We got married here in February and are 100% thrilled we had our wedding here. DeAnna and the entire team at Radisson Blu executed our wedding planning process and wedding day with perfection. We hosted our welcome cocktail night, ceremony, reception and good bye breakfast at the hotel. Our guests loved the clean rooms! The food was wonderful, and served HOT! There wasn’t a detail that DeAnna missed from our meeting and plans. We have so much love and respect for the entire team. They are true professionals. We got married at the Radisson Blu MOA on September 16th, 2023 and had the most perfect day! Our guests complemented the service, food (which is so hard to come by for weddings), and overall look and feel of our wedding! Special thanks for DeAnna and her team for making it the most perfect day on every detail. We loved how much of a partnership it felt like working with DeAnna - she was extremely thoughtful, detail-oriented, and responsive. We recommend the Radisson Blu MOA to everyone looking for a sleek venue with all the bells and whistles. The hotel staff were so helpful and kind to us the whole weekend. We stayed there as well as a number of our guests. We also hosted a farewell brunch the next morning at FireLake and it was perfect!

We got married on 8/5/23 and everything from the initial tour to the wedding reception to the post wedding packing up was wonderful. We could not have asked for a better experience. We were very pleased and so were our guests. The hotel staff, valet staff and banquet staff were amazing. DeAnna, the coordinator, was more than we could have asked for. She made the planning process less stressful for me and was always available to answer any questions I sent her way. I had never been to the Blu before for any type of event and I am so glad I made the decision to have my reception take place here. I highly recommend the Radisson Blu MOA!

Radisson Blu MOA was absolutely fantastic to work with! Throughout our wedding planning, we worked with DeAnna Paulette and Shelby Sisler and they both were amazing! DeAnna was our primary contact and was so kind and willing to accommodate our requests. She was responsive to all of my emails throughout the wedding planning. On the day of the wedding, DeAnna was on site for the event and able to help with last minute requests. The food was delicious and service was great! We really could not have asked for a better experience!
We also hosted our Rehearsal Dinner at the Fire Lake Grill private dinning space. The team at the restaurant was equally as great to work with. The food was great and service staff was amazing!
We also had a lot of out of state guests, so being close to the airport was so convience. Also, being attached to the mall gave our guests lots of options for things to do!
I was very impressed with Radisson Blu MOA and I would highly recommend this venue!

The Radisson Blu Moa made my wedding epic. Caroline Naslund was in charge of my event and she was perfect in all aspects... I would do it all again at the Radisson Blu Moa...I didn't need outside decorating because they had everything I needed we just added the people and the cake !!

We toured nearly a dozen venues but kept going back to the 2nd place we looked at: the Radisson Blu at the MOA. We wanted the convenience of having everything in one place, as well as a beautiful space with natural light and neutral carpet-not an easy thing to find! But we got it all at the Blu.
Everything was amazing! The food and service was great, and everything was set up so beautifully. All the staff members were so professional and friendly, and they all seemed to genuinely care that the whole night went perfectly. They were happy that we were happy. Staff was checking in with us throughout the night making sure all was going well. And they had great communication and coordination with us and all of our vendors. A last-minute addition to the contract at the request of the MOB was no problem.
We got a great deal when booking which included a free night stay in a suite for the bride/groom the nights before AND after the wedding, a free night in a junior suite for both sets of parents the night of, a free champagne pour with dinner, and a free gift opening space the next morning.
Having a free night the night before was so wonderful. We were able to set up shop in advance and have a beautiful getting ready space the morning of. The suite made for some beautiful photos.
The venue itself is gorgeous. It has many wonderful backdrops for photos, and the ballroom we chose has floor-to-ceiling windows. The ceremony space also had some windows. They also have nice, neutral grey carpet, which is so hard to find at a hotel! And the grey was a plus as it went with our color scheme.
Heidi Auringer did a fantastic job coordinating everything. We met with her multiple times throughout the process, and she really put us at ease and answered all of our questions. With the exception of the arch, flowers, and photo booth backdrop, the hotel set up all the decor for us! This included the signs/easels, favors, table #s, escort cards, guest book, votives, pictures, photo board, photo booth props, and other small decorations. It was such a huge weight off of our shoulders and allowed me to focus on getting myself ready that morning and nothing else.
A few weeks before the wedding we reached out to Walter Hibbard with PSAV, the Blu’s on-site lighting/audio-visual team. We requested a wall of draping and string lights in both the ceremony and reception spaces. With only a few weeks notice, Walter checked with his vendors and took care of it! It was their first time doing this, as usually their draping/lighting set-up was for the ceiling. We’re so happy they were able to accommodate our request. I bumped into Bo and Keith with the PSAV team during set-up, who both seemed genuinely pleased that I was happy with it. They gave me their cards and let me know I could contact them with any questions or concerns, of which there were none! Their work was so beautiful. It really pulled the room together and made for some magnificent photos. I can’t thank them enough for pulling it all together on such short notice!
It was such a pleasure and relief to be able to trust everything was being taken care of. I can’t get over how beautiful it all was. The day was exactly how we wanted but even better. Our vision was captured so perfectly.
The whole night went so smoothly. Many of our guests have told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and that’s clearly in large part thanks to the Blu and its staff. It was the best day of our lives, and we’re so grateful.

