Sarah and her team are incredible! If you are looking for a wedding planner for your big day- someone who is reliable, professional, organized, and can share laughs with along the way, well look no further. My wife and I had a blended wedding of three different cultures and Sarah and her team did an exceptional job! Could not ask for a better wedding organizer. They pay close attention to detail, demonstrate an exceptional knowledge regarding the wedding industry, and most importantly, became really good friends. Sarah and QE team was everything we needed and MORE!! They are professional, reliable, problem-solvers, creators, and most importantly they became our friends!! When the wedding day came, I could confidently say that I knew it would go off without a hitch because the QE team was so on top of everything! I could not have been through the wedding process without them and all their help. Truly so amazing!!

Sarah & Brooke were great to work with! Everything on our special day was perfect, and they were really excellent at piecing together my random bits of a vision and making it one, coherent piece. We got married in a massive space at Arrowhead stadium, but they made it seem intimate yet still spacious. Additionally, I have a very chaotic work schedule, but they did a great job keeping me organized and on-track during the planning phase and hooked us up with A+ vendors. Added bonus - they're both super fun, too! With all the hours going into wedding planning, it's nice to have fun, chill people to do it with.

I knew from the very first call with Sarah and her team that she would be my wedding planner. I had a very vague idea of what I wanted and things that I liked or was interested in. Sarah turned my string of ideas into a beautiful and extremely tailored vision. We had the most epic, well planned and incredibly organized wedding weekend! Every detail was chosen with care and the knowledge her and her team brought to the table was second to none. The entire weekend went by so smoothly; I can’t express how grateful I am to have had such an amazing experience. 10/10 I would recommend Quintessential Events and I can’t wait to use them again for an anniversary party!

Brooke and her team helped us build and design the wedding of our dreams! They took care of every detail and helped us think of things we didn’t even think about! Having parents that lived in a different state during wedding plan was challenging but Quintessential Events helped us navigate everything! On the day of the wedding we didn’t have to worry about a single thing because they were so on top of it and we could just enjoy our beautiful day! I don’t know how we could have done our big day without their thoughtfulness, eye for detail, and organization! After interviewing a few Wedding Planners we decided to hire Sarah with Quintessential Events for our daughter's wedding. Best decision we made! Sarah responds promptly which was super important to us. With it being our first wedding to plan we relied heavily on Sarah for her expertise and vendor connections/recommendations. It became evident to us early on that Sarah has a great rapport with KC vendors in the wedding industry! Sarah's knowledge, organizational skills and professionalism made our daughter's wedding and reception stress-free for us. Our reception had many moving parts including a plated dinner for over 300 guests. As the MOB I was asked many times throughout the process including day of and during the reception if I was nervous and stressed. I can honestly say I answered No because I was so confident in Sarah and her team to pull off an extraordinary event. My husband and I were able to truly enjoy our daughter and son-in-laws beautiful day because we were in such good hands with Quintessential Events. I am a very detail orientated person which Sarah respected, and she exceeded our expectations. With such a large event I'm sure there were hiccups throughout the day but I was not aware as Sarah just handled it, leaving us to just enjoy the day and soak it all in. We cannot recommend QE enough if you are looking for an event planner who knows how to get the job done and make it look stress-free!

Sarah, Brooke and the rest of the QE team made the wedding planning process smooth, easy and honestly SO fun. I cannot imagine doing any of the planning without them. My wedding day was flawless thanks to them! Not to mention, it was far more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I wish I could take credit for some of it- but honestly, they did it all and wow, they outdid themselves. Thank you QE for throwing the biggest, baddest, most beautiful party of my life.

