Rambling Rose Ranch was the perfect venue for our wedding! The unique, all-outdoor space is absolutely stunning, with majestic and organic landscaping that created a magical atmosphere. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the venue was—and they especially loved getting to pet the horses and donkeys during cocktail hour, which added such a fun and memorable touch.
We opted for the fire pit experience to offer s'mores for the kids, and it was a huge hit! Sandy and Morgan were incredibly flexible and accommodating, helping us bring our vision to life, including the use of confetti poppers.
We also loved having the convenience of getting ready on-site in their bride and groom suites, which made the day stress-free. The outdoor lighting was just perfect, and with the addition of candles on the tables, the event couldn’t have been more romantic.
The only required vendor is their bartenders, and we had a good experience with them.
Sandy and Morgan were wonderful to work with—they were communicative, professional, and collaborated seamlessly with our coordinator. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Rambling Rose Ranch and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and breathtaking wedding venue!
I hosted a family getogether to celebrate my daughter's wedding which was held abroad and that all in the US could not attend. My daughter asked for a Texas-themed fest, complete with taco truck, and as soon as I saw the RRR I knew it was our venue for the event. It has a real Texas/Austin vibe...fit for a formal occasion, but more ranch/farm and casual than not. The venue has it all -- a big barn-like area for large group gathering and table seating, an outdoor-covered bar, a cool dance floor in the heart of the space, a ceremony-friendly outdoor space under a big tree with pews, and a backyard space with a fire pit area and access to farm animals. Our smaller gathering of 50 or so probably under-utilized all that the venue had to offer. The ability to host an event in inclement weather (the food and bar areas are open-aired but under ample roofing) was a big plus for me in picking the place. Morgan and Sandy were super in helping answer questions and facilitate the many visits we made for our event planning. Super responsive to email. If I have occasion for another event, I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Rambling Rose Ranch was the perfect venue for us! It is so beautiful and spacious. The dance floor really caught my eye on our tour - it reminded me of something out of a fairytale! We also loved that they have animals since we’re huge animal lovers. Our guests really enjoyed getting to feed and pet them during our reception. We got so many compliments on the venue. Guests were just raving about the location and how pretty it is out there. Also, Morgan is such a sweet person and was a joy to work with. She was so warm and responsive to all the emails we sent throughout the planning process. We had such a blast at our wedding here and are so so happy that we picked such an amazing venue!
My fiance and I were very excited to work with this venue. Due to an incredibly hectic year ahead we made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding a year. Morgan told us that that would be impossible as they would only book out through spring of the following year (instead of the fall when we wanted.) It felt like we were being strong armed into having our wedding at a time of year that we did not want to. After that they did not respond to any email, phone call, or voice mail for a month. I had to start a new chain entirely to ensure that the cancelation they were forcing us into, would actually take place before we hit 180 days out and then we would be responsible for the full deposit amount due- it very much felt like they were waiting us out.
I so badly wanted to stay with this venue, I wanted them to keep our deposit and let us bring all of our friends and family there, but we are out of state, and taking a month to reply is simply unacceptable. They did keep our deposit, and we are now left at square one.
We understand that there are policies, but this was a very hard decision and sacrifice, the very least they could have done is have a conversation with us. I can see on their social media other people in their comments stating that they are still waiting to hear back from them. Don't hold your breath.
An absolutely beautiful venue that was perfect four our friends and family. I love all the art around the property and the dance floor was beautiful surrounded by plants.
We had our wedding at Rambling Rose Ranch in November 2022. From the moment we visited RR, we fell in love with the whole vibe of the place. The energy there is amazing and we knew immediately it was where we wanted to get married. The venue itself is beautiful. There is so much nature and the reception area and dance floor are just gorgeous. Unfortunately, it was freezing on the night of our wedding, so we ended up having our reception under the structure. I was bummed that we didn’t get to use the dance floor too much (it's so beautiful and picturesque) , but we were so grateful they had this covered area because otherwise our guests would have been absolutely freezing. Sandy and Morgan were wonderful throughout the whole wedding planning process. They were patient with our many anxious site visits and answered all of our questions. We never got to meet Morgan in person (although she was lovely over email), but Sandy was always wonderful to talk to and put us at ease each time we visited. Our pictures came out amazing! There are so many cute little areas to take pictures here, and they photograph so well. We would 100% recommend Rambling Rose Ranch to anyone looking to have a beautiful outdoor wedding. Thank you, Sandy and Morgan!
The Rambling Rose Ranch is the ideal outdoor venue for any free-spirited appreciators of animals, nature, and the arts. Owners Morgan and Sandy are two wonderful individuals who have created a ceremony/reception space fostered by love and creativity.