We hosted our wedding at Radisson Blu MOA where we worked with Heidi Auringer and it was an incredible experience!!
Heidi patiently devoted months to helping us plan all 6 of our events that lasted for three days. This included but was not limited to getting my favorite caterer, customized lighting, to securing permits for a religious fire and a horse in front of the lobby to complex room reservation requirements! She made the experience painless for us and went above and beyond in making our events a huge success!
The AV department helped us set up live-stream so that our family on the other side of the world could feel like they were a part of our special day too.
The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous with stunning room lighting in both the Ballroom and the Junior Ballroom! Our guests loved being photographed in the beautifully furnished lobby with a huge fireplace and hanging swings.
Food is a huge part of Indian culture and Rad Blu's service staff made sure that the food was ready go on time and beautifully arranged. They worked in tandem with our decorators to bring our wedding vision to life.
By the end of all the events we really felt like Heidi was one of our own! :)

We held my daughter's rehearsal dinner, ceremony & reception at the Radisson Blu Mall of America & could not have wished for a better experience. The food & service was exceptional. The entire hotel team really went above & beyond to make all of our guests had a great experience. We received feedback from many our guests it was the nicest wedding they had ever attended. Gregory, our Events Manager and his team went above & beyond to ensure our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and receptions were magical events. If you are looking for a venue that will delight you and your guests then look no further!

The venue is beautiful, and the coordinators were very helpful throughout the planning process. However, everything ran very late despite endless timeline review. It was sort of made out to be my fault (the bride) because they wanted to make sure I "had enough time to get photos done". I felt like I had to prompt everything to keep moving, which added a TON of extra stress. Because of the late timeline, I was getting added pressure from my photographers to speed up visiting with guests so we could do spotlight dances or I would have to pay for an additional hour of coverage. Overall, the timeline could have been managed much better.
On top of all that, when I brought this up afterword, they insisted everything was running on time, although myself, my parents, and every guest I talked to said they didn't get food until nearly 8:00 PM, when dinner was supposed to be at 6:30. The whole situation is frustrating every time I think about it. I do not recommend this venue for that reason. The ball was definitely dropped somewhere.

We had our wedding reception on 11/4 at the Radisson Blu and couldn't have been more pleased with how everything went. The Skybridge and Lakes Ballroom were beautiful and fit everyone perfectly for our evening. The staff that tended to our night were all professional and willing to help out with anything we needed during the night. The food was amazing and we're still getting compliments and people talking about how great it was. Sure you may have to use all the venues food and drink but for it to turn out as well as it did we had no complaints.
We worked with Caroline Jordan who was above and beyond amazing in everything she did for us from our initial meeting, answering every little question we had, to working with all of our vendors to make sure everything was in its place on our big day. We can't say enough how much we appreciate what she did for us and making it all a smooth process.