Sarah was everything we could ask for in a wedding planner and SO MUCH MORE! She was attentive to detail, extremely communicative, answered every little question I had, and an absolute joy to work with from the start to the very finish (and even after the wedding!). She truly cares so much about what she does and it was so nice to be able to let go and put our full and complete trust in her. Sarah and her team are absolutely PHENOMENAL! Sarah understood how we wanted our wedding to be a unique experience for all of our guests and made the perfect day possible. Sarah made wedding planning super easy by breaking up everything into smaller tasks. She had great recommendations for other vendors that were able to bring our specific vision to life. She is extremely communicative and organized. Planning was a breeze with her. The execution of our day was even more perfect. If our day of had any hiccups, my husband and I were unaware as everything was handled for us by Sarah and her team and we could just focus on enjoying our day. Everyone on the team we worked with throughout the planning process and on the day of were professional and enjoyable to work with. I cannot recommend Quintessential Events more!

The best thing I ever did was have Christina, Brooke, and the QE team as my wedding planners! I cannot thank them all enough for making our wedding such a perfect day. The detail they put into getting to know their couples is unmatched. They stood by us during the constant changing COVID situations and always were available to answer questions or provide reassurance. The day of timeline they create for everyone is truly the key to the day running so smoothly. They found the perfect balance of coordinating the vendors, while still keeping me in the loop and made me feel a part of all the plans. And to top it all off they are the kindest and sweetest team who treat everyone involved in and at the wedding with such love and respect! You won't find a better wedding planning team that QE!

Our wedding would not have been what it was without Sarah and her amazing team. From the early planning stages, to the month leading up & weekend of the wedding, Sarah and her team made everything so fun, seamless & as stress free as possible. We met Sarah from Quintessential Events during one of the most challenging times of our lives. It was the tail end of COVID, we were living in another city and building our first home and knew we needed help planning the wedding of our dreams as we already had so many other things on our plate. We instantly hit it off with Sarah and quite honestly, the rest is history. We had already secured the church and venue but, she helped us choose all of the very best vendors in the KC area. Even when we were unsure of what direction we wanted to go, she always provided guidance and support. From the cake to the photographer, to the over the top florist, Craig Sole who brought everything together…the night was more than we could have ever imagined. When Sarah and I first started planning, she asked me to provide a few words to describe my dream wedding. I used the words “romantic” and “enchanting,” and the evening was exactly that and much more!!! The guests were welcomed into the venue with a candy truck and glasses of wine…what could be better than that?! Then, they were lead down a beautifully lit hallway to an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour with delicious hors devours and a fun vignette for lounging. Prior to the wedding planning, I had stumbled across some small salad plates that I really liked and Sarah found a way to incorporate them into all the small details; which is what really makes weddings stand apart from one another. The dance floor mimicked the plates as did the amazing cake. The flowers were in abundance, romantically draped from the chandelier above the dance floor and the room glistened with candles. It truly felt so romantic, intimate and enchanting. The food, drinks and overall service was above par and the band kept the guests dancing until the very end of the night!!! I honestly cannot begin to explain how helpful Sarah was in helping us with so many decisions. She even helped with things outside of the wedding; the rehearsal dinner, hotel rooms, transportation, welcome party, etc. Sarah and her team went above and beyond and our wedding was the most beautiful, perfect, wonderful night of our lives. We often look back at photos to remind us of our special night and know that we could not have done any of it without Sarah and Quintessential Events. And, the best part…was gaining such a sweet friend along the way. Sarah and I continue to stay in touch and I would one thousand percent recommend QE to anyone needing help planning their wedding or any other special occasion in their lives.

I LOVE Brooke! What a wonderful human. She is calm, communicative, and honestly a boss. I expect nothing less from someone on Sarah's team. Almost my entire wedding party lives far away, but after we started working with Brooke it was like I was wedding planning with a life-long friend. QE is the best decision you can make for your wedding. They are flexible and they make it easy. Brooke was always willing to make something work, but not afraid to give you honest advice (which is why you hire a wedding planner - they do this every day!) The QE team is so connected with KC wedding venues and vendors and even other planners. It makes planning and day-of so smooth, they have seen it all and then some. I don't have the words to explain how much you NEED a wedding planner, and Brooke and Sarah just get it.

