Rachel did such an amazing job with all the florals and centerpieces for our August wedding! Everything came out so beautiful and better than we could have imagined. She was so easy to work with throughout the whole planning process and really spends the time to understand what you want and how to bring your ideas to life. She also did such a great job on the day of setting up and making sure everything went smoothly! She was even able to do a last minute flower wall for me which came out beautiful! I highly recommend Rachel for any event!

Rachel and her design team are nothing short of amazing! During our very first meeting I knew she would be the perfect fit for our big day, her "wedding shoppe" side of her store sold us as soon as we walked through the door. Decorated in such a trendy wedding style! Throughout the planning process she was great in getting back to us through email (lets just say we changed our minds a few times on the types of flowers we wanted and she was so patient with us!) She also offers a "sample centerpiece" meeting - where she designed a mock up of the types of flowers we wanted, it really brought all of our ideas to life and made me feel like she truly understood my vision. Rachel did all the flowers at my wedding in September and she was BEYOND INCREDIBLE! Not only were the flowers the prettiest I have seen at any wedding (okay I may be a bit biased) BUT we had several issues with our other vendor who handled the tent rental and other items and Rachel TOOK CHARGE and made sure that everything went smoothly upon her arrival. From the first appointment with her to the day of, she kept in contact, kept me informed, and offered her expertise and beautiful taste along the way. I honestly don't know if my mother could have handled the stress related to our tent vendor if it was not for Rachel and her professionalism. She went above and beyond and even added finishing touches to items I didn't even ask her for to make sure everything was absolutely stunning and beautiful- beyond even what I had imagined. Rachel did SUCH a fantastic job with our flowers! She took the time and worked closely with me and my mother to get everything just as we envisioned (and within the budget). She is brilliant at this - just totally gets it and I cannot say enough great things about working with her! Plus her shop... I am obsessed. I knew she was a great fit just by entering and seeing her style and the variety of things. On the wedding day she thought of every detail, made sure everything was exactly what we wanted - it was perfect!

Rachel is an amazing florist! When I was planning my various wedding events, I looked all over Boston for the perfect florist. Little did I know that the perfect florist was only 10 min from my house in Reading, MA. Rachel really understood the look and feel I wanted for my rehearsal and wedding shower. She was able to pull of these two events with no complications. I would certainly use Rachel for future events and have already recommended her to everyone I know!

Rachel is a floral genius! For me, flowers and centerpieces were so important and I could not have been more pleased with how everything came to life. People were literally harassing me during the wedding asking if they could take home centerpieces or any other arrangements Rachel put together. Rachel did amazing work for my wedding just one week ago! Everyone was blown away by the stunning centerpieces, cake decorations, pins/boutonnieres and all the attention she put into making sure the entire venue had just the right amount of flowers everywhere. Rachel is an amazing florist. She did our flowers for our wedding in August, 2015 and they were breathtaking. From the centerpieces, to the bridesmaids bouquets to my bouquet, was perfection! Beautiful and Elegant! I used this vendor for work when sending arrangements to clients and would receive great feedback. So it was a no brainer when I started planning my wedding that I would ask Rachel to help me in selecting my flowers. Coming from someone who isn't very familiar with floral arrangements she spent time with me going over colors and putting together a sample for me to see. She is very knowledgeable, patient and clearly has an eye for this work. I had a budget I wanted to stay under and she made that happen without skimping on the color arrangements I wanted to go with. Rachel of Rachel O'Neil Event and Design was amazing! She was extremely accommodating and always available for discussions (especially since I was quite the procrastinator!) Rachel has a true passion for the florist industry which is evident with her daily work at her shop called The Flower Shoppe of Eric's in Reading, MA. She has been making floral arrangements for us for years on holidays such as Mother's Day. Her floral arrangements for the wedding were exactly what we were looking for. I wasn't able to quite articulate what I wanted, and she was great at showing me examples until I got the right look. She also went above and beyond. She helped transport flowers from the church to the reception to be used for the cocktail hour. Other shops refused to help! The wedding flowers were a huge hit!

As an indecisive but laid back bride with not much knowledge about flowers, Rachel did an amazing job picking the perfect combination of flowers to fit my rustic/chic wedding at the Bedford Village Inn back in August. Rachel worked on the flowers for my Gatsby themed wedding. So much of getting the theme across depended on the flowers which she nailed!!! My wedding was in May and people are still talking about the centerpieces. In addition to our wedding, my husband will only go to and talk to Rachel when sending me flowers. I've been the envy of the office on several occasions. Rachel will take your vision to that next level! This coming from a very a detailed bride and an even more selective/picky husband.