The Radisson Blu MOA was a perfect venue for our wedding. From getting to know Caroline, our coordinator, the top notch amenities, and great locale (awesome photo spots near by), the experience throughout was great. Caroline was patient with us (it's our first and last wedding, we were new at this) and her prompt responses allowed us throw an incredible party. It's nice to have family and friends fly in and not need a car (right off the light rail) arrive at their beautiful hotel and experience the weekend with us without worrying about extra travel plans.
The value is very fair. You may spend more here than other places but you will get a better experience. The food selections are amazing top notch cuisine. Compared to other venues around and especially downtown it's a wonderful value and they have the space to accommodate larger parties.
The food was incredible and they were amazing working with our very strict dietary restrictions. We were able to meet multiple times with the chefs and had no problems making modifications to the food to accommodate us. The staff from the custodians,event setup folks, bar tenders, and management teams were all wonderful to be with and work with. They really helped make our day incredible and we cannot thank them enough.

My daughter got married last week and she was amazing. We met several times thru the year and the day of the wedding was perfect. She kept me calm and had no worries. The food was amazing. Every wedding I have attended at the Radisson Blu , the food was hot and the presentation beautifu and it met my expectation of the best venue in town. My guests keep talking about the food for almost 300 guests and how beautiful the room was. The banquet manger also had our best intrest at heart and came out to meet with us . The rooms , the basket delievery , and the guest service was exceptional. Caroline rates extremely high in my years of service and having 2 daughters married in the same year. She is a rockstar and we can't thank her enough for executing a beautiful ceremony room and the ball room fo rthe reception. My daughters dreams came true. Thank you and you are amazing.

My daughter's wedding was at the Radisson Blu on July 29, 2017. Everything was absolutely amazing! Caroline Jordan, Catering Sales Manager (aka wedding coordinator extraordinaire!) was our point of contact. We met with Caroline in September to see the venue and look at their available packages. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We knew right away that we had found the place we wanted and Caroline worked hard to secure the date that would work for our family. From that point on we were frequently in touch to take care of all the arrangements to make my daughter's wedding day one she would never forget. Radisson Blu did not disappoint! Caroline and her staff along with the banquet team and chef provided a most memorable experience for us and our guests. Alan (banquet manager), Tammy, Natalie and Jake along with others on their team made sure the area for the social hour was ready following the ceremony. They also transformed the ceremony area of the Lakes Ballroom into the dance floor which also involved moving over 200 chairs to the dining area. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and the dinner area was beautiful! The chef worked his magic to perfection as the meals were delicious and the presentation was fabulous! Caroline worked seamlessly with our other vendors (florist, hairstylists/makeup artists, D.J., bakery, photographer) to ensure there was a smooth transition from the bridesmaids brunch to the first look, off site photographs, ceremony, social hour, dinner and dance to the Sunday morning brunch for our out of town family and friends. As the mother of the bride, because Caroline handled all of these details with such precision, my level of stress was greatly reduced. I don't know what we would have done without her!! Because all of our family lives out of state, along with many close friends, being able to have everything in one location was a big factor in our choice of venue. All of our guests were impressed with EVERYTHING and we have received numerous compliments on how beautiful the entire event was. It was a dream come true for Becky and Matt. Seeing them both so happy on their special day and not having to worry about any of the details was a dream come true for me as well. There aren't enough words to express my appreciation and thanks to Caroline Jordan and everyone else who had a part in making our wedding weekend a huge success!! I would highly recommend the Radisson Blu for any event, but most especially for weddings!

I cannot say enough good things about the Radisson Blu. They were absolutely incredible to work with and made the day of switch between the ceremony and the reception extremely easy.
Caroline is the one I worked with while setting up all the details prior to the event and she was amazing with all my questions I had (I had A LOT).
We were able to set everything up the for the ceremony the night before since there was not another event going on, which took a lot of stress off my plate the day of. The morning of I was able to focus on getting ready and having pictures taken. When it came time for the cocktail hour and they switched the room over, by the time our wedding party went to help they had pretty much everything done.
Besides the amazing atmosphere and beautiful decor across the hotel, the biggest compliment we received was on the food. I have had so many people come up to me after and compliment how amazing the food was. They explain how usually food at weddings is not the best, however the Radisson had over the top food and perfect portions.
I really can't explain how amazing it was to work with such a great venue to help keep my Bridzilla at bay with AMAZING people and service, my husband is extremely thankful as well.