Always reachable, they were quick to quell our "frantic wedding worries" and were open to us stopping by to check out those little details you always forget to ask about.
The atrium dance floor, old oak tree ceremony site, and barnyard animals all make for some unbelievable photos.
RRR was the first venue we visited and we instinctively knew it was the place for us. Best day ever ♥️ Thank you, Morgan + Sandy!!
Married at RRR on 9.24.22
Rambling Rose Ranch was the most beautiful venue! They are both so kind and easy to work with. Our guests loved the animals and all of the beautiful greenery and plants. The bridal suite, groom suite, and bathrooms were perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue to get married at. I would recommend to anyone looking to get married in the Austin area!
We got married in April so this review is long overdue but I still think back to our day and how perfect this place was. We love nature and wanted to be surrounded by it on our wedding day. This was the only outdoor venue we toured that moved us and made us feel something. It wasn't manicured like most of the others. It has a secret garden feel that is stunning and unpretentious. Morgan and Sandy are the best – genuine, so kind, flexible with multiple date reschedules (we booked before the pandemic), patient with our countless emails, and put their heart into this property. So many of our guests said how amazing the place was and unlike any other wedding they had been to. I loved seeing everyone in all of the areas – people were feeding animals, using the ping pong table, dancing under the stars on the dreamiest dance floor. The ceremony site is beautiful and intimate – my partner and I had a private dinner under the oak tree which is one of my favorite memories. This place just gives off the best vibes and our friends and family were feeling it too. Everyone looked so happy, relaxed, and really let loose.
Rambling Rose was the perfect venue for the wedding of my absolute dreams!!!
It's been weeks since our wedding, and our friends and family are still raving about how lovely everything was. The dance floor is just a vision--the jasmine in bloom made it feel completely magical. I also loved getting to pet the horses. Even the teens had fun playing at the ping pong table :D
Even though it was unseasonably hot, even by Texas standards, the ceremony under the shade of the gorgeous oak tree was comfortable and by the time the sunset and the dancing started, the temperature was perfect for the whole reception.
Sandy and Morgan really worked with us on every detail. They really encouraged my DIY spirit and were supportive in us setting up our homemade photobooth. They are both such joyful people and really made the whole experience of planning a wedding fun :D
We loved the Rambling Rose!! It's such a dreamy venue, and Morgan and Sandy are wonderful to work with. The old oak ceremony site and dance floor were exactly what we wanted, and we got so many compliments from people who loved all the unique spaces! We did hardly any decorating because the space is already so awesome. I know they're planning on having bathrooms soon, which will be a great addition, although the Luxury Loo worked fine. The only issue was a miscommunication on being able to replace the green benches with white chairs at the ceremony site (we had talked about it when we booked the venue and then were told the week of that it wouldn't be possible without an extra fee), so I'd suggest checking back in early if you want to make any changes. We'd absolutely recommend the Rambling Rose to anyone looking for a magical outdoor wedding spot!
There are no words to describe how wonderful this venue and the hosts are. Morgan and Sandy went out of their way to make this a beautiful experience for us. My daughter chose this venue in the fall when things were still blooming and I toured in January, so I was a bit apprehensive. However, there was no need because Morgan had planted new things and cleaned up old things and made everything look so gorgeous! Our guests all raved about how pretty and unique this venue was.
The bonfire and animals add a precious touch. We were planning to have the entire thing outside, but due to unseasonable temperatures, we ended up having the reception in the barn, which worked out so well. It made the whole guest crowd feel unified rather than separate, and the barn is just super cute.
The dance floor is so pretty with all the lights and framing - it was used all night, as was the outside bar!
Thank you, Morgan and Sandy, for making this an unforgettable night that every guest loved (especially the bride and groom).
I can't say enough about Morgan and Sandy, the amazing owners of this beautiful gem in Austin, TX. When we visited the venue for the first time, we immediately knew that this was the perfect place for our wedding! The pictures you see online will not do this space justice. The greenery and trees on the property are breathtaking and the setup overall is beautiful to explore requiring not many decorations. Morgan was so accommodating and responsive whenever we had questions and made the process of planning and preparing very smooth. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and has many areas to explore including an area of farm animals that are always looking for love and pets :) On the day of the wedding, we had a downpour of rain and the tables and chairs were set up in the rain plan, which is a very spacious shed on the property that has beautiful accents and twinkle lights. Overall, the day was perfect and Morgan and Sandy couldn't be sweeter or more accommodating. Support their beautiful venue - you will not be disappointed!
What an amazing venue! If you are planning an outdoor wedding in Austin, this is the place for you. RRR is such a unique venue and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it was. The dance floor is under string lights and climbing vines and will make you want to book on that alone. Morgan and Sandy are super responsive and answered all of our questions and sent great advice. We moved away from Austin shortly before we got engaged so ended up booking this place sight unseen and we are so glad we did.