I highly recommend Rachels flowers shop. A little more than a month before my wedding I still hadn't thought about flowers. I am not a flower person and don't know much about them. I was looking for just a bouquet for me, four bridesmaids and boutonnieres. I showed her a few pictures and explained roughly what I was hoping the bouquets to look like (basically just the colors I was looking for). I'm sure I didn't give her enough information but she created the most beautiful flower arrangements which were better than anything I could have imagined. You can tell by her work that she truly cares about each bride and has a passion for flowers. The flowers lasted a long time after the wedding as well! Also since I waiting so long to book a florist I wasn't sure I would find a florist who had the time. She was already booked on my wedding day and she still fit me in! We just had to pick up the flowers which was no problem at all!!

We absolutely loved our flowers!! It was always hard for me to describe what I was looking for and poor Rachel kept getting shown a million different pictures off of my Pinterest page (sorry!) but she took them all in and our centerpieces and flowers were everything I was looking for. I received so many compliments from the venue, guests and family, the venue and a friend took their name and number down to use again! I also rented chalkboard signs and other rustic themed decorations from Antea to add to our fall theme wedding and the guests raved about them! Our flowers and decorations really made our wedding stand out, they were so absolutely gorgeous! The colors were so bright and beautiful they made a great contrast to our ivory linens. I used Rachel for my wedding at the end of August. Rachel really took the time to meet with my mother and I to help us with the planning process. As a very busy bride, a bit older and a crazy career and travel schedule, Rachel O'Neil brought fantastic ideas to the table for consideration and review. She was patient with decision making and her recommendations based on my description of what I was looking for ware excellent! Rachel recently did the flowers for my wedding and she was not only wonderful to work with but the reception and ceremony space looked unbelievably gorgeous! Rachel understood what we wanted after showing only a couple inspirational photos and having a short chat. She was able to take how we envisioned our wedding space and make it a reality! We got quality flowers for an incredibly reasonable price, especially in comparison to other florists we had contacted who wouldn't even have a consultation with us once told what our budget was. One of my biggest struggles with the wedding planning process was finding a florist that met my budget requirements and could execute the vision I had for my floral arrangements. My husband and I had 6 months to throw together a wedding, and I quickly learned that event planning was not for the faint of heart. I found Rachel and Antea and they are an amazing team! My venue was an Historic New England home. So I wanted rustic chic with all white flowers. I handed over the creative reigns, and those ladies rocked it. Such a professional team and they truly helped taking stress off of my planning. Rachel makes the most visually stunning bouquets I've ever seen. She took something as simple and baby's breath and made my bridesmaid look like they were carrying the most delicate arrangements. Antea created beautiful signage and designed a candy table for my favors! It was all so vintage and romantic and their design really set the mood. I used Rachel's services via Eric's Flowers for my wedding in June. As someone who is not a 'wedding' or even flower person, I was very appreciative of Rachel walking me though all of the steps and ideas for my wedding. We ended up going with almost all of her ideas. The day of the wedding Rachel brought the flowers to my house packed meticulously as well as dropping others off at the reception venue. After the ceremony the flowers lasted for quite awhile, attesting to the quality of the flowers as well as Rachel's handing and care of them. I would highly recommend her business for any flower or design needs.

I recently got married at Emerson Inn by the Sea in Rockport,Ma. My sister is an artist and found Rachel because they both live in Reading. Rachel designed the flowers for both my wedding and wedding shower. I can't say how beautiful they came out...........for the shower, they were beachy and matched the tablescapes beautifully. When we went in for the consultation for the wedding, she went through all the details of our wedding theme and took my wishes into great consideration, while also adding her own really great suggestions as to how to enhance the look I was going for. She is not just a "drop and go" florist- she is truly an artist. She even went so far as to help me design my entire centerpiece AND set them up the way I wanted them set up. She suggested rose petals on the tables along with many other great suggestions, which I took for the most part. She always has great ideas that I wouldn't have thought of, and even I'm known to be somewhat creative. The price I thought was reasonable considering the freshness of the flowers, the top-notch service we got from Rachel, along with the beautiful designs she created. My entire wedding was laden with gorgeous flowers that EVERYONE commented on! The price was actually lower than what she quoted us- a little over $2K for about 7 bouquets, groomsmen boutineers, 2 huge tall arrangements for the ceremony, and about 15 centerpieces plus the guestbook table and flowers for the bathroom. I can't say enough about how happy we were with the flowers......she matched our ribbon to my theme color (turquoise) perfectly and even let me drop off boxes of crap early despite having little space to put them because my sister had to have emergency surgery 2 weeks before the wedding and I needed room in my car for her kid's carseats! She is ultra accomodating and a genuinely sweet, fun, chill, pleasant person to be with. She helped make the planning process fun, not stressful. I wish her all the best in her career, it truly seems like a calling for her.

I recently hired Rachel for my wedding and she was great. During the whole process she was kind, patient and knowledgable! All in all I love the way my flowers turned out. My only regret is that the price ended up higher than I had expected and than what we had planned on. However, I know Rachel worked hard to cut costs where possible and bring those numbers down! Overall, it was great working with her. She is friendly and very good at what she does.

I did diy centerpiecs and got my flowers from eric's the day before the wedding. They were wonderful and so full they lasted in an aced room over night and looked just as perfect the next day.