We had a wonderful wedding reception at the Radisson Blu MOA for about 150 guests in the Minnetonka Ballroom in mid-February. Caroline Jordan, the wedding coordinator, is excellent to work with and really helped us customize our day. I planned my wedding from out-of-state, and she was easily accessible and we were able to do most of the coordinating through e-mail. We loved that we were able to customize our menu and had a combination of Minnesota and Indian food (from both of our backgrounds). The head chef is really skilled at what he does and loved working with him to customize our delicious buffet. We used Indulge and Bloom for flowers and renting décor for our reception which was an excellent recommendation given that they work frequently with the Radisson Blu. They set up everything for us which made it so nice to just come and enjoy our reception. Our evening went so smoothly and really was beyond our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and a great place for out-of-town guests to stay (and nice that they have an airport shuttle). My husband and I strongly recommend this reception venue!! It was the perfect reception site for our winter wedding!

Caroline and the staff were professional, flexible and just terrific. I truly cannot say enough good things. The weekend would not have been the same if we would have had our wedding anywhere else.

We had a wedding reception for about 100 people at Radisson Blu MOA in November 2016. I will echo the praise expressed by others about Caroline Jordan. She is incredibly good at her job and an absolute pleasure. Caroline and the entire catering team made our event truly perfect. Some of our guests had strict dietary requirements; the chef and Caroline went above and beyond to make sure the dinner was worry-free for our attendees. The room itself is bright and modern, with clean lines. All the convenience of a traditional hotel wedding without the heavy decor and colors often found in a ballroom. Don't be intimidated by the initial cost--everything really is included in the price of the packages. Our only outside costs were paper goods (menus/place cards), DJ and flowers. The event was managed smoothly and multiple guests commented on the fantastic food, bar, and service. The whole event was exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

Jessica, Scott and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Caroline Jordan, and the staff at The Radisson Blu MOA location. There are so many options when choosing a wedding venue from location to style and along with everything else associated with creating that one special day. Our Event coordinator Ms. Caroline did an excellent job, she was professional, dependable and helpful, her knowledge as a Wedding coordinator is truly evident. The staff at the Radisson Blu location are top notch, from the big details to the small ones they went out of their way to make sure all of our personal requests were granted. They went above and beyond the call of duty. As a wedding venue we couldn’t fault anything. The food was superb, our choices from the menu selections, had the guests raving about the quality and flavor. Choosing the venue is one of the most important aspects of planning a wedding and it is with nothing but a big thanks to everyone at the Radisson Blu for making my daughter’s day special, in fact our guests can’t stop raving about it!

Our wedding on July 15, 2016 at the Radisson Blu MOA was a dream come true. Our guests said it was the best wedding they've been to in a long time. The atmosphere is so chic and just classic. It's the perfect venue for your guests, especially those whoa are from out of town! My husband's family is from Oklahoma, so to be able to stay in a hotel connected to MOA was so fun for them. Also, guests that flew in to the MSP airport were accommodated smoothly since the hotel provides free shuttle and it's less than a mile away! My husband and I can't thank Carolyn & the Radisson Blu MOA staff for making our special day one to remember. Carolyn is very well connected and made the planning process so simple and calm! You will not be disappointed! Go with the Blu!

My husband and I looked at a few venues before we checked out the Blu and I knew right away that this was the place I wanted to get married. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and elegant. The entire staff was amazing, we had no issues or complaints during our wedding process. Our coordinator, Caroline, was simply amazing! She answered our questions and addressed any concerns we may have had without hesitation. She was so professional and knowledgeable that we had no issues going to her with how we wanted our day to turn out. The entire staff was impeccable! The food was delicious and we got rave reviews from our guests! We had a very successful day and wedding planning process. I would highly recommend the Blu for any event.

