ity throughout the planning process, and they went above and beyond when it came to the big day. The week before our wedding, we received over 5 inches of rain and our venue site was so so soggy. The day of set-up, Perry came by early to assess and helped us tweak our placement plan to make it work with what we had in terms of usable space. All of the rental items were beautiful and the sailcloth tent was more wonderful than we could have imagined. Thank you again to the whole team for making our wedding day so spectacular!

exible. A few days before the wedding our forecast was iffy and Pete was able to coordinate a beautiful clear top tent for our outdoor cocktail hour which was beautiful regardless of rain or shine! The security of knowing we had this made the few days leading up to the wedding worry free. The lighting under our reception tent is something I will never forget and only complimented the natural beauty of our Green Mountain surrounding. We would absolutely recommend Rain or Shine for any and all of your event rental needs:)

We hosted our wedding at my parents house in a open field that was uneven, and they worked with us for a year to help get the land ready for the wedding. They were able to give us much needed advice on where the tent and chairs should be placed, but also listened to and fully accommodated our preferences. They took exact measures and pictures of the land so that when other vendors had questions about the tent, we could answer them in detail. We can't recommend them highly enough!

e rented from them looked great, and they were even able to get the chairs we wanted from a related company in another state. Everything was as expected and promised.
That being said, communication was a big issue. We (both of us and our planner) would have to follow up repeatedly on emails to get responses, even calling to follow up in order to get a response. Also, due to the technical difficulty of the lighting set up, they regularly install the lights and deliver a day early (on Friday), which really surprised us when we arrived at the venue on Friday afternoon. The welcome dinner and Saturday breakfast both took place in the reception venue, so the decor and chairs for the reception were already there, sort of spoiling the surprise for the guests for the actual wedding. When I followed up after asking about it, they explained why, and it totally made sense, but I really wish that had been conveyed ahead of time so we weren't caught off guard.
