Jim was a lifesaver the last 4 years of planning and replanning our wedding! Initially, we found him via our original venue but even when we moved farther from him in a new venue a...
nd the design asks completely changed - he stuck with us and made our day so special. Direct, reasonably priced, great at what he does, and just all around good people!
Jim was awesome to work with! He was recommended to us by our catering team and we were so happy to have had him as one of our vendors. He provided all of the lighting and power ne...
eds for our entire wedding! It was a relief to know that we wouldn't be blowing fuses or anything like that with a backyard wedding. I'd definitely recommend working with Jim!
Highly recommend Jim and his team for your lighting needs! Jim is an expert in his field and creative. He really made our venue come to life with his lighting ideas. Communication ...
was great leading up to and the day of the wedding. His set up/tear down was smooth and efficient. We couldn’t have been happier with his work.

rn, Jim is truly the nicest guy around. He's thoughtful, responsive, and just a real gentlemen. Because he installed so early on the wedding day, we never got to meet him in person... and we were kind of bummed! He's that great!

Jim and I had one brief initial e-ma...
il exchange in which I asked about his availability on my wedding day, and he said they might be available. I responded, briefly described my lighting needs, and asked for a cost estimate.
After a couple days with no response, I sent another e-mail. After a couple days with no response to that one, I made a phone call which went to a strange recording offering a list of similar businesses in the area.
So, I sent a third e-mail and asked if they were still in business- given his unresponsiveness and the phone recording, I had my doubts. The response from Jim was rude and sarcastic, mocking me for asking if they were still in business, complaining about how busy he was during what was supposed to be a slow month, and ending with "Should we choose to attempt to work your event into our schedule, the cost would be about [price.]"
I just think that was awful customer service.
Jim made our venue come to life! I met with Jim and after he listened to my vision he described what he could do. He understood my budget and was able to make our space magical. ...
The staff was professional and great about scheduling set up and take down. I suggest quest for making any space a little more special!
Even though they had my heart racing a few times (several "miscommunications" and someone had the wrong time, so our sound system was barely on time...), I have to give them good r...
eviews for the quality of work.
Jim was great to work with and the job that they did was nothing less than amazing!! We had an outdoor wedding, under a tent, and they took a standard white tent and made it look ...
magical, romantic, and absolutely beautiful. We got so many compliments, but none great than more for my own for Jim and his crew at Quest Productions!