My husband and I booked Rambling Rose for our vow renewal celebration right before COVID hit. We ended up having to reschedule twice and Morgan & Sandy were both understanding and kind throughout a time that I know must have been really hard on them. The property is a stunning outdoor ranch with farmhouse vibes and a large hanger that can be used as the rain contingency plan. There’s beautiful character throughout the property and no words I can put together will do it justice, so please go see it for yourself. There are bride and groom suites to get ready in, both of which have air-conditioning. Other than Morgan & Sandy, our favorite living things on the property were the friendly animals who love carrots and apples - they have horses, goats, donkeys, chickens, and a pig. Rambling Rose provides portable restroom trailers, which are actually really nice and air conditioned. They also took care of arranging for security during our open bar hours. Lastly, as long as there isn’t a burn notice, they offer a fire-pit option, which they manage throughout the night for you. We did a s’mores station for our party which was a hit and a great space for your guests to visit and wind down in-between or after hitting the dance floor.

My experience with Rambling Rose Ranch was such an amazing experience! Let me start off by saying first that my wife and I had to reschedule our wedding from May to late August due to COVID. The owners were so easy to work with. I’ve heard of other venues charging extra to reschedule. This wasn’t the case with Morgan and Sandy. They were nothing less than pleasant, reasonable, and communicative.
When it came to picking a venue we were immediately sold on them. The place is such a beautiful outdoor venue. They have you covered on all fronts. Pre-wedding preparation, ceremony, dining area, dance floor, a covered area in case of rainy weather, and more. There is so much that this place has to offer for your big day and for very reasonable price! Our guests couldn’t stop giving us enough compliments on the venue. Thank you for making a special day magical!!!!
I highly recommend them.
My daughter just had her wedding there July 11th. We were so worried about the ever-changing COVID restrictions, but everything went off without a hitch. The ranch was so picture perfect and exactly what my daughter was looking for. Artistic, outdoors, and with that home touch. All the vendors worked great with Rambling Rose, and our experience with Rambling Rose made the wedding as perfect as it was!
When your daughter gets married, you want to do everything you can to give her the wedding of her dreams! This venue gave her that and more. The comments I have received from those who attended the wedding and those who see pictures have used words like “magical”, “beautiful”, “gorgeous”, etc. The tree at the ceremony site is gorgeous. The barn, the reception area, the bar area... the animals...all made for such an experience that exceeded our hopes and dreams.
Morgan (co-owner) was spectacular in helping us sigh suggestions for bartenders, taco truck, rentals...vital as we were planning this wedding from Houston and so didn’t know local companies. Her suggestion of a taco truck and bartender yielded yummy food and drinks that left everyone more than satisfied!
Covid restrictions could‘ve made this a nightmare, but they made it easy!
This venue is fabulous! As are the owners! I cannot say enough about the peaceful vibe I experienced there. Highly recommend.
There are not enough words to accurately describe how beautiful, perfect and wonderful my wedding was at this venue. It was one of the first and easiest decisions I made in my wedding planning process. RRR had absolutely everything I wanted in a venue and it was only 15 minutes from my mom’s house in south Austin which made it even better.
RRR has the perfect rustic and vintage appeal. There are so many cute and unique “photo spots” around the venue that look absolutely gorgeous, including a multicolor Texas sign which photographs gorgeous and vibrant. The greenery surrounding the ceremony site and that dance floor and barn was insanely beautiful. It was so lush and airy at the same time. I always knew I would get married outside and this was more than I had ever imagined. The vines curling around the windows, lights and structure of the dance floor was so romantic and perfect and our photos turned out gorgeous. All of my guests raved about the venue and how it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever been to.
I can’t think of one negative of Rambling Rose Ranch, it was all so much more than I ever dreamed of, it was like someone saw my dream wedding and then created it just for me.
Morgan and Sandy were awesome to work with, they let us come by the venue any time we needed to, Morgan was so responsive to all of my millions of e-mails as I was planning my wedding from Seattle and was always happy to answer question after question and make the wedding planning process less stressful. They set up the tables and chairs exactly how I wanted them on my day and I didn’t stress on the wedding day because I knew it was all taken care of.
I am SO happy and thankful that we chose Rambling Rose Ranch for our wedding. If you are looking for a rustic, romantic, unique, natural and gorgeous wedding venue with just enough of the Austin “weird” then I highly recommend you do yourself a favor check out Rambling Rose Ranch.
