The folks at Quest Fine Jewelry are amazing! They have a great selection and will always alert you when there is a sale for different designer brands (which helped out a lot! ) They can source lab diamonds and other types of gems. They helped me and my wife choose the perfect engagement ring for her. The ring we built is so beautiful and a custom piece, everyone always comments on how gorgeous it is. They sourced light and dark sapphires to put in both rings. They gave me great options for the center stone as well. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs.
During my fiance's (now husband) initial search for a ring, he spoke to and visited multiple establishments. He also scoured through countless online reviews and found Quest Jewelers to be consistently on top of every list available. It wasn't long after that he visited Quest's newly remodeled store in Merrifield.
The store is pristine, clean and organized. The variety is impressive, wide and extensive. Although what made this entire experience stress free is attributed to Huan's calming temperament and laser focus on 100% customer satisfaction. He knows all of his customers' names! He was proactive, asked all the right questions, and a perfectionist throughout. It was clear he was highly experienced and walked him through many aspects I quite frankly wasn't aware of. Huan worked tirelessly in his preparation to locate the ideal ring and our entire wedding journey wouldn't have been so seamless without his hard work and dedication.
Thanks to Huan for making a typically anxiously-filled experience so comforting. For those interested in a jeweler for any special event, not only will you (and significant other) enjoy a remarkable experience & product but you'll also work alongside a very talented professional.

Look no further...Quest Fine Jewelers is the place you are looking for. My now husband did his research and visited 6 different jewelers before deciding that Quest was the place to go. My engagement ring was custom-made and it is absolutely gorgeous! We also went back to Quest for our custom-made wedding rings! The staff at Quest is fabulous to work with, and I have already referred 2 others to them. And yes, they also went with Quest. They definitely produce a quality product.
My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and wedding bands at Quest. We were extremely pleased with the customer service, value, and quality of the jewelry. We love our rings and continue to receive compliments. I go into the store regularly to get my rings polished, and they don't seem to mind. I would recommend Quest to any couples in the DC area!

Quest is definitely top of the line. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. This is definitely the place if you are looking for custom designs, they are capable of anything you throw at them. My engagement ring and bands came from Quest along with my husbands band and my wedding day present. I am definitely hook on the quality, they blow everyone else out of the water!
I love love love my ring. It is unique and beautiful! The staff at Quest is so friendly and helpful. They also get the job done quickly! I am very happy to recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing wedding band/ engagement ring.
Jeri is the absolute best. She helped my fiancé pick out several pieces of jewelry and I couldn't imagine anyone better to help him select my diamond. I trust her opinion and judgement and I knew she had our best interests at heart! We have had only the best of experiences at Quest. The new store and selection is wonderful.
to be fair, I had been to a few stores like Tiffany's and Mervis when I was looking at settings. The service was ok: Mervis I found to be a little pushy and the girl at Tiffany's lacked knowledge. This is not to say they aren't good options, they just weren't right for me.
Quest treats you like family, and you're missing out if you don't at least check out their nice sales people (all of them are great) and beautiful store!
Huan was so helpful, groom to be brought in a picture of a ring he saw on my pinterest page, and Huan was able to make a custom vintage ring to his specs. Turned out gorgeous and so happy with Huan's work!
Huan was so helpful and did not make us feel out of place in a fine jewelry store. He gave us a great deal on our rings, and the service was amazing. He even got my engagement ring, not purchased here, cleaned on the spot for free so we could better see how they would look together. A friend recommended Quest to us, and we are glad we followed her recommendation.
We purchased my engagement ring and my matching wedding band from Quest. If I had money to burn, I would come here for any jewelery because they do beautiful work for their original designs, but it is a more high-end shop. I had decided that I wanted a royal blue sapphire rather than a diamond. We picked the setting, then they acquired several sapphires for us to look at. My fiancee picked the perfect one. They did a great job and were pretty easy to work with.
After my fiancee went to Quest to get my engagement ring custom-designed, we went back to get our wedding rings there. We had them custom design mine, and we picked one off the shelf for my fiancee.
What I loved most about Quest was that despite the fact that we weren't dropping 10k on a ring, we weren't treated any differently than the high-buying customers. The guys at Quest did a fantastic job working with us to custom design my rings, which look AMAZING! I get so many complements on how spectacular and unique they look.
i am so happy that my husband decided to get my engagement ring from quest. he actually came in with a drawing and explained to the owners what my vision was (which was created verbally by going to other ring places and me telling him what i liked or didnt like about each ring we looked at). the ring came out absolutely beautiful! we decided to get our wedding bands from quest as well. my husband selected a ring from the store and we designed my band to match the designed engagement ring. they made the ring and it didnt feel right, it didnt look right. without hesitation, they took the ring back and made another one for me. IT WAS PERFECT :)

My husband and I purchased our rings from Quest Jewelers for our November event. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were astounded by how we were treated. The girl who helped us was extremely knowledgeable. Since we needed two bands for two very different grooms, she helped us find something to fit our personal styles, yet that would compliment each other. Success!
