We used Ray Tent Rental for our wedding and were very displeased with the whole service. We had expressed concerns to them the day before setup about our tent going up and were assured it would still go up even if they had to move it to a new location. We then brought concerns about dig safe and they pulled up a map, again assuring us they had already looked into it and everything would be fine. After this conversation we canceled our back up plan and even purchased more items from them to ensure our guests would be comfortable. Ray Tent did not set up our tent. The owner refused to look at other locations even when we mentioned the previous days meeting and them having "ok'd it" with dig safe. The owner was extremely unprofessional in all dealings. Tables and chairs arrived broken. Linens were not delivered leaving us to call them and scramble the day of. At the end we just wanted some money back for what we felt were very misleading conversations and agreements on their part. They refused to return any money (they only offered a fifth of what we paid) until my husband removed a 1 star review left on Google. Unfortunately, money isn't worth anyone else going through this horrible, awful, experience with them so we are leaving our reviews. I honestly wouldn't have even been that upset except for the owners out right lies and childlike behavior. Stay away.

Thank you guys for helping out The Downtown Rotary Club with tables and chairs for our Dictionary Project. The delivery and pick up went smooth and we were notified in advance. A great job done.

The communication, selection, and pricing of Ray Rentals was fine. I only looked at renting two extra cocktail tables because Mary Jo with Elegant Linens suggested it. However one of my tables which was supposed to be used for the cake was super wobbly and would have caused a disaster. Fortunately Tanganyika had another tall round we could use so I didn't have to drive all the way back across the city to get a replacement but still I was very disappointed with their product.

We only rented a few items from Ray's including pipes and drapes and 3 table cloths. They added the pop of color that we wanted and the pipes and drapes hid a couple of emergency flood lights on the wall behind our head table. It worked out great.

We rented white wooden chairs from Ray Party Rental. We used them both for the outdoor wedding ceremony and reception. The chairs held up really well and looked great when we tied silver bows around the backside. They made the ceremony look really elegant. It was also that we were able to pick them up ourselves in a couple truck loads. Their staff loaded them for us and when we returned them they unloaded them as well. They are very affordable and a good quality. We picked them up Friday morning and returned them the following Monday morning. They gave us plenty of time both before and after the wedding which was nice. Overall, they were great to work with.

We rented a tent, tables, chairs, linens, and a dance floor from Ray Party Rental. We went with Ray because they quoted us MUCH lower than Action Party Rental (another rental place in Wichita)...like $12,000 lower. The staff at Ray is great and very easy to work with. I called several times with changes to what we needed and it was never a big deal to them. They set up the tent on a Thursday morning so there was plenty of time to decorate & prepare for the Saturday wedding. I have no complaints about Ray Party Rental. They were great!

Chairs were delivered early so no one was at the venue to tell them where to set up. The wedding party and employees at the venue had to store and set up the chairs. Not worth the high delivery fee to do our own set up and tear down.

Through my wedding planner, I used Ray's Rentals for my linens. I couldn't have been happier with the quality and look of what we got. My colors were teal, cranberry and black with touches of Damask. Everything I got from them matched my colors exactly and were high quality. They were easy to work with and willing to compromise when I made some last minute changes. Definitely recommended!