I cannot overstate how grateful we are for Sarah and her team at Quintessential Events. My husband and I paid for a "partial" planning package (periodic check-ins in the months leading up to our wedding, with her team fully taking over one month prior, and running everything day-of) in 2019, in hopes of celebrating our wedding in May of 2020. COVID-19 forced us to postpone our ceremony and reception twice. Sarah helped us make the choice both times, responding to our anxiety and disappointment with compassion and pragmatism. Her team managed the logistical challenges of booking and re-booking countless vendors, and refused to charge us a cent. As we began working towards our third date, she guided us through every decision, respecting our priorities, budgets, and concerns. Leading up to the event, we were free of the anxiety we had expected because we knew that our event was in good hands. The QE team welcomed us to our venue on wedding day with bright smiles, and took care of every aspect of the setup, leaving us to relax with our wedding parties. We were dazzled by the elegance of a venue that had been empty only hours before. Every minute of the day ran smoothly, and if there were any problems, we never heard about them. Our ceremony and reception were made beautiful by expert details, and our guests ate, drank, and danced the night away. My husband and I both agree that hiring Quintessential Events was well-worth our money. She genuinely cares about my husband and I, and she put so much hard work into ensuring that we had the wedding of our dreams. Take it from a happy bride: hire Sarah, you will be glad you did.

We highly recommend Sarah and her team! Sarah was amazing throughout the wedding planning process. She made the daunting task of planning a large wedding (during a pandemic) manageable and fun! She is so well connected with all of the best vendors in the KC area and will help you find an incredible team for your big day. We never felt pressured to spend more than what I was in our budget. She helped make our wedding more beautiful than we could have ever dreamed!

Sarah and her team at Quintessentials were amazing. Sarah makes sure you get down to business all while ensuring you are going to enjoy your big day. She is organized, prompt, handles vendor communication, attends meetings and more. Our wedding day went smoothly and a big reason for that was because of Quintessentials. They knew every detail that was important to us and helped execute it/keep things on time. Afterwards, there was food and gifts in our hotel room waiting for us that Sarah brought over (thank goodness, we were starving!) There was professionalism through and through but I also felt I had a friend in Sarah which made me feel at ease. You truly can’t go wrong working with Quintessentials, I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Oh my goodness, I really don’t know where to even begin. I genuinely still miss the entire Quintessential Team to this day, and my wedding was almost a year ago. The day after my wedding, I truly had a bittersweet feeling of marrying the love of my life and having just had the dreamiest day of my life, but I also knew that I would not be working with the QE Team anymore who made my “dream day” come to life. If you are looking for a sign to hire a Wedding Planner, a Partial Planner, or an Event Manager… THIS IS IT! You may think that you can handle everything, but I am here to tell you (from someone who designed and made her own Save The Dates, Invitations, Menu Cards, and Seat Cards), that you simply cannot. My husband and I were lucky enough to have met the QE team at a “Popped” event. Following the event, my husband (who was the type of Fiancé who said “I don’t care” to almost everything… Brides, you know what I mean), but he was adamant that we worked with the QE team. We both could not stop talking about how much we enjoyed them as people, and the love and care they put into their work. My husband and I ended up choosing Quintessential’s “Event Management” package. We had already done much of the planning and prepping on our own, so we personally felt that it was the best option for us. Little did we know how many little details we hadn’t thought about when our 6-weeks out meetings with Christina started. She was truly AMAZING at helping us stay on track. She handled all communication, management, design, and vendor partnerships for us. Christina also made both me and my husband personalized check-lists to help us prep for everything as far as rehearsal dinner, family brunch, and the day of. It’s not wedding planning if something goes wrong with a vendor just a few weeks out, right? My husband and I ended up having our transportation services fall through, and we were in constant communication with Christina who was the one who found us an amazing service almost immediately. Speaking of things going wrong… On the day of our wedding, it had been non-stop raining. Well, we had planned for an outdoor ceremony. Yes, I know that’s what you plan for just in case, but Christina was truly so calm and reassuring, while constantly checking the weather. Because of Christina, I was not worried, and she ended up pushing back the ceremony a few minutes, hustling with the vendors, as well as Brooke to set up the displays outside, and everything was magical. I genuinely could write an entire novel on how amazingly kind, hardworking, patient, and knowledgeable the QE team is. Their reviews and work speak for themselves, but truly, if you want to make sure that your big day runs smoothly, leading right up to the end of your wedding night and returning to your hotel room picked up and tidied, with everything personal from the wedding packed up into your car… The QE team are who you want to work with. I truly can’t imagine a couple finding any other team who goes above and beyond more, than the Quintessential ladies.

