Oh my goodness, I really don’t know where to even begin. I genuinely still miss the entire Quintessential Team to this day, and my wedding was almost a year ago. The day after my wedding, I truly had a bittersweet feeling of marrying the love of my life and having just had the dreamiest day of my life, but I also knew that I would not be working with the QE Team anymore who made my “dream day” come to life.
If you are looking for a sign to hire a Wedding Planner, a Partial Planner, or an Event Manager… THIS IS IT! You may think that you can handle everything, but I am here to tell you (from someone who designed and made her own Save The Dates, Invitations, Menu Cards, and Seat Cards), that you simply cannot.
My husband and I were lucky enough to have met the QE team at a “Popped” event. Following the event, my husband (who was the type of Fiancé who said “I don’t care” to almost everything… Brides, you know what I mean), but he was adamant that we worked with the QE team. We both could not stop talking about how much we enjoyed them as people, and the love and care they put into their work.
My husband and I ended up choosing Quintessential’s “Event Management” package. We had already done much of the planning and prepping on our own, so we personally felt that it was the best option for us. Little did we know how many little details we hadn’t thought about when our 6-weeks out meetings with Christina started. She was truly AMAZING at helping us stay on track. She handled all communication, management, design, and vendor partnerships for us. Christina also made both me and my husband personalized check-lists to help us prep for everything as far as rehearsal dinner, family brunch, and the day of.
It’s not wedding planning if something goes wrong with a vendor just a few weeks out, right? My husband and I ended up having our transportation services fall through, and we were in constant communication with Christina who was the one who found us an amazing service almost immediately. Speaking of things going wrong… On the day of our wedding, it had been non-stop raining. Well, we had planned for an outdoor ceremony. Yes, I know that’s what you plan for just in case, but Christina was truly so calm and reassuring, while constantly checking the weather. Because of Christina, I was not worried, and she ended up pushing back the ceremony a few minutes, hustling with the vendors, as well as Brooke to set up the displays outside, and everything was magical.
I genuinely could write an entire novel on how amazingly kind, hardworking, patient, and knowledgeable the QE team is. Their reviews and work speak for themselves, but truly, if you want to make sure that your big day runs smoothly, leading right up to the end of your wedding night and returning to your hotel room picked up and tidied, with everything personal from the wedding packed up into your car… The QE team are who you want to work with. I truly can’t imagine a couple finding any other team who goes above and beyond more, than the Quintessential ladies.