I can't say enough positive things about this wedding venue or the owners as they are super awesome. I am a wedding photographer and I set up bridal portrait session with Morgan as she is such a delight to speak. When we arrived I was shown around the venue and the best spots for photos. My bride loved the space and they had some really great places for bridal portraits. I am very pleased with Rambling Rose Ranch and I plan to photograph more bridal portrait session there.
I can't say enough positive things about this space! Morgan and Sandy have truly created a dreamy oasis and it felt so magical to spend time here! They were so patient with my multiple visits and emails and spent time answering every question I had. Also, they've been in the industry for a long time and have tons of helpful insight! You can tell they've put time and love into their space and it really shows. It's truly a beautiful place to celebrate!
Working with Morgan and Sandy was a dream! They were very quick to respond and we're patient with my million questions. They've done an incredibly beautiful job with their space... You can really tell how much love they put into everything. Everything there is SO unique and full of personal touches. All night people were asking how we found their ranch! They seriously thought of everything. The bar is so cute and functional. There's a fire pit on site, ping pong, horseshoes. They also have their personal animals on the property and they were so sweet--everyone was feeding them carrots and apples. We really had the best time at RRR with our family and friends and I cannot thank you both enough for making our celebration so special.
We could not have imagined a more perfect place to get married than Rambling Rose Ranch! It is a stunning venue that added so much warmth, beauty, and fun to our wedding. We are so grateful for the wonderful memories that it hosted and all of the work that Morgan and Sandy did to create such a special day.
Morgan has created an extraordinary atmosphere with Rambling Rose Ranch. It is exceptionally warm and inviting. The way they “brought the outside in” by combining natural beauty with the property made it feel like an intimate wedding in our own backyard. Their creative touches give this venue a soul — from the stunning wooden door to the bride/groom cabins and cute animals. We could not have asked for a more beautiful location for our wedding.
Morgan was also a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. From our very first day touring the venue, her down-to-earth attitude and easy confidence made us feel welcomed. She and Sandy not only created an amazing venue, but worked so hard to make our particular day special. We cannot thank them enough for all of their support and hard work.
Rambling Rose Ranch was the perfect venue for our wedding. We could not have asked for a more beautiful location, inviting atmosphere, or more wonderful people to work with!
Morgan has created a wonderful wedding venue - we could not have imagined anything better. The property is covered in gorgeous oak trees, succulents and flowers, and filled with tasteful decorations and landscaping features that truly come from Morgan's heart. There are endless locations for photos featuring the greenery and reclaimed items, and the nearby stable has Morgan's own horses and goats to pet and feed. It didn't feel like other venues we visited with fake barns and ranch paraphernalia - this felt completely real and natural, like we had the wedding in our own backyard.
Morgan and Sandy have worked incredibly hard on this property to make it special. The dance floor was surrounded by hanging lights, and the ceremony was held under a beautiful oak tree. The groom's cottage and bride's cabin were perfect for getting ready in comfort on the day of the wedding.
We couldn't be happier with Rambling Rose Ranch. Morgan is a delight to work with, the property and atmosphere are gorgeous, and the location is just 15 minutes from downtown but feels like you're in the hill country. If you're looking for a relaxed hill country wedding run by locals who are truly passionate about creating a special experience, you have to visit Rambling Rose Ranch!
Perfect. That is the only word I could use to describe this venue. Very close to town without being in the city. Incredible owners, Morgan and Sandy who were always so ready to answer any and all of my questions. They made time or me for several walk throughs showing family and then a several hour long walk through with my day of coordinator. They have tables and chairs on site and the benches in the ceremony site were a cute country take on seating. I loved my ceremony under the big oak tree it could not have been anymore perfect with the sun setting behind the tree. The animals on site were so loved by all of my guests. It was super nice to be so spread out. We had lots for our guests to do between dancing, chatting, cigars, fire pit, games, and s'mores. It was absolutely perfect. I loved getting to be one of the first bride's to book this venue and I loved how much freedom Morgan and Sandy gave us. The Bridal cabin and Grooms cabin were also incredibly loved and I couldn't believe how much my guests loved them! Thank you Morgan and Sandy for being so amazing!
Wild Rose Hall was an amazing place for an April wedding!! My daughter and her fiancé knew when they walked in that this was THE place. There are tons of oak trees, a gazebo, and the grounds are beautiful! Morgan is wonderful to work with and was very accessible to us. We rented the the inn for the whole weekend and held the rehearsal dinner there as well. The wedding party stayed at the inn and got dressed in the lovely and spacious bridal suite. We had 135 guests attend and there was plenty of room. The pictures were absolutely beautiful. I liked the fact the we could bring in our own vendors! Wild Rose Hall has so much to offer. I am thrilled we chose Inn at Wild Rose Hall for this very special day.