From start to finish everyone at the Radisson Blu Mall of America helped make our day one to remember!
Planning was a breeze with Caroline Jordan. She was more than willing to meeting on multiple occasions, respond timely to emails, and help calm any pre-wedding nerves by assuring us that everything was going to be taken care of.
Caroline and her team were beyond professional and accommodating to all of our guests. I couldn't believe how many positive things I heard from our guests about this venue and it's staff.
When my husband and I went to our room at the end of the night, we were so surprised to see a card signed by the Radisson Blu staff, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a bottle of champagne - not expected, but such a thoughtful gesture.
If we were to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a single thing.

Our wedding on June 25th at the Radisson Blu MOA was more than PERFECT! We fell in love with the venue from day one. Caroline Jordan was our wedding coordinator and we could not have asked for anyone better to work with. She was AMAZING! She understands the stress of planning a wedding so she was always available to answer our questions (despite how many we had) and was extremely accommodating as well. Due to our wedding budget, we did a lot of the wedding decor ourselves and the hotel staff made our experience dropping and picking up our decorations extremely easy. We had over 300 guests and being Vietnamese, most of our guests were not used to attending a wedding at a hotel (most of Vietnamese weddings are held at traditional restaurants) but everything was so wonderful that all we heard post the wedding were compliments. The entire wedding operation was carried out so smoothly that it was apparent how exceptional the communication amongst the operation team members were. Everything was top notch, from the venue, the food, the service to the front desk employees who helped with hotel check ins. Many of our friends and family referred to our wedding as "The Wedding of the Year". The hotel staff did a wonderful job of making the day special. We selected a custom southern menu they had never done before. They were willing to experiment with the recipes to offer us the type of dinning experience we were looking for. Like with any event there were a few last minute changes but the staff did a wonderful job offering us options that worked out even better now than our plan! Thank you for making our union a special experience for our family, friends, and each other!

After taking a look at a number of venues in and around the Twin Cities, we decided to book our ceremony and reception at the Radisson Blu because we felt the value far outweighed the competition. The venue itself is a beautiful hotel with a number of cool architectural concepts that make for great photo ops. In the reception room, you have your choice of wall lighting which adds an extra custom element to your event. The black reflective dance floor is an eye catcher too. From a guest experience perspective, it only gets better. The staff is very accommodating, the location to the Mall of America and light rail make it a perfect location for “out of towners” who want to experience all the Twin Cities has to offer. Many of our guests raved about the hotel, the convenience of the hotel’s location, as well as the food – both at the wedding reception and during private meals at FireLake. The biggest selling point was Kat, the Event Coordinator at the Radisson Blu. During the initial meetings with Kat, we found a comfort level that we hadn’t experienced with any other venue. Kat was intelligent, outgoing, organized, accommodating, proactive, and above all else, super easy to work with. The Big Day went as smoothly as it possibly could. Our guest had an AMAZING time at a great venue which provided a classy environment, a friendly staff, superb food, and memories that will last forever (the drinks were just as good!). I couldn't be happier with my wedding experience with Radisson Blu- Mall of America this past weekend. Kat Carlson was such a professional, and extremely helpful and accommodating. The guest rooms for me and everyone else were tastefully decorated, modern and lovely. Kat went out of her way to help set up table items and answer every question I had. Everyone I encountered, from valet to bus boys to front desk staff was incredibly helpful. When I arrived at Radisson Blu after my outdoor ceremony, my mom wasn't there and my maid of honor didn't know how to handle my 14 bussles. I was trying to hold up my train, when a lady from Radisson Blu approached me and said she used to work for a bridal shop and she would be glad to help me bussle and it would take no time at all. She dropped what she was doing to bussle me. Kat introduced me to the banquet manager for the evening, grabbed me a cocktail, and showed me a sneak peek of the ballroom before the guests got in there. I would highly, highly recommend this venue. It was such an elegant, delightful experience and the guests all loved it as well.

