic. She has incredible attention to detail. No need to stress yourself out with comparing different wedding coordinator packages. Honestly hindsight is 20/20; I should have just hired her to plan the whole wedding and not just coordinate the day of. Thank you Natalie! You are a rock star.

Natalie was amazing! I was initially resistant to getting a planner because I was adamant that I could do it on my own. Boy, was I wrong! There were so many small details that Natalie made sure were in order for our big day, she was so thorough and organized. She was also an absolute pleasure to work with and made sure all the little touches were in place the day of so that we could relax and enjoy our time with our friends and family. She is absolutely worth every penny and so much more! I am so thankful that we chose her as our planner!
Natalie is absolutely incredible. My husband and I said so many times throughout working with her and after the wedding that she was worth absolutely every penny. We were enchanted by her during our initial phone conversation, and I was blown away buy her again and again during the process. I would describe myself as ultra-organized, but Natalie tracked down multiple things I hadn't thought of and helped troubleshoot them all! She manages to be kind and lovely while also keeping everyone in line and in tip top shape which is the ultimate trifecta!
I'll start by saying that my husbeard and I always met with at least two vendors when we were planning our wedding. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Natalie was the exception. When we met I was like "Did we just become best friends!?!" From the beginning she was incredible. She always answered my questions and helped me out more than she needed to. Then wedding week came and she went to above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I was like "Is she Buzz Lightyear?" Needless to say, my wedding day was legit! After being engaged for sometime, I quickly learned that I was going to need some help bringing all of my months of planning together into the perfect wedding day. I was a pretty organized bride, but the thought of the actual wedding day and all the little pieces it entailed, terrified me. I had interviews with several wedding planners who were pushy, skeptical of my vision, and frankly made me feel stupid and like I just didn't know what I was doing. I was beginning to think that it was just an industry personality that I would have to put up with. Luckily, Queen of Harts was the complete opposite and was the shining light at the end of the tunnel. The outstanding service began with prompt replies to all emails and calls and going above and beyond to explain how this two-week out planning process would work. They made everything seem so easy and suddenly I was not so frightened about the small details of our wedding day anymore.
I can honestly say that one of the main reasons my wedding day went so smoothly and was absolutely perfect was because of our coordinator Raleigh's calm and cool presence. She was prepared and kept the day running on time without a hitch. I can't imagine how our day would have gone had I settled with one of the other pushy and rude companies that offer similar services. What sets Queen of Harts apart, is that they are real down to earth people who will not only do their job to help you execute your perfect wedding day but will make you feel so special and happy in the process.

To begin, Natalie is overwhelmingly kind, assuring, and patient. Her calm confidence is contagious and helped me "keep my cool" in moments of stress. She perfectly aligned her planning with my vision, but wasn't afraid to make suggestions when she saw them necessary- something I am so grateful for, because her suggestions made a huge difference for the better in the overall flow of our reception!
Her assistants- like Natalie- are professional, kind, responsive, and diligent. Natalie and her team were perfectly communicative throughout the planning process and were completely available to anything we needed the weekend of the wedding. Together, they prioritized my priorities while managing every "little detail" that never even crossed my mind. They were able to carry out my vision for the wedding and reception, regardless of whether I knew exactly what I wanted, or only had a picture from Pinterest as a starting point for inspiration. Their experience in the wedding industry is wildly evident in how the execute their work.
The day of the wedding, I was blown away by how smoothly everything went. Everything was beautiful and even more perfect than could have imagined- the table settings, the twinkle lights in the trees, the music, the food- everything. Natalie's team kept us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed or bothered. I mostly just felt like I was floating through a dream the entire evening. I did not feel like I had to worry about a single thing, even when one of my bridesmaids left our wedding favors at home- 30 minutes away!- Natalie's team took care of it without a bump in the road. At one point I remember looking at Natalie's assistant and felt so scared that something would go wrong, and she re-assured me that everything was okay- and it totally was. They are LITERALLY the best, and I can't drive that point home enough!
My favorite thing about working with Natalie and Queen of Harts is that I felt like I could completely trust Natalie. I felt like I could really "click" with Natalie- she make her clients feel like they are her ONLY client, even though I'm sure she has like, a million clients at any given time, because who wouldn't want to work with her? Natalie mirrors her clients "vibe," something that I greatly appreciated as a bride. She is incredibly reliable, thoughtful, and is always two steps ahead of the curve. She has great connections in the wedding industry, is well respected, and is a seasoned veteran to this business!