The Inn at Wild Rose Hall was an amazingly beautiful outdoor/indoor venue. The moment my husband and I walked in the door, we knew we would be getting married there. It feels like a backyard wedding in which everything is already setup and perfect to host your friends and family. Morgan is super flexible, and she makes sure the bride and groom have everything they need to make their day special.
I really don't know where to begin or how to put into words how truly amazing Morgan is and how absolutely magical the Inn at Wild Rose Hall is. Morgan is literally a fairy godmother!!! First of all, one of the main reasons we picked the venue we did, and we looked at A LOT in Austin, is because of her. She is only venue owner we met who just exudes passion and truly cares about making your wedding dreams come true. She was kind, helpful, responsive, accommodating and just overall AMAZING. However, that's just the beginning. The venue itself has this beautiful enchanted garden/forest ambiance with so much gorgeous greenery, oak trees and little tucked away seating areas. The outdoor ceremony area was PERFECT for pictures and completed our colors and theme so well. The twinkle lights in the reception hall and on the trees added to the woodsy but elegant romantic feel of the wedding. Because of how gorgeous everything was, people literally could not stop talking about how breathtaking the venue was, everyone thought we spent double what we did on our wedding. And finally, Morgan literally saved our wedding when she stepped in to do our floral and decor design when our florist fell through 10 days before the wedding. The designs she created were even more beautiful than we could have imagined and captured perfectly the ethereal, dreamy, romantic and woodsy vibe we had envisioned. Morgan and the Inn at Wild Rose Hall is hands down the absolute best wedding venue in Austin and the Hill Country, I'd recommend it to anyone!
We feel so lucky to have found the inn at wild rose hall. Morgan was the most welcoming, kind and helpful person ever throughout the entire planning process. This venue truly feels like your own magical garden, every corner has something special (even a place to feed horses!). We also loved that the venue comes with a built in rain plan, and ability to choose all our own vendors. We honestly had the best night of our lives and still have guests talking to us about how pretty everything was. Thank you so much to Morgan and the Inn at Wild Rose Hall!!
Fantastic Venue - we had our wedding there and it was perfect. Had the place all weekend so we didn't have to travel much. It was beautiful and the animals and other ambiance were great for photos. We will keep them in mind for large events in the hill country!
The Inn at Wild Rose Hall is an amazing venue! Morgan was very easy to work with and very accommodating, and the services they provide for the money are a great value. They provide basic table linens, security and set up the tables and chairs for you. It's also an incredibly beautiful venue! Everyone said that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. Between the lush vegetation, the lights in the trees, the multiple seating areas, and the carefully curated decor, they have created an amazing venue that I would be happy to recommend to any couple looking for a venue in the Austin area. The location is also great. It's far enough out of town that you get that country feel, but close enough in that it's convenient for travelling guests.
My husband and I got married at The Inn in September and it could not have been more beautiful! Morgan works so hard to make The Inn gorgeous and that hard work shows! We loved the backyard feeling, it's almost like your in your family backyard.
This venue went above and beyond what we could have expected for our wedding. So beautiful and Morgan was awesome! Our guests couldn't get over how charming all of the little rustic details were. It makes it feel very warm and inviting. On top of that we had the option to stay overnight. That was a big selling point for us! Very impressed with how it all turned out.
The Bride and I contacted and gathered prices and reviews for over 30 different venues around Austin. After comparing everything, we decided to take a tour of the #1 place on our list. We were sold as soon as we walked the place. We tried to go to other venues just to say we did, but couldn't shake the feeling we got from The Inn. Morgan is so warm and inviting. She makes you feel like family. Her venue has history, the oak trees tell a story, and the plants are beautiful even in the winter. Our day was on a rainy, cold, cloudy afternoon. It was still amazing.
We LOVED The Inn at Wild Rose Hall!! I cannot say enough how beautiful this venue is! Morgan and her staff are just beautiful people in and out, so it makes perfect sense. From the twinkle lights in all of the trees to the bridal suite, this place is full of character and charm. Our family and friends raved about the little "conversation areas" around the property, and the kids had room to sprawl out in the yard to play. My wife and I are scatter-brained, but for our wedding it didn't seem to matter. Morgan had every little detail in working order, and gave brilliant suggestions on seating and whatnot to make the day even smoother. She is honest and incredibly fun to work with. Her heart and soul are in this property, and it shows. Every penny spent was beyond worth it. I'd recommend booking here 110%!
This venue was absolutely perfect! We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to get married. Our guests loved it a short well and said it was very "us." Morgan Jackson was so helpful in the planning process and helped me have peace of mind for the day of. Would recommend this venue to anyone.
The Inn is absolutely beautiful. And Morgan and her daughter Lauren will take fabulous care of you. I love that it has such great outdoor AND indoor space. I picked it because I felt so comfortable with the rain back-up plan, and was glad I did because I needed it.