Our experience with the Radisson Blu- Mall of America was exceptional! From beginning to end, Kat (the catering/sales coordinator) was so helpful and knowledgeable with the process of planning a wedding ceremony and reception of 400+ guests. All of our guests raved about how beautiful and swanky the venue is, and how delicious the food was. They are incredibly accommodating with helping your wedding vision come to life. Our wedding was pretty complex with having a traditional Laotian ceremony and a modern American style ceremony all in one place. Our guests appreciated that both ceremonies and the receptions were at one place. The Firelake crew was also fantastic at taking care of us for the "after party." There are so many great things I can say about this place. The one thing we keep hearing from our friends and family is how "classy, beautiful, and fun" our wedding was. Her experience in this business and her network of referrals really played a major role in making our day incredibly memorable and special. I can't thank everyone enough.

Memorial Day Weekend Wedding
Our son's wedding/weekend (Gruett-Albo) at the Radisson Blu Mall of America was amazing! The hotel was the perfect venue! The food was excellent in the Fireside Restaurant, wedding reception, and the private brunch the following morning. The staff was most helpful throughout the entire weekend assisting our guests in whatever way they could. Thanks Kat for everything!!

On behalf of the Eicher/Powell wedding we would like to say that the night was superb. Your confidence & ability to manage this event helped make this the Best Wedding Reception we have ever been to let alone be part of.
The food was very very good and delivery of food with the ten waiters coming out at once was such a great touch. Servers were well dressed & friendly.
The bartenders were also very friendly, and efficient as no one seemed to have to wait for drinks. Host reception was spectacular and Blu martinis were a hit.
We absolutely LOVED the layout/setup of the room,everyone could see the head table and room never felt to crowded with 350+ people, the high ceilings, great sound and the added draperies to frame head table & band clearly helped the atmosphere in the room..
With all that being said we were extremely happy with how the whole night went. Comments from our guest consisted with ( Best wedding Reception ever) & ( The wedding of the decade) we couldn't agree more.

Working with the Radisson Blu was wonderful! Originally we started looking because of style (modern and simple) as well as the location- very convenient and strategically stress relieving for this high anxiety bride! (What problem's can't be solved at the Mall of America? None!) Little did we know that we would be sad to say goodbye to the amazing staff. Kat was so great to work with! No question too silly or stupid and we were always greeted with a genuine (and calm) smile! Our Captain for the night, Tami, was extremely attentive and kept our night running very smoothly. We would absolutely recommend this venue!

When it came time for my husband and I to look for a venue to have our wedding reception I thought it was going to one of the hardest decisions we would have to make. But it wasn't, Radisson Blu was the first and only venue we went to. We met with Kat and did a walk through while it was still under construction and we knew this was the perfect place. Kat was amazing and helped with whatever question we had. She guided us to local vendors they recommended for linens and drapery.
The day of wedding we arrived to Radisson Blu for our reception and Kat took us up to the ballroom so that we could see it for the first time and I was stunned. It turned our better than I could have ever imagined. While my husband and I were looking at the ballroom the server came in and served us a few of our appetizer which tasted delicious.
Our guest were blown away by the service of all the staff and still to this day talk about how amazing all the food and drinks were. The staff was very respectful and was always willing to help where ever it was needed.
The next morning we did a brunch with our friends and family in a private room and the food was incredible. It was nice to come down and have a separate room to ourselves. I would highly recommend this venue!

