I had a great experience when I went to find my dream dress. The staff really took the time to listen to what I wanted and even took me outside of my comfort zone- which ultimately led to me finding my dress! They accommodated my big group coming with me. We were even fortunate enough to have the whole upstairs to ourselves! They helped me pick out my dress along with my over skirt & veil. My SIL bought her dress there as well & had a beautiful experience! My only issue with the whole process was the lack of sizes they carry. They were all small and could barely fit. Made me feel insecure in a few of them. And even altered the look of some of them. Including my dress. When I put mine on I knew it was the one immediately. It hugged me in all of the right places. It wasn’t a box. It wasn’t too tight. Perfect. But when I went to pick up my actual dress, they didn’t steam it or take it out of the bag until I put it on so it was wrinkled. Also didn’t prepare me for the fact that it was going to be a few sizes bigger to allow room for alterations. It didn’t look like the dress I tried on. Was no longer hugging me beautifully, laying nicely on the chest, anything. I left there crying and was told to just get alterations done. I just did not feel like they cared. I would going to radiant because they did have a big selection of dresses, I would just make sure to double check your sizing & prepare yourself when you pick up your dress that it might not look exactly the same as when you tried it on the first time. Something I did not know since this was my first time ever buying a wedding dress!

Absolutely loved finding my dress here! It was the perfect place and so accommodating and had everything I ever wanted! I am so happy I went here and found the dress of my dreams!

Everyone at radiant bride was so welcoming and I love the new space! It was such a special time to go with my mom and pick out my dream dresses. Cher took great care of me, and listened to the vibe and style I was looking for. I found my rehearsal dress and my wedding dress here, and I couldn’t be happier.

Truly a wonderful bridal shop! My bridal consultant was Devon and she is the sweetest, most caring person. She worked with my budget and talked me through the whole process. I felt comfortable and knew I was in the right hands when choosing my perfect wedding dress.

I’ve never been so embarrassed, ashamed, hurt, or upset by a store. Rough experience. Our specialist made a few condescending comments to the point we walked out after 25 minutes of a 90 minute appointment. One comment insinuated the person I brought to the appointment was a grandma, no offense to grandmas, but it is not a comment that someone wants to hear when they were so excited to share this experience with their daughter. She also made an odd comment about people who online date but at least she acknowledged a lot of those individuals support her workplace… A lot of the dresses on the rack had makeup caked on the front inside. This was my first dress shopping experience so maybe that’s normal and I won’t fault them for how disgusting that is. The lady apologized and the owner emailed me but you never know if it is genuine or just trying to save face. Who knows, can’t go back after such a horrendous experience. The owner prays that I forgive them but unfortunately they made my first dress shopping experience a nightmare so I don’t think that’s going to work.

Radiant Bridal was such a beautiful experience! As soon as I walked in, I knew that I’d find my dress! The saddest part of my dress journey was having to take it off one final time. It was SO GORGEOUS 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The wedding dress shopping experience here is INCREDIBLE. It was everything a girl dreams of. I felt so well taken care of by the staff and they made the moment I said yes to the dress incredibly special. I had been to other boutiques and this was by far the best experience. They let me try on the same dress several times and took videos and pictures for me. When I said yes I was given a bottle of champagne and she took photos of me with my family. They just moved to a new location that is GORGEOUS! Best place in Cleveland to get your wedding dress.

Had a wonderful experience shopping with Devon - this was one of the only salons I visited where I felt my voice was really heard in what I was looking for, so I think it's no coincidence that I found my dress here.

Thank you Radiant Bride for helping me find MY dress! My mom found her dress here back when she married my dad in the 90's, and she wanted me to have my dress moment here as well. How special was it to be the LAST bride to say yes to my dress (Enzoani brand) in their old location, the same one my mom visited almost thirty years ago, before moving down the street?! All of the ladies made me feel so beautiful and trying on the dresses with my mom, stepmom and aunt made for one of the BEST days ever! Thank you to the staff at Radiant Bride for making me feel confident, sexy, and comfortable in my own skin. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day!

My mom and I had the best time shopping at Radiant Bride, and we found the one! It was the first place my mother and I went to, and the dress was actually one that my consultant picked out! Brianna (my consultant) was great to work with, and did a great job staying at the bottom of my budget. The dress she picked out that we ended up purchasing was actually below my ideal budget!!! The store was nice enough to hold the dress I selected through the day while I went to another bridal shop to look there, as it was a sample sale dress. They then stayed open a few extra minutes to let me try on the dress and purchase!! Pros of a sample sale dress is I was able to leave the store with my dress in hand, which made me the happiest bride. They also offer a list of preferred tailors to do alterations at, all over the northeast Ohio area. Ultimately this was the best day to spend with my mom. If I could make a recommendation to any bride, I would consider not bringing more than 2-3 guests to try on dresses. My consultant was knowledgeable enough to help us make decisions, and my mom and I were able to rapid fire through dresses we didn’t like, and I was able to remain positive throughout the entire experience because I wasn’t being overloaded with opinions.