The Inn was the first of four places we found online to get married and when we visited, we knew it was perfect. Morgan was just charming and so lovely to work with, the house has great character, and the backyard and patio is stunning. We rented the place for two nights so we could have it the night before the wedding and then stay with our wedding party the night of the wedding. It was the perfect mix. We had a lovely ceremony outside under the trees by the gazebo, had tons of fun taking pictures by the Austin sign, and danced the night away on the deck. We also had catering and a photo booth inside, which was a great space. We loved every detail about the Inn at Wild Rose and would recommend a wedding there in a heartbeat! Thank you Morgan!
I planned my Austin wedding from out of state, and chose the Inn at Wild Rose Hall from pictures online, and other reviews. Wow am I happy I did! The venue is absolutely gorgeous. Morgan, the owner, does such an incredible job with her place, constantly making updates, and keeping the place looking beautiful! Not only do my now husband and I love it there, but I can not count how many people approached me to say how perfect the site was for a wedding! Working with Morgan was so easy, she was very flexible with whatever we needed and wanted. The animals Morgan cares for at the venue were such a hit amongst everyone, and a great picture opportunity. The ceremony site is magical under the trees. Overall, I highly recommend this venue to anyone hoping to have a fairytale, hill country Austin wedding! It is perfect :)
The Inn at Wild Rose Hall is the perfect place! The venue is amazingly beautiful day time and night. The price I paid was for all day Friday, Saturday and until 11 Sunday. So my out of town guest could stay somewhere for free. Morgan, the owner, is super sweet and attentive! She has the venue decorated beautifully I only needed to get flowers. The linens for the tables were also included. She has plenty of vases, glasses, candles, candleholders, everything you need already at the venue. I fell in love when I booked my tour and signed up right on the spot. This place is the best! I highly recommend you check it out and book it!
When my (now) husband and I stepped foot onto the property, we immediately knew this place was something special. The owner, Morgan, is a bride's fairy godmother. She absolutely exceeded any and all of my expectations and was such a joy to work with. You can tell by talking to her how much she loves what she does and can see how much work she's put into this gorgeous venue. I can't rave enough about how sweet and down to earth she is. Hubby and I knew it was a no brainer and that this was going to be where we said our I do's.The livestock on scene are adorable and one of the miniature donkeys started hee-hawing and gave us a little comedic relief during our ceremony. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in my life! All of the animals there; horse, 2 miniature donkeys, 1 normal sized donkey, and 2 goats, are so super sweet and my guests loved being able to feed them apples and carrots! The oak trees are perfection in the evening. They provided partial shade so the ceremony wasn't in complete sun and everyone was comfortable. They are all lit and create this magical light and energy at night. All in all, I would highly recommend booking with Morgan. Her daughter, Lauren, was our on site manager the night of the wedding and was so super sweet and accommodating to work with. Morgan was always responsive with emails, texts, and phone calls with my questions and never made me feel like any of my questions were dumb, though I'm sure some of them were. Being a first time bride and all, we have lots of questions. This venue gives you a lot for the price tag and I couldn't have dreamt of a better day or a better venue. Thank you SO much Morgan for the opportunity of a lifetime. Nick and I adore you and your treasure of a venue.
P.s. she has an extensive collection of decorations that you can use!!! AMAZING!
When our daughter and son-in-law called us during their first visit to The Inn at Wild Rose Hall, they told us that it was perfect! On our follow-up visit we understood why. Morgan treats her clients like family. She and Lauren are warm and considerate and so very hospitable in every way. They provided seating, tables, and table cloths for 150 guests, and we were able to use their glass vases and wood bases for our centerpieces. They worked closely with us to coordinate my daughter's dream wedding. And the buildings and grounds are gorgeous! The bride and groom preparation rooms and spacious and wonderfully decorated. The layout of the hall and outdoor serving areas made setting up and serving a breeze for our vendors. The children (and adults) loved feeding the donkeys, horse and goats in the corral out front. We passed through the great room to the lovely ceremony site under the majestic oaks. We enjoyed dinner outdoors under the sparkling lights strung through the trees and danced in a beautifully decorated open pavilion. It was our pleasure to work with Morgan at The Inn at Wild Rose Hall to help our daughter's wedding dreams come true.
My Fall outdoor wedding at The Inn was so magical. Guests raved about the beauty of the venue and the intimate setting. Our wedding party spent the weekend with us at The Inn where we held the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. Morgan, the owner, is fabulous to work with and she provided us with so much guidance with the planning process. I hope many brides can enjoy their weddings at this fantastic venue like I did!
