My experience at Radiant Bride was nothing short of magical! From the moment we walked in the door, we were made to feel so special. Every single dress I tried on was absolutely beautiful and everyone who works there is so caring and helpful throughout the entire process. Getting my wedding dress at Radiant Bride was seriously one of my favorite parts of the entire wedding planning process!

I said yes to the dress at Radiant Bride! My mom and I had a great time there. The stylist was knowledgeable, and I got to try on many dresses. The dress selection and good, and I appreciated the fact that the stylist gave me an overview and price point of the different dresses designers. When I went back to order the dress, they were great with explaining what size I should order (since the proportions of my body didn’t line up with one particular size of the designer). Overall a good experience. I can’t wait to get my dress!

I loved my sales rep, she was kind, thoughtful and super helpful! We ended up finding the dress of my dreams at a great price :)

I cannot say enough good things about Radiant Bride! From the moment I walked into the door and throughout the entire appointment, I felt so special, seen, and heard all at the same time. Maria was incredible and knew exactly how to help, listen, and ultimately find THE DRESS. I had an idea in my head, but came in open minded. Looking at my dress now (which I do all the time lol), it has elements I thought I would pick, but also things I was not expecting to love as much as I do. But, with the help of Maria, and positivity and excitement from my mom and friends, she knew how to find that perfect blend. It is important to note that not only did I find the dress, but all of us - myself, my mom, and my best friends - had just the best time. It was a core memory made. Do not walk, RUN, to Radiant Bride, and I know you too can find your dream dress and have such a special and memorable experience.

I didn't personally have the best experience at Radiant Bride. For reference, I wear a size large/XL in clothes, and none of the sample dresses even remotely fit me. I've been to other stores where even if the dress is too small, they will put fabric in the back so your back isn't completely exposed, but that was not my experience here. They also gave me a robe to wear while my sales associate was grabbing dresses, and it was so small it didn't even close. The dresses were all stained with makeup or spray tan. Lastly, I didn't feel like my sales associate was listening to me when I was telling her what styles I liked and didn't like, because she kept pulling dresses that were way outside of what I had described. I found a few dresses that I liked here, but ended up buying my dress at a different place. In summary, if you are plus-sized, I would go elsewhere.

My bridal appointment was amazing. The consultant was so kind and found me many options in my price range and styles I liked. They have tons of gowns in tons of price ranges, I couldn’t afford a super expensive gown and I found my dream dress here. They advertise their Sample Sale very well on their website and brought some out to me which is how I got my dress.

I had a great experience when I went to find my dream dress. The staff really took the time to listen to what I wanted and even took me outside of my comfort zone- which ultimately led to me finding my dress! They accommodated my big group coming with me. We were even fortunate enough to have the whole upstairs to ourselves! They helped me pick out my dress along with my over skirt & veil. My SIL bought her dress there as well & had a beautiful experience! My only issue with the whole process was the lack of sizes they carry. They were all small and could barely fit. Made me feel insecure in a few of them. And even altered the look of some of them. Including my dress. When I put mine on I knew it was the one immediately. It hugged me in all of the right places. It wasn’t a box. It wasn’t too tight. Perfect. But when I went to pick up my actual dress, they didn’t steam it or take it out of the bag until I put it on so it was wrinkled. Also didn’t prepare me for the fact that it was going to be a few sizes bigger to allow room for alterations. It didn’t look like the dress I tried on. Was no longer hugging me beautifully, laying nicely on the chest, anything. I left there crying and was told to just get alterations done. I just did not feel like they cared. I would going to radiant because they did have a big selection of dresses, I would just make sure to double check your sizing & prepare yourself when you pick up your dress that it might not look exactly the same as when you tried it on the first time. Something I did not know since this was my first time ever buying a wedding dress!

Absolutely loved finding my dress here! It was the perfect place and so accommodating and had everything I ever wanted! I am so happy I went here and found the dress of my dreams!

This dress shop is absolutely amazing. From their kind staff, beautiful store, and the sweetest staff, they made my wedding dress shopping the best experience.