I cannot recommend Radiant Bribe enough!! Ellen help us with trying on dresses and she was such a treat to work with. I felt so overwhelmed but she made it super easy through the process. I found my dream dress and veil and fell in love.

Normally I do not write reviews, but I just had to for Radiant Bride. My daughter and I had a dress appointment last Friday and it was the most amazing experience. I am an older bride, and I am most definitely not a size 12 and was a little anxious to try on dresses. I was afraid there would only be a few options for me to try on and thought they may think I shouldn’t be purchasing a dress at 60 years old. But to my complete amazement it was a fun, exciting, warm visit. Ellen, the owner greeted us at the door, told us our consultant would be right with us and said to go ahead and start looking at the dresses while we wait. Cher, my consultant was so encouraging, made suggestions, was patient and went above and beyond. There were so many dresses to choose from but there was one that I just knew was my dress. The wedding dresses are beautiful, affordable and the service you are provided with is outstanding. At Radiant Bride you are not sacrificing a luxury experience for pricing, here you can have both. Thank you, Ellen and Cher, for the lovely afternoon of dress shopping, I feel like I made two new friends. Can’t wait till my dress arrives.

I went to several places to try on wedding dresses and Radiant Bride was by far the best experience. The staff were so friendly and attentive and genuinely cared about you. They had a wonderful selection of many different types of dresses to suit a variety of different tastes. They were extremely accommodating when I wanted to come back while my sister was in town to help me make a final decision on the dress and also provided a great recommendation for alterations after my dress came in. Everything about their process was so smooth and stress-free and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. I can't recommend Radiant Bride enough!

I had an incredible experience at Radiant Bride! I was undecided on what I liked when I arrived, but Maria listened to my thoughts and pulled gorgeous dresses that made me feel beautiful! They even made sure I could 100% order and receive my dress on a tighter timeline and were able to order a custom hem (I am very petite) so my alterations wouldn’t cost a fortune! It was a magical experience, and I absolutely loved my wedding dress (and still love it, even 7 months after my wedding)! I would recommend Radiant Bride to every future bride!

I had such a great experience at Radiant Bride. Devin was extremely helpful. I showed her a picture of a dress I loved, and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was able to have multiple family members with me and we even had champagne! Everyone was enjoying themselves and we had our own room to sit in. The owner was also there and was extremely friendly. Their new space is GORGEOUS! I was getting discouraged because many boutiques near me were charging for appointments. I drove a little extra to go to Radiant Bride but it was well worth it! I got to share such a special memory with my mother, future MIL, and best friend in a beautiful private room. Not only was my consultant the best, but several others stopped in to see the dress I chose and say congrats. I cannot recommend this place enough for the place, the people, and the gorgeous range of dresses!

I seriously cannot thank this place and Staff enough, especially Devon..! She made the experience amazingly amazing. You literally feel like you are in a fairytale being at this shop and the dressing rooms are so cute and individualized- they make every moment about you. I went to my appointment with low expectations of finding my wedding dress. I can be super picky and didn’t just want to look like every other bride. When I arrived, Cher my bridal consultant, greeted me and my guest with such excitement and politeness, I knew this bridal appointment was going to be different. After trying on about 10 dresses, all that looked great on me, Cher pulled a dress for me that was exactly what I wanted! I never thought I would have that moment you see on TV when you just know that this is your dress. Even after noticing the happiness on my face about it, Cher was not pushy about making the sale. Once I said I think this is my dress, then she finally asked if I was saying yes to dress! After getting measured and putting my deposit down, I got to take a picture with the I said yes to the dress sign and a free bottle of champagne!! All in all Radiant Bride made me feel super special and was an excellent experience. I highly recommend

I found my dress at Radiant Bride and I could not have been happier with my experience there! I came in by myself with very loose ideas about what I thought I might like and a bit of a time crunch given by wedding date, but I had such a fun time finding dresses on my own and having Cheri find dresses based on the details I was liking on different dresses. Cheri actually found my ultimate dress for me! It could have been a very overwhelming experience but I had such a wonderful time because of everyone at Radiant Bride finding my dress and trying it on when it came back! They were also so sweet to keep me in the loop about updates from my designer and to make sure I was on the books for an alterations appointment. I am so glad a friend recommended Radiant Bride to me and I'll absolutely be doing the same to everyone who's looking for a dress!