I absolutely love the Inn. Morgan is great to work with. Just about every change that was made to the Inn before our wedding was posted on Facebook and they were all gorgeous. The guests at our wedding didn't have one bad thing to say about the venue and most raved on how pretty it was. I am so glad we decided to have our wedding here. I even recommended the Inn to our bartender who was getting married next year.
Morgan and The Inn at Wild Rose Hall are absolutely amazing! Morgan is so easy to work with, very accommodating to your needs, and the upkeep on the property is top notch. My husband and I had our wedding mid-October and everything was perfect. Morgan had just finished up her beautiful "Austin" wall near the ceremony site which was perfect for pictures with most of our guests being from out of town! My husband and I have only lived in Austin for two years, so having a venue like The Inn was so great. You don't need much decor because everything is already so pretty- the flowers, plants, trees- she has everything you can imagine. Also- Morgan let's you use any of the decor in the kitchen which was awesome for centerpieces! All in all- we couldn't have asked for a better day. Thanks to Morgan and her venue, The Inn at Wild Rose Hall will always be special to us. If you're looking for a chic, rustic, elegant, romantic, classy Texas wedding- this is your place. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience at my daughters wedding venue, Inn at the Wild Rose in Austin, TX. It was the first day in several months, that it happened to rain in Austin, all day long! This is an indoor-outdoor venue, but the bride and groom wanted to use the beautiful outdoor area for the ceremony. We were within 10 min. of our intended ceremony when the rain became a very light mist. Morgan, the proprietor, was there to help at this really crucial time. She held back the seating chairs until the very last minute, and her and her staff were going to put out chairs, when the groom (awesome new son-in-law), offered his groomsmen to help. The dry chairs were immediately occupied and the ceremony began. The Inn has a beautiful walkway down to an arbor where one of my daughters best friends had covered the entire area with flowers. Nice job Bess!
The bar area at the Inn is a great floor plan. It's a sunken U shaped design with plenty of room to have bins of ice and chilled drinks. Papasita's catered our event including providing the certified bartenders. We purchased our own beverages, but Papasitas, set the bar up and served our guests. They also made the fajitas on site, served the food, and cleaned up. What a professional team. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your catering needs. Good food too!
We were served the amazing shrimp diablo by our caterers, had a few drinks, wondered around the beautiful grounds at the Inn. The young kids fed the animals the bags of carrots and apples that we brought. There is plenty of yard to wonder around and the Oak trees are just magnificent lit up at night. We had a sit down dinner and then danced the night away under the stars (yes the rain totally lifted).
The Inn at the Wild Rose is a lovelly venue. The owner has a very keen eye for decorating and she was very acommodating to our wishes. Our Bess who decorated with her flowers and vases, and is a wedding planner out of NYC, said that this was one of the most open venues to do as she pleased. Morgan is fantastic and takes a lot of pride in what she has created.

The venue was absolutely gorgeous. I attended a wedding there and was very please with the environment. The managment was very unprofessional, cursing at the guests and then decided to be very immature and blast customers on social media. I would not recommend staying there and if you do book there, be very cautious about what you do there. You will need to walk on eggshells. They definitely didnt handle things properly and almost ruined a special day by being childish.
We knew the moment we saw this property that we'd be married there. The property is gorgeous, unique, and the perfect place to have your dream wedding. The minute you arrive you feel right at home. Morgan is such a warm person and more than accommodating. We're so thankful that she shared this space with us.
We had a September wedding & it couldn't be more perfect. The Inn is beautiful & it's like stepping into The Secret Garden. It sparkles at night. This venue is magical. On top of all of that, Morgan, the owner is by far the most pleasant, helpful, & wonderful person we encountered during our wedding adventure.
Our daughter and son-in-law were married at the inn. The venue was perfect for their wedding. Morgan is very nice and easy to work with. The table linens are provided and she sets everything up. We were able to use the vendors that we wanted and the price was very reasonable. The grounds are amazing and the venue was absolutely beautiful, especially at night. We definitely recommend Morgan and the inn!
The second that we pulled up to Inn at Wild Rose Hall for a tour my husband (fiance at the time) said he knew I would want to get married there. The venue is truly a shabby chic, eclectic, rustic, Austin girls dream. Anyone can look at the photos or take a trip out there and see how absolutely peaceful, romantic, and fun it is out there. Someone could easily have a full beautiful wedding out there with out purchasing a single decoration. I did not find that true for ANY other venue I visited. I could go on and on about how great the house and grounds are but that is really only a portion of what makes this venue so great, so reasonably priced, and really a steal in my eyes. It makes since to me that to have such an amazing place, it would need to be run by an even more amazing person. The owner Morgan is a bride/wedding planners godsend. I probably emailed her 20+ times over the course of a year with different questions or concerns and she responded quickly and was really a calming force for me. I would not have had the relaxed wedding of my dream without her and this venue. We were able to customize a package that allowed the girls to stay on site in the house the night before the wedding (like the worlds best slumber party ever) but it also gave us the flexibilty to begin decorating anytime after we checked in on Friday or as early as we wanted Saturday. This allowed both me and my family a little bit of down time, we had the whole place ready to go by around 1:30pm and the rest was up to the vendors. If all of this isn't enough for your jaw to be hitting the floor at how awesome this place is, get this, Morgan has a ton or glass vases and wedding decor that other brides have left behind. You are basically allowed to use anything she has on her shelves at no extra cost.