Everyone at radiant bride was so welcoming and I love the new space! It was such a special time to go with my mom and pick out my dream dresses. Cher took great care of me, and listened to the vibe and style I was looking for. I found my rehearsal dress and my wedding dress here, and I couldn’t be happier.

Truly a wonderful bridal shop! My bridal consultant was Devon and she is the sweetest, most caring person. She worked with my budget and talked me through the whole process. I felt comfortable and knew I was in the right hands when choosing my perfect wedding dress.

I’ve never been so embarrassed, ashamed, hurt, or upset by a store. Rough experience. Our specialist made a few condescending comments to the point we walked out after 25 minutes of a 90 minute appointment. One comment insinuated the person I brought to the appointment was a grandma, no offense to grandmas, but it is not a comment that someone wants to hear when they were so excited to share this experience with their daughter. She also made an odd comment about people who online date but at least she acknowledged a lot of those individuals support her workplace… A lot of the dresses on the rack had makeup caked on the front inside. This was my first dress shopping experience so maybe that’s normal and I won’t fault them for how disgusting that is. The lady apologized and the owner emailed me but you never know if it is genuine or just trying to save face. Who knows, can’t go back after such a horrendous experience. The owner prays that I forgive them but unfortunately they made my first dress shopping experience a nightmare so I don’t think that’s going to work.

Radiant Bridal was such a beautiful experience! As soon as I walked in, I knew that I’d find my dress! The saddest part of my dress journey was having to take it off one final time. It was SO GORGEOUS 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The wedding dress shopping experience here is INCREDIBLE. It was everything a girl dreams of. I felt so well taken care of by the staff and they made the moment I said yes to the dress incredibly special. I had been to other boutiques and this was by far the best experience. They let me try on the same dress several times and took videos and pictures for me. When I said yes I was given a bottle of champagne and she took photos of me with my family. They just moved to a new location that is GORGEOUS! Best place in Cleveland to get your wedding dress.

Had a wonderful experience shopping with Devon - this was one of the only salons I visited where I felt my voice was really heard in what I was looking for, so I think it's no coincidence that I found my dress here.

Thank you Radiant Bride for helping me find MY dress! My mom found her dress here back when she married my dad in the 90's, and she wanted me to have my dress moment here as well. How special was it to be the LAST bride to say yes to my dress (Enzoani brand) in their old location, the same one my mom visited almost thirty years ago, before moving down the street?! All of the ladies made me feel so beautiful and trying on the dresses with my mom, stepmom and aunt made for one of the BEST days ever! Thank you to the staff at Radiant Bride for making me feel confident, sexy, and comfortable in my own skin. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day!

My mom and I had the best time shopping at Radiant Bride, and we found the one! It was the first place my mother and I went to, and the dress was actually one that my consultant picked out! Brianna (my consultant) was great to work with, and did a great job staying at the bottom of my budget. The dress she picked out that we ended up purchasing was actually below my ideal budget!!! The store was nice enough to hold the dress I selected through the day while I went to another bridal shop to look there, as it was a sample sale dress. They then stayed open a few extra minutes to let me try on the dress and purchase!! Pros of a sample sale dress is I was able to leave the store with my dress in hand, which made me the happiest bride. They also offer a list of preferred tailors to do alterations at, all over the northeast Ohio area. Ultimately this was the best day to spend with my mom. If I could make a recommendation to any bride, I would consider not bringing more than 2-3 guests to try on dresses. My consultant was knowledgeable enough to help us make decisions, and my mom and I were able to rapid fire through dresses we didn’t like, and I was able to remain positive throughout the entire experience because I wasn’t being overloaded with opinions.

I cannot recommend Radiant Bribe enough!! Ellen help us with trying on dresses and she was such a treat to work with. I felt so overwhelmed but she made it super easy through the process. I found my dream dress and veil and fell in love.