I tell anyone who will listen that Quintessential Events was hands down the best thing we did for our entire wedding, and worth every. single. penny. for our 6 week coordination. Brooke and Sarah are the most wonderful, supportive, boss wedding planners I could have chosen to help plan and flawlessly execute my wedding vision. I am a very type A person and thought I would be very stressed on my wedding day - but thanks to them I knew it would be perfect and was truly able to enjoy the day. They seamlessly coordinated vendor communication/contracts when we postponed, answered my countless late-night panic emails, kept me on track with their detailed planning timeline, and truly took care of every. last. detail. I'm talking holding onto my bra for my reception outfit change; fielding Uber Eats delivery calls for our late night snack; bringing all of our luggage & my bouquet to our wedding night hotel room. These women are AMAZING, I could compliment them all day. Do yourself a favor and book them now!

Sarah Quinlivan of quintessential events made our Costa Rica destination wedding dreams come true. She was incredibly organized and communicative. She kindly held us accountable if we ever slacked on our end. I’ve always heard planning a wedding is a lot or “stressful”. However with Sarah, it was wonderful— dare I say, it was easy (for us)! Within a few conversations she understood our whole vibe and we could have trusted her to make any decision on our behalf! So not only was the planning beyond pleasant, but our wedding day continuously blew me away. We hadn’t seen anything about our wedding in person, from the resort, the reception venue, the flowers, food etc etc. and it was SOOO much more than we could have ever hoped for. Sarah arrived to our resort early to scope out the space and get everything in order. She made sure everything was PERFECTION. The day of, she kept everyone on schedule and we never felt rushed or wondered what to do or where to go. I constantly tell other bride-to-bes the one thing I couldn’t have gone without, after all was said and done, was a wedding planner. (specifically quintessential events.) not only was it worth every penny and then some, but for the hard work put in, and Sarah accompanying us to Costa Rica for all day of needs, the price was all too reasonable for such a priceless experience. Thank you indefinitely, Sarah!!!

Look no further, you've found your wedding planner. That's it. Your work is done, the Q team has got it from here. But in all seriousness, this was hands down the best decision I could have made and you'll think so too. I was already contending with long distance wedding planning and knew I needed someone who could keep me on task and the process on track despite the distance. This was before I knew we would be doing it during a global pandemic and have to contend with a date change 35 days out. The Q team was not just our coordinators, they were our guardian angels. There is no team more organized, more capable and better respected. Every time I told a vendor I was working with Sarah and the Q team, calls were returned, options appeared on the table and they all started taking to each other. Plus, they are so dang fun, which made the planning process a lot of fun. And when we got the word that we had to change our date, they had champagne delivered right to my door (1,065 miles away). That's the kind of support you need and deserve! My husband and I and our families think back on our wedding day and the days leading up to it and are grateful that we were able to just enjoy it and be present for it. No running around, no last minute to-dos, no "we forgot to do X!". It had all been thought of, planned for and beautifully executed. I'm not just a believer in investing in a coordinating team, I am a believer in investing in THIS team.