My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience working with Kat and the rest of the staff at the Radisson Blue MOA. The venue is beautiful, modern and from the moment we toured it we knew it was where we wanted to host our reception. Kat was amazing to work with; cheerful, organized, professional and incredibly responsive. The hotel staff as well as the banquet staff working our wedding weekend were extremely attentive and accommodating. Our guests had an amazing time and we received many compliments about the space, the food and the overall experience. We wanted a place where guests could feel comfortable. We wanted a place where out-of-town guests could get a reasonable rate and have ease getting to and from the airport. We wanted a place with supportive and talented staff.
This place, without a doubt, was the Radisson Blu - MOA.
Every detail was flawless. My husband and I greeted our guests to the "something blue" cocktail as they arrived, and immediately they felt at ease with the ambiance and felt welcomed by the friendly staff as well. The ballroom was pristine and the transitions between cocktail hour, ceremony, dinner, and dancing were flawless! The gorgeous room and the great staff topped off the elegance of the hotel.
Many guests have mentioned how wonderful the food was and how kind the staff was! We agree, of course!
The rooms were comfortable as well - clean, quiet, reasonably priced with the wedding blocks (no min or max!), and modern.
After further review, my husband and I played the "what would we do differently" game - and we came up short. The way we were treated at Radisson Blu was exemplary and nothing short of VIP.

Once we found Radisson Blu we knew it was the place for us. We held absolutely everything there- not just the wedding ceremony and reception, but the groom's dinner, too. I even took advantage of the salon/spa with my bridesmaids the day before the wedding! We chose Radisson Blu because we could hold everything in one place. It was centrally located, not far from the airport, and MOA provides any and all entertainment for out of town guests. Every vendor we worked with told us how much they like working with Radisson Blu. They all said, "Yep, they have their stuff together over there." All of our guests had a great time, and we continue to hear how fantastic everything was at Radisson Blu.

We had our wedding at the Radisson Blu Mall of America in June 2014. We had an Indian wedding, so there were multiple events and it was complicated. We had events Friday evening, Saturday all day, and Sunday brunch. We were very pleased with our wedding! The hotel was beautiful, clean, service was outstanding, and Kat Kruger was an absolute pleasure to work with. More so, the Indian food was better than top restaurants in Bombay per my in-laws (who live in Mumbai). Our quest enjoyed the food, service, and stay. I did extensive research on the price with other competitive hotels (4 star hotels) and the price was competitive. More so, since the hotel is connected to the MOA our quest didn’t have to go far to see a tourist attractions and the complimentary hotel airport shuttle was great for our out of town quest.

Our wedding at the Radisson Blu was amazing! My partner and I have been together for 13 years and Kat Kruger and her team at the Radisson Blu did the most amazing job. We held the ceremony and the wedding reception at the Blu in different rooms. The ceremony was personal and special. We had the cocktail hour in the Foyer outside the ballroom for an hour. When everyone walked in the ballroom for our sit down dinner with butler service, it took our breath away. It was simply beautiful and elegant! The service was 1st rate and we simply had the wedding of our dreams at the Radisson Blu! Tried and True.....all the way!

We started planning our wedding at Radisson Blu in the summer of 2014. Kat, the Catering Sales Manager, was a dream to work with from the beginning. She was receptive to our questions, fully explained every detail, and was so patient with us as we worked our way through the planning process. From our first tour to the night of our reception, every single member of the Radisson Blu staff treated us so well. Any time we had a question or a request, it seemed like there was someone willing to stop whatever they were working on to make sure we had an answer.
The actual reception was absolutely perfect. The modern décor highlighted our decorations. The space was large enough to accommodate all of our guests quite comfortably. The built-in colored down lighting gave our reception a special touch that we simply could not have found anywhere else. From the minute the reception began, the Blu staff was attentive and ready to make sure that everyone had the time of our lives. The banquet captain constantly checked in with us and made sure that everything was going as planned. The food was amazing. Often times you can just tell that wedding food is being mass produced; however, the food at our reception was out of this world. Many of our guests still send us messages raving about how much they loved dinner.
We truly don’t have enough words to say what an amazing experience we had with Radisson Blu. We were promised the night of our lives and honestly that feels like an understatement.