Normally I do not write reviews, but I just had to for Radiant Bride. My daughter and I had a dress appointment last Friday and it was the most amazing experience. I am an older bride, and I am most definitely not a size 12 and was a little anxious to try on dresses. I was afraid there would only be a few options for me to try on and thought they may think I shouldn’t be purchasing a dress at 60 years old. But to my complete amazement it was a fun, exciting, warm visit. Ellen, the owner greeted us at the door, told us our consultant would be right with us and said to go ahead and start looking at the dresses while we wait. Cher, my consultant was so encouraging, made suggestions, was patient and went above and beyond. There were so many dresses to choose from but there was one that I just knew was my dress. The wedding dresses are beautiful, affordable and the service you are provided with is outstanding. At Radiant Bride you are not sacrificing a luxury experience for pricing, here you can have both. Thank you, Ellen and Cher, for the lovely afternoon of dress shopping, I feel like I made two new friends. Can’t wait till my dress arrives.

I went to several places to try on wedding dresses and Radiant Bride was by far the best experience. The staff were so friendly and attentive and genuinely cared about you. They had a wonderful selection of many different types of dresses to suit a variety of different tastes. They were extremely accommodating when I wanted to come back while my sister was in town to help me make a final decision on the dress and also provided a great recommendation for alterations after my dress came in. Everything about their process was so smooth and stress-free and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. I can't recommend Radiant Bride enough!

I had an incredible experience at Radiant Bride! I was undecided on what I liked when I arrived, but Maria listened to my thoughts and pulled gorgeous dresses that made me feel beautiful! They even made sure I could 100% order and receive my dress on a tighter timeline and were able to order a custom hem (I am very petite) so my alterations wouldn’t cost a fortune! It was a magical experience, and I absolutely loved my wedding dress (and still love it, even 7 months after my wedding)! I would recommend Radiant Bride to every future bride!

I had such a great experience at Radiant Bride. Devin was extremely helpful. I showed her a picture of a dress I loved, and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was able to have multiple family members with me and we even had champagne! Everyone was enjoying themselves and we had our own room to sit in. The owner was also there and was extremely friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Their new space is GORGEOUS! I was getting discouraged because many boutiques near me were charging for appointments. I drove a little extra to go to Radiant Bride but it was well worth it! I got to share such a special memory with my mother, future MIL, and best friend in a beautiful private room. Not only was my consultant the best, but several others stopped in to see the dress I chose and say congrats. I cannot recommend this place enough for the place, the people, and the gorgeous range of dresses!

I seriously cannot thank this place and Staff enough, especially Devon..! She made the experience amazingly amazing. Their help, words, and work made me feel at peace and so excited about the rest of my engagement.... And my future. You literally feel like you are in a fairytale being at this shop and the dressing rooms are so cute and individualized- they make every moment about you. The decoration/design and feminism of the entire shop really make you feel like a princess. I cannot wait to go back when the dress is in. THE BEST PLACE TO BUY A DRESS FROM. There is a reason why my gut told me to go here first when I narrowed down my options. I am SO happy.

I went to my appointment with low expectations of finding my wedding dress. I can be super picky and didn’t just want to look like every other bride. When I arrived, Cher my bridal consultant, greeted me and my guest with such excitement and politeness, I knew this bridal appointment was going to be different. After trying on about 10 dresses, all that looked great on me, Cher pulled a dress for me that was exactly what I wanted! I never thought I would have that moment you see on TV when you just know that this is your dress. Even after noticing the happiness on my face about it, Cher was not pushy about making the sale. Once I said I think this is my dress, then she finally asked if I was saying yes to dress! After getting measured and putting my deposit down, I got to take a picture with the I said yes to the dress sign and a free bottle of champagne!! All in all Radiant Bride made me feel super special and was an excellent experience. I highly recommend

I found my dress at Radiant Bride and I could not have been happier with my experience there! I came in by myself with very loose ideas about what I thought I might like and a bit of a time crunch given by wedding date, but I had such a fun time finding dresses on my own and having Cheri find dresses based on the details I was liking on different dresses. Cheri actually found my ultimate dress for me! It could have been a very overwhelming experience but I had such a wonderful time because of everyone at Radiant Bride finding my dress and trying it on when it came back! They were also so sweet to keep me in the loop about updates from my designer and to make sure I was on the books for an alterations appointment. I am so glad a friend recommended Radiant Bride to me and I'll absolutely be doing the same to everyone who's looking for a dress!
