Jim was awesome to work with! He was recommended to us by our catering team and we were so happy to have had him as one of our vendors. He provided all of the lighting and power needs for our entire wedding! It was a relief to know that we wouldn't be blowing fuses or anything like that with a backyard wedding. I'd definitely recommend working with Jim!

Highly recommend Jim and his team for your lighting needs! Jim is an expert in his field and creative. He really made our venue come to life with his lighting ideas. Communication was great leading up to and the day of the wedding. His set up/tear down was smooth and efficient. We couldn’t have been happier with his work.

Not only did they do an excellent job providing beautiful, subtle lighting for the tent and barn, Jim is truly the nicest guy around. He's thoughtful, responsive, and just a real gentlemen. Because he installed so early on the wedding day, we never got to meet him in person... and we were kind of bummed! He's that great!

Quest Productions came highly recommended, so I was very disappointed by how I was treated when I was inquiring about availability and cost. Jim and I had one brief initial e-mail exchange in which I asked about his availability on my wedding day, and he said they might be available. I responded, briefly described my lighting needs, and asked for a cost estimate. After a couple days with no response, I sent another e-mail. After a couple days with no response to that one, I made a phone call which went to a strange recording offering a list of similar businesses in the area. So, I sent a third e-mail and asked if they were still in business- given his unresponsiveness and the phone recording, I had my doubts. The response from Jim was rude and sarcastic, mocking me for asking if they were still in business, complaining about how busy he was during what was supposed to be a slow month, and ending with "Should we choose to attempt to work your event into our schedule, the cost would be about [price.]" I just think that was awful customer service.