WHERE DO I START?! If you do not hire Sarah as your planner all I can say is that you are WRONG. For our original wedding date Sarah helped me brainstorm and make initial plans. When the pandemic hit, she stepped right in and helped me reschedule my entire wedding within a day. We then had another year to make everything perfect and MY GOD IT WAS PERFECT. She calmed me down, put out fires behind the scenes, and supported me every single step of the way. She is incredible and I truly miss planning my wedding with her!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Quintessential team! From everything that comes with a postponed Spring 2020 wedding to my husband spending our rehearsal day in the hospital, and spending the entire weekend with crutches and a wheelchair, Christina, Sarah, and the extended team went above and beyond for my day. I'm as organized and detail oriented as it comes, so when we were 1 month from the wedding, it was difficult for me to hand over the reins. Christina & Sarah took off with vendor communications, budgets, and day-of tasks without any questions or concerns. Hire this lovely team now!!

If you want the short version – HIRE SARAH. She planned our wedding twice – yes twice – it was Covid. The world was changing rapidly, we didn’t think we had a life raft - we did! We had Sarah! She was our coach, our strength, our friend, our lifeline, our resource in a world of unknowns. She NEVER lost her enthusiasm. YES, if I had more daughters, I would hire her again! Yes, we had a dumpster fire – didn’t even know about it until a month later. Sarah knows what to filter and what you need to know on that special day!!!! We loved working with Sarah. She asked us the hard questions. Kept us on a good timeline. And we did it twice because of Covid. Sarah was never at a loss. I can’t describe how hard this was for us. It was so difficult to postpone the wedding. We would have never made it without her and her team. All the vendors rescheduled. All the vendors respected what was going on. Sarah knows them. She worked so, so hard to get everything rescheduled. She literally worked twice as hard – double the time a normal wedding should take!!!! When the bad news hit us in the face, and we knew we had to change the date - Sarah was already ahead of us. In a short time, we had the new date and all the vendors rescheduled. I didn’t even have time to gear up for a major pity party. Sarah is an expert in this industry. She is aquatinted with everyone. I asked her a question and she knew the answer off the top of her head - every detail. We first talked with Sarah about a budget. She was very respectful about the $$ and our priorities. We always stayed in budget. Sarah updates a spreadsheet and keeps it in a portal for your review. You know when the big checks are due. All the contracts are in the portal too. Everything in one place. Then we picked the various vendors. I hired Sarah because I was nervous about trusting the various wedding vendors and unsure if they would take advantage of a onetime situation. I’ve heard horror stories. Sarah was the perfect choice. All her vendor suggestions - band, flowers, cake, invitations, photographer - all of them were true professionals. Sarah set up interviews for each one. Because the choices were in our budget, we didn’t have to say no or feel like we were choosing “less”. Sarah is not cookie cutter. She helped us with each decision to make it our own – our style. When the day finally started (the second date) Sarah had it all under control. As mother of the bride – I truly enjoyed the day. I could talk to the guests. I could take in the beauty in my daughter’s face. I could take a moment to just breath and relish every second. I could enjoy the party! Now as I write this review, I have the real gift from Sarah – the gift of memories. I’m so happy I can reflect on a marvelous day. My deepest thanks to Sarah for helping us every step of the way. We went from trusted advisor to friend.