We held our wedding for 225 people at the Radisson Blu on 10/3/14. In a word, it was fantastic! We held our wedding and reception in the Lakes Ballroom.
The service was world-class, and I had repeated comments on the quality of the food. I'd had some reservations about having my wedding at the Mall of America (I got married at the 'mall'!), but it was fantastic, mostly due to the hotel and it's easy access to the Mall, which our out of town guests loved.
This is a high-end venue, and the pricing reflects that. But if you want fantastic food, great service and an experience your guests will remember for a lifetime, you can do it here.
We held the wedding at 5pm on a Friday night, followed by a reception that lasted until midnight. The next morning we had a private breakfast at FireLake restaurant that was the perfect way to spend more time with family and out-of-town guests and the food/service was exceptional.
Guests loved the ability to hit the mall between activities, and the proximity to the airport really helped keep down expenses for those who travelled.
Finally, there was no one on staff at the Radisson that wasn't all about helping us, addressing our concerns and delighting our guests from start to finish.

I couldn't have asked for a better wedding! We struggled to find a location that my husband and I both truly loved. We toured at least 10 places, all in which we left saying its ok, until we walked into the Radisson Blu. We knew before we even met with our coordinator, Kat Kruger, that we wanted to get married there. It was love at first site....Again!
They made everything go so smoothly...I never had to worry. Kat was great to work with...so patient with me and my family the weeks before the wedding. She did everything and made the wedding planning a pleasant experience for us. The rest of the "Blu" staff was great to work with as well. They were so helpful and polite. The food was amazing...I still get compliments on how "it was the best food I've ever had at a wedding".
Our special day was truly better than I ever could have anticipated.

When I pictured where I would have my wedding reception a hotel ballroom was never on the top of my list UNTIL I saw the Radisson Blu MOA. We used the Lakes Ballroom and loved the crisp and simple look of the ballroom allowing our decor to really tell our story and not your traditional loud carpet and wall sconces seen at many other properties around town. My now husband and I were blown away with the modern yet cozy design of the property and were continued to be impressed by the service. Our hotel contact Kat was a dream to work with- helping us create our dream wedding! Every detail was thought of making sure our guests would experience a reception they would never forget. Kat's banquet team was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Being a member of the hospitality industry I can say the service at the Blu is like no other that I have experiences. For example, throughout the entire dinner service my now husband and I were assigned a banquet team member to pull out our chairs every time we had to get up and kiss - where else do you see this kind of service!!! Our guests are still talking about how accommodating and top notch the service was. Now onto the food...Kat set up an elegant private tasting where we were in awe with the delicious menu options we were presented with. After some serious debate we finally agreed on a trio of options to give our guests. Not only was the presentation high class the food was excellent. We still have friends and family raving about the food - so much they have asked if they can go to hotel just to eat the yummy food. I could go on and on about our positive experience but to summarize I would give the Radisson Blue MOA a 5 out of 5 and would highly recommend it couples looking for a wedding venue.

We had a great experience at Radisson Blu. Their food is phenomenal and Kat does a great job leading you through the entire process. We had no issues the entire day. The only thing I would say is because it is connected to the mall, I did notice random people wandering in the area outside the ballroom during the dance. There is not tight security but you bring all the gifts upstairs before dinner.

Our daughter's NYE Wedding was at the Radisson Blu Mall of America and was a huge success. The hotel is a beautiful venue and from our initial meeting with Kat Kruger, we were sold and excited to have both the ceremony and reception at the "Blu". The planning process was easy, and they did everything possible to provide what we were looking for.
The food was excellent and the service was phenomenal. The staff all helped make the wedding truly memorable. I can honestly say that everything went like clockwork. Staff members were helpful throughout the entire evening and offered helpful advise and guidance. They made sure that we enjoyed the wedding and that everyone in the wedding party was satisfied.
The bride and groom enjoyed their entire day and reception thanks to the Radisson Blu. If you are looking for a great venue, go check out the Blu . . . you won't be disappointed.

I booked my ceremony and reception prior to the venue opening in March 2013. My expectations were exceed beyond anything I could have imagined. The staff was wonderful and made sure everything was how I wanted it. The head banquette server was amazing and attentive to us all night. I worked with the catering director throughout the process and she was amazing! I had a very specific vision and she met with me multiple times to ensure my vision was attained. The venue it's self is unlike any other venue we toured. We took all of our wedding pictures at the hotel and they were so many places that offered unique photo opportunities.