Radiant bride I want to first start off by saying that my experience at Radiant Bride was awesome. My consultant was knowledgeable and helpful around getting me into the right gown for me. Recently my fiancé and I have had a life altering experience. I requested a refund for my mother. My dress (very expensive gown) that my mother put 50% of a deposit down on, that hasn’t even been delivered to the store and won’t be until October, cannot be refunded and nobody at the shop will work with us on any sort of resolution. My mom and I contacted Radiant Bride and explained our situation. We had several back and forth calls and at the end of the day, they offered us nothing. We understood that due to the contract, we couldn’t get the refund. But we offered solutions we felt were fair. We got the cold shoulder with no compassion or care that we are now out a couple thousand dollars and we do not even have the dress. I’m extremely upset for my mom. This is completely unfair and shame on the owner for not providing some sort of solution. I thought considering our situation we could work something out. I was wrong and I’m very disappointed. Not everyone can lose a couple thousand dollars and receive nothing and be okay. We didn’t want this either. Life happens and we were seeking some understanding. Keep this in mind when going to purchase your gown.

I've known for a while I wanted to get my dress from Radiant Bride as I would drive past it all the time. My appointment there did not disappoint! I brought 4 people with me and between us and my consultant I found my dream dress! They encouraged me to be open to various things and were so kind and compassionate. Picking up my dress was also fantastic! It came in faster than we thought and it was so fun to be able to try it on with my shoes and veil when I picked it up!

I absolutely loved my experience at Radiant Bride! I wanted to go to one wedding dress shop and leave with a dress, that is exactly what I did thanks to my consultant. I did not research wedding dresses before I went so I had no real picture. I knew what I didn’t want but not sure what I really wanted. Turns out what I wanted was a real wow factor! Couldn't have been more pleased with my experience buying my Wedding Dress from Radiant Bride. MaryEllen was absolutely AMAZING to work with and was sweet enough to be waiting there as soon as me and my party entered! One of her picks was actually the dress I ended up selecting and she knew exactly what accessories would go as well! PLEASE GO TO THEM FIRST if wanting to visit many shops- I cancelled all of my other appointments after starting there!

The TLDR is that I HIGHLY recommend Radiant Bride. I visited four times total. Every time I was met with recognition and the team-members I worked with made me feel both bridal and extra-special. I had shopped around quite a bit for my wedding gown. Radiant Bride is the only place I went that every visit it was clear that this is a positive, women-supporting-women, environment. The team-members working there focus on the positive, and I felt beautiful and empowered throughout the appointment. The atmosphere is contagious, and I found myself ooh-ing and ahh-ing with other girls trying on their dresses. I felt it is a place that celebrates the way that every woman is beautiful. I did not end up buying my wedding gown here. I had my eye on a gown that they no longer had when I returned ready to purchase (this is at no fault to Radiant Bride - they were not aware that the gown I loved was my top choice as this evolved for me as I continued to try on dresses). The team was empathetic and understanding when I didn't find my dress there, but I returned for a third visit there to buy my veil. I found my perfect veil immediately, and Ellen made it a quick and easy process. If you are considering Radiant Bride to find your bridal gown and accessory shopping, I highly recommend checking out Radiant Bride!

The Radiant Bride team is absolutely amazing! The appointment process is so easy, and I was blown away by the help we received when considering dresses. The dress selection is incredible and the team helped me to pick the most beautiful dress. I went back for a veil appointment and found the perfect veil as well! I went to multiple wedding dress stores and boutiques and nothing compares to my experience at Radiant Bride. My first impression of the location is fairytale. They have an endless amount of dresses in all styles and price points. They decorate for each season and have the cutest mirrors, wallpaper and decor. Their customer service is out of this world. I fell in love with two dresses which they let me try on multiple times. Mary Ellen was the first person to help me and she had nothing but compliments. She really knew how to make a bride feel confident. My last place to visit was Kleinfeld Bridal in NYC and those dresses didn’t even compare to what Radiant Bride has to offer. The entire time away all i could think was wow i found the one and it’s at Radiant. Before i even left New York i called Radiant to schedule another appointment. The second woman to help me was Hope and she was also very delightful. There was two dresses i loved (one more than the other) but loved one feature from a second dress. They contacted the designer and helped me put the two together. It was a dream come true! With it being the wedding boom, some of the designers were a bit backed up. The Radiant Bride team was very reassuring and helped ease my nerves and i was anxiously awaiting the arrival of my dress. I would HIGHLY recommend saying yes to your dress with them!

We walked in and we’re rushed from the outset. As my daughter was trying on her dress she was told she had to keep it moving because we are allowed short time for the appointment. There were too many other brides-to-be also shopping in this small space - all grabbing at dresses. Not much selection. Definitely not worth the time. Disappointed to say the least.
