questions promptly, and helped us with every little detail including check-in, signage, napkins & décor and more. They were very accommodating allowing us to arrive early for set-up. Our guests continually share how much they love the food. Service is also exceptional - clearing plates without any sort of interruption to our speaking program. Race Brook is also a gorgeous setting, especially during the fall and we love to host our events here. Thank you Race Brook!

s were. We had a lot of weather uncertainty leading up to the wedding and eventually had to move it inside. Jennifer assured me everything would still work out perfectly, and it did. Her and her team helped bring my vision to life and did a great job getting the ceremony set up and then quickly getting the room rearranged and set up beautifully for our reception. I felt the whole staff was extremely attentive to us, whether it was Jennifer answering questions my bridesmaids had morning of or the servers bringing us ice water while we were taking pictures outside, we couldn’t have had a better experience. We highly recommend the team at Race Brook.

From the moment we arrived the staff opened their doors ready to help carry in party favors, help direct us where to go, and asked if there was anything else we needed help with. The food's arrival was prompt and delicious. The drinks were refreshing and amazing. The staff kept the room tidy throughout our party and kept the food & refreshments stocked. From the start, Jennifer was on point. She heard and met every single one of our wants/dreams. She followed up, gave us deadlines, and kept in touch with us till our party was over. She checked in on us and made sure things were flowing properly and to see if there was anything we needed. Jennifer is very honest, accommodating, and professional. e had everything we needed throughout the evening of our wedding and the entire planning process. We did an ice cream bar and were able to request a specific flavor other than listed in the package. We were also able to bring in our own cookies and brownies baked by family members to make sundaes. We had planned an outdoor ceremony but the weather had different plans. I was originally disappointed in having to switch to an indoor ceremony, but it was beautiful! We were married in front of the fireplace in the reception space. During cocktail hour the space was completely rearranged and you would have never known! The food was delicious as well! From our first tasting, we knew it was going to be amazing. Everyone enjoyed their meals and happy hour as well. The package we chose was perfect, the open bar and champagne toast were enjoyed by all. Erica was also amazing to work with! She executed my vision for our day perfectly and helped us along every step of the way. I definitely recommend Race Brook Country Club for your wedding!

Even with the weather being up in the air for rain, Erica the event coordinator worked with us to have a back up plan that we all were comfortable with. She was awesome throughout the whole wedding process. Erica has a great personality and really cares about her couples. Any time I reached out with a question she got right back to me. Another highlight was being able to have the bridal suite and grooms suite all day. My husband loved that and it made it so much easier for our bridal party. HIGHLY recommend having a wedding or shower here, you will not be disappointed!!

up raining and we had a cozy ceremony inside by one of the fireplaces which was still amazing. We were still able to get some photos outside on the covered deck and under the gazebo despite not being able to go out and use the other picturesque spots. Erica was very flexible to work with which was a huge selling point for us. They have different add ons to the packages for an extra bar and late night snacks. We were able to get ready in the bridal suite and get to really enjoy the space. The reception room is spacious and looked great at night. The ceilings were high enough for the hora which was a must have. It was great to escape to the covered porch to cool off even with the rain. The food was amazing and was the reason someone recommended this venue to us. I haven’t been to many weddings where they can match the food from the tasting when they are cooking for 140 people! Would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who is looking!

ice was a huge highlight with our guests they were able to get any drink they wanted. We also were able to have a bar on the outdoor deck. The venue was very spacious. The cocktail food was amazing and the service was outstanding the waiters went around in a timely manner and the food was a good size and fresh. Overall it was just such a seamless and perfect experience and all of that is due to Erika the event coordinator. She is incredibly nice and very informative and truly just wants to make your day stress free. She is incredibly organized and took care of all our needs and made the day run so smoothly. My husband and I highly recommend this venue because it has country club vibes as well and is different from your typical banquet halls. The best day of our lives and we owe it all to Erika and Racebrook country club!!

We had ZERO problems when it came to planning the wedding and the actual wedding day because of them. A total stress free and FUN wedding! The food was to die for and everyone raved about it for weeks after. The staff was on point, very friendly, and got all of our guests served promptly. The grounds at RBCC are beautiful and the back drop was stunning for our wedding pictures and video. The balcony for cocktail hour was my favorite part because the view is so beautiful and it is covered just incase you get a rainy day. Overall our wedding at RBCC was the day of our dreams and we wouldn't have wanted to have it at any other location! And again the event coordinator Erica was truly amazing throughout the whole experience and we highly recommend you get married here!

I'm the Mother of the Bride and live in southern California, the bride lives in Boston where most of her friends live, the groom's mom is also in the Boston area, and most of the family lives in Connecticut, so this was a perfect middle location! And the venue itself is beautiful, very warm and personal (and clean ;)