It took me a while to write this review because I wasn't quite sure where to start... I may not have known my Husband was "the one" right away, but I knew that Sarah and Quintessential Events were "the ones" immediately. I can honestly say that I would not have had a wedding if it weren't for Sarah. I probably also wouldn't still like my mother ;) From Covid to bankruptcies to last minute cancellations and difficult family dynamics, she guided us every step of the way. The wedding planners at Quintessential events are professionals in every sense of the word; knowledgeable, detail oriented, financially conscious, calm under pressure... I could go on and on. They will take your vision for your wedding day and make it so much more. Not only are they the highest quality professionals, but they are the highest quality people. Throughout the last year and a half Sarah has truly become a friend. She goes above and beyond for all of her brides. You will feel taken care of and special in every way. I relied on her expertise at every turn, and am so glad that I did. I can say with absolute certainty that my decision to hire Sarah and Quintessential events was the best decision I made throughout the entire process. Hands down, the best decision I made with my wedding was deciding to hire Quintessential Events for my day of wedding planning. Sarah is delightful to work with and was extremely organized, easy to get ahold of and very experienced. I fully trusted her and she went above and beyond for making sure I had the wedding of my dreams, despite COVID restrictions and family drama that came along the way. She had my back and it was very apparent she cared. I feel so lucky to have been able to work with Sarah and her team and I would recommend her to all my friends and family. I was already set on working with Sarah after our first phone call! We were referred to Quintessential Events by close family friends, but I ultimately chose Sarah to coordinate our wedding because I could tell we would get along exceptionally. She has extensive knowledge in the KC wedding and events community, she has passion and drive coming out of her ears, and she’s so easy to talk to and just a freakin’ fun human being. Simply put, it was pretty obvious from the beginning that she would stop at absolutely nothing to make sure our wedding would be everything we imagined and more. Man, I don’t even know where to begin to tell you how right we were. Fate brought her own spin to the mix and we were hit with this pandemic. Sarah made it a seamless transition in rescheduling, but the wedding day itself didn’t even seem the least bit faltered! She was kind, patient, calm, and understanding throughout the entire process. I don’t think we could have enjoyed our day more, even if it wasn’t the day we originally planned! Sarah exceeded our expectations in more ways than we can count and we are forever grateful to her. From her exceptional taste to her drive to go the extra mile (not to mention searching the entire city to magically find our dream get-away car), Sarah and her team are absolutely the right choice in planning your wedding day! By the end of our wedding weekend, I felt like we gained a new friend. And I can’t wait to work with QE again!

I honestly need more than 5 stars to give Quintessential Events an appropriate review. Even after months have passed since our wedding, my husband and I, and both our families, can’t stop raving about Sarah and Christina. Planning can get so overwhelming and QE is THE team of professionals you want in your corner. They listened to what we wanted and effectively advised us towards the right vendors and products to bring our vision to life! Our vision was blurred a few times by Covid-19, and yet we got to have a day better than we could have ever dreamt possible, and we owe so much of that to Sarah and Christina. To other engaged couples, we can’t stress enough…Quintessential Events WILL be the best money you spend on your wedding!

Hiring Quintessential Events was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Working with Sarah was so easy and fun throughout the entire 10 month process. Not only was she EXTREMELY detailed, organized and responsive, but she was also so kind, understanding, patient and honest. She was able to capture my thoughts and visions and turn it into something tangible. Her twist on creativity was something I was so genuinely impressed by. I was brought to tears when I walked into my wedding venue and I couldn't have imagined our day be any more perfect than it was. After postponing our original wedding date due to Covid, I reached out to a couple of wedding planners for help. Sarah responded quickly and knew exactly what I needed help with despite so many unknowns. Throughout the "new" wedding planning, Sarah and her team were there for me every step of the way and made us feel comfortable and excited about our wedding, during a pandemic! Our day went smoothly and we're forever grateful to Sarah and her team. One of my favorite things about Sarah was that she was able to reach out to our vendors who weren't always responsive to me. She had an answer to any question I had on our wedding day and made sure that I always had a drink in my hand at our reception!

I honestly can’t quite put into words how awesome it was to work with Sarah at Quintessential Events. I interviewed quite a few wedding planners (given that I like to plan things myself) and I instantly knew that she was the one who could pull off our big day. Planning a wedding during a pandemic isn’t easy, but Sarah was such a great support system to think through how to keep our guests safe and still pull off the event we wanted. We had a lot of moving parts (including tent and furniture rentals as we wanted to have the ceremony outside, dinner inside, and then the reception outside) so there was a LOT of behind the scenes coordination and it was executed flawlessly. She literally thought through every single detail for both before and after our event (down to packing up extra cake and dinner for when we got home!) and eliminated the stress of having to navigate it on our own. We are so thankful for all of her help the day of and the rest of the QE team. If we could have our wedding all over again (hey, a five year vow renewal sounds like a good idea!) Sarah would be the first person that I would call! THANK YOU SARAH!