The goal for me when I started planning the wedding was to have something as low stress as possible for everyone involved so we could all stay focused on the big picture and not get caught on minor details. The Inn at Wild Rose Hall absolutely delivered on allowing me to have the wedding that I pictured in my head since the moment I said ,"yes, I will marry you."
I cannot say enough great things about this place. We looked at 5 venues in Austin and absolutely fell in love with this place. It has a wonderful eclectic vintage feel that I loved right away. Then I discovered the goats and donkeys and I was sold! I enjoyed the feeling like we were getting married in someone's backyard. Morgan was so incredible throughout the whole process. She recommended the best vendors and was available for anything and everything. Not many people can say they'd like to keep their wedding vendors in their life but I feel that way about Morgan. It was so sad when the wedding ended and I realized I wouldn't be seeing/talking to her anymore! All of my guests just raved about how perfect and beautiful our venue was.
I was blessed to be able to get married at this beautiful venue in March of 2014. The wedding was absolutely perfect and all of our guests went on and on about how much they loved our venue.
Morgan, the venue owner, is great! She's friendly, responsive, flexible, and super fun. I live on the east coast and was planning my whole wedding long-distance. Morgan answered all of my questions during my decision-making process and even invited my Mom to go out and take a ton of pictures of the venue to help me make up my mind and get a good feel for the Inn.
I cannot imagine my wedding/reception happening at any other place. My fiance and I are so happy that we were able to get married at the Inn!
Love, love, love! Everything about the venue and the owner is wonderful from start to finish! We had a great experience and so did our guests.m
WRH is a truly magical place and we were so lucky to have our dream wedding at this wonderful venue. Morgan and her staff are great to work with and are there for you if you need anything. We were lucky to have done the weekend package so we got to arrive the day before with all our boxes and unpack and start getting everything ready. Our rehearsal was also that Friday and we spent time as a family hanging out. The wedding day was beautiful and everyone thought the venue looked so magical and beautiful they loved it. It was great that we got to spend the night and not be in a hurry on our wedding day. Thank you to Morgan, Lauren, and Sandy for everything you all are great and have an amazing venue!
My husband and I got married at the Inn at Wild Rose in April of 2013. It was truly the BEST place to get married. We looked at a lot of places in Austin and this venue was a no-brainer. Right when we met morgan she was so incredibly helpful, warm and friendly. She really opens up her space to you and lets you add all your personal touches. The venue is immaculate and gorgeous all on its own. the backyard was the perfect place for the ceremony, and the veranda already has so much rustic charm, we barely needed any decorations.
I absolutely loved the Inn at Wild Rose and would recommend it to everyone as THE BEST place to get married!!!!
I recently had my wedding at the Inn at Wild Rose Hall. This venue is perfect! It has a built in rain plan so no tent rentals are needed. They let you choose your own vendors without extra charges. The venue itself is so beautiful that very few if any decorations are needed. We just added flowers to the tables. All my guests were very impressed and thought everything looked perfect...and it did! I would recommend this venue to all my friends and family!
We had an absolutely wonderful wedding at the Inn at Wild Rose Hall. Morgan is a joy to work with, is helpful, but also let's you have the space at your wedding to make it feel like your own too. The price of the venue seemed a deal, and it's proximity to Austin made it easy for everyone to get to our wedding and then get home after. I would recommend this venue to anyone!
The Inn is a great place, it's beautiful and has plenty of open outdoor space, and the owner is a delight to work with. There is a gorgeous outdoor ceremony area with a metal gazebo, there is plenty of grassy backyard with little seating areas, and the covered porch is perfect for the reception. We had 8 tables and a dance floor in that section, and an additional 3 tables in the connected tent.
Also, you can rent the entire place for the weekend! It's a 5 bedroom Inn, which was just the right size for our wedding party. We had our rehearsal dinner onsite on friday, and checked out on Sunday morning.
Morgan, the owner, is incredibly sweet and easy to work with. She and her crew set up the tables and chairs, they also take care of linens. I'd work with her again in a heartbeat!
