sent my first email, to every call, to the day I finally walked in and tried on my dream gown. One thing I loved was that they are Afro decent and their dress sizes are for real women with curves. They have a huge variety of gowns including prom. Both mother and daughters were extremely pleasant, professional, and so loving. I really didn’t even want to leave the shop!

Their gown selection and sizes can meet anyones needs, mentioning this because I am not a standard size 6. Shericka is/was heaven sent! She listens and provided direction to help narrow down my options. Also, she sized me perfectly which will lead to less alterations to my dress that I just picked up this passed week - a month early so less waiting (YAY). We had such a great experience with the entire team and process that my bridal party, husband to-be and groomsmen have all ordered their attire here as well. I also just want to mention that I have worked in luxury wedding planning for several years so I can attest to their professionalism and transparency when helping clients. I was a difficult bride (choosing at last minute to select Bridesmaid dresses elsewhere) but the staff was patient and ensured that I continued to receive beyond amazing experience. My bridal gown was completed well ahead of schedule and as an out of town bride Rashawn Rose was able to recommend a tailor who has a one day turn around! I would definitely use this store again and recommend to others.

I found RashawnRose because they had my same exact dress, I was able to match the blush tone there with my bridesmaid dress choices and their recommendation for the alterations was perfect. hile she was putting the dresses on me, she visibly got upset with my family for not understanding the terms of the dresses and the style names. I decided to go to another bridal salon after this and was told that many clients have been complaining about this place and have been “triggered” due to the way they treat their customers and clients. I NEVER write reviews because I’m such a positive person but I couldn’t let this place take my dress experiance away from me and have me not say something about that. Especially since this was the only day my future mother in law was in town and this is how we got treated. I do NOT recommend.

She even gave me a mini photo shoot in "the dress" and with the "I said yes!" sign just because. This a family run establishment with such a sweet and genuine feel. s on the Morilee website as I had my eye on a certain style number of dress I was dying to try in person. They were the closest authorized retailer to the Naples area. I learned they unfortunately did not have that specific style # available in store but had a very similar gown in stock, also Morilee, and provided me with the style # so I could get a look online to see if it would be something I'd be interested in trying which was extremely helpful! I booked my appointment, and flew down to Florida to start my search. I let the store know I was going to be about 15 minutes late for my 2pm appointment as my plane landed a little closer to 1:45 and my parents hadn't made it to the airport on time due to traffic, and they were very understanding! Shaunette helped me, and she was like a best friend I hadn't seen in a few years but caught right back up with like we hadn't missed a day. I didn't have many long sleeve ballgown options in store to try besides the one Morilee I came to see, but we managed to find a few other silhouettes to try just to get an idea of some other options in the case the long sleeve Morilee didn't work out. Shaunette was very conscious of my budget and style I was looking for, never pushing me towards something I couldn't afford or wasn't interested in. I tried on the Morilee and instantly fell in love, but tried on a few other dresses just to be sure, which only cemented my belief that the first long sleeve ballgown had to be the one. I had another dress on my mind that I had an appointment to see a few days later, so I let Shaunette know. She let me know she just wanted me to find THE dress, regardless of where I found it. I called Shaunette the day before I was flying out to let her know I still had the dress on my mind and I asked her send me the video she took of me walking in the dress so I could compare this to the other one I was deciding between. She didn't get a chance to send me the video until the next morning, the day I was flying out, but just watching it once gave me all of the answers I needed. I called her up the day I was flying out and she was able to book me a same day appointment to try the dress on one last time and make sure it was the one. I made it in, tried it on again, and decided it was the one. Shaunette was super accommodating not only towards me, but both of my parents that came with me, and on our second trip where I purchased the dress, she even allowed my dad to bring in our elderly family dog (in a stroller) so he didn't have to sit out in the car with her while we finalized all of the dress business. After the dress was purchased, I was sent to a seamstress to get fitted, all in a days notice. I couldn't have asked for better service!!!!!! Out of all of my experiences searching for a dress, Rashawn Rose had the best service and overall experience. I will always remember Shaunette's help in finding me the perfect dress. And a funny little side note we didn't notice until after the purchase, my engagement ring's center stone is moonstone, and the belt that came with the dress has moonstones on it. MEANT TO BE!!!! Not only are the women so genuine and thoughtful, but the selection of dresses are vast enough to meet someone’s preferences tenfold. I would not recommend anywhere else. She was so much fun and very talented. I actually went back to Joy after my wedding to have another dress altered. Overall, RashawnRose gave me the perfect bridal experience I was looking for. ! From the moment i walked in I was in love! Shaunette my consultant treated me like a princess! I went with the second dress I tried on! I had a wedding party of 8 bridesmaids and they all got their dresses there! The groomsmen and my father all rented their suits from them as well. That's how much I love them that I didn't let anyone go anywhere else! They were amazing. This was my favorite part of the wedding process!!

I tried on two more dresses, but my heart was stuck on the second dress. I was put back in the second dress with a veil and I said “Yes to the Dress”. I didn’t not realize it would be this easy. I found my dress on my first day out and first shop. Amazing customer service, from the entire staff. If you are looking for a bridal gown or a dress for any occasion and you want an amazing experience this is the place for you.

thin the hour we had taken two of her dresses (two dresses that became one) added the bling, picked a vail and stayed all within our budget. I am thankful that she respected our budget but still made sure to help me find something I would feel beautiful in. As a plus size woman I was nervous I would end up in a dress that looked more like a tent! Not the case at all! My dress hugged me in all the right places! By the time all was said and done and alterations were complete Shaunette and Ms.Joy (the nice alterations lady) made a custom dress just for me! I cant thank them enough!

AND we were able to get my bridal party's jump suits for the wedding too!!! I'm pretty conservative so I wanted to get changed alone and she was fine with that.... until a dress came alone that I needed help getting into. She was respectful and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all so I was happy about that. She complimented me in the curvy dresses (as I'm hour glass figured) and the other non flattering ones she told the truth about if they were flattering or not in a polite way. She was wonderful to have helped me and my family. They offered us mimosas and waters. I found my curvy dress and veil there. Purchased them both that day and I'm still in love with my dress. It should be arriving this month and my family will pick it up for me. The offed to find a seamstress in my area or if I flew down to have alterations they can do three day turn around for me. I did have to pay for a dress bag but it wasn't a lot so I didn't mind. It was a lovely time and I enjoyed it VERY much.