Sarah and Christina were a god send! Our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect, and everything we imagined. They work so hard behind the scenes to orchestrate a seamless day for the whole bridal party. The end of the night we walked up to our room exhausted to find some cake and left overs from our dinner perfectly packaged in our room, my husband may have been more excited than me, but this is some of the many small details they do that make everything perfect. I can't thank them enough for all that they did, 10 out of 10 recommend!

Sarah was truly the biggest blessing during my wedding planning process. I had already booked my venue and had 7 months to plan when I came to her. From the very first email exchange, she made me feel calm and confident that I could pull off the wedding of my dreams. She also made me laugh which is so important during the joyful but sometimes overwhelming planning process! When I was planning my wedding, I had a full-time job, a part-time job, a prn job, and 2 unexpected week long travels, with one of them being 2 weeks before my wedding. Despite how hectic my life was, never once did I feel stressed because of Sarah. Sarah's drive, work ethic, communication and organization skills, promptness, honesty, and talent is unmatched. She is extremely passionate about wedding planning and that was evident each step of the way. I would describe myself as a planner, but Sarah was always 5 steps ahead of me. I would also describe myself as picky, but I never had to worry about Sarah making design decisions because of her incredible taste. Apart from her being a master in her field, she is SO much fun. Meeting with Sarah to discuss whatever it might have been - chargers, cake, silverware, etc. was always the highlight of my week. I did not want my wedding day to pass, because I knew it meant I wouldn't see her as often! Not only was my wedding perfect, but I ended up with a new friend who inspires me to be the very best that I can be. Having Sarah's guidance and presence was THE BEST decision I made!

As the mother of the bride, I knew we needed someone who could make the process easy from start to finish. My experience with Sarah was incredible.!!! She worked closely with my daughter and me on every aspect of the wedding. Her attention to detail and organization was stellar and I never had to worry about anything. She was always one step ahead of me making sure I knew what to expect with respect to costs, vendors, etc. Her positive energy and calmness was always appreciated and she knew how to handle every situation that came up. Seriously the best decision made during our process was hiring Sarah! I met Sarah at a small bridal show and she was the very first vendor we booked. I was the first in my family to get married and planning is definitely not my forte—Sarah’s expertise and knowledge base are endless and she made the planning process so easy. The BEST piece of wedding advice I can give is to hire Sarah as your wedding planner, she will make your day relaxed, organized, and uniquely yours. I spoke with a few wedding planners, but within moments of speaking to Sarah I knew I wanted to work with her. Unlike some others, she didn’t start by listing her services (which are beyond plentiful) or her accolades (she’s got 'em), instead she asked all about ME, my fiancé, our ideal wedding, likes, dislikes etc. I wanted a wedding that was a little more dark, moody and elegant; I thought I had a very clear vision of the aesthetics I wanted to make that happen (hello, type A!) but Sarah had ideas to make everything better— such as the beautiful green velvet drape that made the room. And she is ORGANIZED. It was so nice to get to hand everything off to her 30 days out and not have to think about anything (and believe me, you will be ready to not think). She took care of contacting the vendors, finalizing all the times, and giving detailed instruction to everyone involved. Going to the vendor meetings with her, you could tell that they loved working with her, which was huge and made everything so easy. The day of, she and her team did everything, set up all the decorations, set up the getting ready food, made sure the ceremony ran smoothly, and took all my stuff back to the hotel. No one in my wedding party could believe how detailed and well-planned the day was. Just about everyone in my wedding whispered to me at some point “Wow, Sarah is amazing.” But maybe most importantly, she also made sure my new husband’s wedding cake was cold (he loves cold cake) for which he was very very grateful. :) WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? Hands down the best decision we made during the entire wedding process was hiring Sarah. She made our wedding such an enjoyable experience. WOW! I don't even know where to begin. From the day we first met Sarah to the last dance on our wedding night, she has gone above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true. They helped with everything you can think of: steaming bridesmaid dresses, the room flip, taking luggage to our hotel, bustling my dress, bringing my change of shoes to the head table… you name it, they were there. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did to give me my dream day. My only regret is only getting the month-of package and not hiring them for full-service planning. Hiring Sarah was the best decision I made in regards to my wedding (after of course choosing to marry my husband). I quickly learned that wedding planning wasn't for me. My husband and I have very busy careers and not a lot of time to tour endless amounts of places or try a bunch of caterers, etc. That's what made Sarah so great, she spent 2+ hours with us our second meeting going over a detailed list of questions to learn our preferences and what we wanted out of our wedding. She then came up with just 1-2 places she thought would be best for each category (band, catering, etc) and presented me with those. Obviously, if I had a different idea I could change it, but it made it very easy to make decisions. She took care of everything and I didn't worry about a damn thing on our wedding day. Also, most of our meetings were done over wine, which is always a good thing!

