I had such a hard time writing this review because Renee made my wedding day PERFECT, and I didn’t want to miss anything she had done to make my fiance and my wedding our dream day. Renee was professional and responded quickly. We hired her as a day-of coordinator, but Renee was much more. She was in contact with all my vendors and took care of all the details I wouldn’t have even thought of. She met with me and our venue coordinator for our final meeting, she orchestrated the wedding rehearsal, set up and took down all my centerpieces and decorations, made sure valuables were in a secure area, and stayed throughout pictures with family, also my fiance and I got to enjoy our hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour because Renee made sure we had our own plate. When my fiance and I got home we went through the day, and it was exactly how we imagined. I can not sing Renee’s praises enough. I just wish we could get married again to be taken care of with such care, though, kindness, and professionalism.

Renee was absolutely wonderful to work with! My husband and I hired her as a wedding coordinator and she far exceeded our expectations. Renee listened to what we were envisioning for the wedding and reception and she respected the things we didn’t want. She also provided great suggestions for décor, set up, as well as the timeline of both wedding and reception. Due to Covid we changed our wedding plans numerous times, including changing our venue a month before the wedding. Renee was extremely helpful during this time and made it significantly less stressful. She took care of contacting our various vendors and helped work out plans for the new venue. The day of the wedding Renee was there all day and arranged all of the table decorations and dinner/drink ware. The set up of the decorations was gorgeous! She also created timelines for the wedding party, so everyone knew where they were supposed to be when, and this helped keep everything running smoothly. Lastly, it was extremely helped that Renee was able to suggest local vendors to work with. This is especially the case as we were planning the wedding from out of state and weren’t as familiar with local options. We were also able to rent everything we needed from her as far as dinnerware and drinkware as well as some of the food service items, string lights and cloth napkins to match our wedding colors. Renee has a large collection of table ware as well as decorations for rent if needed at very reasonable prices. We are so happy we chose to work with Renee and R Etc Events for our wedding! We have such great memories of our wedding. We couldn’t be happier with how our wedding turned out and Renee was a big part of that!

Renee was so great to work with and had all the decor I was looking for. The prices were also great super reasonable. It was great to be able to save some money and also not have to purchase everything since I wouldn't need it after my wedding. She had everything from LED candles, string lights, tablecloths to bigger furniture items.

Renee was great! She made all of the special details I wanted to add the morning of my wedding possible. My wedding was on the horse farm I grew up on and we rented a big tent and had an outdoor ceremony. She also helped set up wine barrels the morning of the wedding that helped wrap our wine-themed wedding together since my husband and I met on a wine tour. She set up all my decorations for my ceremony the day of running my satin isle-way of 120 feet the morning of with accents of logs my dad cut the evening before and candles in glass covers. She hung my flowers and burgundy satin on my arch with the ch delier we got married in from of along a tree line. She also set up a bunch of pictures of my family members wedding pictures that I supplied her with alongside my isle-way beside her gorgeous white doors. It was beautiful to reflect on all the love and relationships of our families that brought us to love each other just before “here comes the bride“ was played and my grand entrance began. She also placed a collage of pictures I made of those who were watching from heaven in a front row seat before the arrival of my guests. She also set up all my customized signs and seating assignment signs I made as well as her signs of love to line the isle in our fairytale woods that everyone lingered in prior to the ceremony and during cocktail hour. She supplied me with candles for my centerpieces and lighting for behind my wedding party table at my reception. She was my support that I needed instead of having to rely on my family member that I would rather be enjoying the day and celebrating with my husband or me. She also helped add to my vision and helped me work out some details I wasn’t sure about. So I told her my vision and she pulled it off without a hitch. She helped me bring my vision to completion. I wish I could show you all pictures, it truly was the perfect day. Even though it rained the whole day before and after due to her help the morning of our wedding it was everything I imagined and more.