Sarah is a life saver! My husband and I were living across the country while planning and Sarah helped us bring everything together. We had a multicultural wedding with several extra events, and Sarah blended everything beautifully, taking care of all the details so we were free to enjoy our special day. Her organizational skills and constant communication make you feel like everything is well taken care of. She has great advice and is willing to help with everything! Wedding planning can be stressful, but Sarah was so organized that when the wedding day came, I was not worried about any of the logistics of the day, because I knew Sarah had it handled.

Sarah is everything we wanted in a wedding planner! She made us feel like our wedding was her entire focus and really listened to our vision and priorities. She took over all communication with our vendors and worked with them to finalize all logistics and timing. She really kept us on track with a to do list that had tasks I wouldn’t have even thought of (like buy guest book pens and create playlist for getting ready). She also created the most detailed wedding timeline I have ever seen!! (which made this type A planner bride incredibly happy!) She really took all of the stress off of my husband and our families during the last month of planning. There are SO many little things to figure out in those last few weeks that Sarah just took care of with ease. On top of her master planning and facilitation of the day, we really appreciated all the little things Sarah did to make our day special. For example, she made sure my husband and I had our drink of choice waiting for us when we entered the reception. She also took our bags to our hotel room for us so we didn’t have to worry about it. Sarah is amazing!! I seriously could not have asked for a better wedding planner. She helped us tremendously with our timeline and last minute details! One of our meetings we were able to literally word vomit everything we had been doing and who we had been contacting up to that point and she completely took care of it from there and took over which was such a HUGE relief! She made sure the day of went smoothly and I never was stressed because I knew we had her. She is so sweet and fun. Not only did I love having her to help us with the wedding, but loved gaining a new friend and a great person to be around! With the two of us, we provided Sarah with a completely different challenge. It was my first marriage – rather late in life – and my fiancé had lost his wife. We both have high intensity jobs and knew that we could not plan a wedding. At the end of our first meeting with Sarah, I was sold. She and I thought alike but she “ handled” both of us effortlessly. Sarah has immense patience but focused us when we really had to make those decisions – ones that seemed so immense that they were difficult to make. There was no “small detail” for her moreover she made it fun. Sarah took on any of our questions and requests to make it perfect. We had also specific requests such as having a venue that has transition spaces but also that the dance music was so loud that people left the reception because they could not talk. That was a detail that was extremely important to us. Not only did we have people tell us that it was one flawless wedding weekend to remember but also that it was one of the few receptions that people could talk, mingle, dance (until the end), and have gelato (yes, I was a fan).
